What tis it about Angels?
They usually are barefoot
That they never wear shoes
They seem to like flip flops or sandals
as the footwear they choose
That they almost always wear white
Never chartreuse or puce
And their garb’s never tailored
It’s always flowing and loose
Is it strange that there’s
no female Angels in the bible
Is there a gender bias
For which that Holy book’s liable
And isn’t it odd
That Those beautiful wings
Must surely prevent them
From leaning back against things
Do Angels wear underwear
If they do I wonder what
Good Lord, not thongs or speedos
To cover an angelic butt
Do they ever have bad hair days
Do they ever feel depressed or let down
Do they ever smile or laugh out loud
Have you ever seen one grimace or frown
Did they have to practice or audition
to sing in that heavenly choir
That celebrated Jesus birthday
Upon his birth in that manger bower
Can one reach out and touch an Angel
They’re always reaching out with ethereal grace
I like to think you can touch an Angel
As long as you don’t touch it in an inappropriate place
Are they splendid illusions
Or specifically and truly tendered players
I believe that they’re not simplistic illusions
But are rendered true by faith and prayers
They exist in a world as of leprechauns and elves
And require a leap of faith to become real
But they are quite real, we can assure ourselves
If we believe in them, with true religious zeal

Angel With A Dark Side
I like to imagine how you really are—
An Angel with a dark side—Mysterious and—
Heavenly— yet dressed in black—with—an—
Affinity for things that go bump in the night.
True beauty in the Flesh—my Dark Angel—
Not sent from up above to save humanity—
Just to save me—and heal yourself in the process—
Real Angels are not dressed in white with a
Golden Halo around their heads—I have seen—
A Real Angel—they are dressed in Black and have—
Tattoos and piercings—more beautiful than the Angels
That the fairy tales speak of—A real Angel has felt hurt—
And happiness—and battles demons on a daily basis—
Angels are a rarity—the real ones are anyway—
But—an Angel with a Dark side—Is the Rarest of
All Angels—The Darker her wings—the more pain and
Hurt and love and happiness she can feel—because a real
Angel—with a Dark Side—is one that has been to Hell and back—
That's how she earned her Wings—if you are ever lucky enough
To catch an Angel—with a Dark Side—love them—they are special!

Thank You for being an Angel
Thank you for being an Angel
That's what the lady had said
Her carrier had split and her fruit and her veg
Had all on the pavement been shed!
Thank you for being an Angel
I smiled as I loaded my sack
Her eggs and her beans - her potatoes and greens
Were all picked up and carefully put back.
Thank you for being an Angel
Her words made me ask what I'd done
I'd only behaved as the gent that I am
Or perhaps like a dutiful son?
Thank you for being an Angel
When I gave him my seat on the bus
I felt that my wings must be showing
Oh why all this bother and fuss?
Thank you for being an Angel
I had taken her dog for a sprint
She had broken her leg on the ski slope
And had it done up in a splint!
Thank you for being an Angel
This time it was said by a boy
I had fixed up his bike with my tool kit
Because it was his pride and his joy!
Thank you for being an Angel
This is what so many say
If you show them some love - if you give them some help
If you teach them to learn how to pray
Thank you for being an Angel
Is this just a phrase that they use?
Are they really aware that God's presence is there
When such heavenly language they use?
Thank you for being an Angel
God uses us all in His will
To help those around us in need and despair
And our lives with His Spirit will fill
Thank you for being an Angel
If you place your faith in the Lord
He will choose you and use you in all sorts of ways
In different parts fo the World.
Thank you for being an Angel
Just smile if that's what they say
You don't need no wings or halos and things
It's just that God used you that day!
There are Spiritaul Angels who dwell in Heaven and are used by God in many different ways. Also my experience has shown me that God can use Spiritual People as his messengers (Angels) to carry out His will in the World. If you are such a person - Thank You for being an Angel!

Red Shoes
Oh i used to be disgusted
And now i try to be amused.
But since their wings have got rusted,
You know, the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
But when they told me 'bout their side of the bargain,
That's when i knew that i could not refuse.
And i won't get any older, now the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
I was watching while you're dancing away.
Our love got fractured in the echo and sway.
How come everybody wants to be your friend?
You know that it still hurts me just to say it.
Oh, i know that she's disgusted (oh why's that)
Cause she's feeling so abused. (oh that's too bad)
She gets tired of the lust, (oh i'm so sad)
But it's so hard to refuse.
How can you say that i'm too old,
When the angels have stolen my red shoes.
Oh, i said "i'm so happy, i could die."
She said "drop dead," then left with another guy.
That's what you get if you go chasing after vengeance.
Ever since you got me punctured this has been my sentence.
Oh i used to be disgusted
And now i try to be amused.
But since their wings have got rusted,
You know, the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
Red shoes, the angels wanna wear my red shoes.

My Earthly Angel
No! not a piece of clay or a story book tellin u about the heavenly days, No! not a dream or a mythical scheme my angel is everything u wouldn't believe. His words speak volumes of wisdom for us al to hear and lowers the corruption so we hav nothing to fear, in times of trouble he's always rite there my angel my earthly angel. He does'nt have an halo, he does'nt hav wings, he does'nt shine like the sun or speak like the holy son but he is surely an angel sent from up above.his hands were like wings that raised u wen were down n lifted u so u can c al that u have done, like a sheild that never shifts, like a gentle hug in a cold blist.my angel my earthly angel. No! Its not a myth angels do exist. On the verge of breaking down he was the one I could call on, he held me up n let me stand, he was the one who always understands my angel my earthly angel

Smile At The World
You called her baby doll
She got a really big smile
You called her baby girl
She smiled a big smile
He's got a real big smile and a car that matches
He's got a lot of money and a real big smile
He's got girls and game, he never acts lame
He's smiles a lot which increases his style
You're never fully dressed
if you don't wear a smile
If you feel the need you can
take my shoes and walk awhile
You gave her a big hug
She got a real big smile
You played with her hair
She couldn't help but smile
You've got a real big smile and a hug that matches
Baby boy now don't go changin, why dontchya stay the same
Keep it up, boy, because she loves to see that smile
Don't go breakin all the rules, Cuz that's not why she came
You're never fully dressed
if you don't wear a smile
If you don't feel so happy
take my shoes and walk awhile
You called her beautiful
She got a real big smile
You held her tight
And for a while she smiled
She's got a real big smile and a heart that matches
If you need a hand, she'll know just what to do
She's sweet and her smile makes her pretty
It just gets everyone, with it she just can't lose
You're never fully dressed
if you don't wear a smile
Think about this girl
And Smile at the world

The Confusion!
The closets full of clothes,
Which one to wear tomorrow,
So confused with color concept,
Checkered, floral and modern design,
Matching belt with right buckle,
Fine leather shoes, not dirtied,
A shelve overflows with sandals,
Slippers, boots and sneakers,
Sometimes feel like crying,
With the confusion of thoughts,
Of not able to choose and wear,
Those who have a few or two,
Pick up one and not waste time,
Wearing the worn out flip-flops.

Angel Angel
Angel angel, tell me true-
Is his heart as big and true
As his eyes make me believe?
Angel, angel, tell me please.
Angel, secret friends are rare;
Such kindly faces, liars wear-
But he's a different kind, I think-
Would he stay, if I should blink?
Angel angel, nights are long;
All for him, I'd write my songs;
Angel, whisper in his ear-
Tell him: 'Joy- when you are near.'

Every Person Has An Angel
Every person has an Angel,
Who watch us from above,
They fly down from Heaven,
Whenever we need their love.
Some Angels may be a loved one,
Who has died and passed from earth,
Are maybe your Angel,
Has been with you since birth.
Some Angels stay always with us,
Forever by our side,
They have their wings around us,
To keep us warm inside.
They help us with our burdens,
And help to ease our fears,
They help us through our pain,
And wipe away our tears.
You cannot see your Angel,
Though they are always near,
But in certain circumstances,
Your Angel may appear.
Your Angel may appear to you,
In a dream or by their touch,
To tell you in your time of need,
They will be your crutch.
And in your final moments,
When death is at your door,
Your Angel will take you by the hand,
And through the Heavens soar.
Your Angel will leave you at the gate,
As all of Heaven sings,
God will come to greet you,
And give you your Angel Wings.

Walking in another's shoes
I went to visit my mother's Hometown
I now have a much better understanding of
the many events in her life
which were never, ever
written down.
How she would often smile,
yet for some reason many times
all I saw was a frown
I discovered the reasons which
Helped her to learned to pray and
continue to keep the faith as love ones went astray
Whether good or bad circumstances were going down
She somehow managed to keep a smile
For I now, so love, and respect her more
For I once was lost, and yet now I found
I walked a mile in her hard- to wear shoes and
My findings were profound
I also learned the true meaning of before one judges another,
perhaps try walking in their shoes

Touching The Hem Of His Garment
For many years this woman sought healing.
Then she came to Jesus in secret feeling
'I only have to reach out and touch him so
There is no need for anyone else to know.'
The Lord knows when we reach out as she did.
So secretly and our actions from all others hid.
For there true healing of soul takes place
when we come to Jesus by God's grace
Let's reach out to Jesus just as this woman did
and not keep our sorrows and feelings hid.
As you touch Jesus, He also touches you
And with His touch deep healing comes through.
Written after reading Matthew 9: 18-22
Oh if You Only Knew
I do not know what I should wear
but I know that I must choose
something tempting for your eyes,
something to make you lose
your self-control when your eyes see me.
Let me see, what shall it be?
I do not know how to wear my hair.
Shall I wear it back
or let the tendrils free
just to see how you'll react?
Will you wish to touch it with your hand
and send me off to some sweet dreamland?
All these things are on my mind
as I anticipate your stare.
How to primp, which perfume to use,
and how to make you become aware
of all the things I do for you.
Oh, oh if you only knew.

Beware of Satan, the Deceiver of the World
Satan deceives the world for long
As Gospel's truth aren't known to all;
He uses Christian rituals, rites,
Doctrines and laws to delude souls!
The evil spirit Satan thus
Enters the souls afilled with sin,
Pretending as Holy Spirit,
Duping even Christians with faith.
Satan can quote the scriptures well;
He uses name of Lord and God;
The Tempter is a ‘born' Liar;
And steals souls en way to heaven.
Receive the Holy Spirit then,
By knowing Gospel entirely;
And let Him dwell within always,
Enlightening your soul with grace.
False preachers in this world abound,
Who try to interpret the Word,
By creating ‘mass hypnosis',
And making people to convulse.
Loud hymns and intonations work
Illusions, magic, transient ‘cures',
Taking the minds and hearts to heights,
As if God has anointed one.
The Bible is the Word of God;
A heart with sin can't work like Christ;
Only a soul that's cleansed off sin
Can do the things, Jesus akin.
The Holy Spirit cannot dwell
In persons who have little faith,
In sacred words that Bible tells,
And live their lives as per God's Word.
A sustained life of prayer's first,
To follow foot-steps of Lord Christ;
A soul that's kept sin-free always
Can make the Holy Spirit stay.
The Holy Spirit dwells in those
Who have repented for their sins,
Renouncing Satan's pomps and works,
And never follow his vile ways!
No human act or endeavour
Can do miracles on one's own
But grace of God, prayer-obtained,
Alone can heal afflicted men.
For grace of God, strong faith is prime;
Fasting, prayers make life sublime;
Good deeds and charity are next;
All stem from love of Jesus Christ!
God sees the minds and hearts of men;
If body must be God's abode,
It should be freed of every sin,
And stay that way until one's death.
Beware of false teachers, prophets,
Who claim to see Jesus, Angels!
For, God was never seen by man,
From ever since the world began!

Shocking Pink Underwear
I sometimes wear shocking pink underwear.
It is my act of rebellion against those who
always tell me that I am too pale for bright colours.
I wear it under my black dress... with no shoes
and a daring glint in my eyes
A rebellious spirit, according to the Bible,
is the same as witchcraft....
Maybe I am a witch, bewitching you with my black clothes,
pale skin, and pink underwear
Maybe I am an angel, with my bare feet.....
running circles around your enchanted imagination

The Might Of The Messiah!
From Heaven's glory Jesus went
To save the world below
And fulfilling each commandment
Meant holy blood must flow...
As Jesus prayed that He be spared,
God's angel strengthened Him,
Such that He stood, no longer scared,
With faith filled to the brim!
The greatest story ever told
Was of the King of Kings,
As Jesus shed His blood like gold,
Behold how His back stings...
While still alive, His body torn,
A crown of thorns above,
They mocked the Saviour so forlorn,
With scorn instead of love...
Behold the Man! The crowd was cruel,
His kingship tattered now,
Such that their wisdom thought Him fool,
Not worthy of a bow...
Yet Jesus knew what lay ahead
And prophesied as much,
To say that He, when He was dead,
Would rise... and stay in touch...
The soldiers guarded in the gloom,
Where Jesus' shroud was laid,
They slept as God moved rock from tomb...
The news made folks afraid!
Disciples met the Saviour soon,
Thus Thomas praised the Lord,
When forced to sing another tune
That must not be ignored...
The might of the Messiah lives!
The Holy Spirit's gift
Is granted as the Lord forgives,
When true faith heals the rift...
That's why the Holy Bible's read
By billions here on Earth,
For what's in store and dead ahead
As Israel proves his worth...
The time shall come when Christ returns,
The whole wide world to own
And that's what every student learns
Who seeks what God has shown...
The world made new, no idle boast,
Yet Jesus, make things right!
Return with God's angelic host
With power and with might!

Personal Jesus
Reach out and touch faith.
Your own, personal Jesus,
Someone to hear your prayers,
Someone who cares.
Your own, personal Jesus,
Someone to hear your prayers,
Someone who's there.
Feeling alone and your all alone,
Flesh and bone by the tellephone,
Lift up the receiver, Ill make you a believer.
Six of the tests, things in your chest,
That you need to confess, I will deliver,
You know I'm a forgiver.
Reach out and touch Faith {x2}
Your own, personal Jesus,
Someone to hear your prayers,
Someone who cares.
Your own, personal Jesus,
Someone to hear your prayers,
Someone who's there.
Reach out and touch faith.
Feeling alone, and your all alone,
Flesh and bone by the tellephone,
Lift up the reciever, I'll make u a believer,
I will deliver, you know I'm a forgiver.
Reach out and touch faith {x6}

The Angel .
Close your eyes and whisper a wish
an angel is near and for sure will hear
Believe in its existence and wish so sincere
The angel will grant you your eternal bliss
Even if your wish seems so surreal
The magical angel will make it real
Just like the day when I asked for you
The angel made my dream come true
I speak for the angels whom you cannot see
They are on guard and will not take you lightly
In disguise waiting for you to make that wish
Close your eyes and you will feel the angel’s kiss
The lightness you feel inside your heart
Are the wings of the angel helping you all along
The love that you feel even when we are apart
Is because I sent the angel to keep you strong

My DNA Angel
I love how you know,
When I am always in pain,
I love how you see my DNA flow in me,
You are My DNA Angel too me,
Your eyes they shine,
Such a beautiful Hazel sight,
So bright and pure,
You are My DNA Angel,
Your short brown hair,
Is so soft to touch,
I love your smile,
Of every Angels thoughts,
DNA Angel,
Oh how I sub come to thee,
And oh how I dream,
Of being in your embrace again,
DNA Angel,
My heart beats for you,
When will you see that I was created for you?
My heart belongs to you,
DNA Angel,
You are strong and tall,
My every essence,
Was just made for you to only breathe,
DNA Angel,
So light and pure,
But even though you dress in black,
You'll never hurt a deer,
DNA Angel,
Please come fly too me,
I want you, I need you,
I need my angel's lips to breathe,
You are my DNA Angel! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
You Cannot Know Where Angels Tread?
But I know where angels used to go
passages in the Bible have told me so
and I know where they now do go
everywhere God tells them to show
I have studied angels their recorded mo
where miracles occur is where angels go
any angels I meet must have stayed in disguise
some are so streetwise they wear angelic neckties
sad I never warranted any formal introductions
my angels were on the case of alien abductions
also traditional cases of topic demonic possessions
any indications of fallen angel plied manifestations
yes I oft do know where dozens of good angels tread
I see angelic party smiles around a young babies bed.

Mary's Boy Child
Long time ago in Bethlehem
So the Holy Bible say
Mary's Boy Child, Jesus Christ
Was born on Christmas Day
Hark, now hear the angels sing
"New King's born today
And man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day."
Joseph and his wife Mary
Came to Bethlehem that night
They found no place to bear her Child
Not a single room in sight
Trumpets sound and angels sing
Listen to what they say
That man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day
By and by they found a little nook
In a stable all forlorn
And in a manger cold and dark
Mary's little Boy was born
Hark, now hear the angels sing,
"New King's born today
And man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day."
Trumpets sound and angels sing
Listen to what they say
That man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day
Because of Christmas Day
O Holy night the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior's birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees
O hear the angel voices
O night divine!
O night when Christ was born
O night divine!
O night, O night divine!
O night, hear the angel sing
That man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day
That man will live forevermore
Because of Christmas Day
