When things are too easy I lose interest in them so I find ways to complicate them to get myself interested.

Big Words
What do you mean big words don't interest you?
'Well to put it simply they're quite hard pronounce, spell, and I don't know what they mean.'
'Why would want to confuse me? '
Well, if I explained them to you would you be interested in learning them?
'No, why complicate my life? '
Your just lazy!
'Oh yeah and your just a nerd obsessed with big words.'

Love's Perview
If I offer you all my love
will you value it?
Or think me cheap
to offer it
so easily?
If I deny you my love
will you
lose interest
and leave me
alone
and lonely?
If I am mysterious
and offer not;
am vague
will you first be intrigued
and later lose interest?
Shall I then concentrate
and be interested only
in my needs
ignoring yours
and risk
your anger
your rejection
your hurtfulness?
Can I suppress
all I am
and give you everything
you need
but feel one day
my own anger
rise
as my heart
is emptied;
and my waterfall
ceases
leaving me feeling
dead and lonely?
Should I ignore
all of this
and conclude
I am not really ready
for love;
certainly not sex
and wait
for the Perfect One
enduring
the Aloneness?
Should I just do drugs?
Masturbate?
Eat too much?
Cling to friends?
Isolate?
All this
is part of growing up.
None of it easy stuff.
My view?
Come away from the early years
with as little damage as you can
so that you survive it all
being the you
you looking for.
If there is a secret
it is this:
being sure
you are the best
you
you are looking for.

Easy For Me To Say
easy for me to say (clint black/hayden nicholas)
Some won't find the words
More won't find a way
Never too often heard
You know it's easy for me to say
The thing you need to hear
Way more than every day
Can never be too clear
You know it's easy for me to say
Chorus
I love you
Quiet and loud
Alone in a crowd
I love you
In a thousand little ways
I'm learning to say
And i learn something new every day
I love you
It's easy for me to say
It always sounds the same
Music to my ears
Leaves nothing to explain
You know it's easy for me to hear
The phrase that we all know
Nothing it can't outweigh
Take it wherever we go
You know it's easy for me to say
Repeat chorus
Bridge
I love you
No poet ever found a better way
You know it's easy for me to say
I love you
I'll try to say it more every day
You know it's easy for me to say

It's About You
This ain't about the things I've done
Where I've been or what I won
Stand on your corner a thousand time
Lose what I got keep what I find
It's about you
It's about you
This ain't about the things you say
Or how you make me feel this way
Stand on your corner a thousand time
Lose what I got keep what I find
It's about you
It's about you
And when I get this feeling
It's hard for me to come back down
And when I get this feeling
It's hard for me to come back down
And I could be
That everything you need
And I know this could be
That free fall back to me
This ain't about the things I've done
Where I've been or what I won
Stand on your corner a thousand time
Lose what I got keep what I find
It's about you
It's about you
It's about you
It's about you
And when I get this feeling
It's hard for me to come back down
And when I get this feeling
It's hard for me
Cause I could be
That everything you need
And I know this could be
That free fall back to me
But keeping you ain't easy
With everyone that sees me
Telling me get back on the ground
It never could be easy
Instead of you just pleasing me
You're keeping me down
And I know this could be
That freefall
Come on jump to me

As Lovers Go
She said "I've gotta be honest,
You're wasting your time if you're fishing round here."
And I said 'you must be mistaken,
Cause I'm not fooling...this feeling is real'
She said...she said 'you gotta be crazy,
What do you take me for...some kind of easy mind?'
You've got wits...you've got looks,
You've got passion but I swear that you've got me all wrong.
All wrong.
All wrong.
But you got me...
I'll be true, I'll be useful...
I'll be cavalier...I'll be yours my dear.
And I'll belong to you...
If you'll just let me through.
This is easy as lovers go,
So don't complicate it by hesitating.
And this is wonderful as loving goes,
This is telling me 'whats the sense in waiting?'
And I said "I've gotta be honest
I've been waiting for you all my life."
For so long I thought I was asylum bound,
But just seeing you makes me think twice.
And being with you here makes me sane,
I fear I'll go crazy if you leave my side.
You've got wits...you've got looks,
You've got passion but are you brave enough to leave with me tonight?
Tonight.
Tonight.
But you've got me...
I'll be true, I'll be useful...
I'll be cavalier...I'll be yours my dear.
And I'll belong to you...
If you'll just let me through.
This is easy as lovers go,
So don't complicate it by hesitating.
And this is wonderful as loving goes,
This is telling me "what's the sense in waiting?"
This is easy as lovers go,
So don't complicate it by hesitating.
And this is wonderful as loving goes,
This is telling me "what's the sense in waiting?

Take it easy
Sometimes it’s hard to find a simple place of mind
Try and try as hard as you can
You have wonder across this great big land
Still you can’t find so you got to
Take it easy
Don’t bother with the pain and strife
For it will make you lose your life
So don’t bother to get uptight
Take it easy
Remember to take it slow
Plant good seeds and they’ll grow
You’ll be happy before you know
It doesn’t matter who you are
Not everyone can be a star
So be satisfied keep your eyes open wide
Take pride in the things you do
And happiness will find you
Take it easy
Don’t bother with the pain and strife
For it will make you lose your life
So don’t bother to get uptight
Take it easy
Remember to take it slow
Plant good seeds and they’ll grow
You’ll be happy before you know
Sit back my friend and watch worlds collide
Life is a journey so try and enjoy the ride
You are truly blessed so fill your heart with pride
Come what may it’s your choice you decide
Sometimes the road will narrow
Still keep your eyes on the sparrow
Trod lightly in the dark
For every flame starts with a spark
Take it easy
Don’t bother with the pain and strife
For it will make you lose your life
So don’t bother to get uptight
Take it easy
Remember to take it slow
Plant good seeds and they’ll grow
You’ll be happy before you know

Easy and Difficult
Easy and Difficult
Easy to get a place in someone’s address book
Difficult is to get a place in someone’s heart
Easy is to judge the mistakes of others
Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes
Easy is to talk without thinking
Difficult is to control the tongue
Easy is to hurt someone who loves us
Difficult is to heal the wound
Easy is to forgive others
Difficult is to ask for forgiveness
Easy is to set rules
Difficult is to follow them
Easy is to dream every night
Difficult is to fight for a dream
Easy is to show victory
Difficult is to accommodate defeat with dignity
Easy is to admire a full moon
Difficult is to see the other side
Easy is to stumble on a stone
Difficult is to get up
Easy is to enjoy life every day
Difficult is to give its real value
Easy is to pray every night
Difficult is to find God in small things
Easy is to promise something to someone
Difficult is to fulfill the promise
Easy is to say we love
Difficult is to show it every day
Easy is to criticize others
Difficult is to improve oneself
Easy is to make mistakes
Difficult is to learn from them
Easy is to weep for lost love
Difficult is to take care of it so as not to lose it
Easy is to think about improving
Difficult is to stop thinking and putting it into action
Easy is to think bad of others
Difficult is to give them the benefit of doubt
Easy is to receive
Difficult is to give

No Two Ways About It
(greg barnhill/kim carnes/vince melamed)
I walked into the club last night
I hadnt been there for so long
Thinking foolishly I might find you sitting all alone
But oh how dreams lie
When she put her arms around you
And I watched you close your eyes
Aint no two ways about it, something here had changed
Aint no going back now, to that same old same
Used to be, you were always there for me
Now theres one thing I know, thats when to cash em in
God I hate to lose you, but theres no way I can win
And Im finding out, aint no two ways about it now
The lights were not too dim to see what was really going on
As the truth occurred to me, the band began to play our song
And you swirled her across the floor
But the thing that got me most
Was when you waltzed her out the door
Aint no two ways about it, something here had changed
Aint no going back now, to that same old same
Used to be, you were always there for me
Now theres one thing I know, thats when to cash em in
God I hate to lose you, but theres no way I can win
And Im finding out, aint no two ways about it now
Now theres one thing I know, thats when to cash em in
Oh, God I hate to lose you, but its looking like the end
And Im finding out, aint no two ways about it
Finding out, aint no two ways about it now
Oh, aint no two ways

Easy Thing
Love, love is so hard
Love is so hard to find
When love, such an easy thing
Such an easy thing
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah
Words, words are so hard
Words are so hard to find
When love, such an easy thing
Such an easy thing
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah
When you find your love
Will you know its real
When you lose it all
Will you really feel love
Love, love is so hard
Love is so hard to find
cause loves such an easy thing
Such an easy thing
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah
When you find your love
Will you know its real
When you lose it all
Will you really feel love
Love, love is so hard
Love is so hard to find
cause love (love) such an easy thing (so easy)
Such an easy thing (love is so easy)
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah (love)
Love (love) such an easy thing (so easy)
Such an easy thing (love is so easy)
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah (love, love is so easy to lose)
Love (love) such an easy thing (so easy)
Such an easy thing (love is so easy)
Such an easy thing to lose, yeah (love)
Love (love) such an easy thing (so easy)
Such an easy thing (love is so easy)

The fate of attention
I grew interested.
I became interested.
I stayed interested.
I was no more interested.
I was no longer interested.
I grow uninterested.
It is so for every person
And for every thing
We focus our attention on.

Structure of Design
Structure of Design
In order to avert
The impending evisceration
I envision
On the cusp
Of the horizon,
I construct cathedrals
And cities
Beside a white beach,
Beside a diamond sea
Glinting in the
Splinted light trails of the sun.
I build what does not exist—
What cannot exist—
To find a shelter from the
Intrusion and imposition
Of invasive thoughts
Or deeply buried
Forgeries of the mind.
I dis_ solve my_ self into:
The absolute basic
Con_cept of my_self,
I must raise walls
To
Twist
My sub_ Con_ scious—
To complicate my
Navigation
o f i t—
And then let them falls
By the ways in which
I lose myself
To be found again.

Human nature as such
Human nature is as such
Nothing can be done much
It is temperamentally not suiting
We may know it but still muting
We will close the eyes and pass
We will not extend hand at last
We have no sympathy for passers by
We desperately do things and other ways try
We have ready made reasons to ask for excuses
It may not solve the problems but complicate and confuse
It will increase defeatist tendencies in future
It will make you vulnerable through out life’s tenure
“To err is human” many may argue and forward
This is the only reason to in digest insult and fall backward
What does it indicate when you say you are helpless?
Where as matter of fact is that you are trying only less
You are escaping every time and this makes you easy
You may think almighty is happy with you and picture is rosy
Think seriously at once what will be fate if you miss only once
You will loose everything and watch helplessly from the fence

No Way We Can Lose
There can be no answer for us all
There can be no stopping what is ever changing
Living for the perfect dream
Its time to make a resolution
There will be some peace in our hearts and our minds
We can all find a way to resolve our differences
Theres no way we can lose
When we all realize that there are no differences
Theres no way we can lose
Ready or not
We can all find a way
We will be forgiving to the ones we love
We will see the blossoming of the new spirit
Shaping everything to our design
Well build a brighter future
We will free ourselves from the chains that would bind
We can all find a way to resolve our differences
Theres no way we can lose
When we all realize that there are no differences
Theres no way we can lose
No way we can lose

Your favorite food
What you like to do
Your favorite color
or any other
The thing on your mind
That you like to share
Cause I can stay here
And listen to every word
Because I'm interested
Can I be an instrument
For changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
I'd rather be with you instead
Than anyone else
Cause I'm interested in your middle name
Now don't be ashamed, Naw
It's between me and you
Everything you do
Let your guard down
Because there's a new girl in town
gonna turn it around
I hope that you are down
Because I'm interested
Can I be your instrument
In changing your life
Is that allright?
Because I'm interested
I'd rather be with you instead
of anyone else
I'm wide open
No more secrets
No lie
Don't wanna live like a fool
But I will
For you
So I'll beg
I'll scream
I'll call
I'll write
If that's what it takes for you to be in my life
Because I'm interested
And I'll be an instrument
In changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
And I rather be with you instead
Of anyone else
Oh No
Because I'm interested
And I'll be an instrument
In changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
And I rather be with you instead
Of anyone else (fade)
