The Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, Portugal, Oct 13th,1917
The sun stood still in the horizon clear,
And looked as bright as one, they all had seen;
But they could look at it without fear,
Sans blinking, delighted by its sheen.
This lasted but a moment, then!
And as the multitude gazed
The sun began to dance
And whirled rapidly and dazed
Like a giant fire-wheel!
After sometime, it stopped.
It rotated again with speed
Increasingly, making the on-lookers dizzy;
And from its crimson rim arose
Blood-red streamers of flame in sky
That touched all things on earth
In a colourful bright spectrum.
Three times, the sun gyrated thus;
The fiery orb trembled with rage;
It shuddered, hurtled suddenly,
In zig-zag way, towards the crowd!
Terrified, the multitude
Uttered a fearful cry
In unison, and fell
Upon their knees!
All felt the doomsday had arrived!
The air was warmer than ever
And threatened to enflame all things
Upon the earth, it touched!
Fatima was a heaven’s sign
Of Apocalypse – the end of times!
Some kind of a God’s design
To tell the world of Christ’s
Second coming was to begin!
The Lady who wore the sun as garb
Was Our Lady of Fatima,
Looking brighter than sun’s orb!
The miracle was to warn the world
Of men to lives amend!

A Simple Touch!
you touched my hand,
and raised this body
from the land of the dead...
you touched my heart,
and freed this soul
from the dark maze
of its own prison.
you touched my eyes,
and restored sight
to a blind man.
you touched my ears,
and filled them with
the song of every living creature.
you touched my desire,
and brought stone and fire,
and the echo of the whipporwill's song.
i touched you,
and the earth stopped turning,
rivers stopped flowing,
and mountains fell...
all in a simple touch!

The Lady Wore Black
On a lonely walk this morning
A light mist in the air
Dark clouds laughing at me in silence
Casting shadows through my hair
In the distance I saw a woman
Dressed in black with eyes of grey
She wore her pain like a shackled spirit
Eternal life was her debt to pay
The lady wore black
Its the sign of the prisoners lives
The lady wore black
See the years through the tears in her eyes
The lady wore black
Her mystic power calls to me
The lady wore black
Her love can set me free
The wind song whispered a warning
Telling me to beware
Of the quiet shadowed woman
And of the sadness I would share
We sat together for sometime together in silence
Never speaking in words
Of all her thoughts she spoke with her eyes
And I listened remembering all I heard
The lady wore black
Its the sign of the prisoners lives
The lady wore black
See the years through the tears in her eyes
The lady wore black
Her mystic power calls to me
The lady wore black
Her love can set me free
The words she spoke were of forgotten lives
And of all knowledge gained
Memries I had and didnt know why
With a smile she explained
I should have listened to the winds cold warning
And walked the other way
I touched her soul and now I bear her sentence
But for her love Ill gladly pay
The lady wore black
Its the sign of the prisoners lives
The lady wore black
See the years through the tears in her eyes
The lady wore black
Her mystic power calls to me
The lady wore black
Her love can set me free

Sonnet-'Tis God Who'll End the World
Would I be more happy, if blind since birth?
Would I be more happy if deaf all years?
Would I be more happy not seeing earth?
Would I be more happy then with less tears?
The earth is dying rapidly with time;
Mad men destroy its beauty very fast;
All things are changing including its clime;
The way things are, never happened in past.
The things that happen God knows, even before;
None know the mystery of Universe;
Apocalypse by men is mere folk-lore;
The wounds men inflict, God will surely nurse.
The world will end as per the divine plan;
The Doomsday can't be ushered in by Man.

A New Horizon
Coming above is a new horizon, for all who are found in The Son,
But this horizon you can not see, as this horizon friend, is Eternity.
The Son is The Lord Jesus Christ, and the horizon is Eternal Life.
And no man can truly conceive this new horizon for all who believe.
This new horizon has much to behold, in a world that won’t grow old,
This world will be awesomely bright, for Jesus Christ will be the Light.
With this new world being totally pure, it shall endure forevermore.
Sin and darkness will be no more, they will be absent forevermore.
This new horizon was meant for all, to put behind man’s sin and fall,
This New Paradise that has no time, for it is Eternal by God’s design.
And even our bodies, racked with sin, are being renewed from within.
Although we have spiritually died, are new bodies shall be Glorified.
By God, Eternal beings we were made, this is why we’ve been saved,
God saved us from the Eternal Fire, for this my friend, is God’s desire.
Christ died so we won’t perish, and He is the one to eternally cherish.
For it’s only through God’s Son, that we can enter His Eternal Horizon.
To enter into Heavenly Paradise, it must be under the Blood of Christ,
His atoning work will wash your sin; you only have to believe in Him.
You will enter Paradise for sure, when you fully trust Christ as Lord.
But if you reject God’s Only Son, you will be facing a bleak horizon.
Marianne's Dream
1.
A pale Dream came to a Lady fair,
And said, A boon, a boon, I pray!
I know the secrets of the air,
And things are lost in the glare of day,
Which I can make the sleeping see,
If they will put their trust in me.
2.
And thou shalt know of things unknown,
If thou wilt let me rest between
The veiny lids, whose fringe is thrown
Over thine eyes so dark and sheen:
And half in hope, and half in fright,
The Lady closed her eyes so bright.
3.
At first all deadly shapes were driven
Tumultuously across her sleep,
And o’er the vast cope of bending heaven
All ghastly-visaged clouds did sweep;
And the Lady ever looked to spy
If the golden sun shone forth on high.
4.
And as towards the east she turned,
She saw aloft in the morning air,
Which now with hues of sunrise burned,
A great black Anchor rising there;
And wherever the Lady turned her eyes,
It hung before her in the skies.
5.
The sky was blue as the summer sea,
The depths were cloudless overhead,
The air was calm as it could be,
There was no sight or sound of dread,
But that black Anchor floating still
Over the piny eastern hill.
6.
The Lady grew sick with a weight of fear
To see that Anchor ever hanging,
And veiled her eyes; she then did hear
The sound as of a dim low clanging,
And looked abroad if she might know
Was it aught else, or but the flow
Of the blood in her own veins, to and fro.
7.
There was a mist in the sunless air,
Which shook as it were with an earthquake’s shock,
But the very weeds that blossomed there
Were moveless, and each mighty rock
Stood on its basis steadfastly;
The Anchor was seen no more on high.
8.
But piled around, with summits hid
In lines of cloud at intervals,
Stood many a mountain pyramid
Among whose everlasting walls
Two mighty cities shone, and ever
Through the red mist their domes did quiver.
9.
On two dread mountains, from whose crest,
Might seem, the eagle, for her brood,
Would ne’er have hung her dizzy nest,
Those tower-encircled cities stood.
A vision strange such towers to see,
Sculptured and wrought so gorgeously,
Where human art could never be.
10.
And columns framed of marble white,
And giant fanes, dome over dome
Piled, and triumphant gates, all bright
With workmanship, which could not come
From touch of mortal instrument,
Shot o’er the vales, or lustre lent
From its own shapes magnificent.
11.
But still the Lady heard that clang
Filling the wide air far away;
And still the mist whose light did hang
Among the mountains shook alway,
So that the Lady’s heart beat fast,
As half in joy, and half aghast,
On those high domes her look she cast.
12.
Sudden, from out that city sprung
A light that made the earth grow red;
Two flames that each with quivering tongue
Licked its high domes, and overhead
Among those mighty towers and fanes
Dropped fire, as a volcano rains
Its sulphurous ruin on the plains.
13.
And hark! a rush as if the deep
Had burst its bonds; she looked behind
And saw over the western steep
A raging flood descend, and wind
Through that wide vale; she felt no fear,
But said within herself, ’Tis clear
These towers are Nature’s own, and she
To save them has sent forth the sea.
14.
And now those raging billows came
Where that fair Lady sate, and she
Was borne towards the showering flame
By the wild waves heaped tumultuously.
And, on a little plank, the flow
Of the whirlpool bore her to and fro.
15.
The flames were fiercely vomited
From every tower and every dome,
And dreary light did widely shed
O’er that vast flood’s suspended foam,
Beneath the smoke which hung its night
On the stained cope of heaven’s light.
16.
The plank whereon that Lady sate
Was driven through the chasms, about and about,
Between the peaks so desolate
Of the drowning mountains, in and out,
As the thistle-beard on a whirlwind sails—
While the flood was filling those hollow vales.
17.
At last her plank an eddy crossed,
And bore her to the city’s wall,
Which now the flood had reached almost;
It might the stoutest heart appal
To hear the fire roar and hiss
Through the domes of those mighty palaces.
18.
The eddy whirled her round and round
Before a gorgeous gate, which stood
Piercing the clouds of smoke which bound
Its aery arch with light like blood;
She looked on that gate of marble clear,
With wonder that extinguished fear.
19.
For it was filled with sculptures rarest,
Of forms most beautiful and strange,
Like nothing human, but the fairest
Of winged shapes, whose legions range
Throughout the sleep of those that are,
Like this same Lady, good and fair.
20.
And as she looked, still lovelier grew
Those marble forms;—the sculptor sure
Was a strong spirit, and the hue
Of his own mind did there endure
After the touch, whose power had braided
Such grace, was in some sad change faded.
21.
She looked, the flames were dim, the flood
Grew tranquil as a woodland river
Winding through hills in solitude;
Those marble shapes then seemed to quiver,
And their fair limbs to float in motion,
Like weeds unfolding in the ocean.
22.
And their lips moved; one seemed to speak,
When suddenly the mountains cracked,
And through the chasm the flood did break
With an earth-uplifting cataract:
The statues gave a joyous scream,
And on its wings the pale thin Dream
Lifted the Lady from the stream.
23.
The dizzy flight of that phantom pale
Waked the fair Lady from her sleep,
And she arose, while from the veil
Of her dark eyes the Dream did creep,
And she walked about as one who knew
That sleep has sights as clear and true
As any waking eyes can view.

Never Wore A Gun Before
Never wore a gun before
A plane in the fog, oh wait those are clouds Im talking about
The suitcase in my hand and the way I have to walk
Those are empty smiles, empty eyes Im looking in
Times are over when it was difficult to say
It took some time but I know its just right now
So just a little word about whats really going on
If you want to take that as my way
To say goodbye to you as these red nights must go on
I was rich and I was poor
Didnt do the things I had to do
I was strong and I was weak
Was not the girl I tried to be
I was lost and I was found
He earned money you couldnt count
But I never wore a gun before
I never wore a gun before
He left the chamber but these times are over
Shes got
Shes got more than four weeks to be herself
Hes playin with fire and looks around on this world
Oh I love them and the plane in the fog
I was brave and I had fear
I did things...oh my dar
I was strong and I was weak
Was not the girl I tried to be
I was up and I was down
He thought the things to the ground
But I never wore a gun before
I never wore a gun before
I never wore a gun before
Never wore a gun before
I was brave and I had fear
I did things...oh my dear
I never wore a gun before

Bridges (For Fatima)
I meandered in a leonine grace
Supercilious with ambiguity
That terrorizes the smoldering scripts
Of the poetry that ferries me
And there you were on the other end
With a flair of a snake charmer
Or the hobbling of a belly dancer
Inebriating all my suffocations
By building bridges
To cross the angry oceans
Of reticent finagling
Now, you've touched
My regal delusions.
You are a lady of the desert
Dear Fatima, you are a topaz
In a chalcedony of coals
And that is all
That you are.
That was all
That you were.
A topaz dazing
My vision.
When the bridges halted
From craning to the creeks
And left an elegiac crooning
In the Levanter Wind
One last apology.
I'd burn our bridge, Dear Fatima
For you are a gilded rose
That has to be plucked
From the heraldry
Of inadequacies
And I had become
One of your thorns.

Predictors of Doom
It is so nice to know what will be, this, before we step into eternity,
With many hearts filled with fear, about a future that’s not so clear.
And while we remain down here, in Christ we live without any fear,
Knowing He’s in complete control, of all things, both big and small.
As prognosticators play on fear, we know The Lord is always near,
As they predict the earth’s demise, The Lord rules above the skies.
With their scenarios of darker days, it begs a question to be raised,
If soon we’ll be at the end of life, why don’t they point men to Christ?
The changes that these men see, won’t hinder The God of Eternity,
The Creator and Sustainer friend, made an earth that will never end.
Our God shall make all things new, without any help from me or you.
Making a new Heaven and earth, replacing doom with a joyful mirth.
Could they just be smaller signs, pointing all men to the end times?
When all will see bigger things, as every eye sees the King of kings.
They said it was Christians whom, preached all the end time doom,
But that is God’s Truth before, believers see His Glory forevermore.
They speak of what they must do, to save the earth for me and you,
Men of money they endear, to stage off changes in the atmosphere.
If it’s left alone, these men decry, every life upon this earth shall die.
But unless they accept The Lord, they shall see gloom forevermore.
Dancing with the flames
Dancing with the flames
a fiery gypsy’s dance –
Fire in our hearts, fire in the trees,
fire on the sky…
Touched with fire
we want to catch the flames....
Dancing with the flames
we feel the rainbow fire,
we feel the fire’s warmth,
we see the fiery lady
dancing with the gypsys
so magical, so dangerous…
We feel the breath of fire’s world,
we feel the spirit of the fire,
we hear the rhapsody
of the fire’s wild flames…

Crimson Tide
I wake up in the morning
I see the bright sunshine
O Lord, let be so good
A day to reckon with
I wish the day would speed by
To be with you
O Crimson Tide
O Crimson Tide
I need you my Lady
Come on Crimson Tide
I need you my sweet Lady
Here comes the sunset
Here comes my own sunshine
O Lord let be so good
My day I've reckoned with
I wish the night would slow down
Never to leave you
O Crimson Tide
O Crimson Tide
I need you my Lady
Come on Crimson Tide
I need you my sweet Lady

Looking Forward To Tomorrow
Many things that demand our concern will shortly my friend be gone,
While in the fire they shall burn our life in Eternity shall go on.
The things upon this earth are fleeting, along with our earthly life,
And in the clouds at our meeting, Christ will end our earthly strife.
For the many things in this world are indeed very temporal my friend,
And in the message that we herald, we look eagerly towards the end.
We look beyond the present time and this world that we now live in,
For by God’s own design, the end is when our new life shall begin.
We live in hope this present day as we look forward towards tomorrow,
For this present world in many ways brings upon us all many sorrows.
And after the earth is purged of sin, by The Lord’s cleansing fire,
Then a new world will begin where righteousness will be man’s desire.
But for now we press forward longing for that Eternal City up above,
And by the hand of The Lord, we are guided by His Grace and Love.
Being only our temporal place the things on earth will one day cease,
So as we seek His loving face God fills our heart with Eternal Peace.
For The Grace of God has appeared to teach us how to live each day,
With a heart of reverent fear, as we live in this present wicked age.
As we wait for our Blessed Lord who redeemed every single one of us,
We can all rest assured that He will deliver us from this wickedness.

The Touch Of Your Hand
On the day that you were born
I touched your hand so chubby and warm.
I touched your hand when you were one
and helped you walk my beautiful son.
I held your hand when you were two.
We ran, your favorite thing to do.
I held your hand when you were three
as you climbed on my lap and smiled at me.
I touched your hand when you were four
as the ocean touched our toes at the shore.
I touched your hand when you were five
walking you to school but when we'd arrive
I felt the tug of your hand from mine
and I knew that we had crossed a line.
I looked at you and released your hand
and said'it's okay I understand.'
As I walked back home I cried some tears
thinking of all our hand holding years.
Holding your hand became sporadic now,
when you were feverish or I felt your brow.
I held your hand a few times as a teen
but always alone so it wouldn't be seen.
I held your hand after you said, 'I do.'
We danced together just me and you.
After some years went by my son
you held the hand of your little one.
And so the times of your life turn around
and now that my hand is old I've found
you take my hand and help me walk
and as you do we intimately talk.
And it takes me back to that bright early morn
when I held your hand so chubby and warm.

Fare Thee Well
Fare thee well my bright star
I watched your taillights blaze into nothingness
But you were long gone before I ever got to you
Before you blazed past this address
And now I think of having loved and having lost
But never know what it feels like to never love
Who can say whats better when my hearts become the cost
A mere token of a brighter jewel sent from above
Fare thee well my bright star
The vanity of youth the color of your eyes
And maybe if Id fanned the blazing fire of your day-to-day
Or if Id been older Id been wise
Too thick the heat of those long summer evenings
For a cool evening I began to yearn
But you could only feed upon the things which feed a fire
Waiting to see if I would burn
Fare thee well my bright star
It was a brief brilliant miracle dive
That which I looked up to and I clung to for dear life
Had to burn itself up just to make itself alive
And I caught you then in your moment of glory
Your last dramatic scene against a night sky stage
With a moment so clear that its as if youre still before me
My once in a lifetime star of an age
So fare thee well my bright star
Last night the tongues of fire circled me around
And this strange season of pain will come to pass
When the healing hands of autumn cool me down

A World Of Our Own
(words & music by giant - baum - kaye )
You kiss me darling, a miracle starts
A magic feeling, comes into our hearts
The spell of love began, when were alone
And were in, a world of our own
You say you want me, and music I hear
Touch me my darling, and clouds disappear
The sky is bright above, and cares have flown
And were in, a world of our own
Holding you close, is heaven
Only I know, what its worth
Knowing youre mine, forever
Is the greatest wonder on earth
Nothing can change it, the magics begun
When were together, our hearts become one
I find a happiness, Ive never known
When were in, a world of our own
When were in...a world of our own...

Fanciful Dream
I left my love in the Fairy Glen
Home of the litte fairy men
I met her there on a July night
When a Summer moon was beaming bright.
For my love was the Fairy Queen
In Fairyland she reign supreme
She wore a glittering diamond cloak
Queen of the little fairy folk.
Though the night was bright it was bright as day
In a wooded vale I lost my way
Then I sat me down by a tall oak tree
And the Fairy Queen she came to me.
I gazed upon this fairy small
She stood scarcely more than two foot tall
Tiny shoes covered her tiny feet
And she bowed towards me in a fairy greet
Her pretty little face showed no trace of woe
And her hair was white as new fallen snow
And her eyes were sparkling bright and brown
And on her head she wore a tiny crown.
Then she smiled at me and this did say
You're in Fairyland you have lost your way
Sorry to disturb you from your rest
Come along with me and be my guest.
Then she led me to the fairy ball
To a fairy dance in a fairy hall
All the fairy folk were dancing there
And fairy music filled the air.
But when we stepped inside the fairy dance hall door
A hushed silence fell across the floor
Fairy men and women scarce one third my size
All looked up at me with fear in their eyes.
But their Queen she spoke to them and said
Of this gentle giant you need hold no dread
I met him in the oak tree shade
Into Fairyland he has somehow strayed.
Then the fairy band started playing anew
And the fairy folk started dancing too
Round and round the dance floor they did wheel
To the haunting sound of a fairy reel.
I have never seen people quite so gay
As these little fairies in their bright array
These happy folk did laugh and sing
As they danced around in a fairy ring.
Then I left the ball with the Fairy Queen
And we strolled the banks of a moonlit stream
I stooped to kiss her but she was gone
And by the moonlit stream I stood alone.
The alarm clock rang and I awoke
And my spell of fantasy was broke
I awoke to a World of reality
From a Fairyland of fantasy.

Sign Of The Times
When the word is out from the other side
She turns around
Cause day and night shes waited patiently
Now a diferent kind of world out there
Is to be found
Its over now for everyone to see
This is the way its meant to be
Its the way that we make things right
Its the way that we hold on tight
I know, its the sign of the times
Its the way that we make things turn
Its the way that we live and learn
I know, its the sign of the times
It wakes him up, he turns around
And now hes gone
Hes been waitin for this moment desperately
Now the time is right, hes turnin back
Hes going home
Yeah its over now for everyone to see
This is the way its meant to be
Its the way that we make things right
Its the way that we hold on tight
I know, its the sign of the times
Its the way that we make things turn
Its the way that we live and learn
I know, its the sign of the times
And every time its on my mind
I feel so insecure it worries me
To end up here alone
But everytime I realize I need her more and more
Id never make it on my own

Wonderful World
(d. fletcher / m. flett)
This is a wonderful day
Its as bright as a days ever been
There is a big yellow sun looking down
On a wonderful scene
Up in the blue sky birds fly
And sing our cares away
And out of each throat each note
Greets a wonderful day
There is the sound of a symphony
Carried along on the breeze
Even the flowers are swaying in time
With the leaves on the trees
Heaven is found right here on the earth
It surrounds us in the wonderful things all around
In this wonderful wonderful
Wonderful wonderful world
This is a wonderful day
Its as bright as a days ever been
There is a big yellow sun looking down
On a wonderful scene
Heaven is found right here on the earth
It surrounds us in the wonderful things all around

A young Fir-Wood
THESE little firs to-day are things
To clasp into a giant's cap,
Or fans to suit his lady's lap.
From many winters many springs
Shall cherish them in strength and sap
Till they be marked upon the map,
A wood for the wind's wanderings.
All seed is in the sower's hands:
And what at first was trained to spread
Its shelter for some single head,—
Yea, even such fellowship of wands,—
May hide the sunset, and the shade
Of its great multitude be laid
Upon the earth and elder sands.
