Towards Perfect Holiness
The more holy, I try to be,
The more temptations seem to come;
I query why unfair to me,
Is God to my people, my home!
The more I pray, I fall in sin,
I ask whither my prayers have gone!
I grumble why cannot I win;
Am I on earth just all alone?
The truth I ponder and find out;
The love of God is growing more;
He cares for me without a doubt,
And wants me better than before!
The Holy God wants me holy;
A perfect Lord makes me perfect;
His grace works wonders most truly;
And Satan’s works I now reject.

Holy, Holy, Holy
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee;
Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!
Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore Thee,
Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;
Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee,
Who was, and is, and evermore shall be.
Holy, holy, holy! though the darkness hide Thee,
Though the eye of sinful man Thy glory may not see;
Only Thou art holy; there is none beside Thee,
Perfect in power, in love, and purity.
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
All Thy works shall praise Thy Name, in earth, and sky, and sea;
Holy, holy, holy; merciful and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

Holy Is The Lord
Holy is your name, in all the earth I worship you
Holy is your name, in all the earth I come to you
Holy is your name, in all the earth I sing to you
Holy, Holy, Holy is your name
Holy are you Lord, I come before your throne and bow
Holy are you Lord, I come into your presence now
Holy are you Lord I listen to the angels sing
Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord
Holy are you Lord, my heart it leaps within my chest
Holy are you Lord, Its in your arms I find my rest
Holy are you Lord, the saints around the world they sing
Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord
Now listen to the saints, they sing Holy are you Lord
Now listen to them cry to you, Holy are you Lord
There is a cry around the world, they lift their voice and sing
Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord
I come before your throne to sing, Holy is your name
I come before your throne to sing, I'll never be the same
Pour our out your fire of love on me, this is what I sing
Holy, Holy, to the risen King

Holy Baptism
The water bathes the body but
The Holy Spirit works within,
When words divine uttered makes one
A member of Lord Jesus Christ!
The grace of God brings marked change;
Past sins and punishments are gone;
The sacrament called Baptism
Brings us to Christ and is the first!
‘Unless a man is born again,
Of water and of Holy Ghost,
He cannot enter God’s Kingdom! ’
Said Jesus Lord to Apostles.
The rite is simple; so, the words;
The cleansing is of soul, mind, heart;
The grace of God gets poured within,
As one is freed from every sin.

‘O Holy Spirit’ Prayer
O Holy Spirit, dwell in me,
And drive away the evil ones,
So that I’m freed from temptations,
And concentrate on work for God.
O Holy Spirit, be my guide,
All through my earthly life till death,
And fill my soul with grace enough,
That I don’t veer from righteousness.
O Holy Spirit, protect me,
From foes that plan my destruction,
And block my progress, here on earth,
And make my mind crestfallen fast.
O Holy Spirit, watch o’er me,
All night and day and when I’m ill,
And make my heart and mind steadfast,
So that, I tread the road to God.
O Holy Spirit, inspire me
To follow conscience without fail,
In matters that can confuse minds,
Despite my knowledge and wisdom.
O Holy Spirit, be with me,
Consoling when grief springs surprise,
And when my mind is much disturbed,
And drives me to sin’s ravines deep.
O Holy Spirit, be my strength,
In everything I do for God,
And earn my heaven, while on earth,
And fetch more souls for God’s abode.

In Jesus Name
In Jesus Name a mighty love
Was sent upon the Earth,
The Holy Spirit from above
Is meant to prove His worth
For Jesus Christ, God's Holy Son,
Was whipped and crucified
So that a perfect work was done
In which we can take pride.
In Christ we boast the whole day long,
Our Saviour and our Lord,
For in His faith each soul is strong,
Triumphant and assured.
Restored beyond our wildest dreams
And all our precious prayers,
We know life isn't what it seems
And that our Father cares...
Lord Jesus tells us, 'I LOVE YOU! '
That's such a wondrous phrase...
He bids us pray for others, too,
For purity and grace...
God bless our lives! God bless our lands!
God heal us day-by-day!
In Jesus Name we raise our hands
And pray and pray and pray...

Here I Come-4
Holy holy is He
So merciful
Lion and King
Wonderful Counselor
Holy holy
Holy holy is He
Holy holy is He
Forever holy.
Most High God
Holy holy
Prince of Peace
Mighty Redeemer
King of Kings
Most High God
Holy holy
Holy holy is He
Holy holy is He
Forever holy.
Take my sins
As far as the east
Is from the west
Purge me
With your precious blood
Shelter me
From the storms
Cover me
With your glory
Holy holy
Holy holy is He
Holy holy is He
Forever holy.
You are so holy
You went to the cross
For me
So holy
You bled for me
So holy
You paid a price
I could not pay
Holy holy
Holy holy is He
Holy holy is He
Forever holy.

Beware of Satan, the Deceiver of the World
Satan deceives the world for long
As Gospel's truth aren't known to all;
He uses Christian rituals, rites,
Doctrines and laws to delude souls!
The evil spirit Satan thus
Enters the souls afilled with sin,
Pretending as Holy Spirit,
Duping even Christians with faith.
Satan can quote the scriptures well;
He uses name of Lord and God;
The Tempter is a ‘born' Liar;
And steals souls en way to heaven.
Receive the Holy Spirit then,
By knowing Gospel entirely;
And let Him dwell within always,
Enlightening your soul with grace.
False preachers in this world abound,
Who try to interpret the Word,
By creating ‘mass hypnosis',
And making people to convulse.
Loud hymns and intonations work
Illusions, magic, transient ‘cures',
Taking the minds and hearts to heights,
As if God has anointed one.
The Bible is the Word of God;
A heart with sin can't work like Christ;
Only a soul that's cleansed off sin
Can do the things, Jesus akin.
The Holy Spirit cannot dwell
In persons who have little faith,
In sacred words that Bible tells,
And live their lives as per God's Word.
A sustained life of prayer's first,
To follow foot-steps of Lord Christ;
A soul that's kept sin-free always
Can make the Holy Spirit stay.
The Holy Spirit dwells in those
Who have repented for their sins,
Renouncing Satan's pomps and works,
And never follow his vile ways!
No human act or endeavour
Can do miracles on one's own
But grace of God, prayer-obtained,
Alone can heal afflicted men.
For grace of God, strong faith is prime;
Fasting, prayers make life sublime;
Good deeds and charity are next;
All stem from love of Jesus Christ!
God sees the minds and hearts of men;
If body must be God's abode,
It should be freed of every sin,
And stay that way until one's death.
Beware of false teachers, prophets,
Who claim to see Jesus, Angels!
For, God was never seen by man,
From ever since the world began!

Prayer to the Holy Spirit
O Holy Spirit,
Third person of the Holy trinity;
Bond of harmony between the Father and Son;
Embodiment of eternal love and peace,
Come dwell forever within us.
Shower your gifts and wisdom;
Help us to spiritually better our lives
And souls, with your immense grace;
Bless our work and toil on earth,
Goad us to walk on the way to heaven always.
Do not allow us to stray from the divine path anytime;
Help us lead a Christ-centered life;
Bless our families and progeny;
Help us maintain Christian principles, morality and sense of values;
Help us lead a life of fortitude and
Love our neighbor as ourselves.
Train us to forgive and forget others’ trespasses;
Foster among us faith, hope, charity and love;
Ward off from our homes, sins of every kind;
Keep away the satanic forces that endlessly try to undo the virtues in us.
Help us brave the storms, travail and tribulations of earthly life.
Teach us to emulate the example of the Holy family;
Help us renounce satan, his pomps and works;
Help us give our mite to the harvest of holy souls;
May we pray with fervor incessantly, for conversion of souls to God.
May we share, spread and sow the love of God among our unfortunate fellow beings
Give us complete success against the evil one and a holy death.
May we pass the Final Test and take our soul undefiled to Heaven.
We beseech you to grant us the needed grace from time to time.
Amen.

How to Pray?
Pray incessantly;
Pray most fervently;
Pray with all your heart;
God will do His part!
Pray most sensibly;
Pray most effectively;
Pray deep from your heart;
Pray as if an art!
Pray for prolonged time;
Pray in any clime;
Pray by singing rhymes;
God’s answers chime!
Pray in holy place;
Pray with heav’nly gaze;
Pray for human race;
Pray in many ways.
Let prayers rise up high;
Let prayers pierce the sky;
Let prayers touch God’s heart,
As blessings divine start!

This Is Your Day!
A sea of human swaying heads,
And hands that wave towards heaven,
And torsos dancing in rhythm
To divine tunes melodious;
And voices singing praise to God,
And glorifying all His works,
And thanking Him for miracles,
That Holy Spirit does today.
While Scriptures read by men of God,
Explain the meaning of Gospels,
The crowd in prayer sinks at times,
As tears roll down the cheeks of all;
Oh, what a splendid spectacle!
God’s kingdom grows in leaps and bounds,
Despite the growing evils too,
Designed by devils, roaming earth.
And come out men, women, children
In testimony to God’s touch,
In numbers no one can predict,
Depending on the love of God;
The Holy Spirit- Jesus Christ,
Is moving through the pious hearts
And souls sin-freed and sanctified,
While yearning to be one with God!

In Lent-time
Open your heart to God;
Move towards the Lord;
Obey His every Word;
Strike holy an accord.
Perhaps, this is your last
Chance to atone for past
Sins; so be rather fast;
Before in hell, you’re cast!
Let Holy Spirit in,
And grace reside within,
Without a trace of sin;
Say often, ‘Amen! ’
Do more of charity;
Live with more piety;
Lent is a rarity:
Prepare for God’s city.

Not Works of Righteousness
It is not by works of righteousness, that from Hell, I am saved,
For I’m filled with wickedness, with a heart that is so depraved;
My salvation is by God’s Grace, and it’s all God’s Grace alone,
That I’m saved from that place, to enter Heaven, as God’s Own.
All believing that they are good, by their works, to enter above,
Must heed what’s understood, no one on earth is good enough,
For every earthly soul falls short, of God’s Perfect Glory above,
But, The Good News does report, that He saves us by His Love.
Holy God cannot strive with sin; the sin that’s tainted every soul;
From the very day that we begin, all are cursed from Adam’s fall,
That sin has separated all of us, from our Creator, Lord and God,
So our God sent His Son Jesus, down to the sinful earth we trod.
For the righteous He didn’t come, when to this earth He was sent,
But, He came that all, not just some, fallen sinners, would repent,
To turn from sin to God’s Son, the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
Who had come to grant everyone, through New Birth, Eternal Life.
One belief, that’s worse than sad, for one’s entrance into Heaven,
Have your good outweigh your bad, which is only spiritual leaven,
For the single way to be assured, of your life in Heaven Eternally,
Is a sinner’s faith alone in The Lord, through The Cross of Calvary.

The Holy Sabbath Day
God created the things He thought
Over the six days of the week,
And being pleased with His own work,
The Sabbath Day of rest, He sought!
God made the Sabbath Day for man
So that his body, heart and mind,
From week-days’ drudgery, rest find,
And thereby increase his life’s span!
God made the Sabbath Day holy
So that man could be nearer God,
And keep his soul afilled with grace,
And keep the heaven’s road always!
The Sabbath Day is crucial
For man to keep off diseases
Those afflict him these modern days,
And add more years to life on earth.
The Sabbath is the answer to
The affluent illnesses that
Affect most men including stress,
Avoiding all things of excess!
Man, keep the Sabbath Day holy;
Give rest to body, mind and heart;
Cleanse soul from sins by divine art,
And do your duty for your part.
On this day, think of God much more,
And thank Him for His blessings shown;
Pray fervently from your heart’s core,
And keep off evils known, unknown!
For, holy, holy is the Lord
Of heavens, earth – the most high God;
Whatever He says may look odd;
All will be fine, heeding His Word!

Jesus’ Cross
The Holy Cross beckons
To follow Jesus Christ;
The source of strength and joy
To souls, for Lord athirst!
The Holy Cross guides us
To walk upon His steps;
The Son of God had died
To save mankind from sins.
The Holy Cross reminds
To place our trust in God;
Jesus resurrected
To annul man from rod.
The Holy Cross signals
That life has crosses, woes;
Yet, we must tread fearless;
Engages God, our foes!
The Holy Cross goads us
To carry each one’s cross;
Our war with satan’s won,
By Jesus, without loss!
The Holy Cross renews
Our ties with Jesus Lord;
He will come in glory
To judge mankind by Word!

Song in Honor of BVM on Her Birthday (Sept.8th)
Baby Mary born today,
Of Joachim and of Anne;
Chosen by God long ago
To Mother Jesus Christ Lord.
Blessed Virgin Mary dear,
Who found favor in God’s heart;
Mediatrix for mankind;
Pray for us to earn God’s grace!
Holy Mary, God’s Mother;
Queen of heaven forever;
Pure of heart, immaculate
Conception who bore Jesus.
Hail O Mary, clad in grace;
Crushed the Serpent’s head and face!
Help me pray more rosaries
For the souls in purgatory.
Give us health of body, mind;
Help us keep soul in pure state;
Guide us lead a holy life;
And avoid sin and all strife!
Speak O Mary to Jesus;
Help us win against Satan;
Save us from the fire of hell;
Show the way to God’s abode.

The Holy Cross
O Holy Cross of Jesus Christ!
How must I come to Calvary?
– By giving up world’s pleasures first,
Carrying my own and follow Thee!
O Holy Cross that Christ had borne!
Take me to Heaven’s narrow gate;
Much strife my body does adorn,
My sufferings never abate!
O Holy Cross on which Christ died!
At times, in life I grow weary,
Although in God, I do abide;
With charm all lost, life seems dreary.
O Holy Cross that satan fears;
Then guide me in the way of light;
My stay on earth almost well nears;
Let Truth be always in my sight!
O Holy Cross: eternal sign;
In Jesus Christ, I trust my soul;
In Maker’s Feast, I wish to dine:
My only aim and earthly goal!
O Holy Cross that saves mankind;
Show me the dress of grace to don;
For only pure a heart and mind
Can see the face of God’s one Son!

Lent is:
A battle-time for folks;
Each soul seems like war-zone;
So, circumcise your hearts;
Renounce your sinful crafts.
Think of the good God did;
Repent for sins of past;
Remember: ‘Be perfect,
Like how the Lord, God is.’
Read holy works and books;
Reflect on life’s true worth;
Regain soul’s state of grace;
Retrace your steps to God.
Lent is to spend time lent
In life to search for God;
Lent is a chance to mend
Your ways, avoiding rod.
Lent is the time to lose
Your extra-calories;
Avoid exotic foods;
Recover mind’s lost peace!

No Room For Truth
Many have no need for God, a belief they defend with a nod,
With pride in their heart so rife, they will worship their own life,
Sitting on a self-made throne, they have a belief, all their own,
This faith that they embrace, discards God's Awesome Grace.
They've no room within their life, for The Savior, Jesus Christ,
Heaven, they think they'll inherit, not by Grace, but their merit,
Believing that they are good, as God they've not understood,
Having no fear of The Lord, His Truth, by them, goes ignored.
They may even dislike religion, but, it factors in their decision,
Being soiled by religious leaven, using works to enter Heaven,
But all of their works of pride, by The Lord God will be denied,
As all the work was done for us, on the Cross by Christ Jesus.
Some may say that they believe, but Truth they will not receive,
They even say that God is in all, denying a curse by man's fall,
And all on the earth, they contend, will be in Heaven in the end,
With or without Jesus Christ, in Heaven, they shall see new life.
God's Word makes it so clear; wisdom begins with a holy fear,
To know The Lord God is one, Who sent to earth His Only Son,
To be for all men His Sacrifice, so men can enter into Paradise,
And Jesus is The Only Name, in whom salvation man can claim.

No Small Doubt
Satan starts with a small doubt, when it’s God who’s talked about,
Satan takes a well grounded fool, and uses him as a spiritual tool,
One sharpened tool for deceit, for Satan’s goal of spiritual defeat,
As victory through Christ is yours, but, the enemy subtly implores,
That one soul to join the lost, and become an enemy of the Cross.
It may be someone that you know, though a friend, a spiritual foe,
Maybe a family member, or two, who spiritually disagree with you,
They might not even be aware, when used by the prince of the air,
That serpent and the father of lies, going for that spiritual demise,
Of men and women everywhere, who regarding Truth, do not care.
Satan makes inroads all the time, to sway the heart and the mind,
So that they will reject God’s Son, Christ who came for everyone,
From doubt he moves to deceive, and even men, who do believe,
So that their influence for The Lord, upon others, may go ignored,
As Satan uses everybody he can, even those who are Born Again.
With some doubt he brings dismay, causing clouds along the way,
Clouds of darkness and despair, to assert that God does not care,
But not only does The Lord care, He defeated the prince of the air,
Though Satan will lie until the end, he cannot defeat God my friend,
Who alone, can set all men free, as they accept Truth from Calvary.
It is no small doubt my friend, as Satan works to produce your end,
An end that goes beyond the grave, for all who God does not save,
Not because He can’t; He died for all, but, Satan induces man’s fall,
Man’s enemy in this Age of Grace, so The Truth they won’t embrace,
Inciting doubt, his deceptive breath, moves men to an eternal death.
