The Girl With Lovely Lips

So sweet of face was she to me, with eyes like sapphire stones!
Her voice a softened harmony, just like an angel owns...
Her song was music to my ears, a Spirit-filled embrace...
And I'll recall, throughout the years, a miracle took place!
In seconds, she had drawn me close - in minutes, I was hers.
How long I stared, God only knows, yet that's how love occurs!
Each chorus made my heart to melt, like sunshine warms the ice...
For deep inside, that's how I felt - because she looked so nice!
Her lips like garnets gently smiled, beneath her cheeks so pink -
Her countenance, so meek, so mild, I didn't want to blink!
To think, I didn't know her name, her age or her address,
Yet knew I'd never be the same or find such happiness!
I'll pray for her! May she be blessed! As blessed as I feel now!
Because, to me, she was the best God's mercy could allow...
If she were mine, my fingertips would reach to hold her hand...
I'd gently kiss her lovely lips and hope she'd understand.
Each lover knows this magic spell may fade away in time...
God bless her heart, for I can tell, she's lovely, sweet, sublime...

Definitive Beauty

When I first saw that special girl, I had to say a prayer...
As if she set my heart a-whirl, I wanted God to share...
Of course He knew just how I felt, as if filled to the brim,
As if my very heart would melt, right there in front of Him...

I told Him straight! She's wonderful! I feel I could propose!
She's like a walking miracle! She fills my heart with prose!
Is she the one, the one for me? Or should I walk away?
With God, there's some uncertainty... His silence makes my day...

Just lost in wonder and in thought, like God's not on the phone,
No way to know when God says nought, it's like you're on your own!
She smiled at me and I smiled, too, but smiles can still deceive...
It's hard to tell with I love you, so what could I believe?

But sad to say, it all went wrong, I left without a friend,
The two of us did not belong, my hopes were at an end...
I still recall her gentle face, my dreams of happiness...
My beauty's in another place... while I know loneliness...

Perhaps her beauty's just skin deep, that sometimes not enough
And yet sweet memories I can keep, my fantasies of love...
I hope God leads her to her man, her husband, given time...
If not, I'll always be her fan... Her beauty was sublime!

Gently

(words & music by wizell - lisbona)
Gently your eyes met mine
Tender, trusting, true
Gently your hand took mine
Thrilled me through and through
Gently, oh so gently
Gentle as the dawn
Gently, oh so gently
Our true love was born
Gently your lips kissed mine
As we strolled along
Gently your heart touched mine
Young and warm and strong
Gently the hour is near
When true loves have to part
Gently well meet again
One more kiss, sweetheart

The Cinderella Dance

our bodies close
but always wanting to be closer to you
never getting enough
always wanting more
always wanting to give more

both of us from two different worlds
so this couldn’t be
this must be some kind of dream
another one of my fantasies
so this cant be real
but I feel your touch
I hear your heart that was acting like a ghost to mine
beating in sequence to mine
acting like a musical but not louder then a pindropp
with the smell of sweet sweat on your chest
lingering in the wind
that gently is pushing the cloud I was standing on
within your arms
away to a place where noone but us matters
where time stands still
a place where I can get lost in your eyes
a place even for a few seconds
I can be your’s and you mine

as I look into your eyes I see someone who touches my life
someone inside of you
yes the person I see in your eyes I’m in love with
and I see the man that loves me

so take my hand
help me out of the darkened shadows of my past
that have seamed so swiftly caught up to me
wont you take my hand and help me into the sunlight
wont you just stop pretending
when I can see with my heart that the man inside of you
loves me for me

as we float with each beat of the song
I feel your breath softly tickle my lips
I cant hear the music now
all I hear is your charming voice
I don’t see any other person everyone else has simply disappeared
where all I see is you and I

the song comes to an end
I can hardly stand nor less walk
my knee’s could be made out of jellow
and wouldn’t had been able to tell the difference
I watched you walk off
with a little more of my heart
But knowing even if you knew I would do anything for
just a little piece of your heart
you still wouldn’t love me because
in the end I’m the nobody
and your the prince of a far away kingdom

Kiss Me Softly

Kiss me softly, kiss me slow
Let me savor
The fruits of our labor
Close your eyes and let the feeling flow
Honey suckle comes to mind
When our lips combine
It’s the best fruit off the vine
You can kiss me hard
Catch me off guard
Make it last
Let go of the past
Apple blossoms fall to the ground
Our earth moves all around
When you place your lips on mine
I don’t have to wait for a sign
Sweet thoughts come so fast
Please don’t let it be the last
Kiss me gently, kiss me long
This is the recipe of a lover’s song
The tenderness was no surprise
We touch; I melt before your eyes

Just Kiss Me Again

Please kiss me again,
Your lips are soft,
Like angel wings,
But when you leave me I die,

Pull me close to you again,
And kiss me softly,
With your passionate lips,
That left me breathless again,

My cheeks get hot,
And my heart seems to flutter,
When your lips meet mine,
I just seem to go under,

Just kiss me again,
If you love me you would,
Just kiss me and I will be fine,
I will never die, if you just kiss me again,

Embrace me,
I don't need you inside me,
Just to know you love me,
All I need to know that is when you kiss me,

Just kiss me pleas,
I love you,
Just kiss me,
I will never hurt,
I just need your lips on mine once again! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The Last Kiss

The last kiss
Saved for last
When I pass away
Through the light
That’s waiting for me

The light is bright
I hear people
Calling me
Waiting for my time to come
Waiting for you to let me go

My last kiss
Will not be your last
It’s my time to go
Not yours to pray
Please don’t follow me this time

The last kiss
You gave me
I feel again and
I didn’t want to go

Holding my hand
I hear a soft whisper
“I love you please don’t leave me.”
But passing this light
But it won’t let me go through

The lovely guy that I once known changed
His heart let go and grew wings
The last kiss of mine
Was from my lovers lips again

The last kiss
Of my eternity
Never leaving
My lover’s lips from mine
My last kiss gone forever

Broken Branches

Broken Branches
Date: January 24,2011

I've tasted sweet o'hungry lips
And felt thy warm embrace
Though now blinded from my sight
In dreams I know thy grace

Whilst nevermore shall honey sweet
Melt soft against my tongue
It's locked away in melodies
Of all the songs we've sung

So, if I'm cursed to see no more
Beyond these clouds of pain
I'll stand and face the bitter force
And languish in the rain

As bending heart and broken branch
Trap grief beneath my breast
For deep inside the cardinals cage
The passion's laid to rest

But, never was a song as sweet
Nor shined on me as bright
As all the windswept lullabies
That whispered in the night

I close my eyes, to feel again
The fire upon my lips
And in the magic of the flight
I still can taste your kiss

So, I'll not weep for all that's lost
Or hope to find once more
The passion of our yesteryears
Was swept beyond my shore

Life will bring another day
The sun will rise again
And I'll not mend my broken dreams
By searching in the sand

I've tasted sweet o'hungry lips
My soul still wears the stain
In silence I will walk in strife
Until the heartache wanes

I Just Wanted to Kiss You.

I just wanted to kiss you
To show you my love
That burns like sulphur
Within my heart

I just wanted to kiss you
To show you
That I am yours forever
And you are mine

I just wanted to kiss you
To placate our long friendship
To cement our union
There and then

I just wanted to kiss you
And touch your lovely chicks
I wanted to caress you
And feel your body

I just wanted to kiss you
And feel your tongue in my mouth
And mine in yours
The warmth

I just wanted to kiss you
To feel the tenderness
Of your soft lips
Against mine

I just wanted to kiss you
Because it felt right
It felt like the time to do so
It just felt right

I just wanted to kiss you
And put my loving arms around you
And feel your heartbeat
In a warm embrace

I just wanted to kiss you
To kiss you and kiss you
Because my lips were burning with desire
I just wanted to kiss you

He Who Hesitates

I knew it was love when I first saw your face
you were younger by far, but that’s no disgrace.
When we were introduced I could see in your eyes
that you felt the same; what a great surprise.

Our respective partners were also in this uncrowded room,
so we couldn’t make a date, besides it was much too soon.
Discreetly we smiled for the next two hours or so
and your eyes told me that we had further to go.

At the end of the evening we said a polite goodnight,
but deep inside we felt that this wasn’t right.
Our paths didn’t cross again for quite a long time,
but the instant our eyes met I knew you were mine.

With butterflies in my stomach and I felt excited inside,
your eyes and smile told me that we soon had to decide.
But nothing was planned for we dared not take the chance
on breaking our partners hearts for an uncertain romance.

Whenever we saw each other our feelings were still there
even though we had not said just how much we care.
Each time you smiled you brought a fluttering to my heart,
but when you were with your partner it tore me apart.

Can you remember when our fingers touched one day?
We stared at each other and didn’t know what to say.
My aching heart was throbbing and beating so fast
I thought it would explode with an almighty blast.

I’m sorry my darling for not asking you to be mine,
we could’ve been blissfully in love for all this time.
And now my heart deeply hurts whenever I see you,
you’re with a different partner and pregnant too.

God Made Your Lips

God made your lips for me to kiss. Your hands for me to hold.
God made your smile for me to miss and treasure more than gold.
God made your ears so I could tell how beautiful you are.
God made your eyes to cast a spell, no matter, near or far.
God made your arms to hold me tight each time before I leave.
God made your legs to stir delight like Adam saw in Eve.
God made your doubts to fade away, for years have come and gone.
God made your joys thank Him each day our love goes on and on.
God made your heart a lot like mine - hold fast to what God says.
God made you my sweet Valentine, you're always in my prayers.
God made your mind, your memories, your dreams and all you're worth.
God made you precious so you'd please the luckiest man on Earth!
God made your blessings one by one and when I look at you,
I wonder what great thing I've done that you should love me, too.

When The Lovelight Starts Shining Through His Eyes

(holland / dozier / holland)
He gave me the eye
But I just passed him by
I treated him unkind
But he didnt seem to mind
I told him be on his way
Not a word did he say
He just stood there kind of bored
What am I acting for?
When the lovelight starts shining through his eyes
Made me realise I should apologise
And when he placed a kiss upon my face
Then I knew, oh baby I knew
That hed won my heart
So I quickly apologised
Hopin he hadnt changed his mind
Not a word did he say
So I turned to walk away
When the lovelight starts shining through his eyes
Made me realise all he felt inside
And when he placed a kiss upon my lips
Then I knew, oh baby I knew
That hed won my heart, oh yeah
Then he asked could he walk my way
I hoped sweet things hed say
Then he smiled a-kind of nice
As he held my hand kind of tight
When the lovelight starts shining through his eyes
Made me realise all he felt inside
And when he placed a kiss upon my face
Then I knew, oh baby I knew
A-that hed won my heart, oh yeah
When the lovelight starts shining through his eyes
Made me realise all I felt inside
And when he placed a kiss upon my face
Then I knew, oh, baby, I knew
A-that hed won my heart, oh yeah
That hed won my heart

A Poem For Sarah

A sweet song passed through process
And this time is especially for you.
While listening to an old lyric
Life comforts me and makes me whole.

Inside you is a paradise of chocolate
And I wish I could live there forever.
Your nails are shining like a crystal;
You are like a dove in the midst of peahen

I held your hands and felt the gentleness;
I kissed your lips and begged for more.
As wise as a tortoise - as nice as a deer
As beautiful as an angel and as lovely as a Crane

You‘re sweet, sweeter than ice cream
You are more expensive than those treasures.
I stared at your eyes and sang along...
Please one more kiss before you say goodbye

Didn't Know What Time It Was

Richard Rodgers / Lorenz Hart
Once I was young --
yesterday, perhaps --
danced with Jim and Paul
and kissed some other chaps.
Once I was young,
but never was naive.
I thought I had a trick or two
up my imaginary sleeve.
And now I know I was naive.
REFRAIN
I didn't know what time it was
then I met you.
Oh, what a lovely time it was,
How sublime it was too!
I didn't know what time it was
you hold my hand.
Warm like the month of May it was,
and I'll say it was grand.
Grand to be alive, to be young,
to be mad, to be yours alone!
Grand tosee your face, feel your touch,
hear your voice say I'm all your own.
I didn't know what time it was
live was no prize.
I whanted love and here it was
shining out of your eyes.
I'm wise,
and I know what time it is now.
VERSE 2
Once I was old --
Twenty years or so --
rather well preserved:
the wrinkles did't show.
Once I was old,
but not too old for fun.
I used to hunt for little girls
up my immaginary gun.
But now I ain for only one!
REFRAIN
I didn't know what time it was
then I met you.
Oh, what a lovely time it was,
How sublime it was too!
I didn't know what time it was
you hold my hand.
Warm like the month of May it was,
and I'll say it was grand.
Grand to be alive, to be young,

Grand tosee your face, feel your touch,

Parted Presence

LOVE, I speak to your heart,
Your heart that is always here.
Oh draw me deep to its sphere,
Though you and I are apart,
And yield, by the spirit's art,
Each distant gift that is dear.
O love, my love, you are here!
Your eyes are afar to-day,
Yet, love, look now in mine eyes.
Two hearts sent forth may despise
All dead things by the way.
All between is decay,
Dead hours and this hour that dies.
O love, look deep in mine eyes!
Your hands to-day are not here,
Yet lay them, love, in my hands.
The hourglass sheds its sands
All day for the dead hours' bier;
But now, as two hearts draw near,
This hour like a flower expands.
O love, your hands in my hands!
Your voice is not on the air,
Yet, love, I can hear your voice:
It bids my heart to rejoice
As knowing your heart is there,—
A music sweet to declare
The truth of your steadfast choice.
O love, how sweet is your voice!
To-day your lips are afar,
Yet draw my lips to them, love.
Around, beneath, and above,
Is frost to bind and to bar;
But where I am and you are,
Desire and the fire thereof.
O kiss me, kiss me, my love!
Your heart is never away,
But ever with mine, for ever,
For ever without endeavour,
To-morrow, love, as to-day;
Two blent hearts never astray,
Two souls no power may sever,
Together, O my love, for ever!

Sunshine Eyes

Sunshine Eyes
Inside her mind so rapid and kind. A grace and innocence long ago feared to be lost. In her embrace you still can find.
Revealed again and running wild. Inside of her it lives and breathes. Inside of her it thrives.
Sunshine eyes that rise with her smile, irradiate her laughing face.
Oh tiny one with eyes as brilliant as the sun. She overflows your emptiness. Carrying with her all of your hopes and promise for the days to come.
And when this world sears with endless hatred and crushing fears. Just listen for her whispers soft, those simple wisdoms in your ears. That tiny voice will steal your heart, she’s everything that you hold dear, your troubles fade and fall away, carry no weight when she is near. And with a smile she dries away the rising flooding of your tears.
Sunshine eyes that rise and shine, encourage me to keep the faith.
This musical child electric and wild while all around her love resides.
Excitement running she comes to you with endless energy in her tiny strides
And all at once a flash of light as every form of joy collides
I love you too. This blessed child so soft and sweet she does confide.
Sunshine eyes that burn so bright illuminate this darkened place. If not for you then for the souls that find their strength somewhere within your sunshine gaze.
Sunshine eyes of hope and light may your eyes shine on endless days. And like your eyes may your heart and soul with happiness forever blaze. And light the way for all of those that share your joy and witness all your sunshine ways.

The Rapturous Power Of Love

I first beheld my sweetheart's face
And yet knew not her name,
But still I felt a state of grace,
The warmth of love's pure flame...
A sudden rush, intake of breath,
Because I realised,
That loneliness had died a death,
As I stood there surprised...

For there she was, with golden hair,
With smiling eyes so blue,
To me, the finest of the fair
And perfect through and through...
As if God-fashioned just for me,
A gift supreme, sublime,
My partner for eternity,
Beyond this life and time...

How could I make her comprehend
This miracle within,
This newfound love for this new friend,
If I, her heart, could win?
No precious pearls could quite express
The feelings that I felt,
Nor diamond ring show happiness
As this young heart would melt...

To hold her hand, her fingertips,
To gaze into her eyes,
To press my lips against her lips,
To share my heartfelt sighs,
To watch love blossom like the rose,
To see that love mature,
Such miracles God only knows...
Both now and evermore...

Lovely Kim

I feel the warmth of the sunshine
And the blowing of the wind
Then in my ear, her voice I do hear
It is that of the lovely Kim.
As a happiness comes over me
Which really I cant explain
When she is around, my soul to her is bound
And no longer do I feel any anger or pain.
I walk with my outreached arms
Trying to find where she might be
And the wind blows, and then I know
She is there, for me to believe.
A happiness it enters my soul
And I hope from me it never escape
As long as its there, I know that she cares
And I know for life for me isn't too late.
My day it is full of happiness
I keep a smile in my heart and on my face
I feel a happy sound, which in my soul rebounds
Finally love and joy, I feel that sweet taste.
People they walk past me
I can feel the happiness in their soul
Loves in their heart, from which they cant part
And never will they let that feeling go.
So as once again I sit and I will wait
For the blowing and calling of the wind
I then close my eyes, and then I fantasize
Of that, and of the beautiful lovely Kim.

How Could an Angel Break My Heart

I heared he sang a lullaby
I heared he sang it from his heart
When I found out thought I would die
Because that lullaby was mine
I heared he sealed it with a kiss
He gently kissed her cherry lips
I found that so hard to belive
Because his kiss belonged to me

How could an angel break my heart
Why didn't he catch my falling star
I wish I didn't wish so hard
May be I wished our love apart
How could an angel break my heart

I heared here face was white as rain
Soft as a rose that blooms in May
He keeps her picture in a frame
And when he sleeps he calls her name
I wonder if she makes him smile
The way he used to smile at me
I hope she doesn't make him laugh
Becouse his laugh belongs to me

How could an angel break my heart
Why didn't he catch may falling star
I wish i didn't wish so hard
Maybe I wish our love apart
How could an angel break my heart

Oh my soul is dying

Near But Far Away

She wavered, stopped and turned, methought her eyes,
The deep grey windows of her heart, were wet,
Methought they softened with a new regret
To note in mine unspoken miseries,
And as a prayer from out my heart did rise
And struggled on my lips in shame's strong net,
She stayed me, and cried "Brother!" our lips met,
Her deawr hands drew me into Paradise.

Sweet seemed that kiss till thence her feet were gone,
Sweet seemed the word she spake, while it might be
As wordless music--But truth fell on me,
And kiss and word I knew, and, left alone,
Face to face seemed I to a wall of stone,
While at my back there beat a boundless sea.

My Love Outshines The Summer Sun (Sonnet Corona)

(after William Shakespeare)

I

My love outshines the summer sun,
even stars in their remote twinkling light
and her eyes are more beautiful, each one
than the stars glimmering at night

Her cheeks is dimpled cute
her hair is an auburn crown,
her cheeks is rosy beyond repute
her hair is sun-shot twisting in a way of their own.

Her lips are more soft and warm
and her spirit is more mild
than a ray of light falling on my arm
or at times more free and wild

than birds where they fly,
my love is like the radiant sapphire sky.

II

My love is like the radiant sapphire sky
like the breeze rustling through trees
so lovely on my eye,
eager to please.

My love is like the summer sun,
like the blue hued sea
always warm and full of fun,
touching me gently

even when the darkness calls
and when time goes to its finality
like a star her light still falls,
my love stays true to me

in every thing her face I see
so gentle, sweet and free.

III

So gentle, sweet and free
my love lives her life
but I long for her to be near to me
in a world without any strive.

Like a lily prospering alone in the marsh
blooming pure and serene,
my darling lives unknown to a world harsh
out of control, away from the limelight scene

and in that rural place
her beauty is untouched by makeup,
filled with a sweet grace
and even in the morning when she wakes up

the sun is in her hair,
my darling is really fair.

IV

My darling is really fair
there are stars in her eyes,
she’s the most beautiful flower found anywhere,
her eyes are much more pure than the bluest skies.

When she smiles at me,
smiling tenderly,
I in her smile blessings see
as if love is there in all of its glory.

Still more so the bliss
that is caught in her kiss
that comes from the divine
which she is making mine

and sometimes the beauty makes her cry,
when the day flutters by.

V

When the day flutters by
with the sun setting red
you will find my love and I
where stars come out from bed,

then like a butterfly
the sun kisses the night,
touches the dark low and high
before it goes by with its last light

and she unloosens my tie
while we watch the full yellow moon,
while the fire in her eyes lie
sparkling, much brighter than the sunny afternoon,

but with a passing bat flying low she catches a fright,
while the stars are shining bright.

VII

While the stars are shining bright
like jewels in the sky’s crown
on a winter night
it has tranquillity, a beauty of its own,

her eyes are radiant,
as if aflame
lovely and brilliant
and of some she know the name

and something indiscernibly small
creeps into the very soul, into the heart
and of it that is all,
a smouldering, something with which we cannot part:

to me she remains the only one in joy and fun,
my love outshines the summer sun.
