Who Cares
They stand and look at things
with their eyes closed tight.
They claim to see just what others don’t,
branding someone a liar and deceiver.
Sadly, they are the ones
who deceive themselves all the time.
Who worries if someone uses a different name
whenever they sit down to write?
I personally don’t.
Who cares if they make up an age they want to be.
I personally don’t.
Who cares if they exaggerates
about what they may or may not have done.
I personally don’t care.
Everyone no matter who they are
wants to be someone different at sometime or other,
and there is nothing wrong in that.
Just so long at the end of it,
they are happy in their own way.
I have no quarrel
with what anyone does
and I don’t think
anyone else should do neither.

Impersonal Third Person Invitations
I've never been into,
Impersonal third person invitations.
With expectations that I participate,
In the enjoyment of activities.
I believe if someone wants me,
To appear in their environment personally...
At least that wish to me 'personally',
Should from them be extended.

My mom
My mom is very sweet and always caring.
She worries about me when I am in school.
She makes sure that I get where I am going
On time so that I don't feel like a fool.
She cares whenever I pick on my younger brother.

Allowing Us To Clear Our Heads
What I have done,
Personally...
To ensure the new neighbors,
Adhere to policies that have been in effect...
For many years,
Is to suggest and recommend...
Their children not smoke pot in the front yard.
Or put their trash on the curb,
For the garbage men to pick up the next day.
What I have done personally,
Is to show them how to put their trash...
In garbage bags FIRST.
And even though it has been slow for them to catch on,
The rest of the neighbors and myself...
Have agreed to meet the new residents,
In their backyard after midnight behind a closed and locked fence...
When all of the kids have been safely tied to their beds.
Allowing us to clear our heads and live together in peace.

What turns me on about the digital age, what excited me personally, is that you have closed the gap between dreaming and doing. You see, it used to be that if you wanted to make a record of a song, you needed a studio and a producer. Now, you need a laptop.
Of course, sometimes when you write personally, you are also writing about society, obliquely reflecting topical issues, but not in a way that people would expect you to or in the way that someone trying to make a point would.

Her Open Relationship
You sleep with her.

Together you live.
With a child bared.
Fight about what each other did.
Only to make it up at night.
You won't even take care of your own kid.

I know something she does not.

(Political Poem) Baking Cookies
Personally I prefer to bake my own.
Then rely on a system so corrupt.
I honestly and truthfully believe in hard work.
No matter how many crooks stand over me waiting to steal from my jar as well.
It is disappointing and makes me angry at times.
The crimes that we commit for things we don't even need.
An overindulgence in gluttony.
But it comes down to this.
They need us more then we need them.
No matter the monetary system created.
No matter the thievery so jaded.
It is still not really that complicated.
Even as their are those who act like it is.
Just so they can receive one more handout before they have to go.
Just one last scam.
Come on man.
I say no.
Not this time.
Collapse the system go ahead.
And forgive me if I start laughing at you.
Even with all your threats I know.
For you rely on it more the I do.
