He sat down late one star-lit night
And tried to make his plans
God's schedule was demanding
I hope you'll understand
He'd made a promise to himself
One he had to keep
And that was quite ambitious
A world within one week
He'd done lots of calculations
He had a master plan
And the winner in his contest
Was this strangest thing called man
But man was very complex
And he couldn't get him right
He puzzled and he puzzled
Long into that night
Ahah said God triumphant
With a look for once deranged
I won't put him on the earth perfect
I'll give him time to change
So evolution was his strategy
Even if he felt he had
Cheated fundamentalists
Which he felt was rather sad
No worries said our God on high
I have to make things work
Even if they're in my image
There will sometimes be a jerk
That somehow pops up with bad genes
The way that he had chose
For mankind to evolve you see
Like a thorn surrounds a rose
That night he slept a troubled sleep
He had manifold weird dreams
What if his great masterplan
Was not as perfect as it seemed?
He saw the world before him
Some thousand years ahead in time
He looked at what man had become
And he searched into our minds
He looked for that rare goodness
That he had aimed to full infect
This race of God like creatures
Who had made his world a mess
God woke up with a migraine
Though he didn't know the word
He pointed to the middle east
And the first man did occur
But then he hit a problem
That he hadn't counted on
One man in the middle east
Might start to feel alone
To abbreviate this story
About God's holy writ
He rushed the job
He took short cuts
And now we suffer it.

I Must Rid Myself Of Clutter

I feel cluttered by the junk accumulated in my brain
And I feel this great desire to recover my creativity again
And to rid myself of the shackles of my negativity
Change your thinking and change your World and change my thinking and change me.

Years of worrying about little worrying is a waste of time
And feeling envious of my betters and condemning them in rhyme
I am well beyond the fifty and still close to poverty
Negative thoughts only cause clutter and in a rose a weed you see.

If you gobble with the turkeys with the birds you cannot fly
And to tell yourself you are perfect is to tell yourself a lie
And to rid yourself of clutter is to set your thinking free
You will see a different World and look at others differently.

Negativity, greed and envy I must cast all of these away
And be less critical of others and not hurt them in what I say
Change your thinking and change your World still so happens to be true
And never too late to make changes and to start once more anew.

When I look into the mirror I can see my hair is gray
And I keep on telling myself I looked younger yesterday
We can change our way of thinking we are what we want to see
If I see myself as younger I can see a younger me.

I must rid myself of clutter it is never too late to change
Though many of those who know me may see me as someone strange
Do my bit for self awareness and to my life bring harmony
I can only change the World if I start by changing me.

Snow

Early in the morning, I stood at at my window
In my flat in a Chicago suburb,
And was delighted to see the snow
Gracefully descending on earth.

Fascinated I looked on,
As a carpet of powder white
Noiselessly spread on the ground.
Trees with outstretched arms, a pretty sight.

The memories of Christmas back home
Flashed across my mind,
How we went of to sleep in the hope,
That Santa Claus would come at night.

I snapped out of my reverie,
And pulled out my muffler and coat.
Excited like a child, in a hurry
Put on my gloves and boots.

As I rushed out
Of the warmth of my room,
To feel the snow in my hair
Chill crept down to my bones.

I made a Snow man
And aimed snowballs at no one.
For sometime I think then
I felt I was not alone.

In an alien land,
Thousands of miles away from home,
I didn’t feel sad,
It was cold but I felt warm.

The view was straight out of a picture book.
My boots had sunk into the snow.
I couldn’t take my eyes off and just looked,
And marvelled at nature’s show.

The World I Know

There are times when the day become night
A night struck by the afflatus of the day
A day felt the mourning of the night
And a mytho-pattern, a singing line or two
Is the cadence with an accelerated heart beat of the people.

There are time when a single felt ideas, image or metaphor are becoming the cadavers of injustices
It is the world I know
A world which full of exploitation and oppression
A world which injustices are prevail
A world where the few are the one who have privileges to live
It is the world where we live in

I will take a nap for a while and I will more dreaming, and I may understand much more that for every minutes
I close my eyes we have lost the sixty seconds of our life
I will systematically sequesters all the things
Not only for their importance’s, but for their meanings
Perhaps I will think first before I rhetorically say all the things

This is the world I know
A world which full of strange and ambiguous but precise
And myriads of golden beads which lay down on the bosom of the earth
Tell us how this world become an important to the children of soil
But unfortunately, these children of soil which give more importance to the myriad of golden beads
Is the one who suffer the burden which create by the monsters of greed

It is the world I know
A world which full of deception and perplexity
It is aghast to all of us, when we tend to know the real situation
The keen of poverty which have been suffered by the children of soil
Is the rock spring, that we shall fetch
For the momentous struggle and liberation

The ferocious monster of greed are been totally defeated

A world of series struggle and liberation
A world free from deprivation and starvation
From inequality and injustice
From domination and exploitation
A world living in God promise of interconnectedness in peace that's anchored on justice

My world
