I am not all that i am supposed to be
A cry a sigh a reason why
this world should be for me
No sanity, humanity
Can ever let me be
I close my eyes from troubled skies
Pretend I am elsewhere
But all around the folk I've found
Would rather I'm not there.
From days alone in mortgaged home
To Nights where sleep was lost
A price to pay for every day
It all comes down to cost.
The single tear then born from fear
Exposed your weaker side
A striking pose with runny nose
Your feelings you can't hide.
Confidence or on the fence
Our very soul at risk
No in-between for troubled teen
The punishment as brisk
So don't let bile turn people vile
Just be the friend you can
No medals earned for people spurned
Just love your fellow man.

A Friend
A friend is someone whose arms reach out
far beyond their reach,
to comfort a troubled soul,
and help them through their troubled times.
A friend is someone who always freely gives,
expecting nothing in return,
and is always there
whenever the need may arise.
A friend is someone who cares from the heart.
Who will stand by your side
whenever the troubles start.
A friend is someone whose face may never be seen,
but whose touch is always felt
and their words always
comfort your ailing soul.
A friend is someone who will never criticize,
but will listen to a troubled mind
without complaining.
A friend is someone who is all these,
and so much more.
Someone who will never ignore you,
but will always have the time.

Bridge Over Troubled Water
When you' re weary feeling small
When tears are in your eyes I'll dry them all all
I'm on your side oh when times get rough
And friends just can t be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
When you re down and out
When you re on the street
When evening falls so hard
I will comfort you ooh
I'll take your part oh when darkness comes
And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Sail on silver girl
Sail on by
Your time has come to shine
All your dreams are on their way
See how they shine
Oh if you need a friend
I'm sailing right behind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind

I will ease your mind

1: 00 am Prayer.
Oh Lord, before I close my eyes
On this troubled world,
Let me posses peace in my heart.
Make me witness such kindness and love,
So my eyes fill with tears of joy.
Turn fear, avarice, violence and racism,
Into a another past in time.
Deep int a new understanding.
Stop our brothers and sisters from
Dying in a dying war,
And raise hope for the hopeless.
Give peace to the troubled.
Let us remember that we are separated,
By fear, hate, poverty
And the politicians of a corrupt World.

Some Days
If you see dark skies in my green eyes
Its just that I cant find no cover
These ghosts that haunt me
They get me when they want me
And some days are better than others
I didnt sleep last night, I guess thats the price
You pay for a soul thats troubled
And curse or blessing Im here confessing
Some days are better than others
I have these moments of weakness
But Ive had a lifetime of strength
And I know I will defeat this
But thats not what my heart wants to think
And even tomorrow is tinged with sorrow
When one fool longs for another
This cant last forever, just like the weather
Some days are better than others
If you see dark skies in my sad eyes
It just means that I cant find no cover
These ghosts that haunt me
They take me when they want me
And some days are better than others
Some days are better than others

All Kinds Of People
Theres a time for love, and a time for healing
You cant go back and undo whats been done
Word of mouth, time is revealing
Just how far weve let this kingdom come
Hand in hand, were finding our way
And today is just tomorrows yesterday
Some will die for you; some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Turn the world around, tear the borders down
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Yeahhhh
A kiss of life, and the hand of faith
A boy grows up into his fathers son
And he learns to love, hes been taught to hate
To carry on the way it has been done
All our lives its debts to repay
And then someday we can put the past away
Some will die for you, some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Turn the world around, tear the borders down
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Some will die for you; some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Put your fear away, find a better way,
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Yeahhhh
In a moment, things can change
One look behind and its never the same
Some will die for you, some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Turn the world around, tear the borders down
Theres all kinds of people in this world
(all kinds of people of people in this world)
Some will die for you, some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Put your fear away, find a better way,
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Some will die for you; some would lie to you
Theres all kinds of people in this world
Put your fear away, find a better way,
Theres all kinds of people in this world

Fear is Everywhere You look
Everyone has a fear
They don’t even know where it comes from
Fear is everywhere you don’t have to look
There are fears that scare little kids
Like the dark or the monster in the closet
But without fear the world would fall into darkness
There are some people that fear other people
And some that fear water
But a lot of people fear the end of the world
There are people that do not have any fear
They are the people that are different
Even if they hide their fears from humanity
I am someone that is different
But I will tell you my fear
And that is
The fear of my friends dying first
I could not live with out my friends
A man once told me that fear is away to run
Show no fear even in the eyes of the end
Fear is everywhere you look
I told you my fear
I think that you have a fear too
But if you dare to tell
That is your choose
I do not control you
I have said that fear is everywhere you look
What is your worst fear? ? ?
I will not judge you if you tell! ! !

Sonnet- The World Today(14)
People with intact eyes, yet appear blind;
Peop1e with alert ears seem not to hear;
People with intact nose, no sme11 can find;
People with every joy appear to tear.
People are cheats and cheat themselves all life;
People tell lies to men and to themselves;
People well-off, appear to be in strife;
People are bad and appear worse than Elves.
The world is bad and so people turn bad;
The world isn’t true and so people are not;
The world is mad and so people turn mad;
The world's a show and people simply plot.
And people waste their time and waste others';
And people aren't true to their own brothers.

Follow You Follow Me
Stay with me,
My love I hope youll always be
Right here by my side if ever I need you
Oh my love
In your arms,
I feel so safe and so secure
Everyday is such a perfect day to spend
Alone with you
I will follow you will you follow me
All the days and nights that we know will be
I will stay with you will you stay with me
Just one single tear in each passing year
With the dark,
Oh I see so very clearly now
All my fears are drifting by me so slowly now
Fading away
I can say
The night is long but you are here
Close at hand, oh Im better for the smile you give
And while I live
I will follow you will you follow me
All the days and nights that we know will be
I will stay with you will you stay with me
Just one single tear in each passing year there will be
I will follow you will you follow me
All the days and nights that we know will be
I will stay with you will you stay with me
Just one single tear in each passing year...

Lost In A Lost World
I woke today, I was crying
Lost in a lost world
So many people are dying
Lost in a lost world
Some of them are living an illusion
Bounded by the darkness of their minds
In their eyes its nation, against nation, against nation
With racial pride
Sounds...
Thinking only of themselves
They shun the light
(shun the light)
They think theyre right
(think theyre right)
Living in their empty shells
Oh, can you see their bodies thrashing
(so many people, so many people)
Crashing down around their feet
Angry people in the street
Telling them theyve had their fill
Of politics, people who kill
Grow... the seed of evolution
(so many people, so many people)
Revolution everyone
Its just another form of gun
To do again what they have done
Let all our brothers come and get some
(so many people, so many people)
Everywhere you go you see them searching
Everywhere you turn you feel the pain
Everyone is looking for the answers
Well look again, come on my friend
Love will find us in the end
Come on my friend
(on my friend)
Weve got to bend
(got to bend)
Down on our knees and say a prayer
Oh, can you see the world is pining
(so many people, so many people)
Pining for someone who really cares enough to share his love
With all of us so we can be
An ever loving family
Have we forgotten who loves who
(so many people, so many people)
Children from a family tree
Thats longer than a centipede
Started long ago when you and i
Where only love....
(so many people, so many people)
I woke today, I was crying
Lost in a lost world
So many people are dying
Lost in a lost world
So many people, so many people
People lost in a lost world
So many people, so many people
People lost in a lost world

Just Another Sequel
There are many people,
Some troubled on the streets
And looking grieved,
With no hope.
With lost beliefs,
They let go.
There are many people sharing agonies so real.
They show and hold,
In the cold.
Some try to be,
Brave and bold.
And
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
And is this,
Just another sequel of
People who aren't equal.
There are many people,
Some troubled on the streets
And looking grieved,
With no hope.
With lost beliefs,
They let go.
And
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
And is this,
Just another sequel of
People who aren't equal.
Doing all they can,
To keep what's in their hands.
And
Is this just a sequel of lost people.
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
Is this,
Just another sequel of lost people.
Is this,
Just another sequel of
People who aren't equal.

He's Bothered Again!
Where are they?
Do they have him?
Will they know?
And troubled is he
Disturbed is he
Am I troubled?
How much bothered can his soul get?
Bothered about his own life
Bothered about bothering about his life
Bothered about wealth
Bothered about bothering about wealth
And weaker and weaker he is as the day go by
And worse still shall be his story
Because he is bothered about nature
And things in it
But he is never bothered about aiding nature
Or the things in it
Such person,
I am bothered about
Because he bothers to effect no change
And bothers that he hasn't effected a change
And why he did not effect any change
But not how he could effect such change
He also bothers about those who aren't bothered
He bothers for them
His stupidity is the source of their livelihood
He bothers why they do not bother
He bothers about those who effect changes
He bothers how long it took for such change
He bothers the risk taken
He never bothers how they do it
But he bothers if they were a bandit
And everyday, he keeps bothering
And knows not that he bothers his life
And his health
And his sanity
But those who bother aren't stupid
Except if they bother like he does

Penny & Me
Cigars in the summertime under the sky by the light
I can feel you read my mind
I can see it in your eyes under the moon as it plays
like music every line
There's a rug with bleeding dye under the fan in the room
Where the passions burning high by the chair
with the leopard skin under the light
It's always Penny and me tonight
On the plane step up with both my feet
Riding in seat number 3 on a flight to NYC
Got my bean in a coffee cup next to my seat
Catch the view and another good book to read
Sending me home on the friendly skies
Missing her eyes
It's always Penny and me tonight
Cause Penny and me like to roll the windows down
Turn the radio up, push the pedal to the ground
And Penny and me like to gaze at starry skies
Close our eyes, pretend to fly
It's always Penny and me tonight
Staring at a million city lights
But it's still Penny and I all alone beneath the sky
Feel the wind brushing slowly by
If I could soar I'd try to take these wings and fly
Away to where the leaves turn red
But no matter where I am instead
Singing along to feeling alright
We'll make it by in the pink moonlight
It's always Penny and me tonight
Cause Penny and me like to roll the windows down
Turn the radio up, push the pedal to the ground
And Penny and me like to gaze at starry skies
Close our eyes, pretend to fly
close our eyes pretend to fly
It's always Penny and me tonight
Penny likes to get away and drown her pain in lemonade
Penny dreams of rainy days and nights up late by the fireplace
And aimless conversations about the better days
Singing along to feeling alright, yeah
We'll make it by in the pink moonlight
It's always Penny and me tonight
Cause Penny and me like to roll the windows down
Turn the radio up, push the pedal to the ground
And Penny and me like to gaze at starry skies
Close our eyes pretend to fly
close our eyes pretend to fly
It's always Penny and me tonight
Penny and me tonight
Penny and me tonight
Penny and me tonight

Julie
Julie
Oh
And I know
Like a mirror, sunday morning
When the dark clouds hung above
I saw you kneeling neath a garden
I saw the grim and stood above
What kind of meaning in a gun shot
It doesnt matter what they say
I never felt I aimed at no one
And whos gonna take the gun away
Julie
Pretend for me
That Im someone in your life
Julie
Im yours till the end
All the days and memories
Im not a man of single reason
Its in every single man
This beat of jealous retribution
And every spurned heart makes its plan
Well, I know that you really loved him
And I know that if theres a God above
Through million times well remember
How the trail slips away
Julie
Pretend for me
Even only for a while
Julie
My soul is on the line
All the days and memories
Julie
Remember me
All the days of your life
Julie
Im lost over you
Passion always ends this way
End this way
