SONNET: Think of the unfortunate!
Oh, when I see millions, worse off than me,
Struggling lifetime, to eke a livelihood!
What had I done to have been born lucky?
And bestowed with a near-healthy Man-hood!
O h, when I see children living in streets!
Abegging alms, ill-clad and mal-nourished;
And men with dogs sharing garbage-food, greets;
The thrill of living appears all vanished.
When thousands die or suffer wounds, disease;
Because of wars declared by raving men;
Oh, how I wish this world should quickly cease!
Should earthlings suffer thus to reach Heaven?
But I am sure there is one watching God!
Who cares for poor creatures by just His nod!

In A World Where Money Only Matters
When your amount of money can say more about you than words of you can ever say
It does not speak volumes of the society that we have to live in today
If that only speaks of our true worth it does not say much for humanity
When you say money only matters you seem spiritually bankrupt to me.
In a World where money only matters how poor indeed we all must be
Not surprising that so many people are living in dire poverty
If a few have the most of the money what does that mean for the majority
They struggle just for to make ends meet and they are poor financially.
In this 21st century of big Corporations we now have the privileged few
The wealthy are only growing greedier as more millions in cash they pursue
And thousands they have to grow poorer for every new millionaire
And for millions all around the World about life there is nothing fair.
When we are valued by our worth in money we surely are spiritually poor
The wealthy they keep getting wealthier and for the disease of greed there is no cure
And thousands every day dying of starvation and thousands are dying of disease
And in the refugee camps of the World there are thirty million refugees

So Many Poor Souls And Not Many Who Care
So many poor souls and not many who care
Are doing it quite tough in the big World out there
The homeless and hungry teenagers of poverty street
Are searching in rubbish bins for something to eat
The gap is increasing in the social divide
And millions are Stateless and Homeless and hungry World wide
The victims of droughts and wars and disease
In the refugee camps millions of refugees.
The marginalized are doing it quite tough
On poverty street they are sleeping rough
People should not have to go hungry in the World of today
But such is not the case that does seem sad to say
For one wealthy person thousands in poverty
Those who need far more than words of sympathy
People who look old before they reach their life's prime
To be born to poor parents is their only crime.

The Life of Man
The world's a bubble; and the life of man less than a span.
In his conception wretched; from the womb so to the tomb:
Curst from the cradle, and brought up to years, with cares and fears.
Who then to frail mortality shall trust,
But limns the water, or but writes in dust.
Yet, since with sorrow here we live oppress'd, what life is best?
Courts are but only superficial schools to dandle fools:
The rural parts are turn'd into a den of savage men:
And where's a city from all vice so free,
But may be term'd the worst of all the three?
Domestic cares afflict the husband's bed, or pains his head:
Those that live single, take it for a curse, or do things worse:
Some would have children; those that have them none; or wish them gone.
What is it then to have no wife, but single thralldom or a double strife?
Our own affections still at home to please, is a disease:
To cross the sea to any foreign soil, perils and toil:
Wars with their noise affright us: when they cease,
We are worse in peace:
What then remains, but that we still should cry,
Not to be born, or being born, to die.

Compared To Many
No doubt you have your worries and times on you are tough
But you have a home to live in and you are not sleeping rough
Compared to many you are well off thousands die of hunger every day
And things for you could be far worse though you don't see it that way
Millions of poor people doing it tough in the bigger World out there
They know all about real poverty and they know about despair
They are the impoverished children of former children of the street
Who search the alley rubbish bins for thrown out food to eat
The victims of drug dealers already into crime
From poverty to narcotic use on their way to serving jail time
You've had a good upbringing though life hard on you of late
And like 'tis said all good things do come to those who wait
But compared to many you are well off those lost in their own despair
The children of the mean streets of the bigger World out there.

That Millions Do Live In Poverty
That millions do live in poverty should never be seen as okay
The gap between the haves and the have nots keeps getting bigger by the day
Everyone should have the chance to live happy a home to live in and enough for to eat
There never should be slums and ghettos and never a poverty street,
That millions are born to live in poverty and to end their hard lives in despair
Only tells us if there's a god that god favours the wealthy and that god is not very fair
To leave millions homeless and dying of malnutrition the people condemned to die poor and young
In the refugee camps of the World live the displaced, the poor and unsung,
In the age of celebrity worship the poor in millions multiply
Why millions are destined to be poor don't ask me I wouldn't know why
Even in the World's wealthiest Countries poor people are no longer rare
And millions and millions of have nots in the bigger World out there
And millions are dying of hunger and millions are doing it tough
And millions are displaced and homeless and as refugees living it rough.

Ruin
There's a moaning I hear when I try to sleep.
It's the sound of a drawn out tragedy
The result of centuries of neglect.
With no attention paid to cause and effect
And the pain gets worse and the screams ensue.
It's the world living with a parasite
It's the world living with it's own infectious disease.
Ruin is what you wanted
Ruin is what you get
Ruin is what you worked towards every single day.
The infestation reaches far beyond it's means.
The sapping of the strength has muffled all the screams.
Self centered beings play out self centered lives.
Indifferent creatures living in indifferent times
And the blame is passed round when the death throws sound
It's the world living with a parasite
It's the world living with it's own infectious disease.
Ruin is what you wanted
Ruin is what you get
Ruin is what you worked towards every single day.
Ruin is what you wanted
Ruin is what you get
Ruin is what you worked towards every single day.

Just war
It may be just war
With nothing to offer
Justice or injustice
It is breach of trust and promise
Who will want to suffer?
When it has nothing to offer
Except war widows and orphans
What can be left behind except pain?
Many might have been rendered homeless?
The world might have to see ugly face
Face the hunger and colossal losses
Still left more with humanitarian issues
Many bodies may lye scattered
Not a word about them to be uttered
It is sheer madness and joke
Houses burn with thick smoke
Who will identify bodies?
Whether belong to men or ladies!
Total disrespect to human being
We have seen wars and gained nothing
Vultures may eat flashes
War may soon finish
Nothing to look back for reasons
World at large might have lost best persons
World bodies suffer from politics
Seized with numbers and statistics
Big countries may influence their decision
Poor countries may suffer because of indecision
We may watch it as helpless game
There is no one to whom you can blame
It may go on so long ambition remains
Countries may go in for war even if their treasure drains
War may be necessary in extreme situation
When there may be more danger of its continuation
Hiroshima and Nagasaki are living examples
Where we had to bury neutrality and principles
War wounds are not easy to heal
The nationals may bitterly feel
Bear grudge against nations imposing war
Then where we will end and go how far?

Why Tell Me About It I know All Too Well
Why tell me about It I know all too well
That many are living in their Earthly Hell
The hungry the homeless the poor and downtrod
They must be the children of some Lesser God.
Why tell me about it I know for the have nots life must seem unfair
So many grow poorer for every new millionaire
The scourge of poverty rife in every Race
In a fair Human World this would not be the case.
Even in so called wealthy Nations poverty does abound
Not too far from where the rich live the homeless to be found
The streets of the poor suburb a breeding ground for crime
Where many don't live to enjoy their life's prime.
Why tell me about it of course I'm aware
That the poor of the World have never been rare
And millions are living in dire poverty
In a fair Human World this would never be.

I Suffer The Night
I suffer the night
When it's time to face my sadness
And all I can do is cry
I suffer the night
When I struggle to find rest
Knowing in the morning I must rise
I suffer the night
When alone in the darkness
I wonder why I am alive
I suffer the night
When I succumb to blackness
And finally stop asking why
I suffer the night
As it battles my mind
And my spirit slowly dying
I suffer the night
As I reach for the light
And pray that my death be kind

Hallowed Ground
Everybodys intent on killing someone
The streets are closed and theres a kid on the run
The bullets scream out from gun to gun
Everybodys intent on being someone
The cold and darkness of a criminal dawn
Wrapped in blankets gotta keep ourselves warm
A child in the arms of a teenage mum
Who will be there, who will be the next victim
Of the criminal dawn?
Old friends meet on the edge of town
Sharing conversation, hoping things will soon get better
While the children meet, got the world at their feet
Not knowing whats around the corner
Are we living for an uncertain future?
Down on the corner sits a broken man
Lives by the bottle, swears never again
Lost his money on the dogs and gin
Now he looks for his supper in a garbage can
The kids hang around by the old schoolground
Right by the river where the body was found
Throwing stones on hallowed ground
Who will be there, who will be the next victim
Of the criminal dawn?
Old friends meet on the edge of town
Sharing conversation, hoping things will soon get better
While the children meet, got the world at their feet
Not knowing whats around the corner
Are we living for an uncertain future?
In the cold and darkness of a criminal dawn
Wrapped in blankets gotta keep ourselves warm
A child in the arms of a teenage mum
Who will be there, who will be the last victim
Of the criminal dawn?
Old friends meet on the edge of town
Sharing conversation, hoping things will soon get better
While the children meet, got the world at their feet
Not knowing whats around the corner
Are we living for an uncertain future?

Living In Paradise
I dont like those other guys looking at your curves
I dont like you walking round with physical jerks
Everything they say and do is getting on my nerves
Soon the will be lucky to be picking up the perks
cause when they pull the shutters down
And throw up in the dark,
Theyll find that all the dogs outside
Bite much worse than they bark.
Here we are living in paradise,
Living in luxury.
Oh, the thrill is here but it wont last long
You better have your fun before it moves along
And youre already looking for another,
Fool like me.
I call you betty felon cause you are a pretty villain
And I think that I should tell them that youd
Make a pretty killing
cause meanwhile up in heaven they are waiting at the gate
Saying wed always knew youd make it,
Didnt think youd come this late.
And now its much too dangerous to stop what youve begun
When everyone in paradise carries a gun
[chorus]
Later in the evening when arrangements are made,
Ill be at the keyhole outside your bedroom door.
cause Im the first to know whenever the plans are laid
That never go further than floor to floor.
You think that I dont know the boy that youre touching,
But Ill be at the video and I will be watching
[chorus]

Don't Waste Food
Hundreds and thousands have toiled under the scorching sun of summer,
to grow the food which so comfortably we eat.
think of food as the fruit of labor of thousands of hours,
rather than just rice and wheat.
millions die due to lack of food, so is their fate,
but we are lucky to have every time enough in our plate.
we may never go to the fields to produce the food,
but my friend 'food saved is food produced'.
so lets take a vow today to put in our plate only that much which we can eat,
so that even a single single grain may not go waste.

Which Disease You Suffer From?
Those who are having an obsession
to make their bodies thin suffer
from, 'Anorexia Nervosa'.
Those who are having an obsession
to make their bodies muscular suffer
from, 'Bigorexia Nervosa'.
Those who are having an obsession
to make their bodies perfect
suffer from, 'Athletica Nervosa'.
Those who are preoccupied with an
imaginary defect of their body
suffer from, Body Dysmorphic Disorder”.
Those who love their bodies
while yelling, “To hell with the world”
suffer from, “Narcissistic Disorder”.
Those who refuse to take care
of bodies while shouting, ” To hell with it”
suffer from, 'Diogenes Syndrome'.
Hey! Buddy, Which disease you suffer from?

I Can't Pretend That I Am Your Superman
I can pretend that I am your
Superman
Because the poor people in our community
Is starving and I need to give them a helping hand
By sharing some of my food with them
I can pretend that I am your superman
Even though we are wasting so much food
That could easily feed the entire community
And it is shame on us
Because we don't think of the others that are poor
In our communities that are starving and living
On the streets of our community

Are They Invisible?
Those lean legs of them,
pedaling for a living,
not tens and hundreds,
that pedal in Waikiki.
Those thin body of them,
hunch to push forward,
A few are sculptured,
The Gyms are not the reason.
The lungis, all are soiled,
torn and battered as the owners,
The shiny body sweat,
but they are not sun bathing.
Four hundred thousand rickshaw pullers,
in one part of the world,
struggle to carry the passengers,
what the Tubes of the rich nations do.
Human are not born to suffer,
still we let them to suffer.
Human are not born to lavish,
still we lavish on their sweat.
If at all economics has the conscience,
how can we justify the cheap labor,
exploited nations, wisdom of monopoly,
and a few billion invisible poor? .

We might not object to the statement that Lear deserved to suffer for his folly, selfishness and tyranny; but to assert that he deserved to suffer what he did suffer is to do violence not merely to language but to any healthy moral sense.

Once In A Lifetime (feat. Human Nature)
ONCE IN A LIFETIME
Kenny Loggins and Human Nature
Runaway Bride
Something about you
Oh, could it be I finally found
My destiny
Now here you are
Within my reach
How did I miss you? (how did I miss you)
When you were out there all the time
It took this moment
To make me realize...
Once in a Lifetime
You find your reason for living
You find the one that makes your every dream
Come true
(Find the one that makes your dreams...)
Oh I could search the world forever
But no one else could do
Cause once in a lifetime
You find someone like you
Ahh..
Once in a lifetime, ohh
I've waited for so long (so long)
Makin this can't nothin be but a lie
Cause all about
Standing by wind, oohh
Alone in the crowd, oh oh oh
I went through the motion (went through the motion)
Then out of heaven you arrived
Whatever was wrong
Suddenly is right
Cause once in a lifetime
You find the reason for living
You find the one who makes your every dream
Come true
(Find the one who makes your dream...)
No, I could search the world forever
And no one else would do
Cause once in a lifetime
You find someone like you
(Find someone like you...)
Hearts that wait for love can grow so weary
(Don't you know... a heart can grow?)
But it doesn't matter anymore
When you find the one you've waited for...
You find your reason for living
You find the one that makes your every dream come ... oh you make it come true
Oh you could search the world forever
But no one else would do
Cause once in a lifetime
You find someone like you.....
Cause once in a lifetime
You find someone.....
Someone like you......
(Ahhh...)
Whoaaa......................

I Still Have Fear Getting Out Of The Circle
i am staying
i finally tell myself
there is no sense going out of the circle
the comfort of its radius
being in
for the rest of my life
inside i may suffer
i may bleed in silence
but i live and i can still do what i can
to ease the pain
i have seen you
leave the circumference
you shout at first
you are free
then you suffer alone
in agony
then you die
then no one remembers
no one really cares
no one understands completely
us, how we both suffer
inside and outside us
how we suffer everywhere
how we live how we die

Peace Is Vital.
Peace is vital for human survival!
If there is no peace, there will be war!
In time of war
Guns and bombs fill the air with dread
And crowd the streets with bodies of the maimed and dead.
Because of war
The young, the old, the innocent baby
All suffer with the guilty.
When men war
Earth cannot yield
Flora and fauna shrivel and die
And national coffers quickly run dry.
Because of war
There's human blood like water flowing
Poverty, disease and the agony of dying
Surround and overwhelm the living.
The horrors of war
Should bring vividly to mind
That Peace is the goal
To be sought after
By all mankind.

Hole In The Sky
Im looking through a hole in the sky
Im seeing nowhere through the eyes of a lie
Im getting closer to the end of the line
Im living easy where the sun doesnt shine
Im living in a room without any view
Im living free because the rents never due
The synonyms of all the things that Ive said
Are just the riddles that are built in my head
Hole in the sky, take me to heaven
Window in time, through it I fly
Ive seen the stars disappear in the sun
The shootings easy if youve got the right gun
And even though Im sitting waiting for mars
I dont believe theres any future in cause
Hole in the sky, take me to heaven
Window in time, through it I fly
Yeah
Ive watched the dogs of war enjoying their feast
Ive seen the western world go down in the east
The food of love became the greed of our time
But now Im living on the profits of pride
