Sonnet- Eleventh September,2001

That fearful day in September, naught one!
When rudely was America awakened;
Four giant ‘birds’ from sky came crashing down;
The world lay terrorized, shocked and threatened.

The World Trade Center simply disappeared;
Buried alive were thousands in seconds;
Billowing smoke, Noises and flames appeared;
The Pentagon was hit without funds.

The mighty nation no more felt secure;
The war against terrorism was on;
The threat was real for the world’s future,
As fear and pall of gloom afilled each dawn.

India was quick to respond to this call,
For success lay in involvement by all.

Sonnet- Heinous Crimes

Four giant ‘birds’ had fallen from the skies!
Not on their own but piloted by men;
All suicide-bombers of unknown ties,
To raze down skyscrapers that touched heaven!

The hijacked planes with passengers and crew,
Swooped down into the buildings one by one;
Some thousands died but saved were just a few;
Hijackers died with their missions ‘well done’!

What fanatic, bedeviled men has earth!
What dastardly and heinous crimes, they had done!
A mighty nation lost its mighty mirth;
Billowing smoke had hidden Moon and Sun!

Can we forgive these men for their mad act?
The world demand’s just blood for blood- the fact.

Day of Grief

Day is...
Day is not...
The sun
Continues to rise...
And set...
Only to rise again.

Life goes on...
Day in...
Day out...
And yet, somewhere,
Buried deep in my soul,
The tears continue
To fall,

And the pain goes on,
Always and ever,
For those lost souls
Of September 11,
And for the loss
Of the world
As we knew it.

As FDR said about the bombing of Pearl Harbor, at the start of World
War II, 'A day that will live in infamy...' So is the day the Twin Towers
fell, and thousands died...Thousands who planned to go home that night, and yet never had the chance. Thousands who never dreamed their world would end on that day, in that way, became immortal before the setting of the sun, September 11,2001. God rest their souls.

Another Sad Anniversary of 911

I remember the day when the terrorists shocked
Our world. I remember that sad and dark day.
Two planes crashed into the Twin Towers, other hijacked
Plane hit the Pentagon and another one landed
In Pennsylvania and exploded; all aboard died.
Thousands innocent people lost their lives.
I vividly remember that infamous day.
Thousands of people could not get away.
Millions of people panicked, millions cried.
I will always remember that day, where countless lives
Were changed forever. Thank God that the number one
Killer is now dead. Thank God that other killers can simply run
And hide; they cannot plan like that anymore,
They do not have the means to hurt us anymore.
The Almighty God is good all the time,
Even after being the victim of an egregious crime.
I will always remember 9/11,
Even when I'll reach ninety seven.
May God bless America!
May God protect America!

The Pentagon Was Bombed

the pentagon was bombed,
cruise missile, US made!
there was no wreckage from a plane!
the public has been played!

the pentagon was bombed,
it's so damn plain to see…
covert wet work, CIA,
next target, … you and me

the pentagon was bombed
the evidence is real
it proves that Nazis are in charge
how does that make you feel?

the pentagon was bombed
trade center was bombed too
high level ploy, to steal some oil
ain't it something we can do?

how many citizens must die
before the truth is told?
another holocaust is here….
this shit is getting old

the pentagon was bombed

If I Ever Leave This World Alive

If I ever leave this world alive
I'll thank for all the things you did in my life
If I ever leave this world alive
I'll come back down and sit beside your
feet tonight
Wherever I am you'll always be
More than just a memory
If I ever leave this world alive

If I ever leave this world alive
I'll take on all the sadness
That I left behind
If I ever leave this world alive
The madness that you feel will soon subside
So in a word don't shed a tear
I'll be here when it all gets weird
If I ever leave this world alive

So when in doubt just call my name
Just before you go insane
If I ever leave this world
Hey I may never leave this world
But if I ever leave this world alive

She says I'm okay; I'm alright

I Believe In America

I Believe In America…., we’re a nation of hopes and dreams…..,
Sweet freedom will fill our needs…., I Believe In America.

I Believe In America…., I believe we must fight for peace….,
My faith in us will never cease…., I Believe In America.

With His strength from up above…,
We’ll prevail on our massive quest…,
Our nation breathes kindness and love…..,
We’ll lead our world to happiness.

I Believe In America…, we are united in democracy….,
Defeating evil and hypocrisy…., I Believe In America.

Our Lord is watching every move we make…..,
I know He’ll help us do our best….,
Guiding us with every step we take….,
Because our lives are truly blessed.

I Believe In America…., we’re a nation of hopes and dreams…..,

Friends of stones

It is not a paradise
although the sing of birds
It is not the Hell
although the song of birds
although the sound of waves
it is only our world
with many songs in the sky
with many birds in the dream
with many birds in really

It ‘s here that we are living
we are little, very little
we are old, very old
we are wandering,
wandering and loving
this space

we are also
friends of stones
friends of rocks

Fear is with us
But what fear?
A fear sweet
A fear black
or another fear?

Where is the fire of the fear?
Where is the fear of the fear?
Into our World
in a deep of monster

nobody know this
in this world of the words
in this words of the world
but what fear screechs
here and now
without your hands
of red sun?

Buried Alive

Afraid to feel
What's inside
Embrace my soul
In solitude
Frozen eyes
Face the fears
Rising strong
Out of control
Feels like I'm bursting into flames
Lost in hate future will be gone
Emotions strained misty eyes
Hear those silent cries
Nothing's real
I can't appear
The cold winds blow
Into my face
Feels like I'm bursting into flames
Lost in hate future will be gone
feels like I'm safe here
feels like I'm strong
Buried, Buried alive
Buried, Buried alive

A Tribute to September,11 2001

Dawn breaks over the horizon,
the first rays of sunshine
start to warm the air
and brighten the city.

It is a clear blue sky this morning,
it is just perfect.
Everyone buzzes around, ready
to start their morning.

Nothing at all seems to
be wrong or could ruin this day.
No one is aware of the
immanent danger they are in.

New Yorkers rushing to do
all they need to,
not taking a moment to
stop and see the world.

BOOM! ! ! Hundreds of
innocent people, their lives
suddenly go up in flames
as the plane crashes.

Thousands of people below
suddenly stop to see
the inferno inside the building
rage on and the smoke billow out.

This once seemingly great day,
now has threatened us
and the lives of many people,
it is now an attack.

The people below stop to stare,
trying to figure out what
happened for this explosion
to occur inside the building.

No one ever thinks that
a jumbo airliner,
carrying lots of people,
had been hijacked by terrorists.

This plan had been made
long before this day.
The hearts of these men
turned to evil.

Their intent, to kill
thousands of people,
no matter what
race, age or gender.

Everyone and anyone was
a potential target.
Making us all the same.
United in their evil plot.

They studied all of us,
blended in, and learned
how to manipulate our system.
All of us unaware.

Inside the building,
people make their way
to escape, to survive.
Everyone flooding the exits.

While others still are trapped.
Many already know their fate.
They make the decision
to end it sooner, rather than later.

Rather than face the flames,
they jump, their bodies
becoming missiles and don't
stay intact.

Almost as if God, himself,
took them away before
they could ever land.
Horror spreads across the growing crowds.

Just as everyone thinks,
nothing else could possibly happen...
BOOM! ! ! Another plane
crashes into the second building.

More innocent people's lives
stop, just as they were beginning.
Screams and chaos breaks out
in everyone watching.

The world has been turned
upside down and horrors never thought of,
now turn into reality.
Everyone's heart, united in agony.

The clear blue sky is now
tainted with thick black smoke,
the smoke of hatred
from men who saw this as good.

The world seems to stop to watch,
holds their breath and
prays that nothing else happens.
Prays that it is all just a dream.

People at home watching,
pick up the phone and dial
their loves ones to
make sure they are alright.

Others immediately call to
see how they can help
the people in New York.
Ready to do anything.

Just as everything seemed alright,
the building gives way,
the whoosh of air hits
everyone below as it comes crashing.

Ash surrounds everyone.
Pandemonium erupts as
people run for their lives,
almost everyone gets caught in the ash cloud.

Everything goes from color,
to ash grey, connecting everyone again.
Everything looks like statues now
as if time now stands still.

The grey of the ashes
sets and even more depressing
tone to the worst
possible situation.

The earth trembles once again,
as the second building crashes down.
Thousands of lives now lost,
to the hatred of those men.

They had a goal,
and the succeeded in
what they wanted.
Their hatred won...

Men, women, sons, daughters,
Mothers, fathers, friends,
all gone in a matter of seconds.
No one even heard their cries.

But they did not loose
their life in vain.
We as Americans became
stronger and now stand together.

Brave men and women
have gone across seas to
fight to keep our freedom,
in the names of those killed.

Now we stand, hand in hand,
fighting against terrorism.
Fighting for the lives lost,
they will not die in vain.

May we never forget
9-11 and the precious
meaning of life.
May we love more and hate less.

God Bless those people who died,
the people who lost loved ones,
those still fighting for freedom,
and God Bless America.

The Wild Iris

At the end of my suffering
there was a door.

Hear me out: that which you call death
I remember.

Overhead, noises, branches of the pine shifting.
Then nothing. The weak sun
flickered over the dry surface.

It is terrible to survive
as consciousness
buried in the dark earth.

Then it was over: that which you fear, being
a soul and unable
to speak, ending abruptly, the stiff earth
bending a little. And what I took to be
birds darting in low shrubs.

You who do not remember
passage from the other world
I tell you I could speak again: whatever
returns from oblivion returns
to find a voice:

from the center of my life came
a great fountain, deep blue
shadows on azure seawater.
