A Poet To Be
A poet I claim not to be,
For words are never there.
In all the years I've tried to write,
I have no words to share.
I sit and think but nothing comes,
No inspiration here.
I want to write of anything,
But still no words I fear.
I read the works of other poets,
I wish I were like them.
How do they write such beautiful lines,
A poet, I'm not him.
I try to write from the heart,
From deep within my soul.
I try to write of the love I have,
But cannot reach my goal.
But why I ask, why can't I write,
Of love so pure and true.
Why can't I write about her eyes,
A mix of green and blue.
I want to write about her smile,
It brightens up my day.
I try to think of anything,
But words I cannot say.
I wish I knew how to write,
A poem with such bliss.
I wish I knew how to describe,
Her soft but tender kiss.
I cannot even begin to write,
How she holds me tight.
How her arms around me,
Makes everything just right.
A poet does not have to think,
The words flow right out.
When I sit and try to write,
I want to scream and shout.
I mean come on, how hard can it be,
To write about her hair.
Such long beautiful natural blonde,
That flows in the air.
I try to write about her laugh,
The words will not fly.
Time passes and finally,
I say it's soft and high.
It's been an hour and a half,
I'm here on verse twelve.
I had to go to Rhymezone,
To find out the rhyme is shelve.
A poet does not do that,
Go online to find a rhyme.
A poet has it in his head,
And can write at any time.
But a poet I am not,
For I cannot write of love.
How the girl I am with,
Is an angel from up above.
How I love her with all my heart,
And want to spend my life with her.
How her love for me is more,
Than I can ever be for sure.
As I draw near the end,
My mind is not so numb.
I realize I've just written of love,

Are you writing words of rhythm according to thoughts?
Or are you coining words of thoughts according to rhythm?
Or are you writing poetry both working at the same time?
Asking so, if they ask me how to write poetry, what shall I say?
Poetry writing is natural, spontaneous expression from heart!
How can this be taught to anyone to write poetry ever at all?
Poetry is a spontaneous flow of words direct from heart ever!
I wonder many a time how am I writing poetry at all ever!
But this is happening to my great surprise since longtime!
Due to engagements ever poetry only I am able to write
Though my aim in the beginning was writing stories.....,
Novels, short stories and nonfiction articles of criticism!
Poetry books too I have completed writing so since long
But what a pity there is no reception for poetry books...!

what is poetry
a bunch rhymes
or just simple words on paper because you have to much time
poetry to me isnt all about rhyming
poetry to me is a way to get out emotions or things that happen in the past your to scared to say so instead you write about it. poetry can be sweet, bad, naughty, nice poetry is how your feeling poetry takes on the tone of voice your to scared to explain. poetry is that voice deep down inside that voice that takes over when your typing or writng. to me people are poetry people are the voice, people are the future, but poetry is the key that on locks us all. to stand up and use that voice that we write with when were writng poetry.

Friendship poem
Chris you beast,
your love never ceases,
it keeps expanding and growing like yeast,
your an awesome friend,
someone i truly commend,
your always so nice to me,
your someone i look up to be,
i don't care if your mexican, spanish or dutch,
i just want to be your bestie and someone who you can clutch,
someone who is there for you,
just as you are for me,
someone who your are happy to see,
and someone who makes you good as new,
i know you are very hansom,
yet i am very plain,
you are easy on the eyes,
and i can cause some pain, xD
you will always seem like a brother,
who protects and keeps me safe,
but we can play and have fun together,
just as an energetic youngster,
me and you might not see each other as often as we should,
but i would spend my time and money,
just to see you if i could.
i miss you buddy more than you could know,
so i write and i write to try to let my feelings flow,
i hope that i can be a part of your life,
even though it is quite full,
because you have bitten off more than you can chew,
and what you have is quite a mouthful.
but i think these writtings have come to an end,
i have expressed myself and shown the love that i send,
i hope i can see you soon,
because i long to meet you and act like a bafoon.
we have great memories,
and much more to come,

one thing that i miss the most,
is not the things we say and boast,

A pretty blue sea
A dark drowning abyss
As I stare into space
In a half trance
As memories continue to

Tomorrow is the last
The last day
That I will see your face

I can write Poetry all day long
But what will it give me?
There is just so much others will listen to
