Purple tendrils escape out of my sight is limited to corners and deep dark recess is hidden from the world at large considers lost as the way it is survival becomes better the more it is let go and required of faith the flower grows bidden on the road side it comes of love unsought but paid for with memory and love it grows in hearts upon the stone of the asphalt jungle is so cold a slab of pain it keeps all the homeless frozen like sides of meat in some large footlocker they moan and cry at night the wind brings me there distress the flower grows inside my heart my love threatens to make me warm it keeps me hot it glows at night eye must cover up unless someone sees my purple light to she who cares she loves me and it shows to no one but our love is kept from agony only by your faith my purple flower loves to read of faith kept in our hearts she smiles and love is kept is kept is kept the purple grows and lights the night is kept in faith and love unshown

The Stairway To Heaven

Defiant dreams begin at night
Before the brightest dawn,
As if one's soul was in a fight
So new hopes could be born...
And so it was, that this poor soul,
Began the upward climb,
Beyond both space and time's control
To Heaven's Gates sublime...
The hours passed and days passed, too,
As sun and moon decreed...
Regardless of my point of view,
Regardless of my need.
Starvation, thirst and peace of mind
All struggled side-by-side,
Yet I had left the world behind,
In Heaven to abide...
Christ promised me a mansion there,
How could I doubt His word?
I knew how deeply He must care
And faith within me stirred.
My arms and legs were tired out
And all my strength had gone...
Desparate prayers led to a shout,
For strength to carry on...
I stared on high and saw two wings
Come floating near to me...
Now I know why each angel sings
Throughout eternity...
I put them on, then flew above,
I soared like eagles can...
To Heaven's Gates, to meet my love,
My friend, the Son of Man...
We wept like babes, both truly blessed,
As trumps and harps now played...
Then we walked on, to meet the rest,
Who by their faith obeyed...

The Second Journey

Each generation knows the pain,
As loved ones leave us with the strain
Of mourning when another dies
And hot tears flow from teary eyes...
But life's a journey meant for love,
Before we fly to God above
And all the good works that we do
Are merely saying, 'I love you! '

We copy those who've gone before,
So that love lives from shore-to-shore,
Throughout the centuries we've known,
This precious faithful love is shown...
Father-to-son and passed on down
The Christian faith that bears the crown,
That foretaste granted here on Earth
To those who know the Saviour's worth...

Death merely parts us for a while,
Despite its sting, despite its guile,
Eternal life, God's gift to Man,
Extends beyond this mortal span...
That's why there's hope as tears subside,
We look to Christ, arms open wide...
For God the Father, God the Son
Will reunite us one-by-one!

And when we meet, for meet we will,
No longer old, no longer ill,
No longer pining day-by-day...
As Jesus bids us all to stay...
We'll bid farewell to all our tears,
To all our foolish doubts and fears,
As Jesus welcomes us, we'll sing
Our sweet Hosannas to our King!

When I was young and the world belonged to me
I thought that love meant pain and jealousy
It was a cross on my shoulder

Love at First Sight

We met and let our eyes speak,
We meant to talk, but felt so weak.
'Was it love at first sight? ', I wondered,
'Was it just a mere idea? ', I murmured.
Then words helped us break the ice.
How lovely was the talk! How nice!
Time felt we stole His hours,
We felt time was just ours.
We knew we were meant to meet,
At such a time, in such a heat.
Soon I called her my better half,
Soon I tasted the joy of love.
We rushed to pledge for ever,
To rise to glory or fall together.
She meant the world to me and more
I meant no less with my little lore.
We were so happy and content,
To lead our life, and were so bent,
To stick together through thick and thin,
To tell the world our true love was no sin.
Love is when hearts soar to happiness,
Love is a cure for the heart's sickness.
For me and her love was, is and will be,
The air of this life and of the one to be.

The Opportune Moment

Perceive the opportune moment,
The second so sublime,
The precious gift that's Heaven-sent
At that most gracious time
When charity is uppermost
Within our hearts and minds
And shares the vision coast-to-coast
With each soul that it finds...

For love itself holds nothing back,
Like God, it never sleeps,
Not while another's made to lack
Or while another weeps
For love condemns all selfish greed

If only I were a Time Lord,
Two hearts to love you twice!
Through my two eyes you stand adored!
You're special and so nice!
Your smiles warm me, like sunshine's beams,
Your laughter makes me glad,
Your face excites a million dreams!
How, then, could I be sad?

If I should lose my one true love,
This day or someday soon,

The Visitor

It may start as another day, when love pays you a call...
To point out someone on your way to whom to give your all!
Your heart is taken like a bird that flies upon the wing,
When suddenly romance is stirred and love means everything!

The moment that your eyes have met, you stand with feelings mixed.
Then all at once the mood is set with both your hearts transfixed!
You breathe again! You live again! You think of words to share...
You stumble blindly now and then, for love's a mad affair!

Yet seconds later, through love's spell, the magic moments start...
Until the time you say farewell, then leave your new sweetheart!
Alone, your mind begins to think, 'Is this the one I'll wed?
Is this true love, the missing link, the joy that lies ahead? '

You think of diamond rings and such... to symbolise your sighs.
When ecstacy's the merest touch and kisses paradise!
It may start as another day, yet miracles are real
And blessed are those that pause to pray, God's wisdom to reveal.

While love is like a visitor, God's love is always near...
And prayer is our inquisitor for those that we love dear.

Growing Old Together

To be like them who all would envy
To know a love that snared two hearts
To feel that love while in their presence
To wonder how such true love starts

To hear it in in their conversation
To catch it when their voices rise
To see it in her softest gesture
and in the twinkle of his eyes

To see them slowly walk together
To see him reach out for her hand
A habit born from years of caring
Is more than most can understand

To see two lives so wrapped together
Two hearts merged and so aligned
Where thoughts are shared before they're spoken
When mind and soul are intertwined

To watch them look upon each other
and know they see beyond the years
They see with eyes of two young lovers

Rainbow On The Horizon

Love may be misleading at this moment in time
Do not fear as a love sublime
is on it's way to restore your faith
to believe once again in love and grace
hold on tight to your inner feelings
love will surrender your truth and light
it will be on your path and make everything right

How can religion head still rise
How are it’s sects yet fooled

The citizens of Heaven

everything has its final resting place, a place where no other man
promise, a home of many races, an atmosphere that everyone,
is safe, where beauty resides in every hearts that believe,
what wonders the universe display, of no day and night
would see, only the light above shine in the altar of
God, in thy soul, feel of the glory reveals

be happy those who are in sorrow, be strong those who lost hope
the Lord thy God give you strength, be thankful, who are in
beds, for your illness live no more, be joyful, who gained
depression, your day is blessed with sound mind,
all has already redeem in thy precious blood by
of the son of man, Jesus of Nazareth

the Kingdom of God, is for all, creeds, race, faith, needs not to pay,
religions, beliefs, dogmas, are just only a way, to reach the
kingdom, for its for free, so why should say, that the
heaven is only for few, when the truth its for
anybody who are the citizen in thee

live life to its fullness, live according to the commandments of God, the
Torah, the Quran, the Bible, the Bhagavad-Gita is the way
to the perfection we want, the light that leads to the
heavenly Father, the end of the beginning of
our existence

the gate is for all, open so wide, that everybody can join, it is not

revenge because of faith, it sees no short coming,

let your soul surrender, to the One, the giver of life, the only God of
the universe, the Yahweh, the Allah, the Divine Lord Krishna
and the Christ, let every immortal being be true, to its

The Queen Mother's Faith: Love Lives On!

My love's not like a red, red rose because a rose can die...
My love lives on, past death it goes and grows not asking why...
It has no need to ask at all the reason it exists...
It simply answers my heart's call, content that it persists.
Think not my death ends love's embrace, for love's eternal, dear...
It overcomes what fools can't face and what all cowards fear.
Death's lost its sting and poison, too! What can it do to me?
In truth, I've seen the Saviour's view who conquered Calvary!
In Him, I hold no fear of death, for it can't crush my soul...

In the spirit of Rumi - 41 - Prayer

In the street outside the window
a beautiful young maiden passes;
only her eyes, looking straight ahead, demurely down,
are to be seen of her, above her veil, below her headscarf; and yet –
around her, as we draw our breath, transfixed –
around her, all the air is radiant with the light of love…

and in the following days, for hours each day,
we, love-smitten, wait in hope to catch her
as she passes; and the more we see her passing,
the more we seek to snare her attention;
hoping for the day when, as she passes,
her lovely eyes may glance so briefly, glance this way…

and on that day, the day of days
which we have waited for, for weeks and months -
then, it is no longer all we want:
how to ensnare her gaze? so that, one day,
our burning ears and lips may draw one single word from her…

Wise men say in the ancient tongue, the word,
to pray, meant, to incline, to listen – and, to snare…

You can look to the stars in search of the answers
Look for God and life on distant planets
Have your faith in the ever after
While each of us holds inside the map to the labyrinth
