Oh, my dear song-birds!
With melodic music of love,
Please vibrate her treasure-heart
Delicately and kindly

With flowers' balmy aroma,
Please caress her pink cheeks to shimmer
Softly and warmly

Oh, my dear a cup of tea!
With delicious taste after meal,
Please feel her rosy lips sweaty
Eagerly and charmingly

Oh, my dear water-drops clean!
With harmony touch enchanting,
Please embrace her cute skin
Assortedly and fascinatingly

Though we're far in distance,
Don't be afraid and depressed.

Can't Escape the Word

Taking a day away from the pen
makes me feel delinquent again
as if to say why do this thing
when to write will most assuredly bring
peace and comfort as you write,
just as the day is comforted by night.

Tried to change and escape the word
but the word followed and I heard
' Pick me up.
I miss your hand.
Don't leave me whilst you play.
There'll be plenty of time for that my dear
on some faraway day '

So tonight you glide easily and I see
word after word appear before me.
Are you comforted now dearest friend?
Will there never be a time to finally end
this union between my thoughts and you?
Will you follow me when my life is through?

Can't escape, so why do I try?
Cannot let the pen ever run dry.
Some day I know the pen will rest
and I will seek another quest.
But I'll always remember the pen.

Dear Mom

Dear Mom,
You're my best friend.
And you know me better than anyone else.

We have had a few rough times,
And still pushing through.
But you'll always be there.

That mother-daughter connection,
That couldn't be with anyone else.
Because you're my mom.

We think alike sometimes,
But not all the time,
Which is a good thing.
Or there would be more trouble. :)

When I'm emotional,
And crying a lot,
You're able to comfort me.

No matter what goes on,
You always tell me it'll be okay,
And you mean it.

Dear Mom,
Wherever we are,
Near or far from each other,
You're always in my heart.

No one could ever replace you,

you have been there for me no matter what

What happened to my friend?
The one who said,

From Atop Peaks

The climb to the summit,
With a reaching of it done...
Is anti-climatic.
From atop peaks the valleys below,
Appear lush and beautiful.
And freed of harmful snakes with venom,
Camouflaged and prepared to strike.

The process of falling down on paths,
Picked by one believed are less dangerous...
Than the ones previously experienced.
With a giving to one more endurance to achieve,
Is a myth!
That one path picked is it!
With no guarantee or return of a deposit.

Only those who have accomplished,
With patience...
Realize it was during the journey,
The lessons taught were more appreciated...
Upon reviewing their steps made.
And coming to grips with surviving through fantasies...

Oh! my Kasthuri!
My dear, dear friend!
My beloved, revered, a God-send!

I know not
What sin of any sort
I ever did commit, even in thought

To lose you,
A gem of lives few
Who attained full nobility true!

To your duty tightly tied,
You were kindness personified,
With simplicity swinging in your stride!

Beauty you ardently loved,
Gulping it to your heart's content, you roved,
But by fate's cruel hand were you shoved!

Books and books you read,
All day your eyes on them, you shed,
Peace they instilled even in thy death-bed!

A loving dear indeed!
My heart's fond friend in need;
From Death's icy hands, her life I couldn't plead!

Friends Can Sense

There are degrees of problems
a friend can sense when one of their freinds is hurting
It may be very sublte
or not so subtle
but a friend can tell

A friend will always come to the aid of their friend
this is what freinds do
A friend will always try to comfort
or lessen your burdon
or to make a frown into a smile

A friend will put aside differences
in times of trouble
and forget grudges
when they sense the there is an urgent problem

I have a friend who is hurting
I don't know how or why
but I sense something is wrrong
I wish and hope there is some way I can help

Because she has only been a friend to me
