Bible in Poetry: 1 John 3

Children of God, that we are called,
Reveals our Father’s love lavished.
The reason why world doesn’t know us,
Is because they don’t know Him yet.

We are children of God, dear friends:
We know that when He reappears,
Like Him, we shall be, and see Him;
The one who has this hope within,
Will keep himself pure and not sin.

All sinners break the laws of God,
And sin is lawlessness and odd;
So, Jesus came to take our sins,
Although in Him, there is no sin.
The one who lives in Him won’t sin;
The one who sins cannot see Him.

Do not let one lead you astray;
The one who does right is righteous;
The sinner is of the devil;
Devils have sinned from beginning;
The reason why the Son of God
Came, was to destroy devils’ work.

If born of God, you can’t sin on;
The seed of God remains in you.
God’s children are known in this way;
The one who does not do things right,
Is not a child of God and light;
So’s one who does not love brethren.

Love One Another:

This is the message, you have heard,
From beginning that you all should,
Love one another as God told;
Don’t be like Cain who killed brother,
Out of the jealousy He had;
His brother’s actions were righteous;
His own actions were evil ones.

Don’t be surprised if world hates you,
Because we love our brothers then,
We’ve passed from death to life endless;
The one who loves not is all dead;
One who hates brother is murderer;
The latter have no eternal life.

How can we know what love is then?
Christ Jesus laid His life for us;
We must give lives for our brothers;
If you have worldly possessions,
And do not help the one in need,
How can God’s love be in Him then?

Dear Children lets not love with words,
Or tongue but by actions in truth;
We will then know we are in truth
In God, we set our hearts at rest,
For God is greater than our hearts;
He knows all things in entirety.

If our hearts don’t condemn us then,
Before God, we have confidence;
And get from Him whatev’r we ask,
Because we obey His commands,
And do whatever pleases Him.

His command’s to believe His Son,
Begotten, Jesus Christ by name,
And love others as He commands;
If we obey, we live in Him;
He also lives in his beloved;
We know this by spirit He gave!

Bible in Poetry: 1 John 2

I write to you my dear children,
So that you must not commit sin;
And if someone does commit it,
Our defense is Lord Jesus Christ,
The Righteous One, Holy Spirit,
Who’ll speak to Father for our sake.

The Lamb of God, sins did He take,
He paid the price in atonement,
For mankind’s sins and punishment.

If we obey His commands all,
We’ve come to know and heard His call;
The man who says, ‘I know him, ’ but
Does not follow His commands, yet,
Remains a liar, without doubt.

By obeying, we’re made complete,
And know His word and feel His love,
And walk with Him to heav’n above!

I write to you no new command,
But old an one, just to remind,
A message that you have all heard,
The need to listen to His word,
Because the darkness is passing,
And true light is on you shining.

Someone who claims to be in light,
And hates his brother, is in dark;
Whoever loves his brother, ‘mark,
‘He won’t stumble, he lives in light.’

He who hates still, walks in darkness,
And has been blinded, in sureness,
And does not know to where he goes!

‘I write to you dear children, know,
Your sins have been forgiven now;
On account of His Holy Name.

I write to you dear fathers all,
You’ve known Him and have heard His call,
He, who is from the beginning.

I write to you young men, women,
You’ve overcome the evil one.

I write to you dear children then,
Because the Father, you have known.

I write to you young men on earth,
Because you’re kept strong by His birth,
By word of God that lives in you,
The evil one, you’ve o’ercome too.’

Do Not Love the World:

Don’t love the world and things in it;
Lest love of Father, you forfeit;
The things that are found in this world,
Do not belong to God, the Lord,
But cravings of the sinful man,
Of what he does in his life-span,
The lust of eyes and one’s boasting,
And do not come from Father King,
But have their origin in world.

Warning against Antichrists:

This is the last hour, dear children,
The Antichrist is coming then,
Many such ones have come by now,
By this, this is last hour, we know.

They went away from us only;
They didn’t belong to us truly;
If they had, they would have remained,
And not left us or abandoned.

You have the holy anointing;
And so, you know the truth so well;
The righteous get the Lord’s blessing;
Knowing the truth, you can’t lies tell.

Who is the liar, can you tell?
One who denies Jesus is Christ;
Such men will surely go to hell;
Such men are called as antichrist.

He denies Father and the Son;
The Father can’t be with such one;
Whoever acknowledges Son,
In him has Father and has won.

Ensure what you have heard at first,
Remains in you and Father, Christ;
For, Eternal life, He’as promised.

Beware of being led astray;
By ones who oppose righteousness;
Your anointing will show your way,
You need no one to teach or say.
The anointing is so real;
Remain in Him and He will heal.

Children of God:

So, continue in Him, children,
So that, when He comes from heaven,
We stay confident, without shame,
And stand before Him, without blame.
If you know He’s the Righteous One,
Who does aright, of Him are born.

Bible in Poetry: 1 John 5

All who believe Jesus is Christ,
Is born of Father and love Him,
And love His child as well, in truth;
We know we love children of God,
By love and obeying commands,
Which are not burdensome at all.

God-born, all overcome the world-
The victory of our faith and world;
He who believes Jesus as Christ,
God’s Son, has overcome the world.

He came by water and of blood;
He did not come by water just,
But by both and spirit proves that;
Because the spirit is the truth,
It testifies about Jesus, .
For, there are three that testify:
The Spirit, water and the blood;
And the three are in agreement.

We accept man’s testimony;
God’s testimony is greater,
For, it is about His own Son!
He has given eternal life;
And this life is in Jesus Christ,
His only begotten Son, Lord;
Whoever has the Son has life;
He who doesn’t, does not have the life!

Concluding Remarks:

I write these things to you who know,
And do believe in Son of God,
And know you have eternal life;
This is the confidence we have
When approaching God for something,
If according to His will, then,
It will be heard and granted too.

If you see your brother in sin,
That does not lead to death, then pray,
That God give him eternal life.
This is when sin doesn’t lead to death;
There is a sin that leads to death;
I don’t say he should pray for that;
All kinds of wrong-doings are sin.

One born of God will not sin on,
And so, he keeps himself quite safe;
The evil one cannot harm him;
We know we are children of God.

The evil one controls the world;
We know the Son of God has come,
And given us understanding,
So that, we know Him who is true.

We are in Him who is the truth,
And in His Son, Jesus Christ;
He’s true God, and eternal Life!
Keep away from idols, children.

Bible in Poetry: 1 John 4

Do not believe in all spirits;
Find out if they have come from God;
False prophets have come to the world;
But how can you ascertain them?

A spirit that acknowledges
That Jesus came in flesh from God,
Is from God, Almighty Father;
And that which says that Christ isn’t Lord,
Is spirit of the antichrist,
Which you have heard is coming now,
And has already entered world.

You are from God too, dear children;
You’ve overcome the bad spirits;
The one in you is greater than
The one found in the world by man;

They’re from the world and speak like-wise;
The world listens as they entice;
Whoev’r knows God, listens to us,
As we are also from same God;
Whoever isn’t from God does not,
Then listen to us anytime.
This is the way to recognize,
The true spirit from that, that’s false!

God’s Love and Ours:

Dear friends, lets love one another,
As love comes from God the Father;
The ones who love are born of God,
For God is love and love knows God.

God showed His love for all of us,
By sending His one Son Jesus,
Into the world, die for our sins,
Like Lamb of God for sacrifice;
So that, we may then live through Him.

God’s love is not because we loved
Him, but He loved man as beloved;
We ought to love one another,
As God loved us like our Father;
No one has ev’r seen God as yet,
But if we love one another,
God will reside in us forev’r!

We live in Him and He in us,
As He has given His spirit;
We testify we’ve seen the Son,
Whom Father sent as world’s Savior;
If you acknowledge Son Of God,
God lives in him and he in God;
Therefore we know God’s love for us.

As God is love, whoever loves,
Then lives in God and God in Him;
Thus, love is made wholesome in us;
We’ll stand in confidence ‘fore God,
On Judgment-Day as we’re like Him.

There is no need for fear in love,
For, perfect love drives out all fear;
Fear comes when we await God’s rod;
Imperfect is the love with fear.

God loved us first and then we love;
The one who says, ‘I love God but
Hate my brother is a liar! ’
He who does not love his brother,
Although he has seen him so well,
Cannot love God, the unseen one;
God has given this commandment:
‘Whoev’r loves God, loves his brethren.’

Bible in Poetry: 2 John 1

To chosen lady and children,
The elder who loves them in truth,
And all who know the truth so do,
Because the truth which lives in us,
Will be with us forever then:

Grace, mercy, peace from Father God,
And from His only Son, Jesus,
In truth and love, will be with us.

It gives me immense joy to find,
Your children walk in truth just as
The Father God commanded us.

I write no new command to you,
But one we’ve had from beginning.
We ought to love one another,
Obeying His commands to us:
His command is you walk in love.

Deceivers who don’t acknowledge,
That Jesus Christ had come in flesh,
Have gone into the world today.
Such person is then antichrist.

Take care to lose not your life’s toil;
You must be fully rewarded;
The one who runs ahead and yet,
Does not teach what Jesus Christ told
Cannot possess God in his heart.

Don’t welcome him or take him in,
He who doesn’t bring Christ’s teaching.
But if you welcome such person,
You share in his wickedness too.

I want to write so much to you,
But not on paper and with ink;
Instead, I hope to visit you,
And talk in person, face to face,
So that, our joy may be complete.

They send their greetings to you then,
Your chosen sister’s, all children!

God’s Family

Speaking to His disciples one day, The Lord said He could not stay,
But upon earth they would remain, with God’s message to proclaim.
Knowing He would soon depart, Christ placed a peace in their heart,
For they’d know where Christ was, with The Father in Heaven above.

As disciples living our life on this earth, it is Christ that we truly serve,
Jesus Himself paid the initial price, as He became for God a sacrifice.
God sent to the earth Jesus Christ, to give to all men a brand new life,
Christ sent The Spirit down to those, who in their hearts knew He rose.

If you believe Jesus is The Christ, you will be born of God in this life,
The Christ is God’s Anointed One, Messiah friend, is God’s own Son.
When Christ returned to His Throne, He didn’t leave men here alone,
He sent The Holy Spirit to live within, every man who believes in Him.

The Holy Spirit is our Counselor, sent from Christ to be our Comforter,
The Spirit guides and lights our way, as we live for our Lord each day.
He who loves The Father and Son, loves God’s Family, yes everyone,
To love God is to obey His commands, to love every women and man.

The commandments of Christ our Lord, in our lives cannot be ignored,
His commands are not burdensome, if His Family’s where you’re from.
When Born Again into God’s Family, you are a member for all eternity,
A family where we serve each other, with care and love for our brother.

As believers live in Christ’s Love, sharing with men God’s Hope above,
God the Father gives men the power, in each and every day and hour,
Power we have today to overcome, through our faith in God’s own Son.
Being born of God gives men the victory, to be in Christ all they can be.

Bible in Poetry: Gospel of St. John 2 (Chapter 1)

The elder to lady, children,
Who love the truth and know it long;
For sake of truth that dwells in us,
And shall be with us forever.

The grace and mercy, peace of God
The Father, and the Son, Jesus
Christ’s truth and love too be with you!

I found thy children walk in truth,
And I rejoice greatly therefore,
As we’ve received the commandments,
From Father, Almighty, Lord, God.

And now, I beseech thee, lady!
I’ve written not a new command,
But that we had from beginning,
That said we love one another.

To love is commandment greatest,
And when we walk in His commands,
It is all love that’s pure, divine,
And hence, we must do from the start.

The deceiver who enters the world,
And says that Jesus was ne’er flesh,
Is deceiver and antichrist!

Take care that we do not then lose,
Those things that we have wrought with toil,
And that we get our full reward.

Whoever transgresses this then,
And doesn’t abide in Christ’s doctrine,
Loses the God of love in him;
He who abides in Christ’s doctrine,
Has Father and the Son as well.

If anyone should come to you,
Without the doctrine of Jesus,
Receive him not into your house,
And neither bid him then, God speed,
For, if you so bid him, then you,
Partake of his evil deeds too.

I have so many things to write,
But I will not with paper, ink;
But want to see you, face to face,
And speak, so that our joy is full!
The children of elect sister,
Greet thee, Amen.

Unlikely Souls

God moves upon unlikely men, those whom we might condemn,
Even men, with no interest in, The One who died for all their sin.
Not the righteous playing the part; what we see is not their heart,
They’re lifted up in their own pride, even ignoring Christ who died.

We at times doubt to God’s dismay, that others will find The Way,
The narrow way, we have found; God’s only way to stable ground.
This simply adds to God’s Glory, with another added to His story,
The story beginning at the cross; not of the righteous but the lost.

There’s no soul God cannot reach, even when we do not preach.
His Spirit goes where we don’t, as He’s God, never say He won’t.
Moving men’s hearts to the place, where they receive His Grace,
To accept the love that He shed, on Calvary’s cross in their stead.

The love of Christ is greater than, the wayward heart of any man,
And the purpose of God’s Love, is to lead men to Heaven above.
Not the self-righteous, my friend, for they will see a different end,
But those sinners who come to Him, to be forgiven of all their sin.

Christ said He had other sheep, to bring into His fold and to keep,
Many other sheep, just like us, who in Jesus, will place their trust.
Not righteous on our own at all, but cursed because of man’s fall,
As death had come to every life, now we can live in Jesus Christ.

I Am

He spoke, “I am who I am”, Said the Creator of all men.
Yes, He is the very Word, that all have read and heard.
Jesus Christ is God, friend; the Beginning and The End.
Jesus said about Abraham, “before he was born, I am! ”

“I Am the Bread of Life”, were the words of Jesus Christ.
The true manna from above, sent by the Father’s Love.
He said “I am the Living Bread”, giving life to the dead.
I’m God’s and He is mine, in Christ’s love that is divine.

Jesus said “I am The Light”, to draw men from the night.
The Light of the world friend; The Light that has no end.
You’ll be in dark no more, as you follow Christ as Lord.
Christ said ”I am the vine”, and in Christ we must abide.

Jesus said “I am The Way”, and that’s what He is today.
The Way, Truth and the Life; found only in Jesus Christ.
Come, for “I Am the Door”, were the words of The Lord.
The Only Door to Eternal Life, is The Son Jesus Christ.

“I am The Good Shepherd”, and Savior of the wayward.
Even many that are scattered, by Jesus will be gathered.
“I am The Resurrection”; Christ is hope for every nation.
His victory over the grave, gives hope to those He saves.

He is all this and much more, if you know Christ as Lord.
The Alpha and Omega friend, the beginning and the end.
Just believe in Jesus Christ, and you receive Eternal Life.
What He said don’t dismiss, for He is, who He said He is.

A Willing Sacrifice

They say they love God like me, and they want to live eternally,
Without the love I have for Him, as they continue their life of sin.
But the power of Calvary’s Cross, changes the hearts of the lost,
As men come to Jesus Christ, His Spirit changes wayward lives.

They say in God they believe, but life in Christ they don’t receive,
But men must believe in their heart, for life in Christ to truly start.
Most men will acknowledge God, and agree He exists with a nod,
But never truly embrace His Son, Who came to die for everyone.

Some want to believe religiously, without a change men can see,
Afraid more about what men say, than our Lord on Judgment Day.
But we can’t believe Saving Truth, without our life showing proof,
Within our hearts and in our lives, that we belong to Jesus Christ.

For He did more than die for men, on a cross He purchased them,
When He became God’s sacrifice, His Blood for all paid the price.
A price we could not pay for sin, that on a cross was paid by Him,
When God sent Christ to the cross, to save a world of sinners lost.

The debt that we could not afford, was paid in Grace by The Lord,
And so we die to a life of sin, and use our life to acknowledge Him.
Being truly loved by God’s Son, we profess His Name to everyone,
Willing to be God’s living sacrifice, and God’s Light for Jesus Christ.

Give God's Way!

What did God give us?
God gave Adam life from the dust of the earth
God gave Adam his wife Eve to be one flesh
So do we make man in our own image to give to God
No sin has made that impassable to give God
God gave us the pure blood of mammals for one sin
Yet history of sin gives God nothing!
God gave his only Son Christ's blood for all sins
So now a holy God can love a pure creation
Why dose God have us give?
Jesus gave us his eternal life & holy spirit
We are to love God with all heart and soul
And love our neighbor as our self
For where your treasure is there your heart will be also.
The TV church world's treasure is money for miracles
They teach if you give more then you have?
The Pharisees, who loved money
Heard all this and were sneering at Jesus.
God gives you more then you need?
No servant can serve two masters
You cannot serve both God and Money.
He overturned the tables of the money changers
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth
Where thieves break in and steal.
If money is not my treasure what do I give?
He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar
Abraham! I am here Do not lay a hand on the boy
God wants you to be not greedy for money eager to serve
To give of the heart trust and faith without expection
Is all God ever wanted from us!
Jesus gave us his treasured life and Holy Spirit
We need to serve all our actions money and lives
Not a debt we can repay but out love for God & his son
It's time we give back out of love.
God loves a cheerful giver

Bible in Poetry: Philemon 1

Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ,
And his brother, Timothy writes:
To Philemon, friend and worker,
To Apphia, beloved sister,
To Archippus, fellow soldier,
To the church that meets in your home,
‘From God, our Father, grace and peace,
And from Jesus Lord, be with you.’

Thanksgiving and Prayer:

I thank my God always brothers,
And remember you in prayers,
Because about your faith, I hear,
In Jesus Lord and saints so dear.

I exhort you to share your faith,
And understand all things in Christ;
Your love has given me great joy,
And refreshed hearts of saints, ahoy!

Paul’s Plea for Onesimus:

Although in Christ, I can be bold,
And order you to do as told,
Christ Jesus’ prisoner, now man old,
Paul, I appeal to you with love,
For Onesimus, my son dear,
While I in chains, he came so near;
Although, he was useless to you,
But now, he is useful to both.

I’m sending him, who is my heart,
Although I wish he didn’t depart,
And take your place in helping me,
While I’m in chains for the Gospel.

Yet, I don’t want to do something,
Without your consent on that thing,
So that, the favor that you do
Is spontaneous and from heart true.

May be, he was away from you,
So that, you have him back for good,
Not as a slave but as brother.
He is so dear to me and you,
Both as a man and in the Lord.

Like how you consider me as
A partner, welcome him like me;
If he has done anything wrong,
Or owes you then, charge it to me.
I’ll pay it back without delay;
Refresh my heart in Christ this day.
I know you will obey my words,
And that, you’ll do more than I ask.

Prepare a guest-room for me for,
I hope to be restored to you,
In answer to your prayers all.

Fellow in Jesus, Epaphras;
Aristarchus, Mark, Luke, Demas-
My fellow-workers, send greetings!

The grace of Lord Christ Jesus be
With your spirit in ministry.

Bible in Poetry: Galatians 5

Freedom in Christ:

For freedom, Jesus set us free;
For righteous things you stand firmly;
Take not the yoke of slavery!

I, Paul tell you, so, mark my words,
In being circumcised, you don’t,
Allow Christ to be of value.

To every man circumcised then,
He’s bound to obey the whole law;
Although, you’re justified in law,
You are alienated from Christ Lord,
And fallen away from His grace.

By faith, we wait with eagerness
For righteousness, for the Spirit;
Circumcision has no value,
In Jesus Christ without this hope;
The only thing that counts is faith
Expressing itself in love deep.

You were running a mighty race;
Who kept you from obeying truth?
This does not come from Him that calls;
A little yeast softens the dough;
I’m sure you’ll take no other view.

The ones who cause you confusion
Will pay the penalty at last.
If I still preach circumcision,
Why am I persecuted then?
The offence of the cross is void;
Let them who agitate then go
Emasculate themselves for this.

You have been called to stay afree;
Don’t use your freedom in sins’ ways;
Serve one another with true love;
The law in whole is one command:
‘You love your neighbor as yourself.’
If you are fighting amongst you,
You will destroy one another then.

Life by the Spirit:

Live by the Holy Spirit then;
Don’t gratify your sinful thoughts;
For they are contrary to it;
They contradict one another;
You do not do what you want to;
In Spirit, you’re under no law.

The sinful acts are idolatry,
Sexual immorality;
Impurity, debauchery;
Witch-craft, discord and jealousy;
Self-ambition and fits of rage;
Dissensions, factions and orgies;
Drunkenness and the like;
I like to warn you as before,
Such people cannot inherit,
God’s kingdom if they live like this.

The Spirit’s fruits are love and peace,
Joy, patience, kindness and goodness,
Faithfulness and one’s self-control;
In Christ, we’ve crucified our sins,
Our passions and our desires;
When in the Spirit, we then live,
Let’s keep in pace with the Spirit;
Let us not be conceited then,
Envying, provoking brethren.

Words of Comfort

In my mind thoughts will flow, from The Truth I have come to know,
To words of light and encouragement, to the places I’ve been sent.
A comfort to all who do believe, and a light to all who are deceived,
God’s encouragement to a brother, while words of Truth to another.

Comforting words that I can say, to brighten a brother’s dismal day,
Words filled with hope and love, that point to our Savior, up above.
Words of Truth that only come, through The Spirit from God’s Son,
Who comes to dwell in our heart, from where words He does impart.

This to bring the lost to The Truth, through loving words not reproof,
So through our words men can see, The Loving Father of all Eternity,
Who came to die, to give us life, through His Only Son, Jesus Christ.
Who now lives, so that all men, through The Son can be Born Again.

Then receive The Spirit spoken of, when they accept His Son’s Love.
To be used upon this temporal earth, through the power of New Birth,
And the washing and regeneration, through His Blood unto Salvation.
Which only comes from God’s Son, the Lord and Savior of everyone.

You too will share the Living Word, speaking Truth until all have heard,
The saving Truth of God’s Salvation, Christ who came for every nation.
And then you will be a comfort too, to all who believe like me and you,
Speaking words of comfort friend, about life in Christ that has on end.

How Will They Believe?

How many hearts will receive, God’s Eternal Message and believe?
The Word of Truth, as they hear it, when moved by The Holy Spirit.
But before believing they must hear, God’s Truth, which is so near,
The Living Truth, Who lives within, all believers saved from their sin.

How will they hear with no preacher, those without a Godly teacher?
Those willing to share God’s Word, until all on the earth have heard,
The Truth of our Lord’s Salvation, in The Light of God’s Revelation,
Sharing with everybody in our life, the Saving Truth of Jesus Christ.

Who is it that The Lord has sent, to warn all other people to repent?
To turn away from darkened ways, to follow Christ, to God’s praise,
Turning sinners to a different path, to avoid God’s Righteous Wrath,
Turning them form things not right, to walk a new life in God’s Light.

Friend is this not to be all of us, who have believed in Christ Jesus?
Who are sent by God above, to share with others our Savior’s Love,
Through the message of the Cross, with men who are presently lost,
So they can be saved by Grace, when The Truth, they also embrace.

Won’t you this day, make a choice, to be for Jesus Christ, a voice?
Making your Purpose in this life, pointing all others to Jesus Christ,
For beautiful are the feet of those, who The Lord and Savior chose,
To bring others His Good News, when His Will, is what you choose.

There are many men upon this earth, who never heard of a spiritual birth,
Like Nicodemus, a curious one, a Pharisee, who questioned God’s Son.
Christ replied to Nicodemus in love, that man must be born from above,
Born of God, through Jesus Christ, who came to grant all men New Life.

Not born a second time, physically, but, in Christ, Born Again spiritually,
Born of God’s Spirit, so we can see, with our heart, The Truth of eternity.
With a focus that is now upon God, as you continue on this earthly sod,
With a Hope we didn’t have before, through Jesus Christ our Risen Lord.

Nicodemus, although a religious man, was not fit for God’s Eternal Plan.
For apart from the Savior’s Love, he would not see The Kingdom above.
Alone, man’s religious affiliation, has no bearing on the Lord’s Salvation,
But, simply your belief in God’s Son, who died on a cross for everyone.

To be born again of God’s Spirit, just accept God’s Truth as you hear it,
Just accept Christ, who died for sins, and New Life for you then begins.
All your flesh will remain the same, although you’ve become Born Again,
It’s your heart which God changes, as your inner thoughts He rearranges.

Just like a child is born into life, through faith we’re born in Jesus Christ,
When born anew into God’s family, to become His child through eternity.
Born from above, to live for Him, Jesus Christ, who died for all our sins,
Saving us at the cross of Calvary, Christ provides us a new life eternally.

Zachaeus Upon The Sycamore Tree

Many of us have heard of Christ;
Some of us know Jesus so well;
Christ is always passing by nigh;
Should we not have a better glimpse?

By heart, we yearn to see Jesus;
We are all sinners in more ways;
Our ears await His loving call;
By spirit, we stay short for Christ!

God sees each human heart in depth;
He knows if it has love or hate;
He gives us chances for more faith;
Sometimes, He comes to us to speak.

A Sycamore helps us see Christ;
There are such trees by every lane;
But we must climb to see Christ well;
The Lord knows secrets of each heart!

Many in sins galore do lie;
Many do have a contrite heart;
For repentance to turn complete,
Penance must be in matching ways!

Why put off seeing Jesus Christ?
The Son of God came for sinners!
Just ask and He will surely come;
Search and you will find Him surely.

Christ longs to dine in each one's home;
He forgives sins by Cross' ease;
He changes lives once and for all;
Must not we reconcile with God?

'Tis easy climbing sycamores!
'Tis easy finding one such tree;
It helps to see Jesus clearly!
Why should we hesitate to climb?

Ignore the world that talks like fools!
Each soul must gain God's redemption;
Let's plead to God for forgiveness;
Let's fill heart with God's saving grace!

There is a price for redemption;
Jesus paid our ransom ahead;
We must walk in His righteous path;
We must enter the narrow gate!

We live in different life's set-ups!
God has a purpose for each one;
We ought to learn the will of God;
True faith alone can lead to Christ!

Christ lives in every one of us;
But we must live in Christ all life;
He sees us well and all the time;
The veil of sin hinders our sight!

There is no time to waste on earth;
We must all be reborn in Christ;
Our faith in God must not waver;
We must be steadfast in Christ Lord.

Let's keep looking for Jesus Lord!
Let's find a sycamore near-by!
Let's climb the tree to see Christ well;
He wants to dine in our dear homes!

Commune with God for He made us;
Alone on earth, we cannot live;
Surrender heart to Jesus Christ;
Heaven is earned right here on earth!

Jesus knows each soul's true state;
Jesus seeks souls with boundless love;
Why live in sins those lead to hell?
Only the fool says, ‘There's no God! '

We must live life much Christ-centered;
Faith must not swerve or keep changing;
Conversion is by grace of God;
Redemption is by love of God.

Ignore the world of vanity;
Be blind to world of heinous sins;
Be deaf to sinful talks of men;
Save your soul and your kith and kin's!

Zachaeus climbed a sycamore,
To catch a better glimpse of Christ;
And when he made up for his sins,
Redemption came to his household!

The lure of world need not deter;
There's lucre in heaven better;
To see God soul must pure remain;
When God calls, we must heed at once!

God speaks to us by Bible's words;
The verses tell us how to live;
God's purpose for our lives on earth
Must be realized by strong faith.

We are all children of same God;
We need to preserve our souls pure;
Our earthly stay is not for long;
Eternity with God is prime!

Listen to Jesus’ Call

The man I know as Jesus,
Is Son of God, Most High;
-Conceived by Holy Spirit
In Virgin Mary’s womb!

He came to save all sinners
By death upon the cross;
He resurrected third day,
And showed his Godly powers!

What love has Father shown us!
Though earthlings don’t deserve;
He sacrificed His Son’s life,
To pay souls’ freedom price!

Now all can go to heaven,
If we can follow Christ;
Take up your cross and walk then
In footsteps of the Lord.

Renounce the work of devils;
Put trust in Jesus Christ;
He comes to judge all mankind,
When He comes second time!

Repent for sins of past years;
Reconcile with the Lord;
Remember Heaven’s nigh
For righteous and upright.

Jesus can forgive sins all;
Just ask and be made pure;
He waits in Heaven’s glory
For every soul, He made!

Oh, what a wonder God is!
He’s awesome, most loving;
His mercy is infinite
Listen to Jesus’ call!

Redemption’s Testimony

Does my life bring evident reality, to the souls that need to see,
The redemptive work of Jesus Christ, active in my present life?
Do they see a change within, my life, knowing who I had been?
Knowing how I lived before, I entered through Salvation’s Door.

Am I truly willing to pay the price, to be for my Lord a sacrifice?
Putting all my wants aside, to serve The One, who for me died?
Willing today, to deny myself, to point others to Eternal Wealth,
A wealth they’ll not see on earth, until they experience New Birth.

Born through the Spirit of Christ, that day Jesus enters their life,
And they too, become sanctified, as The Spirit now lives inside,
Now, to dwell within their heart, while by God, they are set apart,
As His children, with me and you, to now, begin their lives anew.

A life we must let God display, within our lives from day to day,
Christ’s Love with His Grace, while He moves us place to place,
As we live life for God’s Glory, while living out salvation’s story,
As The Savior uses all of us, redeemed sinners, in Christ Jesus.

Redeemed from the market of sin, to live this life anew for Him,
To be redemption’s testimony, no longer just a religious phony,
No longer here to be conformed, to this world, but transformed,
As Christ’s Light to the world, with Redemption’s Truth to herald.

Changing Hearts

Hard hearts of the human race, desperately in need of God’s Grace,
Not compelled by God’s Truth at all, from being tainted by man’s fall.
The natural mind cannot conceive, Truths from God that we believe,
They don’t look beyond the earth, never experiencing a spiritual birth.

It’s Christ’s Spirit who opens eyes, of those men believed to be wise,
Spiritually blinded by God’s enemy, who preys on hearts relentlessly.
Causing those who are spiritually blind, to close both heart and mind,
To the Eternal things of God above, causing them to refuse His Love.

The Spirit sheds light upon the dark, opening up their mind and heart,
God frees men from earthly creeds, directing hearts to eternal needs.
Through the Spirit of Jesus Christ, some begin reflecting on their life,
Where they will be when life is done, if they finish without God’s Son.

The Christ who came to earth to die, to give life meaning to you and I,
And give a Hope to all who believe; lead by The Spirit they do receive.
Christ leaves it up to men to herald, The Eternal Truth to all the world,
With The Holy Spirit far in the lead, helping many to hear and to heed.

The Holy Spirit truly changes men, in ways that we can’t comprehend,
Even the most darkened of hearts, is moved by Truth that He imparts.
They believe and become born again, to live their lives as Godly men,
Being born anew, from God above, they spiritually grow in God’s Love.

Bible in Poetry: Gospel of St. John (Chapter 8)

To Mount of Olives, Jesus went;
He came to Temple in the morn;
The people flocked to Him at once;
He sat and taught them many things.

The scribes then brought a woman caught
In adultery, and made her stand;
They said to Jesus, ‘O teacher,
This woman is an adulteress,
And got caught in the very act.
As Moses commands us to stone
Such women, so, what do you say? ’

They wanted to test Jesus thus;
So they could charge him in some way;
But Jesus wrote something on ground.
They persisted in asking Him,
So, Jesus said, ‘let one of you
Without a sin, then throw first stone.’

Again, He bent and wrote on ground;
Each one of them then left in turns;
The woman stood near Him alone;
Then Jesus asked her, ‘Where are they?
Has no one condemned you as yet? ’

The woman replied, ‘No one, sir! ’
Then Jesus said, ‘Neither do I;
So, go; from now on, do not sin.’

Then Jesus spoke to them again,
‘I am the one light of the world!
Who follows me won’t have darkness;
But will walk in the light of life.’

The Pharisees then said to him,
‘You testify on your behalf;
Your words remain unverified.’

Then Jesus answered and told them,
‘What I speak can be verified,
Because I know from where I come;
I also know to where I go;
But, you know nothing about both!
You judge by looks but I don’t judge!
But if I should, it is valid,
Because I am not all alone;
My Father is with me, who sent; .
But even in your law ’tis writ,
‘Two men’s words can be verified;
I testify on my own stead;
So, does my father who sent me.’

They asked Him, ‘Where is your Father? ’

Then Jesus replied as follows:
‘You neither know me, nor father;
If you knew me, you’ll know Him too.’

He spoke these words in temple ground;
Yet, none did arrest him thus far!
Then He said, ‘I’m going away,
And you will try to look for me;
But you will die in your own sin.
To where I go, you cannot come.’

The Jews asked one another then,
‘Is He going to kill himself?
What did He mean by saying thus:
‘You cannot come to where I go! ’

Then Jesus continued to speak,
‘You belong to what is below;
I belong to what is above;
You belong to this very world;
I don’t belong to mother earth.
If you don’t believe that I AM,
You will then die in your own sins! ’

They asked Him, ‘So, Then, who are you? ’

Then Jesus said, ‘What did I say
From the very beginning then?
I condemn you for things you say,
Because the one who sent is true,
I tell the world what He told me.

They did not know of who He spoke;
He spoke to them of His Father.

‘The one who sent me is with me;
He has not left me all alone;
I always do what pleases Him.’

Many came to believe Jesus.
Jesus said to Jews, who believed,
‘If you remain in words of mine,
You truly will be disciples.
And you will know the truth also;
The truth will set you surely free!

They told him, ‘We’re from Abraham; .
We weren’t enslaved to anyone; .
Why should we then be set afree?

Then Jesus answered all of them,
‘Amen, amen, I say to you.
All sinners are enslaved by sin.
A slave remains not forever;
A son remains in house always!
If son frees you, you’ll truly be! ’

‘I know you come from Abraham
And yet, you try to kill me soon;
My words find no place within you;
I tell you what I’ve heard and seen
My father do in heaven then,
So you may do a similar thing.’

They said, ‘Our father’s Abraham!
Then Jesus told, ‘If Abraham,
His children ought to do his works.
But now, you try to murder me,
A man who heard the truth from God?
Then do you do your father’s works? ’

They said, ‘We aren’t illegitimate!
We have one father, who is God!
Jesus said, ‘If God’s your father,
You would then love me and not kill,
For, I’ve been sent by God to you!
Why don’t you understand my words?
Is it you cannot bear to hear? ’

‘Your father is the devil then;
You carry out his desires;
He was a killer from the start
And loves to hide the truth by lies;
He has no truth in him at all.’

‘He is the father of all lies;
He is a liar by nature;
I speak the truth, you don’t believe;
Can anyone charge me with sin?
So, believe me, I speak but truth;
Whoev’r belongs to God, hears Him.’

The Jews answered and said to him,
‘Are we not right in saying that
You’re a possessed Samaritan?

Then Jesus said, ‘I’m not possessed;
I honor my loving Father;
I do not seek my own glory;
Amen, amen, I say to you:
Who keeps my words, will not meet death’

The Jews said, ‘you’re surely possessed;
Abraham died like all prophets;
Yet, you say we will not taste death?
Are you greater than Abraham?
Are you greater than all prophets?
Who do you think, you want to be? ’

Then Jesus told, ‘My glory’s worth
Nothing if I self-glorify;
But glorifies me, my Father,
Of whom you say, ‘He is our God! ’
You do not know Him; I know Him;
If I say otherwise, ’tis lies.
I know Him well and keep His word;
Abraham rejoiced to see me;
He saw my day and was so glad.’

The Jews then said, ‘You aren’t fifty
And you have seen old Abraham?

Then Jesus said to them, “Amen,
Amen, I say to you; before
Abraham came to be, I AM! ”
They picked up stones to throw at Him;
But Jesus out of temple slid.
