Huseini Hamed
Huseini Hamed where are you?
I've been searching everywhere fro you;
Huseini Hamed where are you?
From Lagos to the other parts of Nigeria,
I am still saerching for you.
Is it that you've gone back to your State in Benue?
Tell me if you are.
My best friend where are you?
Do give me a clue to look for you;
Huseini Hamed where are you?
I have even sent out people to look for you;
And, i still hope that one day we will meet again.
Oh my best friend where are you?
Are you still in Nigeria?
Try to give me a clue to find you.

A Message
This is a message to Raymond Opara and Huseini Hamed,
This is your friend the poet writing to you;
So enter into the flair of a romance with me and,
Learn from my sweet mind.
Read my muse and keep on learning,
Like the Scorpion-Man next to you.
I am living in a land where,
Cell-Phones being used are more than the population;
This is a message to Raymond Opara and Huseini Hamed.
The beautiful and the prideful works of man is,
To be blown up by the wind;
Like the Scorpion-Man next oor.
I have news for you all,
I am living in a land where almost everybody does smoke;
I have a news for you all,
So enter into the flair of a romance with me.
I am living in a land wher,
Bicycles and dogs are more than the population;
So do walk along with me to learn more from my muse.
I am with you always,
I am the one who makes you smile all the time;
I am everywhere by your side.
Read my poems to fell my taste,
I am used as a tool to help others;
I am full of surprises and,
I am the man with many faces.
I am kicked about like a ball but,
I have no medals;
Stay on with my muse and i will bring laughter to you.
I am used as a leader to lead others,
I am used as a teacher to teach others,
I am used as a farmer to feed others,
A little token is all that it takes on this muse;
I will bring a smile to you always.
This is a messagge to you my friends,
A message of love that leads the way;
You are always on my mind in this struggle.

Weep Not Nigeria
Weep not Nigeria,
for justice is in the offing.
Weep not Nigeria,
for your cries resonate and ring.
Weep not Nigeria,
It's time for your African spring.
Weep not Nigeria,
none shall usurp your role as king.
Weep not Nigeria,
for soon in ecstasy you'll sing.
Weep not Nigeria,
for to towering heights you'll cling.
Weep not Nigeria,
and soar atop the eagle's wing.
Weep not Nigeria,
for your patience will gladness bring.
Weep not Nigeria,
it's time to sing the ding dong song.
Weep not Nigeria,
for your misery will not be long.
Weep not Nigeria,
for you are numbered with the strong.

Nigeria
Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria
The best country in the area
The country where cultures reign
Just to bring pride to the heart that preys
Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria
The home where my pride lays
Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria
The country only to pay
Through all pain and suffering
It's still a country that's loving
Through the hard time jorneys
It's still the country with hidden moneys
The 'Buba' we put on
Is alwayz the prize of the father zone
The 'Shokoto' we wear
Is alwayz the pride that the village owns
How could I forget my country
The country that pays my dowry
How could I forget my country
The country that's filled with honey
Though, there is not much overwhelming riches
We have happiness that the body wishes
Though, we battle days with a lot of wishes
It's alwayz the best place of wisdom riches
Have you ever being to our parties?
Where it's filled with happys
Have you ever being to our gatherings?
Where it's filled with money sharing.
Aren't too connected with mordern medicine
But we have a secret weapon of true legacy
Though, there is no core science
We have the best herb technology that ever hence
Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria
The dearest home in the area
Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria
How could I forget the place of my interior.

Rise Up, Nigeria
Nigeria,
Giant of the blackworld
Created as a trigger
For the development of Africa.
On your skies
Are the brightness of the sun
And the illumination of the moon.
Within your belly flows the Niger.
Inside your womb criss-crosses Benue
All meandering to form a confluence
And proceeds to the Niger creeks
Excreting great alluvia
That makes our land fertile.
Nigeria,
Beautiful land of the savannah
A land adorns with evergreen forests
An earth crust emiting ceaseless wealth
A land that vomits immeasurable blackgold
Making nations to flow to you daily
For their survival
Nigeria, great nation!
Nigeria, good people!
Other nations romances you
They wish they are like you
They dream to have half of your resources
Natios hope to to have your resources
Rise up, great nation!
Stand up, good people!
African nations look towards you.
Blackworld beacons that you take the lead.
Do not allow these talennts to waste
Stamp out corruption in your midst.
Rise against violence.
Let schism be foreign.
Let's join hands together,
Let's take our place, again
Arise, Nigeria,
Arise, great people.

This Is Lagos
'This is Lagos'!
And you have to be very careful to learn from what you see,
For life over here is faster than Harlem in New York!
And it is faster than the bee as well.
Life is very hot and rough over here in Lagos,
But it goes along with the wise and the fool;
Since the people are always ready to share with you.
'This is Lagos'!
And it is too real to believe what you see at times;
But this place is still part of Nigeria.

Mother Nigeria Africa?
Mother Nigeria Africa,
Can a tree make forest?
Few out of dozens.
Man without woman,
Light without darkness,
Words without ears,
Say my prayers,
To a cherished countrywoman
A proud country in riches,
Unity in diversities says,
Saved prayers to save a nation,
To give Africa a voice.
Searched and found for love,
Criticisms and hatred engross mind each,
Where is a proud country Nigeria?
Deceits and deceived founds in final statement,
Mother Nigeria Africa?
Give a nation a voice,
Africans par say.
Remembered creche childhood,
Remembered primary beginning,
Remembered secondary lifestyle,
Remembered higher learning race,
Yet no love of countrywoman,
Mother Nigeria Africa?
Taught in primary one,
Taught in primary two,
Taught in primary three,
So and so in subsequent classes of a nation,
Yet no love of countrywoman,
Oh! mother Nigeria Africa?
Brought in love with them through,
Ate with them in love through,
Taught with them in love through,
Yet no love of countrywoman,
My songs,
Give Africa a voice,
Mother Nigeria Africa.

Dunbar
This signal of your love and this signal of my muse,
It was joy when i heard of your words!
And like a visit to Lagos in Portugal,
But, i had the same experience in Lagos (Nigeria) some years ago.
Heavy metals and simple words,
Down the riverside to wait for you;
And like Dunbar your friend in the land of many waters!
But, thousands of flowers and candles are needed over here like,
The soft meat in the land of sweet songs!

Nigeria: The slumber
Nigeria, a people that suffer
A people that strive, a people that hunger
A people in a dark, deep and dangerous slumber
A people whose greed, ignorance and corruption linger
Whose deep wound heals on one side
but bleeds on the other
A people dragged into the mud
by those that arise from the mud
A people of democracy
A democracy of mediocrity
A democracy of evil greed
A democracy of rotten seed
A people of careless leadership
A people of spineless followership
Nigeria,
A plastic face
A prideless deep
A shameless she
Of salvage leaders
Nigeria, my country
Drowning in the pool of its blood
Spilled by its children
Nigeria, my country,
Moving in a circle
A cycle of religion
A cycle of tribe
A cycle of corruption
A cycle of destruction
Nigeria, my people
A people that suffer
A people that thirst
A people that hunger
A people in a deep, dark and dangerous slumber
A people whose light grows dimmer
Whose hope grows slimmer
Till eyes rise from the slumber
And greed appreciates hunger
And true voices shout like thunder
And willed feet stump and say no longer! !
Nigeria,
A people that suffer
A people that hunger
A people in a dark, deep and dangerous slumber….

Image Of Nigeria!
Upside down,
Inside out,
The bombs are now destroying the image of Nigeria!
And we are all watching what is going on in Nigeria.
Upside, outside, inside, side, slide, tide;
Today in Jos,
Yesterday in Abuja,
And now in kano! !
Oh yes, the bombs are destroying the image of Nigeria.
Guide, hide, pride, wide, vide, ride;
With bombs thrown here and there to kill many in Nigeria! !
And, the world watches on.

O Baby I Love You
O baby I love you
More than you think I do!
I didn’t mean to hurt you
Now I feel so sorry too
But I don’t know what to do
Why don’t you give me a clue?
You have made me so crazy
I need your mind and body
But I don’t know what to do
Why don’t you give me a clue?
You are so perfect for me
I want your mind and body
But I don’t know what to do
Why don’t you give me a clue?

My Little Comfort
Love unlimited is what i have for you,
My Little Comfort of the human race;
Come and comfort my soul like,
A little jungle in the world.
Now that i have found you,
You are all that i need;
Come to me without your shyness and,
Be my sweet lover on this love.
Your love is driving me crazy and,
My mind is always on you;
My Little Comfort come to me:
You are from the Benue State of Nigeria and,
I will always remember you.
Overcome your shyness and come to me,
Hold me very tight for the sweet love unlimited!
You are called Comfort and,
You need to comfort my soul.
This is the jungle where love is,
To share our nakedness together in style;
So overcome your shyness and come to me.
My Little Comfort from Benue State,
Come to me with your sweet love;
Come and comfort my soul.

Nigeria, Good People, Great Nation
Nigeria good people
Together we build a great nation
No doubt we are
The world even believes that
A change of mindset
Can bring us to great sunset
A sunset and a new dawn
Of a great Nigeria with good people
You can do something
To make this nation great
Have a change of mindset
Do that thing, good people
Goal getter for greater Nigeria
Good people we are
Great Nation, good people

Mine All Mine
Forgive me father
For I have sinned
Ive been through hell and back again
Shook hands with the devil
Looked him in the eye
Looked like a long lost friend
Anything you want
Any dirty deeds
Hes got everything
Except what I really need
Keepin me temporarily satisfied
But not one thing I tried
Filled me up inside
Or felt like mine
Mine, all mine
Yeah, the search goes on
The more I look
My world keeps getting smaller
Staring at the sun
Searchin for the light
Almost ended up blinded
Some only see
What they want to see
Claiming victory
Oh, but thats not me
Give me truth
Give me something real
I just want to feel
Like its
Mine, all mine
Oh really mine, all mine
Come on give me something
Something thats mine, all mine, all mine
Mine, all mine
All the words on the wall
Look the same in the mirror
Every riddle
Every clue
You got allah in the east
You got jesus in the west
Christ, whats a man to do?
Theyll find a cure for anything
Just kill the pain
Numb my brain
We see a man
Speaking the word of god
Provin to be a fraud
His own church applauds
Stop lookin out
Start lookin in
Be your own best friend
Stand up and say
Hey! this is mine
All mine, all mine, all mine
Baby, you got something
And I got something
And its mine, all mine, all mine
Mine, all mine
Mine, all mine
Yes, Im searching
Mine, all mine
Got to have it
Mine, all mine
Mine, all mine

Do What You Do
(angelo georgia middleman)
Slow down, thats right
Give it all you got
Yeah, you got the right stuff
Kick back
Let go
Trust yourself you know
Yeah what you got is good enough
Hey dont give em what they think they want
Cause they dont have a clue
Yeah if you really wanna give em something different
Something to sink their teeth into
Well baby, you just do what you do
All eyes were on alice
They laughed and made her cry
Yeah she was a little different
But hey you know what?
She found a way to fly
You see alice
She got her strength from the inside
Hey dont give em what they think they want
Cause they dont have a clue
Yeah if you really wanna give em something different
Something to sink their teeth into
Well baby, you just do what you do
The cost of living just went up today
Soon as you started doing things your way
Youll be shakin em off your coattails from every side
Theyll be trying to catch that free ride
Hey dont give em what they think they want
Cause they dont have a clue
Yeah if you really wanna give em something different
Something to sink their teeth into
Well baby, you just do what you do
Just do what you do
Just do what you do
Just do what you do

Nigeria My Motherland
Nigeria our great and beloved motherland,
where multitudes of tribes unitedly stand.
Our land of hope by two rivers divided,
with lush vegetation by nature provided.
Nigeria our home of people resilient.
A land of great icons in works diligent.
We hail thee our great and revered black nation,
our land of human dignity and redemption.
God arise and take your place as sovereign Lord.
Enthrone Thyself in Nigeria's seat of power.
Make her edicts and laws Thy eternal word.
Let justice prevail in her courts by the hour.
Our flag will peace and industry symbolize,
whilst our history will always immortalize
the deeds and sacrifices of our heroes past.
Help us Lord to serve our beloved land with zest.
Nigeria the blessed will pervasive peace know,
even when the threats of tumults seem to flow.
Her crops and yields will neighbouring countries nourish,
from her fields that inexhaustibly flourish.

Who My Friend Is
My friend is me
I am my friend
My friend is my rock, refuge and strength
Oh yea, my friend give strengths back to my weaknesses.
With my friend I can be me
My friend is the hand that leads me on
In the dark, my friend is my light
My shelter from the rain
My umbrella from the scorching sun
Oh yea, my friend is my guardian angel
My friend is a friend who makes me desire to be a child once again
I laugh, I cry.I shout, i scream with my friend beside me
My friend is cross-your-heart-and-hope-
To-die friend.
My friend kiss out the pain from my heart when am hurt
And reach down deeper to kiss my soul with love.
Absolute, best is my friend.

Hey Mike
Hey Mike, if you listening,
I'm calling home to tell you how it is.
It's real bad, it's cold out here.
It's been a long and lonely year (It's been a long and lonely year)
It's been so long
Chorus
Don't give up, don't give in.
Don't give up, be my friend.
Hey Mike, when the check arrives,
hope you're gonna buy your girlfriend something nice.
A fat ring, a slick new ride.
Just let her know that it should have been mine (just let her know it should have been mine).
Just let her know
Chorus
Don't give up, don't give in.
Don't give up, be my friend.
Don't give up, don't give in.
I'm ending a better for this in the end
You'll get a letter adressed to a friend.
A friend who's like no friend that I've ever known.
When this is over.
I'm ending a better for this in the end
You'll get a letter adressed to a friend.
A friend who's like no friend that I've ever known.
When this is over I'm wanting to know his dark side chose, his dark side glows. Dark side glows.
Chorus
Don't give up, don't give in.
Don't give up, be my friend.
Don't give up
Don't give in
Don't give up
Be my friend
Don't give up, don't give in

fast enough to catch a shooting star
the one that we all wished on?

A Special Friend's Calling Card
A Special Friend's Calling Card
A friend is someone we wanted
To talk with, share with, have fun with
Laugh with, cry with
A friend is always and forever
A shoulder to lean on
A joy for the heart
A friend is somebody
Who goes in when the world goes out
Who gives when there's no more to give
Until it hurts…
What then is a friend to you…..
There’s always a Friend, a special Friend you can have
Always dependable, trustworthy
Powerful and rich
If you have a real need, whatever it is
He can meet that need
If you feel unloved, He will give you LOVE that endures
Tell Him you want to be His Friend
And He will take care of the rest
His name is……JESUS….
THANK YOU JESUS..I HAVE A FRIEND IN YOU
