All In Our Mind
It is funny how sometimes
you will think of someone
you haven’t seen for a while
and then the next thing you know,
you will run into them.
Your thinking of a song
you heard many years ago,
then you turn on the radio
and that song you thought of
is playing once again.
You live on a crowded street
and parking is a problem.
You think to yourself
I wish I could park
outside my house, and then find you can.
Are all these things
just in our mind
or is there something more
happening we cannot explain.

Who We Are
Sometimes I wish I didn't awake to find my dream
sometimes I explain things when they know what I mean
sometimes I wish I didnt take things to heart
but sometimes its these things, that make us who we are.
When the rain pours down I walk through a crowded park
and I know I am not the only one sat in this empty bar
you know you want to shine but don't know if you want to be a star
