Sonnet: For Heaven’s Sake, Be Righteous
Like a roaring lion, prowls the devil,
Our adversary, to undo our good;
For, enough is enough; do no evil;
Receive the crown of life through good priesthood.
Shepherd the flock like how Jesus Christ did;
The Good Shepherd died for no fault of His;
Be like the city on the hill unhid;
Walk in the shadow of the cross to bliss.
Oh, how much longer must we live in sin?
Such precious time has gone awaste in life;
God helps the righteous against devils win;
The life in heaven is one without strife.
Oh, live a selfless life for Jesus’ sake;
Remember that Heaven, hell isn’t a fake!

Sonnet: Lord Jesus Christ - the Good Shepherd
Christ Jesus Lord is Good Shepherd - the one,
Who is ready to sacrifice His life,
For sake of sheep He leads, and He is Son
Of God, Redeemer and saves all from strife!
Christ gave His life upon the cross for all,
And shed His blood as price for mankind's sins,
So that the penitent can hear God's call,
And enter heaven with pure soul and wins.
The Good Shepherd has other sheep to lead,
For they too heed His call and follow Him;
For all His sheep in flock one, need to feed,
Returning safely when the light turns dim!
Christ is the owner of the flock of sheep;
With Good Shepherd around, no wolves dare peep!

Jesus Christ, Our Hope, Strength and Refuge!
For sins of human beings all,
Lord Jesus laid His life on cross;
Although a sin-free soul Himself,
He suffered, died to redeem man.
He shed His every dropp of blood,
Emancipating human race
From punishment by hell for sins –
Such heinous crimes upon the earth!
The cross is part of Christian’s life,
And persecutions will happen,
As Christ predicted all these things,
For those who walked in His foot-steps!
His Holy Spirit guides Christians,
Who live a righteous life for Christ,
The only Son of Almighty –
A heart of immense love for man!
But Christ resurrected from death!
He won clear victory o’er satan;
All Christians good will do the same;
This faith is something strangely true.
Let humiliations come in life!
Let trials, tribulations come!
Let strife threaten our faith and hope!
Christ stays with us till end of time!
A Christian takes his cross and walks
Behind the Savior, Jesus Christ –
The Light and Truth and only Way
To reach Heaven, abode of God!

On Our Earthly Life
Like a sail-less ship, we try to cross life’s sea!
From birth, we sin and tend to sin all life;
No man is pure or perfect in God’s eyes;
Our faith in Jesus saves us from sure hell!
Our hearts like knives all blunt, need sharpening;
Our faith in Christ needs depth and widening;
Our love of God needs to be strengthening;
Our human strength per se in weakening!
Just Jesus raises us whenev’r we fall;
Our hearts are filled with evil desires all;
Our minds and ears recognize not God’s call;
Our knowledge fount is bitter, tastes like gall!
We tend to do evil though thoughts are good;
We eat rubbish thinking it is good food;
We aim for being better than we could;
We sin so often, wear a mask and hood!
Through Jesus came the Good Shepherd for all;
Before Him, men were shepherdless, a flock;
The law wants us to love God by whole heart;
And yet, we fail to love our neighbours oft!

When You Die
When you die, where do you go? it is something that you can know,
Men everywhere frames of but dust, it all depends on who you trust,
There’s only One my dear friend, Who determines man’s eternal end,
And that’s The Lord, Jesus Christ, God, who gives man Eternal Life!
Jesus Christ came to earth to show, this whole world that way to go,
God’s one and only way to Heaven, which opposes religious leaven,
In the midst of religious strife, stating “I am the Way, Truth and Life.”
And that Truth was for everyone, we reach Heaven through The Son.
It’s nothing to do with being good, from the Word that’s understood,
He didn’t die for the righteous at all, but for sinners, great and small,
The Shepherd came for the lost, stopping at Calvary to pay the cost,
For all men to enter to Paradise, by becoming for us God’s Sacrifice.
All work needed, by God, was done, through the sending of His Son,
God redeeming both you and me, while providing for us life eternally,
Christ simply said for all to come, no matter what life you came from,
Any and all who thirst in this life, can come to The Lord, Jesus Christ.
All men must do, is simply believe, and eternity in Heaven we receive,
Not by good works, we have done, but, by Faith alone in God’s Son,
And we know, by God’s Grace, when we accept Christ, through Faith,
God’s Spirit seals our guarantee, that we shall be with Christ eternally.

Christian Marriage
God made you two as man and wife,
And live as one in earthly life;
The two bodies are now one flesh;
In Jesus Christ, you dwell, refresh.
No one on earth can separate,
Two souls ‘en way’ to Heaven’s Gate;
The marriage vows you took ’fore Lord,
Come sanctified by Divine Word.
For, Matrimony- sacrament,
Was made by Christ, a monument;
Forever love must then prevail,
Whatever comes as strife, travail.
When Christ suffered for sins of ours,
And shed His blood by death on cross,
Our suffering on earth is naught;
In joy of after-life, we’re caught!
God helps us brave all storms in life,
And timely aids us in all strife;
In Him, our faith should grow always
Until we pass our earthly days!
Ne’er fear: for God ne’er will forsake
The souls who live for His own sake;
Nor will He ever abandon
His righteous ones, the least even.
Believe the Lord and all He says;
Success on earth too comes in days;
Prepare your soul with grace always;
A Christian true has won the race!

Sonnet: A ' Xian's Life
When problems seize a man upon the earth,
The cause is devils, nature, God or I;
The Christian has a dreary life since birth;
In all his strife, Jesus remains near-by!
Why blame someone for things going amiss?
A Christian life is full of misery;
Just don’t worry for stands besides Jesus;
“Take up your cross and follow me, ” said He!
The devils tempt a Christian soul often;
But Jesus assures him victory always;
The shadow of the Cross leads to Heaven;
A baptized soul on earth has sure D-days!
The Son of God, Jesus, forsakes me not;
Thro’ bloody price on Cross- That’s how I’ as bought!

Listen to Jesus’ Call
The man I know as Jesus,
Is Son of God, Most High;
-Conceived by Holy Spirit
In Virgin Mary’s womb!
He came to save all sinners
By death upon the cross;
He resurrected third day,
And showed his Godly powers!
What love has Father shown us!
Though earthlings don’t deserve;
He sacrificed His Son’s life,
To pay souls’ freedom price!
Now all can go to heaven,
If we can follow Christ;
Take up your cross and walk then
In footsteps of the Lord.
Renounce the work of devils;
Put trust in Jesus Christ;
He comes to judge all mankind,
When He comes second time!
Repent for sins of past years;
Reconcile with the Lord;
Remember Heaven’s nigh
For righteous and upright.
Jesus can forgive sins all;
Just ask and be made pure;
He waits in Heaven’s glory
For every soul, He made!
Oh, what a wonder God is!
He’s awesome, most loving;
His mercy is infinite
Listen to Jesus’ call!

Little Flower of Jesus Christ - ‘St. Therese of Lisieux
O little Flower of Jesus Christ!
How young and yet so wise, you turned!
And showed the world that heaven's first;
For love of Christ, your heart well burned!
You had your way, when pampered young;
The clarion call of God, you heard;
Though suff'ring from TB of lung,
You changed a cloistered divine bird!
How sad you lost four sisters, mom!
Their demise hurt your heart profound;
But then, you did Jesus welcome,
And turned earth heavenly a ground!
In just short span of life on earth,
You proved ‘like children' all must live
In love of God, and right from birth;
In to will of heaven, we must give!
For sake of Christ, you lived your life;
And preached that love was one thing prime,
That helps us through, our joys and strife,
And live Christ-centred for life-time!
O saint and Doctor of the church!
Pray that all sinners well repent;
No soul for want of light must lurch,
But walk in heaven's road, God-lent!
Fondly dedicated to the poetess-nun, St.Therese of Lisieux! '

Easter
On Christmas day
Was born a babe,
Who brought forth joy
And peace on earth.
On Easter day,
Lord Christ, who died,
Came back to life
All on his own.
Prophets had died;
Saints too had died;
Great men had died;
But none returned.
Just Jesus Christ
Rose on third day;
He won over death,
And Satan lost.
The death of Christ,
Resurrection,
Victory o’er death
Brought redemption-
For all mankind,
For endless time;
Heaven was now
Open to all.
Sinners who say
‘I’m sorry, God,
And repent well,
Can avoid hell’
Christ paid the price
Of mankind’s sins
By death on cross,
And his suffering.
When we do sins,
They wound the Lord,
And hurt him more
And make him sore,
Let’s rise with Christ;
Renounce Satan,
His pomps and works;
Live for Christ’s sake.
Heaven is ours.
Christ is the way;
He is the Truth;
He is the Light.
Let’s follow Christ
To Calvary;
And heaven-wards:
ETERNITY!

Happy Easter 2012
The tomb of stone's empty!
Christ Jesus has risen,
On day three after death,
Just as He had foretold!
His death on cross was sad;
Even the sun didn't shine;
And earth shuddered awhile,
As corpses came alive!
Jesus was Truth and Light;
The dark tomb couldn't contain
Christ who's Light of the world;
Death could never prevail.
The Good Shepherd, He bore
Our every cross and sin;
The spotless lamb got slain
To save man from ruin!
What obeisance, Christ showed!
His Father was so pleased;
His heart was always moved
By love, His son had proved.
Good that Jesus rose then;
Our faith has stood the test;
Like Christ, we all can rise;
If sinless, reach heaven!
Jesus had crushed satan;
The body dies but then
Resurrection is true,
As soul and body meet.
By Christmas, Christ was born;
Through Easter, Christ died, rose;
In glory, He will come
As God and King and judge!
Easter gives man new hope;
The righteous can see God;
Jesus has paid the price
For every sin of man!

The Resurrection Changes Everything
The Resurrection changes everything, through the power of Jesus Christ,
As Christ becomes our Lord and King, giving all Believers brand new life.
To Him we lift up our praise and sing, for us He came to be our sacrifice,
Christ destroyed death with its sting, and prepared us a place in Paradise.
This change begins first in our heart, when in Jesus Christ we do believe,
Then from Heaven Christ will impart, His Spirit, for all believers to receive.
From our being, Christ will not depart, as new life in us He does conceive,
In The Savior change has its start; by the Resurrection new life is achieved.
Through God’s Resurrection power, Jesus Christ’s body could not remain,
And believers live each day and hour, New Life through the Savior’s name.
As new life on us Christ shall shower, we no longer live our lives the same,
Now living for Him we do not cower, through Christ’s Resurrection change,
In the power of Christ’s Resurrection, believers now live life the narrow way,
A new life that was not our selection, but we live for Christ now day to day.
We’ve been called through His election, no matter what other men may say,
And ordained by God a new direction, upon a course, Christ helps us stay.
Friend, everything is changed by God, when New Life in Christ has begun,
As we live life upon this earthly sod, all believers live to Glorify God’s Son,
Lead by Christ every step we trod, we become God’s witness to everyone,
Guided by The Lord’s staff and rod, until our work upon this earth is done.

Our Ephemeral Life on Earth
Like how the heavens open bringing rain,
God’s blessings will too shower, once again,
In His own time and in His divine ways,
And make our life on earth happier in pace!
A little strife can make our face sullen;
A little suffering can life, dullen;
A little wait is all God wants of us;
A little patience brings us endless bliss!
Why should we fret and fume and cry in haste?
Why should we call our life a total waste?
All things on earth are transient in type;
Our joys in life bestow on us some hype.
This earth and heaven shall all pass away,
And come will Jesus Christ on Judgment Day;
A new heaven and earth, He will usher,
Rewarding righteous souls in great measure.
Why don’t we praise the Lord in times of strife?
Why shouldn’t we thank Him for our unique life?
Why do we grumble, mumble, murmur then?
Our life on earth is meant to gain heaven!

What Used To Be
I was too, once deceived, but through God’s Word I believed,
Knowledge of God, I had none, but then I embraced His Son.
I was too, a sinner lost, but then I read about Calvary’s cross,
Where The Lord was crucified, and for all my sin He had died.
Though darkness was all around, by Christ Jesus I was found,
Giving me through His Light, a path to life, out from my night.
Christ sent me the Holy Spirit, to teach me Truth when I hear it,
To grow in the knowledge of Him, who saved me from my sin.
I was separated from a Holy God, upon this fallen earthly sod,
But, brought into His family, through Christ’s Cross at Calvary.
In my trespasses, I was dead, no matter what my religion said,
But, from The Son, Jesus Christ, I was given by God New Life.
In my previous life I was all alone, left on earth to simply roam,
Now my Shepherd and my guide, Christ, is always by my side.
Once I had lived with uncertainty, about the time called eternity,
Now I know through His Grace, in heaven for me awaits a place.
A place for me’s been secured, by Jesus Christ my loving Lord,
Where in His presence I shall be, and, throughout all of Eternity.
And friend God wants you to know, you can have a place to go,
To live with Him in heaven above, provided by our Savior’s love.

Let love of Jesus Christ…
Let love of Jesus Christ
Goad you to spread the Word
Across the world to all
And gather souls for God.
Let love of Jesus Christ
Help you to sacrifice
Your life to follow Him
On the road to heaven.
Let love of Jesus Christ
Make you carry your cross
And walk in the footsteps
Of Christ to Calvary.
Let love of Jesus Christ
Serve to encounter Him
In miraculous ways
Reinforcing your faith.
Let love of Jesus Christ
Help you to realize
The aim of earthly life
Is keeping soul sinfree.
Let love of Jesus Christ
Help you to sing and pray
For conversion of souls
And that more may see God!

Sonnet: Heaven Is Worth the Struggle
The more the devil tempts, let me do good;
Let me tire the devil all my life;
Give me O Lord, Thy protective Gracehood;
Give me O God, Thy help in any strife.
To live on earth is Heaven’s anvil-test;
The devils hound all men by night and day;
And man by nature fails despite his best,
Attempting yet, to stay in Heaven’s way.
Man struggles hard: his reward is Heaven;
The life of Bliss for Man eternally;
The life of permanence with God for men,
Abode of God to reach most ideally!
With divine help, one’s success on earth’s sure;
With God as Guide, no devils can one lure.

On Becoming a Priest…
Tomorrow may not come at all;
Listen today to Jesus’ call;
Now is the time to truly act;
This is the truth of life and fact.
The man of poverty can shine,
More than the moon or sun so fine;
Humble yourself and make accord
For life, with Almighty God, Lord.
Stands before him, the Holy Cross;
God shows that Jesus Christ is boss;
The Monstrance is Christ’s earthly home;
The penitent is most welcome.
Only the soul pure can commune,
And walk or run to divine tune;
The Eucharist is prime in life,
No matter any kind of strife.
The body, blood of Jesus Christ
Is food for any holy priest;
Nothing can deter when God calls,
For Jesus lifts you up from falls!
The greatest gift of life from God
Is returned back to Jesus Lord;
The world or devils can’t stop you
From love of God, that you thus do.
The grace of God strengthens your soul,
And brazens you up for new role;
And if your calling is so true,
God gives you every kind of cue.
Ascertaining your love for Him,
While crave for world turns very dim,
The oracle is very clear;
The road to heaven brings no fear.
One needs to do much sacrifice,
And give up every kind of vice;
For anyone can turn a saint,
When grace of God becomes soul’s paint!
The Lord will surely help you out
From obstacles, without a doubt;
For, priesthood is the clarion call
For man to enter God’s own hall.
Ordination is Sacrament
Most Holy, and most paramount;
God’s love encompasses the soul;
Service to God becomes prime goal.
The road to heaven becomes straight;
Eternity with God is fate;
Bringing more souls to God is prime;
God shows the way in His own time!
Love priesthood, man for God beckons,
And Jesus Christ Himself reckons;
Rewards in Heaven you await,
However narrow be its gate!

More Than Just Life
I’m truly alive this very day, through The Truth, The Life and Way,
For today I’m alive in Jesus Christ, the Author of my Eternal Life.
I was alive but spiritually dead, with the certainty of death ahead,
But in The Spirit, Christ came to me, giving me new life Eternally.
I lived all of my days at a loss, in the shadow of Calvary’s Cross,
But then Christ pierced that night, with The Blessed Gospel Light.
On the cross, through His pain, I received from God eternal gain,
And now this life, I live for Him, The Lord who died for all my sin.
I no longer strive in emptiness, but live in Christ’s Righteousness,
A righteousness bestowed on me, from on that cross of Calvary.
A gift of God’s Awesome Grace, when His Son died in my place,
When this gift to me He did impart, He came to dwell in my heart.
Now I don’t live just to survive, but through The Lord I truly thrive,
Living for God an abundant life, through my Savior Jesus Christ.
With The Holy Spirit’s Power, Christ helps me every waking hour,
To live a special life for God, while on this mundane earthly sod.
My life doesn’t end down here, as the end of all is drawing near,
For I will be in a mansion sublime, to continue on for all of time,
And the life I’ve lived on earth, won’t compare to heaven’s worth,
Where we will live in perfect unity, with our Savior for all Eternity.
All Who Come
The Lord gives rest to the weary, to all of those who come,
To the deceived and the leery, His Truth comes in The Son.
In gloomy times He gives hope, in The Savior Jesus Christ,
With a power for all to cope, through the weary times of life.
God comes to all who seek, guidance from The Lord above,
Reaching down to the meek, with an uncompromising Love.
God meets you where you stand, at anytime and any place,
Guiding you with a loving hand, in His mercy and His Grace.
God will truly walk with you; being always present in this life,
As He helps you safely through, in times of trial and of strife.
Should you bump into despair, at any point within your day,
God will take you in His care, to comfort you along the way.
And when things do go wrong, God fills you with His peace,
Through a day dark and long, with a love that will not cease.
God will guide you in His light, safely through the day’s end,
Then He gives you rest at night, as a Shepherd and a friend.
Indeed a friend to all who come, from wherever they may be,
To the cross of God’s own Son, The Shepherd of all Eternity,
So come to Him all of the lost, to the Shepherd Jesus Christ,
Through His death on the cross, He gives to men eternal life.

Age of Grace
Now is the time of God’s Favor, today dear friend, not tomorrow,
Today accept Christ as Savior, and eternally you’ll see no sorrow,
This is the day of God’s Salvation, an offer by God to everyone,
Given through God’s Revelation, Jesus Christ, His begotten Son.
Today He’ll hear you as you call; as you’re moved by His Grace,
To save you from Adam’s fall, as you seek the Light of His face.
God’s made a way, for all men, to live with Him in Heaven above,
As we stand today condemned, He saves us in the Savior’s love.
In this Age of Grace which we live, God sent His Son to all of us,
To man, with eternal life to give, to all who in Him place their trust.
And the Lord comes to live within, each and every believing heart,
As Christ saves us from all sin, to be the friend who won’t depart.
New Life Christ gives to all men, this to live anew upon this earth,
This as they are Born Again; born of God through a spiritual birth.
God sends The Spirit, as our guide, as we begin to live New Life,
The Spirit helps us to abide, in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
All that we need, we get from God, as He sustains us, every day.
God helps us on this earthly sod, to walk along life’s narrow way.
All you need to do is to believe, in the Grace from God’s Throne,
And you too, Christ will receive, as God makes you His very own.

What Do Good Works Do?
What will a good life do for you, when your earthly life is through?
All the good you proudly say, you’ve done for men along the way.
Good deeds by men can be good; however it must be understood,
That our works won’t take the place, of The Lord’s amazing Grace.
Good works friend play no part, of God’s true conversion of a heart.
Your good works may be in vain, if you do not embrace The Name,
The only name in Heaven raised, by which all men must be saved.
Will all your good works of the past, well into eternity forever last?
Or will they be buried along side, your earthly body that also died?
Are you ignoring God’s Love, working your way to Heaven above?
Forgetting what God has done, by sending His only begotten Son.
We’re not saved by good deeds, but by God’s work upon Calvary,
His finished work on the cross, through Jesus saves all those lost.
For it is His Grace that saves us, when in Christ we place our trust.
Was the good work in your life, done for the glory of Jesus Christ?
Good works won’t move the Lord, if Christ His Only Son is ignored.
Do your works match the price, paid on the cross by Jesus Christ?
When you accept Jesus Christ, God’s works will flow from your life,
Works prepared for all who believe, that will continue on in eternity.
When your works are of The Lord, you will inherit an eternal reward,
Don’t you want to see your works, turned by God into eternal perks?
