Forward March
Forward march to my love,
And like the traditions of your Church Weddings;
But the raging waves of the sea is like,
The fascinating experiences we had yesterday.

Sonnet: Kargil War-song
March Ye forward, O Indian sepoy!
’Tis wartime again on land, sea and sky;
Our foes occupy the Kargil hills O boy!
And mountains and vales, where war-planes can’t fly.
March Ye forward, O Indian soldier!
The north-west sky is filled with smoke and fire;
Kashmir’s vale’s at stake, so is the frontier;
The enemy has the vantage, not attire.
March Ye forward, O Indian jawan;
Ye flush out the intruders everyone;
Climb the mountains by night and strike by dawn;
Give thy precious life to silence their gun.
March Ye forward, March Ye forward, nev’r stop;
Hoist the Indian tricolor Kargil-top!

Yesterday, When I Was Mad
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday)
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday)
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday) when i was mad
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday) when i was mad
Darling, you were wonderful, you really were quite good
I enjoyed it, though, of course, no one understood
A word of what was going on, they didn't have a clue
They couldn't understand your sense of humour like i do
You're much too kind
I smiled with murder on my mind
Yesterday, when i was mad
And quite prepared to give up everything
Admitting, i don't believe
In anyone's sincerity, and that's what's really got to me
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday)
Yesterday (yesterday yesterday) when i was mad

From The Rose To The Ring
To think that love is everywhere
And that it's Heaven-sent,
A poor man or a billionaire,
Each learns by accident...
It may take time before love grows,
From one romantic thought,
Yet soon it blossoms like the rose,
As tender hearts are caught...
And when their friendship flows like wine
Such that the whole world sees,
They each become a Valentine,
The other heart to please...
With gentle words they bill and coo,
As if still on their search,
Yet love and marriage rendezvous
Within God's Holy Church.
That's why each man on bended knee
Proposes, ring-in-hand,
When love responds to Destiny
So weddings can be planned...
Life's great adventures make us pray,
To be all we can be...
God bless you on your Wedding Day
And all eternity...

Sex & The Church
Though the idea of compassion
Is said to be
The union of christ
And his bride, the christian
Its all very puzzling

His Church Can Rise Up
Today The Church can rise above, through God’s power and His Love.
She can rise up to the task at hand, and for The Lord can take a stand.
My friend, even in the darkest nights, we can rise up to greater heights.
For we can rise up in Christ’s Victory, as we march forward to Eternity.
Jesus Christ will build His Church, and build it upon The Savior’s worth.
She’s not built upon an earthly frame, but built upon Her Savior’s Name.
Jesus Christ the very Cornerstone, guides His Church from His Throne.
For His Church, Jesus Christ alone, is her foundation and the capstone.
He’s the Groom and we’re the Bride, and His Church will not be denied.
He’s creating a Holy Priesthood friend, of whose service will never end.
We my friends are the living stones, bought and placed by Christ alone,
We’re being built into a spiritual house, by the Church’s Eternal Spouse.
Even though darkened forces rail, the gates of Hades shall not prevail.
Christ’s Victory we can proclaim, through the power of His Holy Name.
We need to rise up above the night, and lift up high Christ’s Holy Light.
We can rise above every situation, and point the world to His salvation.
Very soon The Church will surly rise, to meet The Savior up in the skies,
Dear friend Satan is the defeated foe, and this we need to let men know.
So we need to rise up and tell all men, that Satan is the one condemned,
And when they join The Church of Christ, they too shall gain Eternal Life.

I was fortunate to be part of a very successful show on CBS in 1986. I switched to NBC for eight years and through these experiences have gotten terrific insight into television; it's a fascinating medium.

You, Yesterday and I
Yesterday wasn't just another day
There the earth moved on its axis
There the sun appeared on time
There the moon blinked at the sun
Yet yesterday wasn't another day
The passion we shared yesterday
Doesn't make it just another yesterday
The yesterday's warmth of your eyes
That traced all my nuances
The yesterday's breeze that touched me
After it touched you
The yesterday's redness of my lips
That you so fondly painted
The yesterday's voyage on sea of love
That we together dared
The yesterday's purple of love
That I found after you left
All these and more of yesterday
Still follow me today...
You see
Yesterday wasn't
Just another day!

And You Are My Tomorrow
Today is tomorow's yesterday, you are my tomorrow-
Please become my today and wipe away my sorrow!
Hear I do very little, yet what I do povides hope,
Just when I think I can't go on, I am able still to cope!
I look forward to re-starting my life, anew,
Happier I shall be, each passing day, with you!
Love, as our's, binds us, through our whole life-
Take a road shall we two, making us Husband and Wife!
I have faith in the truth allowing my redemption,
Ne'er shall I fall prey again, to others' contemption!
I know what it is to love another completely,
Love, for me, fills my whole heart, repletely!
I love thee, for all you are and what you do make me,
Love thee do I for all of the 'places you take me'!

My Old Flame
Arthur johnson / sam coslow
My old flame
I cant even think of his name
But its funny now and then
How my thoughts go flashing back again
To my old flame
My old flame
My new lovers all seem so tame
For I havent met a gent
So innocent or elegant
As my old flame
Ive met so many men
With fascinating ways
A fascinating gaze in their eyes
Som who sent me up to the skies
But their attempts at love
Were only imitations of
My old flame
I cant even think of his name
But Ill never be the same
Untill I discover what became
Of my old flame
Ive met so many men
With fascinating ways
A fascinating gaze in their eyes
Som who sent me up to the skies
But their attempts at love
Were only imitations of
My old flame
I cant even think of his name
But Ill never be the same
Untill I discover what became
Of my old flame

What I have
I Love my Family 'I have a sound mind'
I Like Luciano Pavarotti
even though.I don't speak a word of italian 'I have a sound mind'
I love my family even though none of us had a choice in the picking :)
I Love my church family............ 'I have a sound mind'
I like the motto of the church on 1212 Hendrick called Faith Fellowship Baptist
Church.
'if the bible says, we believe it'
I Love Jesus, my family, friends and I have a sound mind.
I know God has wonderful things in store for me from this time forward!

Signs Of Heaven
A sign of peace and love,
Do not be deceived by the signs of heaven!
And by using them to set your feasts;
For man's own customs and traditions are always against the ways of the Creator!
But many are those who still follow after these traditions on this earth.

March, March, Ettrick and Teviotdale
I.
March, march, Ettrick and Teviotdale,
Why the deil dinna ye march forward in order!
March, march, Eskdale and Liddesdale,
All the Blue Bonnets are bound for the Border.
Many a banner spread,
Flutters above your head,
Many a crest that is famous in story.
Mount and make ready then,
Sons of the mountain glen,
Fight for the Queen and our old Scottish glory.
II.
Come from the hills where your hirsels are grazing,
Come from the glen of the buck and the roe;
Come to the crag where the beacon is blazing,
Come with the buckler, the lance, and the bow.
Trumpets are sounding,
War-steeds are bounding,
Stand to your arms, then, and march in good order;
England shall many a day
Tell of the bloody fray,
When the Blue Bonnets came over the Border.

March
Were I young again
and the month of March
were upon me
I'd skip down the road,
do a march to March,
sing a tune to March
dance a dance to March,
risk a prance to March,
strut and grind and do
a break dance to March.
Hop, skip and jump to March,
just like a the girl I used to be,
once upon a time in March,
when my cheeks had high colour
and my hopes were high.

An Easter Prayer
Dear Lord of all creation
who looks down on us each day.
Help us when we are betrayed and crucified
for something we have never done
nor was ever going to do.
Give us the strength to face the challenges
of starting our life a new.
Give us the guidance as we move forward
into the new life when resurrecting ourselves.
Amen

Experiences at church
In the city I witnessed some men
going to church trying to follow God
with a true passion, a true commitment
to finding a blessing
and weary old ladies, children
and some men were bringing offerings
of money, action and time
and some just went there to express
how by wealth they have been blessed
gathering in cliques in little groups and circles,
discussing business, pleasure
and inconsequential things that are of interest to them
and I have witnessed other people,
who saw no need for churches
or for the services rendered by them,
any other than as places for
grand weddings
or to serve God or any higher being
as if they in the image of God
had become gods
and the whole wide world
belonged to them to exploit
and even other people
have got to serve them
and now that the church
to which they did at a time belong
had lost its power
with which it governed the country
from religion they were totally free.
Even if other people were gathering
for self serving reasons
I went to church
to get some kind of blessing
from the presence of the One
from whom all love comes.

There Is No Sense At All
just like you i sit on a rock beside the raging waves of the sea
some salty water spattering on the foreskin of my head
turning into crystal under the hot sun of March
i think of the falling leaves from the trees of an old forest
i recall the sound of the hush of their departures so much like
the constant leaving of the waves that come and then go on the shore
there is this drifting so common among us that we are no longer
distinguishing one from the other
all things taking so many similarities and then someone is lost
with no difference
the seagull lonely in its flight towards a distant island
is just like any other seagull singing its lonely song within its feathered body
the man remembering and hearing again the old songs of love broken
shattered pieces of self trying to resemble again an old self
is just any man on the street looking for something he can hold
perhaps for a lifetime, he picks up something and tries to make a difference
a pebble from other pebbles, a cellophane sheet landing on his hand from
the air and looks at it against the sun. Something flimsy and so trivial.
He throws it away and continues walking along the lonely streets at night.
There is no one there. There is nothing there. Something unknown still.

If Not For June
If not for June,
My memories of Winter in December...
With a wish to witness,
The freshness of Spring March would bring...
Would not still remain so vivid.
As if only yesterday visited.
If not for June.
If not for June,
My eyesight would not be teased...
By the freedom felt in Summer,
With hopes that linger of those things I could do,
Under clear skies showing bright Sun.
And seeing the fun shared by nearly everyone,
If not for June.
And if not for June I would not be able to reminisce,
From so many experiences I could pick.
June seems to be the month I can do this.
With a thankfulness I am still in the midst,
Of a year that appears to have just begun.
With so much left to offer before it is done.
And for me this happens only when June comes.
