Shine On
The greatest gift, the gift of life
The gift of love divine
God gave us all a special gift
He meant for it to shine
He meant for it to shine
The darkest night can be made light
By one bright word or smile
If wed put on our neighbors shoes
And choose to walk a mile
God gave us all our own free will
To choose the paths we take
No greater deed could eer be done
Than for anothers sake
The greatest gift, the gift of life
The gift of love divine
God gave us all a special gift
He meant for it to shine
He meant for it to shine
Shine on, shine on, for all to see
Gods light inside your soul
Shine on, shine on, let love flow free
Warm others in its glow
Shine on, shine on, shine on
So hide it not or it will fade
Shine on, shine on, shine on
Shine on, shine on, shine on
The greatest gift, the gift of life
The gift of love divine
God gave us all a special gift
He meant for it to shine
Shine on, shine on, shine on

And His Name Is Jesus
I am the hammer
That set the nail
In the one
Who never fails
I am the spear
Who drew His blood
To be shed
So all would come
To know the Son
I am the sinner
For whom He gave it all
For there is no greater gift
Than unconditional love
A love that never ceases
No matter what the cost
To one's self
What a lesson to be taught
By the greatest teacher
To walk this earth
And His name is
JESUS

The Greatest Gift
When Christmas shopping is done,
wrapped gifts lie ‘neith a tree
sparkling bright with tinsel and light
for everyone to see.
Each gift has been selected
with thoughtfulness and care.
Toys and such will mean so much
like all the gifts we bear.
But let us keep within our heart
the much greater gift than these.
One from above, with God's great love
should bring us to our knees.
A gift of birth to all on Earth.
A gift that's far from small.
To everyone, He gave His Son…
The greatest gift of all.

Give Love On A Christmas Day
people making lists, buying special gifts,
It's a time to be kind to one and all
It's that time of year when good friends are dear
And you wish you could give more
Than just presents from a store
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
Oh even the man who has everything
Would be so happy if you would bring
Him love on christmas day (on christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
People you don't know smiling out hello
Everywhere there's an air of christmas joy
It's that once a year, when the world's sincere
And you'd like to find a way
To show the things that words can't say
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
The man on the street and the couple upstairs
All need to know that there's one cares
Give love on christmas day (christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
What the world needs is love
Yes the world needs your love
Why don't you give love on christmas day (on christmas day)
Oh every little child on santa's knee
Has room for your love underneath his tree
Give love on christmas day (christmas day)
No greater gift is there than love
What the world needs is love
Yes the world needs your love
Give love on christmas day (christmas day) ...

What is Grace?
What is Grace, what it does mean, what is it all about?
Well let me see if I can explain, I don't need to shout;
It's a special type of Gift, given with love,
When Jesus came to die, sent from Heaven above.
Take each letter and put a word, in exchange,
Then you'll get the answer I will rearrange;
It's the answer to the reason why Christ died for us,
It tells in one word the story, of the gift of the cross.
G is for God's, our loving heavenly Father,
R is for riches, such priceless gift, for each other;
A is for at, C is for Christ's, He is our Saviour,
And E is for expense, He paid the price, in our favor.
What a wondrous Gift, such selfless gift He gave,
Going to the cross of Calvary, our lost souls to save;
I that Christ that He chose to go there for me,
And all I needed to do, is to accept, Christ into me.

White Republican Male Jesus?
White Republican Male Jesus?
what about...
black Jesus, brown Jesus,
Asian Jesus, atheist Jesus,
female Jesus, poor Jesus,
jobless Jesus, prison Jesus,
homeless Jesus, illegal immigrant Jesus?
dog Jesus, cat Jesus,
baby in a dumpster Jesus,
addict Jesus, old Jesus?
gay Jesus, union Jesus,
hungry Jesus, foreign Jesus?
bumming a cup of coffee Jesus?
brother Jesus, sister Jesus?
just bombed Jesus,
food stamp Jesus?
how many bodies? how many crosses?

Jesus Is The Main Man
Jesus is the main man.
That's it.
No more comments!
Jesus is the main man.
You can zip your parted lips, now!
Jesus is the main man.
Forget those pity stops at pits.
Jesus is the main man.
This you 'must' admit, now!
Jesus is the main man.
That's it.
No more comments on it made...
To degrade or say what else may fit.
Jesus is the main man.
Know this,
And get lifted quick!
Jesus is the main man.
Understand this as best you can.
Jesus is the main man.
Commanded when you pray,
Now!
Jesus is the main man.
That's it...
No need for further comments on it!
Jesus is the main man.
He's like a gift one gets,
To share unlimited!
Jesus is the main man.
It's hard to sit still,
When something received
Is known
To be real!

Are You Going To Heaven
Are you going to Heaven
Do you know how to go to heaven? The bible tells the way
It's not through anything we could do, we are all sinners gone astray
We cannot change ourselves, our hearts are sinful and black
The bible says we've all gone our own way and are totally off track
There is no way we could ever be good enough, that we know for sure
So God in his great love and mercy provided the perfect cure
He gave the perfect sacrifice that could make our black heart white
It is the precious blood of Jesus, who gave his life to make it right
Jesus shed his blood on Calvary to wash us from our sin
He does all the changing of our heart when we invite him in
Just put your faith in Christ and trust in him alone
His dying on the cross paid it all and did for all our sins atone
Jesus' shed blood will wash your heart and cleanse all sin away
You'll receive the gift of eternal life and in Heaven you will be someday
Just come to Jesus as you are, it was for sinners his blood outpoured
Then you can rest assured you are forgiven and he will be your Lord
Your name will be written down in the Lamb's Book of Life and can never be crossed out
You'll know you're on your way to Heaven and never again have to doubt
Romans 3: 10 -12 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way..
Romans 6: 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

I thought it was a gift.
They told me it was a gift;
they told me and I was so glad.
I put my heart and soul into it all,
cried tears and sweat so many beads of my own metallic crimson blood.
I gave it all; I thought it was a gift.
I worked longer than anyone I knew.
I worked harder.
I gave up so much more, I did so many things, all at the same time;
just so I could please them. I put their needs and wants over mine.
I gave it all; I thought it was a gift.
I thought that this was what they called fate,
I thought that this was what they called destiny.
I thought that I'd been given a gift for good.
I thought that gifts were supposed to bring joy, and happiness, and peace.
I gave it all, all because I thought it was a gift.
You never told me,
that one day I'd be sitting here,
questioning myself -
about how and why a God given gift, had suddenly turned
into a curse.
No Greater Love
The angels can sing, but they don't know it all.
Heaven may have, streets made of gold,
But they don't have you like I have you to hold.
And like a prayer, you're everywhere!
That's how I know there's
No greater love!
When it's just you and me
That's how it's meant to be, and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever, I know
There's no greater love!
Ohhh Oh Oh
The touch of your fingers, on my skin,
I want to lay down beside you again.
The taste of your lips, pressed against mine,
Lost in this moment, way beyond time.
And like a prayer, you're everywhere!
That's how I know there's
No greater love!
When it's just you and me,
That's how it's meant to be, and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever I know
There's no greater love!
I would lay down my life for you,
And you would do the same for me,
I know it's true.
With every breath I breathe,
Baby, I believe,
There's no greater love!
When it's just you and me,
That's how it's meant to be and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever, I know
There's no greater love!
No greater love.

That Name
There is a name that is so precious,
A name so wonderful to me.
This name is worthy of all praises.
Because of him, I am made free.
That name is jesus, oh how I love him.
The one who gave, his life for me.
Because of love, so unconditional,
I will have life, eternally.
This name speaks peace, unto my storm clouds,
This name speaks calm, unto me fears.
And when I feel, that no one loves me.
His loving presence is so near.
That name is jesus, oh how I love him.
The one who gave, his life for me.
Because of love, so unconditional,
I will have life, eternally.
Praise that name!
Praise that name!
Praise that name!
Praise that name!
Someday Ill leave, this earthly dwelling,
To find a place, my soul will soar.
And finally see, the face of jesus.
And praise his name, forevermore!
That name is jesus, oh how I love him!
The one who gave, his life for me!
Because of love, so unconditional,
I will have life, eternally.
Excellent is that name!
Glorious is that name!
Wonderful is that name!
Oh praise that name!

Sharing The Ultimate Gift
I want to share a special gift with you that God has given to me,
This gift like most others that you will receive is absolutely free.
However unlike other gifts that you may have received in the past,
This special gift and this one alone through all eternity will last.
Although you can't see this gift, it's the greatest you can receive,
This gift is not in a box, but in the heart of all those who believe.
And even though this gift is one of a kind and very special indeed,
You'll surely want to give this gift away as soon as it is received.
Don't be concerned about giving away something you didn't use,
For God said “Blessed are the feet of those who bring good news.”
This gift will surprise you on the day you decide to give it away,
You won't feel any loss at all with more to give the following day.
My friend you will be Eternally Grateful when you finally choose,
To truly embrace but give away this gift that you can never lose.
By now you know this gift is none other than Jesus Christ the Lord,
And your faithful sharing of this gift, by Him, will not be ignored.
For our Great Blessed Hope, who through the ages many have adored,
At His return will bring to all His faithful, an Everlasting Reward.
So the next gift you receive and think you'll treasure forevermore,
Remember that the only truly lasting gift is Jesus Christ The Lord.

Jesus Saves
Some people find Jesus
In the back of a old country church
Some find Him
In an worn out bible book
But I found Jesus
In the heart of a dear old friend
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave back to me again
She told how He loved me
That He never walked away
For that's when I saw His love
In her eyes that very day
Oh how lucky I have been
To have a believer as a friend
For when I was lost and at my bitter end
She brought me back to Him
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave it back again
Now when people ask me
If there really is a God
I just look them in the eye
Give them a simple nod
For if it wasn't for my friend and God
I wouldn't be here today
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave it back that day

God’s Valentine Gift
God’s Valentine Gift
God’s Valentine gift of love to us
Was not a bunch of flowers;
It wasn’t candy, or a book
To while away the hours.
His gift was to become a man,
So He could freely give
His sacrificial love for us,
So you and I could live.
He gave us sweet salvation, and
Instruction, good and true-
To love our friends and enemies
And love our Savior, too.
So as we give our Valentines,
Let’s thank our Lord and King;
The reason we have love to give
Is that He gave everything.

Oh How I Love Jesus
(traditional)
Ohh oh oh oh
When I am disgraced
And I feel the gloom
God sends his angel
To see him my broom
Joy bells are ringing
Im satisfied
I know, I know that jesus is mine
Oh, how I love jesus
Oh, how I love jesus
Oh, how I love jesus
To know that jesus is mine
Oh, how I love jesus
Oh, how I love jesus
Oh, how I love jesus
To know that jesus is mine

You Gave Me Love
You gave me time
When no one gave me time of day
You looked deep inside
While the rest of the world looked away
You smiled at me
When there werent just friends everywhere
You gave me love
When nobody gave me a prayer
Thats why I call you savior
Thats why I call you friend
cause you touched my heart
You touched my soul
And helped me start all over again
Thats why I love you jesus
Thats why Ill always care
cause you gave me love
When nobody gave me a prayer
You gave me laughter
After Id cried all my tears
You heard my dreams
While the rest of the world just closed its ears
I looked in your eyes and I found such tenderness there
cause you gave me love
When nobody gave me a prayer
Thats why I call you savior
Thats why I call you friend
cause you touched my heart
You touched my soul
And helped me start all over again
And thats why I love you jesus
Thats why Ill always care
cause you gave me love
When nobody gave me a prayer
Yes he gives us love
When nobody gives us a prayer...

Family, Friends and Fellowship
He gave you arms to hold me up when I am falling down
He gave you lips to cheer me up when storms are all around
He gave you songs to fill me up when words will never do
For this family, oh Father I thank you!
He gave you tears to cry with me when I am filled with grief
He gave you joy to laugh with me when I find relief
He gave you eyes to watch over me as I walk the narrow way
For this family, Father I thank you today!
Family Friends and Fellowship keep me going strong
There’s always someone by my side I know that I belong
To a family bound for glory land, I find myself at ease
’Cause this family who loves Jesus, has His peace!
He gave you tears to cry with me when I am filled with grief
He gave you joy to laugh with me when I find relief
And because you love Jesus, I can trust you to love me too!
For this family, oh, Father I thank you!
For this family, oh, Father I thank you!

Season's Greeting
God gives us His Son
To save the world,
So that we can be saved.
God gives us His Love,
Through giving us a baby,
Called Jesus Christ.
God calls upon Mary, our Mother of God,
To bear His precious and glorious Son,
To give us meaning in life.
We celebrate Jesus Christ's birth
By giving gifts,
By renewing our belief and faith,
By celebrating Christmas.
We remember His presence,
We remember God's gift,
To share and spread His Love
To the whole world.
Let the angels above,
Sing for joys, rejoice and celebrate,
For the new kingdom of God comes.
God gives us the greatest gift of All,
A saviour, Jesus Christ
Wishing all Merry Christmas.
Let us renew our faith,
In Jesus Christ,
Another reason to celebrate
Happy New Year again.
