Pick Yourself Up
Pick youself up, take a deep breath, dust yourself off
And start all over again, nothings impossible I have found
For when my chin is on the ground, I pick myself up
Dust myself off, and start all over again, dont lose your confidence if you slip
Be grateful for a pleasant trip, just pick yourself up, and dust yourself off
And start all over again, work like a soul inspired, til the battle of the day is won

Depression Can Drive You Away
If you've ever felt you have to keep you're tears to youself
You dont have to
you are not alone
Some people have nothing
No family
You can make you're dreams a reality
No matter how bad the deaths have been
You just need to get on with you're own life
If you're always depressed
That depression can affect the relatonship with you're family
It can either drive you away or bring you closer together
So never forget how lucky you are to have a family to say goodnight to at the end of the day.

As I stand before you
with the reality of the shame of my sins in my arms.

Look
If you had one shot one oppurtunity
to seiz everything you ever wanted
one moment would you capture it
or just let it slip

his palms are sweaty knees weak arms are heavy
Theres vomit on his sweater already
moms spageti
hes nurvis
but on the survis hes looks calm and ready
to drop bombs but he keeps on forgetting

hes choking how everybodys choking now
the clocks run out time up over plow
snap back to reality
