Breath Of Fresh Air

I’m on a highway going nowhere
feeling the wind in my hair,
if I was running away
I’d be a long way from here,
but I’m just driving to see where nowhere goes,
getting that much needed
a breath of fresh air.

Sometimes the world gets too heavy
and you find it hard to breathe.
You need to escape the rat race
and get the hell out of here,
feel a sense of freedom,
smell the earth at your feet
and get a breath of fresh air.

We all get stifled at times,
feel the walls are closing in,
we jump at the chance
to become unchained
and throw caution to the wind,
getting that much needed
a breath of fresh air.

Let Me Go

All I hear,
Are lies,
And all you hear,
Are excuses.

I try to break free,
To get somwhere,
Happy.
But you pull me back.

I want space,
I want to be free,
I want to be alone,
And I don't want you,
Anymore.

What don't you understand,
About that?
I need to be alone,
And I need some space.

You get so jealous,

Its a hard life
Never let yourself get down

You are my breath of fresh air
you came into my life when I was in despair
I felt god had made you just for me
Because in my heart you will always be.

It seems I searched all my life for someone like you
Went all the wrong ways and didn't know what to do.
Then you walked into my life like a breath of fresh air
And all my heartaches and pains disappeared.

Your smile radiated every room you walked into
And all the men s heads turned and looked at you
Your voice as gentle as the pitter patter of the rain
Soothing and cleansing and relieving all my pain.

Like dew drops that cling to everything on the ground
This is your love- which in you I found
Like the rising and setting of the sun
You are my love, my only one.

You are the breath of fresh air which I need to survive

I cherish your breath a lot.
As your breath is a sweet sob
That chimes out tales for a reverie.
Perhaps you breathe for none but me.

At times I miss your breath
As I flee to a world of solitude.

To reach the peaks of my utopia.

Following A Bouncing Ball

Why haven't I contacted you at all?
My priorities have completely changed.
I had to adopt another focus.
It became too difficult for me,
To continue following a bouncing ball.
Especially one I thought I could hold.
But that ball you bounce,
Is too much out of control!

And as for me,
I needed to keep a peace concrete...
Within my walls.
You had me feel they were closing in.
And climbing over walls,
To breathe fresh air...
Over and over and over again,
I will not accept as an agenda!
Activated to keep on call.
I came to realize,
That's just not me.

Why haven't I contacted you at all?
I threw that ball over my walls.
And not a regret left do I have!
None.
Not one in my mind there kept to stall.

Mary counts the walls

Hard To Find Her

Overdone,
I was running around
trying to get me some when
you were there on my shoulder
telling me that
She's the one,
She's the one in a million that comes along but
tell me what could I do?
Cos I tried so hard to find her.
Should I hold my breath
now she's looking at me.

would she like to come over?

Change I adore.

Just to open that door,

With it's bright shiny hue,

To walk pastures new.

To breathe pure fresh air,
