There are many qualities that make a great leader. But having strong beliefs, being able to stick with them through popular and unpopular times, is the most important characteristic of a great leader.

A Strange Cocktail
In their National flag they do take such great pride
And they feel superior with god on their side
And their leader he tells them of us against they
But when they fight his war from them he's far away.
And not different to their leader is the leader of they
And they too believe everything that he does say
About those they've never met or they never will know
We make our own enemy and we choose our own foe.
A terrorist is someone that society create
And racism and insults only give rise to hate
And terrorism as such is hard to define
Between all out war and suicide bombing where can one draw
the line.
Nationalism, Patriotism and Religion when these three you combine
They make for a strange cocktail like vodka, whiskey and wine,
They stir up strong feelings and hatred takes to flame
And resentment it leads them to great acts of shame.
On the flagpost in their front yard their National flag is waving in the wind
In the heart of the war-like the extreme patriot you'll find
And their dishonourable and cowardly leader who in war does not fight
The hatred for those different in them does ignite.

Sonnet -A Leader Great
A leader great is born, once in a while,
with skill, courage, and forevision to rule,
The country wisely and in apt a style,
Deciding fast, yet staying like a Mule.
A leader great is humble to the core,
And slogs for people's progress, endlessly;
With energy and zeal, always in store.
He leads them out of chaos, selflessly.
A leader great is loved by even foes;
And gains all hearts and minds, forever so;
He works unceasingly despite all woes,
And tills the land thoroughly like a hoe.
A leader great tho' chosen by his wards,
Is pre-destined to work for no rewards.

Our Future Leader
Can you imagine?
What kind of person will become a leader
on two years from now?
Is that should be a professor?
Is that should be like a religious people?
Is that should be like a lovely person?
Is that should be a too kind and generous people?
Is that should be like a strict and rude people?
A leader is like a gold fish inside aquarium
People will see from many side
Sometimes it looks so cute
Sometimes it looks so ugly
Sometimes it looks so brightly
But you know, it still gold fish
No one can deny it
This fish never bother what people think
This fish only think that it has part
To bring a nice view inside aquarium
I think our future leader should be like that
Because if we choose them it means
This person can be seen from many sides
And this is our fish
We should trust it and be a good viewer
Actor Of Love
Hold on
I have found something I longing for
To fill the hollowness of my heart
But why I'm feeling more of sorrow
Before
I am the one who said: 'Oh, I'll control'
But now I realize you are my world
And it's waiting to break apart
I'm an actor of love
I'm trying to perfect
But I'm just fooling around
I'm an actor of love
I want to be your hero
But I've made myself a clown
I'm an actor of love
I need you by my side
But now you leave me alone
I'm an actor of love
I beg your forgiveness
But you refuse me so cold
Sometimes
We wonder why we should be together
Do we really dream of love forever?
Or we afraid to be alone
I'm an actor of love
I want to protect you
But I always hurt you bad
I'm an actor of love
I want to be your shield
But may turn someone you hate
I'm an actor of love
We kiss in the morning
But in night we have a war
I'm an actor of love
We care for each other
But we only circle round
If this love only makes me crazy
Take the story and just let it be
Tragedy or comedy
Or anything it wants to be

There's one thing better than having a great actor, and that's having a great actor who's never done this kind of role before and is hungry to do it. They're testing themselves every day. They want to get out of their trailer and get to work.

Natural Selection for Friend Thad
I am a male an alpha plus.
My only purpose is to breed,
to sow the seeds of genius.
So that my offspring will succeed.
I am the leader of the pack.
No one is fit to take my place.
I have the wisdom which they lack.
I am the wolf who sets the pace.
We work together as a team
but I direct the strategy
I have the wit to plan and scheme
The other wolves defer to me.
That is the way it has to be
As long as I am best I’ll lead.
Some day some pup will challenge me
and hopefully he will succeed..
I am a male an alpha plus
but even alpha males grow old.
In nature it was ever thus
The leadership goes to the bold.
I’m not the wolf I used to be.
I’ve had my time now I must leave.
The pack goes on triumphantly
just as it should do I believe..
To lead the pack a privilege
that’s only open to a few.
Who have the strength and the knowledge
to rule the pack as they must do.
A pack that lacks strong leadership
will very quickly succumb to
lack of direction and hardship.
A leader must know what to do.
But also know he must give way.
To new leader in due course
He’s played the part he had to play
a law that nature will enforce.
Only the best is fit to lead
life is a struggle to survive.
Though a strong leader will succeed
ensuring that his pack will live.
Though leaders come and leaders go.
The pack remains an entity
Since time began it has been so
and will for ever seemingly.

Heart Of Gold
He is a man forced to live with the rats
But he is dying for a smile from you
He is a man without a home in his life
Is that a reason to walk on the line
Its like a game - dont mess around
Dont be a fool so just go on
No life of double standard what hes looking for
Only a dream of tender delight
No more a bloody fool in this dirty town
So get away take your own line
Hard is the game - dont turn around
You make the rules so hold your ground
Hes got a heart of gold
The brain to realize he leads the better life
Hes got a heart of gold
So free your mind - live with a smile
Heart of gold - just like a diamond in the rough
He is dying for a touch from you
No more a bloody fool in this God damned town
Please be strong for just one time
So play this game and move the pawns
Its up to you so just go on
Hes got a heart of gold
The heart to free his soul, the heart to reach the goal
Sweet little a heart of gold
So free and fine - live with a smile
Live with a smile on your face
Hard is the game - dont turn around
No more a fool so just go on
Hes got a heart of gold
The brain to realize he leads the better life
Hes got a heart of gold
So free your mind - live with a smile
Hes got a heart of gold
The heart to free his soul, the heart to reach the goal
Sweet little a heart of gold
So free and fine - live with a smile
Just live with a smile on your face
He is dying for a smile from you
So just go on - go on - go on
With your heart of gold
Dont turn around
You make the rules so hold your ground
Sweet little a heart of gold
Sweet little a heart of gold
