Road Trafic Accidents
Dying persons,
Road trafic accidents,
Nobody wants to stop for help,
INHUMAN due to fear of
police action and witness
in the court.

Permission To Die Sept 12th,2012
I'd like to avoid dying in severe agony and pain,
Looking at spots in the ceiling and listening to the rain,
But this is what our appointed Supreme Court imposed on us to do,
They did it to very sick Sue Rodriguez and to you too.
Death with dignity is completely forbidden here and now,
They allowed the drug-addict Insite clinic open but death not allowed,
We should not need to go to court for permission to die,
To have some high court judge refuse while looking you in the eye.
If we had binding referendums, we could change the result,
Dying with dignity would be normal and not an insult,
Persons with painful or cancerous diseases should have permission,
For euthanasia after consultation with their physician.

My Biggest Fear
I have this feeling it’s called fear
I have the fear of who will be dying or will I be next?
If I stop think about “how can I have myself prepare? “.
This fear is consuming me.
It’s like stealing something from me.
I don’t know what it is….
How to deal with it
I want to see it........
Can anyone help me to see?
Does this feeling go away?
Are these feelings real or fake.
I also have a fear of not achieving my dreams
That thought makes me want to scream.
I have Fear of my life.Every day that’s not much
I could say on that, I try give it my strife
The real world gives me fear too.
Sometimes, “I wish everything would disappear
Instead appear into fear”.
The Fear of losing my mother before I am ready to let her go.
What road do I take so I won’t let fear win.
Fear takes my thoughts of losing my husband, and
losing one of my children too.
Even though, I almost did loose a child.
I can let the fear, do what it is doing..
I fear of losing my dearest friend.
I am sorry I cant pretend that fear is not here.
The fear of my own death and the cause of it will be?
I don’t want to see.
The fear of my lifestyle should it be the way it should be lived?
or should it be change?
Do I dear change it, but how?
I know that I have a fear of being alone.
It’s the unknown
Is My Biggest Fear

Accidents Can Happen
Theres a side of you, could bring on homicide
But livin in a cell changes my view
Maybe your automobile could lose its right front wheel
It happens every day, it could be you
Look back over your shoulder, when you think youre alone, youre not
Each noise, every shadow, look out!
Chorus:
Accidents can happen, its always in the news
Accidents can happen to you
You read it in the paper, you see it on the tube
Accidents can happen
To you
A little haitian doll, that looks a lot like you do
A little powdered poison in your tea
Electricity, invisible to see, Id like to introduce you to mr. e
A malfunction, who would notice, machines and things get hot
A permanent vacation can be bought
Chorus - look out!
(solo)
Accidents can happen, accidents can happen, accidents can happen to you
Chorus - accidents can happen, accidents can happen - look out!

Anytime anywhere
The sky is not bigger than me
and I in goodfaith walking on the road.
Air is there to cool me
and to declare alive.
No cause of action for the truth
to move to court against me.
I am on the road
that is the fact.
Any one can see me
at any time anywhere.

1: 00 am Prayer.
Oh Lord, before I close my eyes
On this troubled world,
Let me posses peace in my heart.
Make me witness such kindness and love,
So my eyes fill with tears of joy.
Turn fear, avarice, violence and racism,
Into a another past in time.
Deep int a new understanding.
Stop our brothers and sisters from
Dying in a dying war,
And raise hope for the hopeless.
Give peace to the troubled.
Let us remember that we are separated,
By fear, hate, poverty
And the politicians of a corrupt World.

Hell! I am going to take you to the police
1
oh boy! you have done it again
my repeated warning's have all gone in vain
i am sick of you showing me your pain
you will not listen that's for sure
you will keep coming towards me as if i were your's
that's it i have had enough
it's time for me to play it rough
hell it's time for me to take you to the police
as that's the only way for me to get some peace
2
if you put anything about me on the net
it's prision time for you, you bet
have a coffee with you huuh! you must be kidding
what do you think i am your love pudding
get out of my office or i will call security
next time my dear i will show no pity
this time i have let you off
but next time in the celler you will cough
hell! i am going to take you to the police
3
stop stop don't usher me in
going down with you in the same lift will be a sin
get off my case you crazy head
i am not going to jump with you in the bed
have a coffee with you? only after i am dead
leave me alone leave me in peace
otherwise i will take you to the police!
4
stop your antics and stop them now
my warnings have all gone un headed
you have for two years with me pleaded
i will die hungry but will not sleep for a role
if you come close to me next time i will hit you with a pole
hell! i am going to take you to the police
5
i always stop from doing the un-thinkable
may be because deep down i know you are a simple soul
pure of heart just like me
caught up in this world of insanity
but if you keep pestering me i will take you to the police
so go now and leave me in peace
hell i am going to take you to the police! ........................................

Stop Giving Them a Reason
We're running on low.
Low
Low
Low.
We're running on desperateness,
And fear
That has to end.
We're running on low.
Low
Low
Low.
We're running on desperateness,
And fear
That has to end.
We've got to stop excuses.
Stop feeding crime to police.
Stop giving them a reason,
To use a gun!
We've got to stop excuses.
Stop feeding crime to police.
Stop giving them a reason,
To use a gun!
We're running on low.
Low
Low

We're running on desperateness,

You watch the Supreme Court in action on these cases, and they are a conflicted court. However, when it comes to speech issues generally, the court has been protective.

0013 The Witness Box
It was a minor court case –
a matter of a market trader
selling maybe stolen goods,
the police attempting, probably not for the first time,
to get clear evidence to nail him…
but for those serving on a jury
for the first time, an occasion
full of all the solemn majesty of law;
the difficulties of following court proceedings;
weighing the evidence; and most of all,
the fear of convicting an innocent man –
even, as visibly here, a slippery man to deal with.
The court was small; almost intimate.
After the grubby, vague, sometimes seemingly irrelevant
prosecution claims (points being made that
a jury would not appreciate, involving finer points of law) -
and, months after the event,
policemen reading from notes they took of the case
which were as evidence, more like a crime half seen, and
half assumed, the accused took the witness stand
and as he took the last two steps towards the stand
I witnessed an extraordinary moment, even with
his back to me – for two seconds at the most, you could see
the burden of a lifetime's criminality fall from his shoulders;
in this moment of pure, beautiful grace:
something within him knew that this was the given moment
to ‘come clean’ once and forever…
before me stood, for a single glimpse,
the human being in primal innocence.
So when he took the witness stand
and declared himself not guilty
at was, at one level, manifestly true..
He took the stand; swore on the holy book
to tell the truth, the whole truth,
and nothing but the truth;
and lied and lied and lied – so obviously,
that to my astonishment, the judge intervened,
leaned over to him and said in almost motherly tones,
‘Mr Smith – why is it that whenever you are asked
a question.. you tell..a lie? ’…
In the courtroom, a breathless pause;
(the defence lawyers can’t have been too pleased
to hear this condemnation by implication) :
‘It’s me nature, ma’am’ was the sincere and miserable reply..
The police failed to convince us of his guilt – although
we quessed they’d been after him for some time;
we let him off; but in that moment which was unforgettable,
I’d seen innocence and guilt within one man.

Love In Action
No place to hide
And no where to run
Nothing you can do because a change must come
You cant stop it
You got your tail in the air
Your head in the ground
Money, money, money makes your world go round
You cant stop it
You cant stop, you cant stop, you cant stop, you cant stop
You cant stop love in action
You just joined the clan
Your heads full of sand
You need a bunch of friends to make you feel like a man
But you cant stop it
Yeah, you could be the last trace of the master race
The nazis really send you to another place
Still you cant stop it
You cant stop love in action

The Date Of Your Death Not Oct 19th,2012
There is a date somewhere in our future when you and I will die,
There's nothing we can do about this and I don't know why,
Because death with dignity is forbidden in this great land,
And nothing will change, and this the appointees still understand.
Dying with dignity is about living life on your own terms,
When and if you get your euthanasia this can be confirmed,
We should not need to go to court to get permission to die,
To have some high court judge refuse while looking you in the eye.
Persons with painful or cancerous diseases should have permission,
For euthanasia after consultation with their physician,
This should be a constitutional right and no need to implore,
And told by another judge to get out the courtroom door.

Dying With Dignity Sept 5th,2012
Dying with dignity is about living life on your own terms,
When and if you get your euthanasia and how it performs,
We should not need to go to High Court to get permission to die,
To have some pompous judge refuse, while looking you in the eye.
Persons with painful or cancerous diseases should have permission,
And automatic after consultation with their physician,
This should be a constitutional right and no need to implore,
Or be told by some imperial judge to get out the door.
Our do-nothing politicians want to avoid this subject,
They follow political Party rules and don't want to connect,
What the High Court did to Sue Rodriguez, they may do to you,
Those who are suffering should not have to suffer as they say adieu.

Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence. Inaction is not only the result, but the cause, of fear. Perhaps the action you take will be successful; perhaps different action or adjustments will have to follow. But any action is better than no action at all.

A Road Well Travelled
A road well travelled does not the journey ease
Nor do well placed signposts aid our itineraries
A road well travelled is rough and rutted where
Others have passed by this way overburdened with their cares
A road well-travelled may be full of risks and dangers
You keep yourself unto yourself and never talk to strangers.
This road well travelled has no final end in sight
It can be sunny in the daytime but quite frightening at night
This road well travelled can sometimes just disappear
And you stop not knowing where to go shivering with fear
This road well travelled sometimes returns you to its start
And leaves you walking round in circles with a sad and heavy heart.
My road well travelled has many toll gates on the way
Each time I ask directions there’s a need to always pay
My road well travelled is a lonely road at times
It is a real road that I know it’s not just a state of mind
My road well travelled is not just my road you see
It’s a road that many others take and it’s called anxiety.

Fear is the lever
Fear of starvation drives you to prey
Fear of downfall drives you to fight.
Fear of injury causes the lust for power.
Fear of instability induces love for women
Fear is not the break of one’s action.
It is the very lever of one’s action.

Fear
Fear keeps me here because I want to be.
It tells me of the dangers that I want to see.
It says that stop is better than go.
It warns me against what I don’t know.
Fear soothes me and makes me feel
That the risks and pitfalls are really real.
It tells me I’ll be hurt if I try something new.
Like sunglasses it helps taint my life’s view.
My stultifying friend, fear, and I
Sit on the sidelines, as the world passes by.
Then it dawns on me that fear’s not my friend.
It’s only interested in its own cruel end
Ends like “don’t, ” “can’t, ” and “won’t work.”
Negatives like “too risky, ” “forget it, ” and “shirk.”
Fear has been the driver; I’ve just been in the car.
Unless I’m master of the pedal, I won’t go far.
So I leave fear at the gate since I know I’m the best.
Faith is my passenger and commitment my vest.
There’ll be scary moments and accidents I’m sure
When I cross the finish line, like a Cheshire I’ll purr.
If I address my problems with the solutions they need,
Fear will be defeated as I so sweetly succeed!
