I Rise Up To Greet You Lord
I rise up in the morning to greet you Lord
To thank you for a brand new day
For all that you have given me
The blessings that are on their way
Though I am not perfect
You love me for who I am
That's why I call you my savior
For without you Lord I could not make it
Through my day.
For you have become my reason for living
To spread your love to all eveyday
For love is another way of showing
Your glory to those that are lost and afraid
That they will have a friend in Jesus
Who is with them everyday

Morning Star
Little star you’re the last one
we see in the skies
as the morning starts to rise.
The last one to go to fall asleep
as the sun begins to wake.
Morning star as everything yawns a sleepy head
you smile before going off to your bed.
You are not the wishing star
whom everyone wishes upon
hoping their wishes will come true.
Morning star you’re the last one to go to sleep,
but the first one to greet us
as we wake in the morn
when a brand new day is born.
You’re the star we forget about,
but the first one we see each day.
You are always there
to greet us as we get out of bed.

At The End Of A Perfect Day
Its all in a perfect way
Just a part of the perfect way
And as long as the world goes around
I will pray as I lay me down
At the end of a perfect day
I wake to greet another morning
And feel the cold beneath my feet
I rise to hear my future calling
Its calling to me
I watch the people through my window
Then turn the radio up loud
And then I sit and watch the sun go
And I know as the rains coming down
Its all in a perfect way
Just a part of the perfect way
And as long as the world goes around
I will pray as I lay me down
At the end of a perfect day
Everybody needs some highs and lows
I guess were lucky to be here
And I dont care which way the wind blows
Cos I know through the laughter and the tears
Its all in a perfect way
Just a part of the perfect way
And as long as the world goes around
I will pray as I lay me down
At the end of a perfect day
Just a part of the perfect way
And as long as the world goes around
I will pray as I lay me down
At the end of a perfect
At the end of a perfect
At the end of a perfect day

To greet you
as you greet me
to bow down, look up, to the Lord in you
what more perfect, easy, pure,
than to fill a ritual
that needs no thought to plan
with all the heart may present offer; .
to join my hands and bow my eyes
that see now only Him,
raise them to see Him in you;
only perfect then remains

Perfect World
Little White House in a little old town
Stuck in the middle of nowhere
Stars shine bright when the sun goes down
it's a perfect world as long as you're there
Count my blessings and save my prayers
Love waking up in the morning
Sunlight shining upon your hair
and you're lying next to me
Blue sky over fields of green
I'm as happy as i've ever been
One thing makes it all so clear
it's a perfect world as long as you're there
Count my blessings and save my prayers
Love waking up in the morning
Sunlight shining upon your hair
and you're lying next to me
Count my blessings and save my prayers
Love waking up every morning
The Sun is shining upon your hair
when you're lying next to me
and it's where I wanna be
Don't wanna live near the lights of the city
I like it right where I am
just to be part of a woman in love
with the heart of a simple man
[mhmhmhmm]
Count my blessings and save my prayers
love waking up in the morning
sunlight shining upon your hair
and you're lying next to me
Count my blessings and save my prayers
love waking up in the morning
the sun is shining upon your hair
when you're lying next to me
And it's where I wanna be.
Ohoo when you're next to me
I'm exactly where I wanna be
Ohoo when you're next to me
I'm exactly where I wanna be
Ohoo when you're next to me
I'm exactly where I wanna be
Ohoo when you're next to me
I'm exactly where I wanna be
Ohoo when you're next to me
I'm exactly where I wanna be

Brand New Morning
It's a brand new morning of a brand new day.
It's a brand new chance to make it all work out some way.
Hey! It's a brand new morning and a brand new smile.
It's some brand new things you just might see in a while;
Then your life takes on a bright new shiny style.
Forget the past now, it's an ancient history.
It's a time to be reborn, it's a time for being free.
Someone might be waiting here outside where you can see-
And you just might see -
Yeah, you just might see -
That it's a brand new morning with a brand new sun,
And it's just as warm for you as it is for everyone.
Don't just walk, come on, get it on, get on the run.
It's a brand new morning, ooh, it's a brand new day.
Forget the past now, it's an ancient history.
It's a time to be reborn, it's a time for being free.
Someone might be waiting here outside where you can see -
And you just might see -
Yeah, you just might see -
That it's a brand new morning with a brand new sun,
And it's just as warm for you as it is for everyone.
Don't just walk, come on, get it on, get on the run.
It's a brand new morning, ooh, it's a brand new day.

The Sha La La Song
At last its over,
I knew I could not hold him,
His love for freedom
Was far too strong.
But though hes gone now
My life is just beginning,
Ill soon forget him,
Ill soon forget him,
I must forget him, lord!
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new day beginning.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new love that waits for me.
Will I remember,
Will I still hear him whisper ?
Will I still feel his
Lips on mine ?
In dreams I see him,
Perhaps hell stay forever
And all Im wishing
And all Im hoping
And all my longing, too.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new day beginning.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new love that waits for me.
He made me happy
And though I suffered, too,
Theres no mistaking
Our love was true.
But such a sweet love
Just wasnt meant to be
And its all over
Yes, its all over,
And now its done Ill start anew.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new day beginning.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new love beginning.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new day beginning.
Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la,
Theres a brand new love beginning.

Something Like
Something like giving Time it flies so don't delay
When she's needing Today will soon be yesterday
Giving all there is Tommorrow she might
And remember this Not even be there
Something like staying When she does what she does
When she's lonely And it doesn't fit
Even though you?re late You'll get by if you try
Everything will wait You'll get over it
Ooh, it's something like loving
If she means so much to you
There's not a thing you shouldn't do Ooh, it's something like love
If it will help to show her that you care. It's something like accepting
Everything about a woman
All the bad things, too
She can change for you
Something like loving
Oh, it's something like love, yeah.
It's a brand new morning
Of a brand new day.
It's a brand new chance
To make it all work out some way.
To right the wrongs
Within the songs of yesterday
It's a brand new morning
Oh, it's a brand new day.

We Shall Rise
(traditional/emmylou harris)
In that resurrection morning
When the trumpet of God shall sound
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
Then the saints will come rejoicing and
No tears will eer be found
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise (amen)
We shall rise, (hallelujah)
In that resurrection morning
When these prison bars are broken
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
In that resurrection morning
When the shades of life has fled
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
In the day of glory dawning when the sea
Gives up his dead
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
I shall see my blessed savior
Who so freely died for me
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.
And our fathers and our mothers and our
Loved ones we shall see
We shall rise, (hallelujah) we shall rise.

The Blessings
Written by teddy gentry, randy owen, ronnie rogers, greg fowler
I satnd here lookin up at the starts tonight, how can one man have somuch in
Life
As I look around me, what a picture it paints, Im muchmore than lucky, i
Oughta give my thanks
Theres food on the table, a log on the fire, and in my womans eyes theres
Love and desire
The blessings, sent from above, oh, the blessings, a life full of love
When I look around I can see, all thats been given me, so ilift my eyes up
To the sky
I wanna give my, my, my, my, my thanks for the blessings
Sometimes I fall asleep at the end of the day and I forget to thank you, im
Ashamed to say
But as I lay m down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep
I know you can hear me here on earth, thank you for giving me more than i
Deserve
The blessings, sent from above, oh, the blessings, a life full of love
When I look around I can see, all thats been given me, so ilift my eyes up
To the sky
cause I wanna give my, my, my, my, my thanks for the blessings
Blessings, when I look around, I can see, all thats been given me
So, I lift my eyes up to the sky, cause I wanna give my, my, my, my, my
Thanks for the blessings
The blessings, oh, the blessings

A Brand New Me
This is my same old coat
And my same old shoes
I was the same old me
With the same old blues
And then you touched my life
Just by holding my hand
And oh I look in the mirror and see
A brand new girl, a brand new voice
And a brand new smile
Boy since I found you
I've got a brand new style
Just because of you boy
Just because of you
I've got the same old friends
They got the same old
I tell the same old jokes
Get the same old grins
Now the joke's on you
It happened somehow with you
Every day of my life is as fresh as morning dew
And you know I love you boy
I go to the same old places
To see the same old faces
Look at the same old skies
See them all with brand new lives
You get all the credit baby
Cause I love you baby

[Month of] June
Rise up, and do begin the day's adorning;
The Summer dark is but the dawn of day.
The last of sunset fades into the morning,
The morning calls you from the dark away.
The holy mist, the white mist of the morning,
Was wreathing upward on my lonely way.
The way was waiting for your own adorning
That should complete the broad adorned day.
Rise up, and do begin the day's adorning;
The little eastern clouds are dapple grey:
There will be wind among the leaves to-day;
It is the very promise of the morning.
Lux Tua Via Mea: your light's my way -
Then do rise up and make it perfect day.

A love is promise
love is promise
love is sunrise
love is to rise
love is to surprise
love all
give a beautiful call
don't retrace
always face
a rare joy
and completely enjoy
ask for lord's blessings
don't create trouble while fishing

Every day is a new day
Every sky’s a brand new sky, uncanny once again,
And every kiss, a brand new kiss, new one, no matter when.
And every love, a brand new love, new cherished every day,
Through lips and heart may slowly age, the awe-struck boy will stay.
And I will vow again and again to love you each day of my life,
As though each morning were the first we rose man and wife.
Just as meadow washed by rain is relit by the dawn,
Just so our love, as we grow old, will each day be reborn.

River Of Endless Love
Im looking for a better world
Where theres no more hurt
Where theres only hope
For the eagle and the dove
I can see your face
Nothing can take your place
If we sail away on a river of endless love
Im living in the hands of time
On the wings of love
On the edge of night
Where theres darkness everywhere
I wont be denied
Im never going to leave your side
I will always be
On the river of endless love
In the silence just before the dawn
The shadows lose their form
We rise to greet the morning
In the calm that comes before the storm
A troubled and a restless heart is born
The river of endless love
Im tearing down the walls of hate
Gonna start again gonna turn it round
Gonna build it with a prayer
I can always dream
And nothing is what it seems
If you lose your way
In the silence just before the dawn
The shadows lose their form
We rise to greet the morning
In the calm that comes before the storm
A troubled and a restless heart is born
The river of endless love

Thanksgiving Trend
Shopping for the perfect bird—
Dressing, trimmings and the like.
Folks preparing for the 'Day'—
With expectations spiked.
Geared and looking forward to
Such special time of the year,
When kith and kin (old and young)
Will meet, greet and share.
Showing love and kindness
Is an old Thanksgiving trend—
With gratitude to God
For the blessings that He sends.

A Morning Call
The silken thread of a cobweb
catches the first drops of morning dew.
They hang like a string of jewels
to sparkle in the first rays of the sun.
The fragrance of an awaking rose
whose scent wafts through the morning air,
as its petals unfurl one by one
to greet the morning sun.
The chorus of the morning birds
whose sweet song of praise,
rejoice the waking of a brand new day,
then alight to fly the freeways of the sky.
The sleepy head tucked in bed
listen for the alarm clock’s wake up call,
but when it sounds, they want to remain
where they are, missing the wonder of it all.

Perfect Gentleman
There is no doubt about it
Im one of a kind, baby
I am le dartagnan de coeur
As you may see, candy
And Im talkin with my eyes
And I walk in different styles
Im the genuine man!
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman
Kneel down, inhale my odor
Come, kiss my hand, angel
Dare to explore my higher
Grounds
Strive to deserve me,
Ma cherie
And my winds
Surpass perfume
Im charismatic at full bloom
Im the genuine man!
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman
Yes I am, I am, yes I am
(perfect)
Oh lord, what can I do
I cant resist my own
Reflection
How would possibly anyone?
Cause I am (perfect)
Yes I am (perfect)
Oh lord I am (perfect)
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman
Yes I am
I am a perfect gentleman

Psalm 72 part 2
Christ's kingdom among the Gentiles.
Jesus shall reign where'er the sun
Does his successive journeys run;
His kingdom stretch from shore to shore,
Till moons shall wax and wane no more.
[Behold the islands with their kings,
And Europe her best tribute brings;
From north to south the princes meet,
To pay their homage at his feet.
There Persia, glorious to behold,
There India shines in eastern gold;
And barb'rous nations at his word
Submit, and bow, and own their Lord.]
For him shall endless prayer be made,
And praises throng to crown his head;
His name like sweet perfume shall rise
With every morning sacrifice.
People and realms of every tongue
Dwell on his love with sweetest song;
And infant voices shall proclaim
Their early blessings on his name.
Blessings abound where'er he reigns,
The pris'ner leaps to lose his chains;
The weary find eternal rest,
And all the sons of want are blest.
[Where he displays his healing power
Death and the curse are known no more;
In him the tribes of Adam boast
More blessings than their father lost.
Let every creature rise and bring
Peculiar honors to our King;
Angels descend with songs again,
And earth repeat the long Amen.]

Father
Father, blessed father,
Its morning again.
I give you, father, myself, father,
Continue your plan.
I know together we can climb mountains in the sky.
No one can stop us when Im standing by your side.
Troubles knocking here again;
Ill tell him jesus has me by his hand.
Hell walk me through.
Father, loving father,
Create in me
A pure love, father, your love, father,
Instill it in me.
I remember the nights Ive cried for you;
Now I only have to die for you;
Thank you, lord, youve made it clear just for me.
I see the light;
Its burning out the night.
Oh, father,
Its morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.
Morning.

Child’s Prayer
Lord, make my day happy and gay
Send your blessings wherever I maybe
Protect me every moment of the day
Let me share your blessings to everyone I see
Lord, I pray for your guidance today
Let me use my alert mind while I study
Give me strong and healthy body while I play
And bless my family while I am away
Lord, let all the children like me
Become inspiration to every family
May your presence be felt through me
That I may grow in love with my happy family
