Twiddle Your Thumbs
Sometimes you want to say something
but feel that you hands are tied
and your voice is gagged.
You want to let out those pent up emotions
feeling free to clear the air
but for some unknown reason
you hold back from letting go
becoming gagged and frustrated.
You know what you’ll say,
will cause a long argument
and that is something you do not want.
Therefore, you bite your tongue
and let the dark cloud disperse
knowing sooner or later
another time will come
and then you will not be gagged.
Saying your piece
and getting it all off your chest
but until then you sit quietly
and just twiddle your thumbs.

Tied By The Wrists To A Pity Pit
Down, down feeling gagged and bound.
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
Convicted with an accepting addiction of it.
Stretched beyond imagination,
People wish they could elope with their hopes.
At the end of slipping twisting ropes...
And blowing in a wind that shifts.
Picked and tossed across a river like a pebble.
And not making a ripple or a dent.
Hoping that a simple skip will give them a lift.
But that lift to them aint been sent to benefit.
People feel today they are weak and feeble.
With down cast eyes in cracks and ruts.
And no one seems to want to give that up!
But...
Down, down feeling gagged and bound.
Tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
And...
Convicted with an accepting addiction of it.
Oh...
Down, down feeling gagged and bound.
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
And...
Convicted with an accepting addiction of it.
Existing everyday to be defeated and licked.
Down, down feeling gagged and bound.
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
Convicted with an accepting addiction of it.
Doo doo doo doo doo down down,
Doo doo doo down down...
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
Doo doo doo doo doo down down,
Doo doo doo down down...
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
Doo doo doo doo doo down down,
Doo doo doo down down...
And tied by the wrists to a pity pit.
As if convicted accepting of it.

Set Me Free
Gagged, balled and chained
Feels just the same
Hands on the wall
Maybe youre just playin games
Set me free
Mauled by a hound
Hangin around
Is this for real
I dont know when Ill be found
Set me free
(chorus)
Ah, ah, ah set me free
Ah, ah, ah set me free from you
Taken by force
By you of course
Far from my bed
I know Id rather be dead
Set me free
(chorus)
Fire in my brain
Burn me insane
Makin your mark
Dont leave me here in the dark
Set me free
(chorus)

Tongue Tied
Before I spoke
Your voice was moving here
The water safe
This way
That way
I feel his thoughts
Your choice
It's all there
There comes a time to find
Piece of mind
Take some time to let go
'Cos I wanna know
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind
So tongue tied
But I want you by my side
And I wait
And I wait here for a while
Just to see your smile
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind
The day I mean
A sign a world too
To get you back in mine
For a time
The cloudy phase
But I do wanan hear from you
The only one to feel
In a here
You have a mind of your own
And I wanan know
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind
So tongue tied
But I want you by my side
And I wait
And I wait here for a while
Just to see your smile
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind
We appear there is fear
Be right here
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind
So tongue tied
But I want you by my side
And I wait
And I wait here for a while
Just to see your smile
So tongue tied
I can tell what's on your mind

Prisoner Of Your Love
i was a captive of your heart
a prisoner of your love.
like a prisoner i was whipped and beat
tied to your love, hands and feet.
i found myself tied and gagged
and i could not speak
for my voice was much to weak.
so i gave in to all that you would do.
because i was so much in love with you.
you took my love and like a doctor
dissected my heart, separated it
and pulled it apart.
you wanted to see all its functions
and how it would relate to you
and if i would leave you
lonely, sad and blue.
once you saw that my heart was true
and that there was nothing inside
that would want to hurt you.
you accepted my love and untied my chains
for you had so much to gain.
you gave into me as the day
gives in to the night.
so i took your heart and
we soared into flight
our hearts was on the wings of a dove
showing the world how true our love.

In The Well
My father cinched the rope,
a noose around my waist,
and lowered me into
the darkness. I could taste
my fear. It tasted first
of dark, then earth, then rot.
I swung and struck my head
and at that moment got
another then: then blood,
which spiked my mouth with iron.
Hand over hand, my father
dropped me from then to then:
then water. Then wet fur,
which I hugged to my chest.
I shouted. Daddy hauled
the wet rope. I gagged, and pressed
my neighbor's missing dog
against me. I held its death
and rose up to my father.
Then light. Then hands. Then breath.

I Have Gone Long, Long Time
I have gone long, long time
Not knowing where to find you-
Peace was never meant for me,
Only heartache and tears-
I have gone long, long time
Without you, darling,
Losing hope that we'll ever
Be together,
But I walked alone and stayed
The course-
I have gone long, long time
Thinking of you, knowing
It was you who would be
There in the end-
The light that would lead me
Back home.
I have gone long, long time
Loving you and missing you,
Knowing well that the path
Would be winding and filled
With pain.
I have gone long, long time
Through the rivers of solitude,
Through the nights of despair,
Through the crowds of anonymity-
Just to hear your voice crystal clear,
Just to touch your lips and feel
The warmth of your hands,
Embracing me.
I have gone long, long time
Through the hills of pain
And the deserts of banality,
Through the corridors filled
With empty laughter and ignorance.
I have gone long, long time
Just to tell you I love you, darling.

Take This Town
Living in a rabbit tunnel,
Keep the doggie in her kennel,
Mustnt let her see the world.
Oh, no!
Dont treat her like that.
Oh, no!
Dont treat her like that.
Living under mum and daddy,
Carry hope just like a caddie,
Mustnt let them see youre killed.
Shout it clear for all to hear,
You wont shoot this bird down.
Shout it clear for all to hear,
Were going to take this town.
Turn a deaf ear to the orders,
Keep them as your perfect daughters,
Mustnt let them know their minds.
Turning on to only music,
Breaking from their childhood attic,
Mustnt let them open the blinds.
Its time she stopped being your ornament,
Its time she put that in the past for permanent.
You cant hold her if she wants to roam around,
You cant hold her dream and keep it gagged and bound.
Were going,
Were going to,
Were going to take,
Were going to take this,
Were going to take this,

Never Let It Go
No I'll Never Ever Let It Go
Caressing The Downfall
Out Stretched Arms
On Your Knees Crawl
Filthy And Feeling Low
Dancing In The Undertow
The Cut That Always Bleeds
But Never Shows
Everyone Crawls To Someone
Some Run
To The Puppeteer
And Volunteer
To Become One
But Who Pulls The Strings
That You Are Attached To
Who Pours The Gas
That You Are The Match To?
Strive For Perfection
And Strike With Precision
Soon It Blows Up In Your Face
And The Smoke Blurs Your Vision
But Now You're Fading Fast
Maybe Your Time Has Passed
Bound And Gagged
As Your Dragged To The Typecast
Jumping Back
And Forth And Forth And Back
Once More Oblivious
To What It Is I'm Looking For
Goodbye But I Cannot Forget It
No I'll Never Ever Let It Go

In The Perspective Of Tsunami
What a massive calamity leapt on you!
All around is the clattering doom,
How many corpses are lying coffinless!
The wailings cries and shrieks are gagged,
At the source they emerged wherefrom.
What a water it is of the shore!
Whose each mighty wave claims heavy toll.
It is such a typhoon submarine,
That shakes, shatters the rocks.
Ah! Life has slept with such a tranquility,
That the earth itself weeps embracing,
Its own rotundity.
Cries, shrieks the existence of nights,
The pangs of hapless life are expressed,
In the wheezing eyes on each countenance,
And the dreams bloats on the watery surface.
What a massive calamity leapt on you!
All around is the clattering doom,
How many corpses are lying coffinless!
The wailings cries and shrieks are gagged,
At the source they emerged wherefrom.

Everybody Is Broken
I'm looking around,
But, it's like everybody is broken!
Suffocation-no breathing!
We all seem to be choking
Spread on the ground
Just like shattered glass
Oh, to be free-
Free of this place now, at last!
Life, that is-
The Journey, the test.
This GOD forsaken battle...
We understand it less and less
Yes, all the broken people
Never asking to be here
Filled with nothing but-
The most intense despair
We fall down to our knees
We beg to find salvation
Ringing through the air
You can hear our desperation!
I try to look away
My eyes I try to close
Because, we ache so much inside
But, it's like it doesn't even show
The Darkness invades
The Dark-it surrounds us
We're bound and we're gagged
And, no light is around us!
We run, and we hide
We then beg for a chance
But, that drug it is sly
And, it takes us at first glance
I want to scream out loud
But, instead I sit here choking
Why are we so lost?
Why are we so broken?
Never really knowing
What to do or say
Never really seeing
The road that is the way
And all we see is darkness
So again we try to hide
But then we cannot find
A way now back inside
So where do all the people go-
When they've become so broken?
How can we prevent the death...
When they sit there choking?

A Day To Remember
march 14 2011
is a day you taught me how to fish
a day you taught me how to dance
i'll never forget
the way you used to kiss me
the way you used to squeeze my hands
march 14 2011
is a day to remember
our first kiss
when we used to chase each other in the forest
march 14 2011
is a day to remember
the first day we was watching the stars in the dark sky
baby every time i see you
i just want to dance with under the trees
i know i hurt you
but i didn't aim to
so come back in my arms
lets go back to our history
and erase all the struggles
we been through
and start all over again
baby i love you
march 14 2011
is
a day to remember

Museum Of The City Of...III
What were they looking for, there,
so long ago?
a diplomat's corpse, bound, gagged and fish-mauled?
(for whatever it's current deficits, this city once had Edge,
and blossomed in the Deuteronium spritz of the Cold War,
til things...rent, got so expensive-Why?)
The soon-to-be end of a quest
cracked by a 'facilitated' confession in some precinct back room
under the kliegs,
by such means as would make New York Law And Order's look tame
and low-tech as a wrist watch,
from some Bond-type con with good legs,
sitting hands shackled behind him, erect in a swivel chair?
A chest of plutonium, lead-lined, of course?
A water-proof safe filled with numbered, stolen bills?
The crown jewels? And if so, who's?
Letters of transit issued to some Soviet spy?
dating from a time when America unabashedly bossed the U.N.,
as it should, no? ,
and people could travel with pride and impunity,
and gas cost 79 cents a gallon?
I doubt it...

I'll Stick Around
I thought I knew all it took to bother you
Every word I said was true; that you'll see
How could it be I'm the only one who sees
Your rehearsed insanity Yeah
I still refused all the methods you've abused
Its alright if you're confused; let me be
I've been around all the pawns you've gagged and bound
They'll come back and knock you down
And I'll be free
I've taken all and I've endured
One day it all will fade I'm sure
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I had no hand in your ever desperate plan
It will turn and when it lands words are due
I should have known we were better off alone
I looked in and i was shown you were too
I've taken all and I've endured
One day it all will fade I'm sure
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I don't owe you anything
I'll stick around
I'll stick around and learn from all that came from it
