He Wore Dark Sun glasses

The sun it was not shining and dark gray were the skies
Yet he wore dark sun glasses for to conceal his eyes
From the gaze of other people what was he trying to hide
Since to the mirror of his soul daylight he had denied.

Or maybe his eyes are sensitive to light so dark glasses at all times he must wear
Since seeing one wearing dark glasses on a cloudy morning is quite rare
In sunny weather many wear dark glasses to save their eyes from the sun's glare
On bright and warm Summer days of the sun one must beware.

This morning in the wind and rain it did seem strange to me
A young man wearing dark sun glasses out walking I did see
On such an overcast day sunglasses did seem out of place
If you cannot see a person's eyes you cannot memorize their face.

He may have eyes sensitive to light and have to wear dark glasses every day
But when I said hello to him he had nothing to say
If you cannot see a person's eyes to you that person a stranger remain
And I would not recognize his face were I to see him again.

Eye Of The Matrix

To look upon the problem and see what has been
solved. To look upon the unsolvable and see was
is to to be, this is what I experience every
time I see a Matrix, a matrix in my life,
but not apart of me.

Life is full of matrices, but none that i can see,
until I finally get the concept than a genius I
shall be, for now I can understand, and now I
can see the eye of the matrix that is finally
apart of me.

Too Blind To Recognize

Too blind to recognize.
No one really knew,
Who they saw on a regular basis.
And this was not encouraged,
To be expected to accept.
Yet discussing other people,
Was what they did best.
Too blind to recognize.

Too blind to recognize.
Disrespecting was all they knew.
And this they did with a full effect.
No one knew who did what.
Or who had experiences to share,
That would provide benefits all would get.
So no one saw to see to receive opportunities,
They would meet but too blind to recognize.

Too blind to recognize,
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.

Too blind to recognize,
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.

Just too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize...
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.
Too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize.
Too blind to recognize.
Just too blind to recognize...
Gifts given as a prize!
Gifts given they should pride.
Too blind to recognize.

When She Dies (edited)

with all that she did
denying to her children what they ought to deserve

she will not get the funeral she asks
no one weeps

but for civil society's norms
for a while she will wear the black veil

he will wear black sunglasses
and then he will be back to drinking at night

she will be wailing in the desert
the moon shall hide behind the dark clouds on a cold evening.

Is It Only In California?

Is it only in California
That on November 24th
You need sunglasses and
Can wear shorts and a T-shirt

To scrape the frost off
Your car winshield like I did
This morning
Before I went to get coffee

Good Advice

Open the window I need some air
So many people and theres such disorder here
Familiar faces found out lies
Turn to the street now I watch the passers by
I wonder what they recognize
And what theyd recommend to fill my days
Possessions start to wear me down
I need some good advice some good advice to wear me down
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Instead they harbor secret thoughts
They break through windows that have twice been locked
I have to walk to wear me out
I need some good advice some good advice to wear me down
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
I throw my arms and pray to leave
I gotta head for love like is inside me
My lips press tight so not to drown
I need some good advice some good advice to wear me down
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Im nervous can you help me
Give me some good advice to help me along
If I know its true
Give me some good advice to help me along
If I know its true
Give me some good advice to help me along
If I know its true
Im nervous
Give me some good advice to wear me down

People Puttin People Down

People who are sad - sometimes they wear a frown
And people who are kings - sometimes they wear a crown
But all the people who dont fit
Get the only fun they get
From people puttin people down
People puttin people down
People without love - sometimes build a fence around
The garden up above - that makes the whole world go round
But all the people who dont fit
Get the only fun they get
From people puttin people down
People puttin people down
So cold, sometimes it gets so cold
You may love your wife - you may lose your family
You may lose you mind - just to keep your sanity
But the people who dont fit
Get the only fun they get
From people puttin people down
People puttin people down
People that are glad - sometimes they wear a smile
And people without dreams they walk the extra mile
But all the people who dont fit
Get the only fun they get
From people puttin people down
People puttin people dwn
From people puttin people down
People puttin people down
So cold, sometimes it gets so cold

Rebel Robot

You don't decide
What's wrong, what's right
You can't define what's good, what's not
You have to hide all your feelings
Having opinions can be your worst enemy
You will respond without asking
You will perform like all of them
You will behave as predicted
Being a rebel, and it's the purgatory
What about your ego
How did it end up so low
You have been robotized
It's what you eat, it's what you wear
Look around you, it's everywhere
In every action, in every move
A vague impression, having the right to choose
What about your ego
How did it end up so low
Like a seed, it will grow
In your head, it will glow
You have been robotized
You wear the freedom while a child is working
You taste a kingdom while the trees are falling
Loud voice and clear messages
The demons are so creative
There is a little matrix in everyone

Reactions

People recognize
As you recognize them
People accept
As you accept you
People believe
As you believe in you.
People aspect
As you aspect out of them
People react
As you like to react them
People respect
If you have the self-respect

If you want the honor
You must have to have the integrity
If you want to live with a great personality
You must have to shun the negative entity!

Wear wigs

Conceal yourself in wigs
Sunglasses, false eyelashes
Colored lens
Wear a mask

And let us kiss
Like
Mannequins

Let us see how we feel.

Wait, this is good, I am not
Feeling anything. This is very good.

Who wants love, who wants to get hurt?

Beyond Recognition

no my friend
no, you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
burnt in the firmament of
my unadulterated desire for you
i'm now reduced to
a whiff of thin vapour
quickly carried away by the wind
and in no time absorbed by ether

no friend, no
you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
i'm now a tomb with all
love and hurt accrued
buried deep within with
no epitaph inscribed

no my friend
no, you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
as i sit in a corner of a cold bed
drawing my empty limbs closer
as if they're all that's left of me...

no my friend, no
you can't recognize me
any more at this moment
as much as i can't recognize me myself
through this vacant mirror...
wait, there from a corner
i recognize you simply gazing
at nothing in particular...

why, you alone?
i recognize my self
no more...

In Wanting To Be Another

as we arrive at the house
of insufficiency
and begin to ponder upon
the deficiency
of our vocabulary for life
its syntax
trend and nuances
we sometimes wish we were
another person
or perhaps another famous creature
with a certain expertise
for doing something that other people
cannot do
or having a talent
that pleases most
the crowd

we sit on a bench
lay our head
wear our sunglasses and
try to look directly at the sun
to make a plea
for our wishes
for our weird dreams to come true

nothing happens
it is the same path that we walk upon
the same stones spread
the same boring yellow flowers at the sides

like water seeking its own level
we begin to adjust
want from need
ambition form wish
power from life
mere from far.

The Woman Next Door

this woman is beginning
to grow white hair

her hands are rough and the skin there
are loosing from the
fingers like
hand gloves made of
cloth

she has to wear sunglasses
even during the rainy seasons when the skies are gray
when the world is too cold
and the parks are
empty
where she finds herself alone
strolling under those
old trees

she is losing touch
of other people who seems not to see her
her presence disregarded

to hide her disappointments
she goes to the mall and buys things that she does not like
a matter of compulsion-obsession
pulling and pushing her from one corner
to another

quite a pity
she feels miserable and people avoid miserable people
they think
that misery is contagious
and who wants misery?

i am intimately involved with this woman
more in the line of pity
more on the aspect of empathy

there are many things that i must tell her
but it will not be for now

scattered atoms inside a glass of muddy water
need a little settling before one must describe to her
what really happened and what to do next

who knows? perhaps i really love her.

Smile

It will slowly creep upon your face
When you are sitting or thinking for a while
Frowns and smirks it will quickly replace
After a topic, or a moment, is not causing any bile,
You are joyous for that one brief minute
As though you have changed your current lifestyle
And of your happiness you want everyone to know it
So with an expression, you alter your attitude and profile,
It is known when you are elated and forgiving
Especially when you want to forget and reconcile
It shows that cheerfulness is part of your living
And showing love and delight is worthwhile,
It can and will convey a range of emotions
That can stretch from here to over a mile
Its appearance might occur by different notions
But it is never to be known as evil or hostile,
Some people will wear them everyday
While others will wear them once in a while
Some people sport them when they have nothing to say
While there are others who send them away to exile,
Some men will wear them when they receive a kiss
All women will wear them when they walk down the aisle
And some people wear them just because of that or this
And some people wear them because it is their style,
It is first given by a child the day they were born
To show the world that they are compassionate and gentile
And throughout their life hopefully again it will be worn
As all is the magic and wonders, of the simple smile.

Such A Groovy Guy

I got my alligator boots I wear my pants skin tight
I wear my dark sunglasses in the middle of the night
And when I look in the mirror im-a such an awesome sight
It makes me wanna kneel down and pray
Im so charming and adorable Im sure that you can see
And everyones always trying to hang around with me
They tell me Im the greatest and its hard to disagree
cause Im so perfect in every way
And Im so cute I can hardly stand it
And Im so handsome honey I could just die
I know that youll never be as wonderful as me but at least you can try
cause Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy
Baby are you in the mood for a little romance?
Well for starters I can pour some chocolate pudding down your pants
And then attatch electrodes to your brain and watch you dance
Oh, golly wouldnt that be fun?
And then I might decide to tie you up with dental floss
Ill make you wear a harness and Ill show you whos the boss
Of course if you refuse, well honey its your loss
I mean I dont do this with just anyone.
So how can you say its all over?
So how can you tell me goodbye?
So now you tell me that youre leaving me for good
And all I wanna know is why
I mean after all Im really such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy
I mean you could do worse!
Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Such a groovy groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
Im such a groovy guy (such a groovy guy)
(to fade)
