On The Outside Forever Looking In
After years of friendship,
and from words of another,
they decided that they no longer,
wanted to be a friend.
They even went as far as to accuse,
for things that were never done.
Now the tables have turned,
and the one with the words
has turned against them.
So they came back to see their old friend.
Unfortunately they cannot repair what they had done.
They don’t understand the hurt
they cause with their betrayal.
Now they want to come back,
not realising it will never be the same.
They can be forgiven for their blindness,
but trust they can never reclaim.
They will remain on the outside
forever looking in.

One Short Story
He was a boy
Who felt like a man
She was a girl
From a far away land
Far more beautiful
Than the picture in his hand
She had eyes
That would draw him in
They took a plane ride
Together they would find
Her long lost smile
They went home again
Back to her friends
Back to repair her heart
He loved this girl
With all of his heart
He wanted her mind
Her secrets and her trust
She would never do him any harm
He'd give her the world
If it sat in his palm
One rainy day
It was dark in the sky
She turned and she said to him
With grey in her eyes
Go home again
Go back to your friends
Go back and repair your heart
Go home again
Go back to your friends
Go back and repair your heart
His heart turned to liquid
And it trickled from his eyes
All he could do now
At this point in his life
Was to go home again
Back to his friends
Back to repair his heart
Go home again
Go back to your friends
Go back and repair your heart

Pretentious Friend
A friend never leaves any other friend
but what will happened if betrayal starts
to circle within your friendship?
Never anticipated that one's friend can do that
but theres just friend that pretends to be your friend.
Saying they like you, but the truth they dont
telling you, they have seen you go to that wrong way
but they were just afraid to tell you
but the truth they've never seen you go to the wrong way.
pretending to be a true and caring friend,
when you turn your back
full of stabs in your back can be seen.
choosing a friend has never been easy
but if your friend just steals slowly everything from you
then you wake up
and see everything has gone.
Secrets are disperse
and your name is destroyed
for you trusted the wrong friend
and you just dont know how to get up again,
blaming your pretentious friend
she had left you with problems you have to solve
but dont ever put your full trust to a friend again
for you dont know what she's capable of.
The One You Thought Was A Friend
The one you thought was a friend not your friend it would seem
For your friend never would erode your self esteem
Or opposite others see fit to put you down
If you call this one your friend you don't have friends in town
A friend such as this in your life you don't need
Since in life it is hard enough for to succeed
Without your so called friend with words belittling you
To the honour of friendship this person is not true
Negative people for to put down others use words as their fuel
And some people with their words can be very cruel
Your friends don't reflect on you in a negative way
And your friend not a friend that does seem sad to say
And the betrayal of one you considered a friend can seem hard to forgive
But we learn from life for as long as we live

Old Friend, How Far Down Did You Fall (True Birds Can Fly)
Old Friend, My My You've lost it all
Old Friend, Worst of all
You lost me
Old Friend, My Sweetest Friend
I tell you this is not the worst that you did
A back stabber can get carpal tunnel
Just as soon as a poor shot improves there aim
Our friendship, your game
All ended when I turned my back and ran
Not out of fear but of disgust of what you became
Don't bother reaching anymore for a hand
Because mine is with me, And not in yours
Old Friend, How you have fallen
Broken you remain, in love with your fellow
So when you are bawling
And bellowing
Remember the regrets you've made.
And remember my face.
Old Friend....
My old friend how you have dropped
That is not a hole, it is a grave
And this feeling you feel is not embarrassment but Hate
It's blame, Remains, Yours and Yours alone
So don't point that hate at me
Old Friend....
Words
Words are my weapon
words are my shield
Guns and knifes just ruin lives
so words I keep concealed
Words are all I have here
they help me struggle on
Words are here forever,
when all I have is gone
In my thoughts or in my poems
Words will help ease my brain
I write down what is on my mind
Expressing love or feeling pain
Not that many I can trust
But words I can depend
Words wont turn there back on you
Words are my only friend

You Don't Trust Me
We've been friends for years
We always smile and laugh
Sometime our eyes have tears
But I knew you far too long
To not notice something
I decided not to be your friend
But I got reason
You don't trust me
I know it coz it's obvious
Everyone knows
You don't trust us
Our friendship's like a rose
Spring in to life
Then die
There's only one person you trust
Coz you're not rude to her
Just us
I decided not to be your friend
But for a good reason
You don't trust me

If You're My Friend
If you are my friend why have you not spoken the words?
If you are my friend why have you turned and walked away?
If you are my friend why have you taken the other side?
If you are my friend why have you insulted me?
If I am your friend treat me with some respect.
If you are my friend then don’t ignore me.
If you are my friend then don’t laugh at my falls.
If you are my friend then don’t humiliate me.
If I am your friend, I can’t be your stupid pet!
If I am your friend show it!
If you’re my friend state it,
With all of the warmth, and meaning
Like a true friend of mine would.

A Friend LikeYou
A friend like you is like no other friend
A friend like you is a friend I don't regret meeting
A friend like you is like a friend I can't scream at or fight with
A friend like you is like having no worries in my life
A friend like you is a friend that I don't want to lose
A friend like you is like being in comfort all day
A friend like you is a friend I always wanted
A friend like you is awesomely awesome
A friend like you is random and funny
A friend like you is a friend that I love to death and I will never let go
A friend like you is a friend I can tell all my secrets to
A friend like you..
A friend like you is like the little sister I've always wanted
A friend that I can go to tell them what's wrong
A friend like you is like having no dark days because you brighten them up
A friend like you is a friend that opens up my eyes and helps me avoid bad things
A friend like you is a type of friend that laughs at dumb things I say or do
A friend like you is a friend I am proud to call my best friend...

Some Kind Of Friend
Music by Barry Manilow
Lyrics by Adrienne Anderson
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I saw you at the Beechwood Cafe
You looked at me and then you looked away
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
You said you had places that you had to be
Now who is gonna be there for me
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Lady that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Baby that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
They say that women like you can't get enough
Got your Maserati built for two
They say that women like you like to play
with love
Is that true?
When I ran into you the other day
You smiled at me but you had nothing to say
That was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Tell me why'd you do what you did to me
Covered up your life so I couldn't see
Now that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
Lady that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned to be
Baby that was some kind
Some kind of friend you turned out to be
I never should have let you get to me
Nevershould have let you bring me down
Didn't know that I was just some fantasy
That you found.

You will love, the dead.
A friend I loved
a friend I wanted
a friend I needed
a friend I adored
but she never believed
a friend I respected most
a friend I cared most
a friend I believed most
a friend I trusted most
a friend I wrote to most
she is now the one I ignore most.
a friend I most thought about
a friend I wished for the best.
I will always never know the best
a friend whio turned to be the beast
in all my love like a predator in forest
I was harmless to her like a dove
I wish I could live as brave as a lion
the girl I gave a valentine day to run.
See she is furious on me like eagle.
She is as crue as death, to my life
she is fierce to me as a grave
all I know, if you come back
you hate me, only you will love me
when Iam dead,

Anger With A Friend
Today I was angry with my friend
And I decided everything came to an end
I was irate for no reason
I acted as if my choice was treason
He sat with me like everyday
But today we did not talk or play
I avoided him as much as I could
Because I was angry with him, my friend
He tried to solve things out
By having a little spout
I turned my face away
Because I was angry with him, my friend
All his tries were in vain
He was true but I took it feign
Whatever so, I shunned him
Because I was angry with him, my friend
A friend or foe, now I thought
It baffled my mind, a doubt
But I bored him, ignored him
Because I was angry with him, my friend
What if I heard him through out?
Wouldn’t our fury be hindered?
Then we would still be friends
I should listen to him, my friend
He said words of fret and regret
He said of defense and confusion
He was a sad, mad lad
I forgave him all at once
He was my friend after all!

To you, my dear friend,
Friendship begins, and goes on forever,
Friend indeed don't put friend in mouth,
Just put in heart even five years no see,
Friend don't ask bagatelles,
Just wish everything goes well,
Friend don't disturb you,
Just give you the strength to go on,
Friend don't want got sth. from you,
Just love,
Friend always share the beauty of life,
Even more the hard time,
Friend goes together when the sun is shining,
Even more the raining day,
Friend pledge someday sth.,
Even more the actions,
Friend remember happy times past,
Even more now,
Friendship ends, and we pass away.
From A Letter to A Friend
I write to you asking for advice
You my good friend who I trust
It concerns a matter of the heart
Where you have found some success
Amongst your share of heartbreak
I admire your strength of character
It is a trait I wish to succeed
I have never felt as much at ease
Around others in the social sense
I have found myself to be less adept
When looking to love and romance
I am considered strange by many
To whom I remain a stranger
I keep a piece of myself back
An insurance against being known
And left unwanted
I do not known what to ask you
Or what I would ask of myself
I would like to stand much taller
Appear confident and charming
That I may win another’s affection
I guess it’s down to the little things
And what would you suggest for me
My friend who I trust
I close this letter now
Without actually having said much
I suspect I may have revealed plenty
Letters and words can paint a comedy
Nearly as funny as life it seems
Without family and friends
I do not know where will would end
Or who we would become
My good friend
Who I sincerely trust
I would like to thank you
For the advice and the time
Our friendship, our life

The Gardener XXVII: Trust Love
"Trust love even if it brings sorrow.
Do not close up your heart."
"Ah no, my friend, your words are
dark, I cannot understand them."
"Pleasure is frail like a dewdrop,
while it laughs it dies. But sorrow is
strong and abiding. Let sorrowful
love wake in your eyes."
"Ah no, my friend, your words are
dark, I cannot understand them."
"The lotus blooms in the sight of
the sun, and loses all that it has. It
would not remain in bud in the
eternal winter mist."
"Ah no, my friend, your words are
dark, I cannot understand them."

Largest Jigsaw Missing
You addressed me as your friend,
I addressed you as a brother from another mother.
I regarded us as Ireland's strongest companions
Since we always had each other.
I knew you since I was five,
You knew me since you were four.
As far back as Junior Infants
I sensed that, eternally, our friendship would soar.
Footballs were kicked,
Girls we talked.
Wild parties we attended
While we laughed at teens getting locked.
You were everything in my social life,
I couldn't imagine joy without you.
We were so close that the more the years passed,
The more the sound of our bond reached crescendo.
But on June tenth, after Ireland played Croatia,
What you said to me could not be forgiven.
I doubt the drink made you reveal your true colours,
After all the years of love and gifts I had given.
How dare you accuse me of a bad reputation? !
If so, why was it with me you always wanted to be?
I would never put girls before our friendship like you.
Even if you did find one from where you want one,
With a hundred other boys she would flee.
At least I wouldn't, eh?
Ten days later, just when all seemed lost,
You phoned me up five times,
All of which were left unanswered.
I didn't want to talk to you that night.
You're the reason our friendship cannot be plastered,
Not me. I didn't tell you what you told me.
You, my boy,
Are now the largest jigsaw missing from my heart.
My soul is crushed with you out of my face.
Now I envy the partnership of Milhouse and Bart.
Beg for forgiveness all you want.
I actually want to bring things to how they were, see?
But as long as you're still friends with the Hate Crowd,
You will always remain an enemy to me.
They encourage you to say what you said.
They planted the personal issues you've gained.
I'm afraid with that I cannot trust you.
I'm going to have to live a loner knowing
That my best-ever friendship has been brutally stained.
