Unfair Competition
Strategic games of war
In repetition becomes clear
The style does not go very far
And the truth will soon appear.
The way for elimination
Of competition is quite plain
Usher a war destruction
Fix duels of nations again?
That is really an old story
And to victims of war unfair-
We are all evidently sorry:
Pentagon, Pentagon, are you there?

Actually, as that first association continued, we got a little more legitimate. In those days, they asked Boy Scout troops to act as ushers during the football games. So we signed up and I went to many games in full Boy Scout uniform as an usher.

Repetition
You get up in the morning
And every single day
Is just a repetition
Its always been that way
You live alone inside your head
Incommunicado, in the land of living dead
Each days a repetition
Of the one that went before
Like watching an old movie
You cant sit through anymore
Why dont you kick the habit
And walk right out that door?
From all the repetition
Day after day
All the repetition
Its always been that way
Its in your head, its in your eyes
Youre boring and its no surprise
With all the repetition
Day after day
All the repetition
They say its time to start all over
And call it a day
But you go right back where you started
Day after day
You go right back to where you started
Day after day, after day, after day, after day
You look in the mirror
Is anybody there?
Its only a reflection
That doesnt really care
Youre a product of your time
Looking hard for something, but you never saw the sign
Lock inside a prison
But thats where you wanna be
Stuck in solitary
And youve thrown away the key
You say you want your freedom
But you dont wanna get away
Then you wake up, its time for you
To start another day
With all the repetition, day after day, all the repetition
All the repetition day after day
Another chance, another day
You know its time to get away from all the repetition
Day after day
How long you gonna sit and wait
Youre getting on its getting late
They say its time to start all over
And call it a day
But you go right back where you started
Day after day
You go right back to where you started
Day after day, after day, after day, after day

Joy In Repetition
{crowd noise same as for alphabet street}
He like to frequent this club down up on 36th
Pimps and thangs like 2 hang outside and cuss for kicks
Talking 2 no one in particular, they say the baddest I am tonight
4 letter words are seldom heard with such dignity and bite.
All the poets and the part time singers always hang inside
Live music from a band plays a song called soul psychodelicide.
The songs a year long and had been playing 4 months when he
Walked into the place.
No one seemed to care, an introverted this-is-it look on most of their faces.
Up on the mic repeating 2 words, over and over again
Was this woman he had never noticed before he lost himself in the
Articulated manner in which she said them.
These 2 words, a little bit behind the beat.
I mean just enough 2 turn u on.
4 everytime she said the words another one of his doubts were gone.
Should he try 2 rap with her? should he stand and stare?
No one else was watching her, she didnt seem 2 care.
So over and over, she said the words til he could take no more, (no more)
He dragged her from the stage and together they ran through the back door
In the alley over by the curb he said tell me whats your name
She only said the words again and it started to rain (rain, rain, rain)
2 words falling between the drops and the moans of his condition
Holding someone is truly believing theres joy in repetition.
Theres joy in repetition.
Theres joy in repetition.
Theres joy in repetition.
Theres joy in repetition.
She said love me, love me, what she say?
She say love me, love me.
Joy, why dont u love me baby, joy, why cant u love me baby
Joy, come on and love me baby, joy in repetition
Alright, joy in repetition,
Alright, joy in repetition,
Alright, joy in repetition,
Alright, joy, all my wishes add up to one
Love me, joy, love me, joy, love me, joy
Love me, love me, joy, joy, joy in repetition
Joy, joy in repetition,
Joy, joy (love me) in repetition,
Love me, love, joy, joy, joy in repetition
Joy, and Im gonna say it again, joy, joy, and Im gonna say it again,
Joy, Id like 2 go way up high and say, love me, joy
Ill say love me, joy
Joy, joy in repetition, joy in repetition
Theres joy in repetition

Style
Style must not be underrated
Style is often overlooked
Style is never in the papers
I read it like an open book
Style
If you cant see the substance
Style shows how its organized
Style is looking for your money
Its in the way you paint your eyes
There is always a way
A way things are done
Ive been learning my abcs
I know what is 10, I know what is 1 in
Style is a naked look
Underneath your style
Style of a different place
Talking through your style
Even the way you hide it
Reveals the thing you hide
Your style may never cause a riot
Its still a style to have no style
There is always a way
To light up a lamp
Its been a crazy year all around
The check never came
I cant let it cramp my
Style is a world for sale
You cant buy this style
Style that you cant resist
You wont cramp my style

Repetition
Im coming back to you
Just like before.
Ive been a lonely boy
Since I walked out your door.
If theres a life for us,
I dont know.
But I cant live like this
Anymore.
The time I spend alone has nothing to give.
Its repetition,
Im coming back to you.
Repetition,
The only thing I can do.
Im coming back to you,
This time to stay.
If Ive learned one thing
Its that I cant stay away.
The time I spend alone has nothing to give.
The life I lead alone has nowhere to live.
Its repetition,
Im coming back to you.
Repetition,
The only thing I can do.
And I can still recall
How you would hold me.
The way a vast wave
Broke so slowly.
Its repetition,
Im coming back to you.
Repetition,
The only thing I can do.
Repetition,
And we can see this through.
Its repetition,
Im coming back to you.

To Play the Games
In a special place, in peace they met, they met again.
Far, far from the curse of violence, a place of peace.
Cultivated to propagate comraderie,
Through peaceful competition, garnering good will.
They came to play, from all places, to play the games.
With outstretched hand, they met,
broad warm, warm open smiles.
Renewing memories, they embraced,
light hearts, of past fond rapport.
Renewed friendships, and welcoming new friends.
Shadows of animosity, none to be found.
For the games it was, they came to play.
In contention peaceful, winter, summer,
they would play the games.
In these games, races to be run.
Feats of strength and skill performed.
Team and individual challenges.
Competition always fierce, without question.
Still winners all, losers not accepted.
With heart ‘n’ soul, all would compete.
Yet competition, ever friendly, always fair.
Without malice, losses accepted, but with grin.
Mutual admiration competitors shared.
The dedication required to attain excellence, all aware.
For all must fall, before they excelled.
Winners, runner’s up, last to complete the task.
To all, applause awarded.
With mixed emotion the norm, awards accepted.
Pride, humility, honor, apparent in all.
Respect for homelands represented, manifest,
whenever, they played the games.
Came the day, the games ceased.
Judgments rendered, awards all claimed.
Time at last to tread the homeward path.
Fond farewells, smiles ‘n’ tears mixed.
‘Til to play the games, they meet once more.

Call Me A Mack
Usher speaking
Yo!
Whats sup?
Hey!
My name is usher,
You can trust there aint
No punks in this house,
And if u really wanna know what my name is
Just call me a mack
Word,
Right!
Just call me the mack
Anytime baby,
Cause I aint confused
Usher singing
I maybe got some,
But I got a
Whole lot on manly in me
So Im afraid
That I cant complain (huh, ha!)
I dont mind
If u wanna come by my crib
And chill,
But just be sure
That u call me first
Because the last girl that tried
To just be droppin on by (oh, no)
Learned how to play a player
And do u know why,
Because the mack
Hook
Just call me a mack
Cause I got it like that
U gotta play by the rules
Or Ill get back with u
Its a well known fact
That I got it like that
U gotta play by the rules
Just call me a mack
Now, baby I aint dumb
And all those silly
Games that u play
I see right through
So let me kick it to yah (to yah!)
I dont have a lot of girls,
But I gotta know
Ill get the respect that I give
Thats just the way I live
Because the last girl
I had was moving
Things too fast (slow down)
She tried to pull a fooler
And do u know
What had happened
Hook (twice)
Ushers rap
The mack is right here
And yes I care as much
Just giving a little love
Its spreading everywhere
U see its
Here
Here
And here
Catch a feeling
Im having a little trouble
I know my girl will always
Hit it
Pit it
Like an orange
Cause it looks
Like numbness
My lovin and
Hugin
And bitterness
My peeps keep
Pumpin
Humpin
On stage
Im engaged
And yes
The truth is it
U see an
Ugly woman
U better change
Usher singing
Oh, yes
Like ushers my name
I cant go changing
My ways (oh, no)
As long as Im chillin
Then baby
U can call me the mack
Hook (3 times)

Stiff Competition
Stiff competition
If i go up-you take me higher
Stiff competition
And when i'm down- you take me higher
There's stiff competition all over the world
I screw you-you screw me-they screw us
Here we go again
Oh- but we have so much fun, so much fun
When we're together
When we're together
When we're together-now
I looked hard in your eyes
It was love at first sight
It took me minutes-you're still waiting
Waiting for your turn, you turn
It won't be long
Stiff competition
I work hard-every day of my life
Stiff competition
Get it up-you take me higher
Stiff competition
All over the world
The more i get- the more i like it
The bigger they are- the harder they fall
Again
Stiff competition
Stiff competition

Unconscious Competition
I have been single and cautiously looking,
For someone like you to pursue...
With a love for me that is recognized,
No matter What it is I do.
And I know from the start,
That will take someone,
With a strong and dynamic heart.
Since I am not one,
Who is seeking to be beaten...
By unconscious competition.
That in my life,
Has already been done.
This will be uncovered immediately,
To be quickly dismissed.
With an elimination without explanation,
As to why I have chosen to split and exit.

That's What It's Made For
That's What It's Made For"
Ooh, yeah baby yeaah
Uhhuhhuhhuhhmmm
Yeaah babe
Ooh, ooh
Oh, yeah
Listen up I got a story to tell
Check it out now
And I know you can identify with this one
Yeah yeah yeah, oh
Check it out
Figured I'd hit it and quit it just one night
Got so good to me doubled back twice, I
Musta been outta my mind
Knowin' I don't wanna
I'm about to nut up
Guess it's too late to turn back now
Can't appologize cuz that ain't my style
Shorty rainin' wet
Up in my ear talkin' 'bout
I got what you came for
This here got your name on it
Go on and hit it
That's what it's made for
We got protection
That's what it's made for
Boo are you trippin' now
You know i got it
That's what it's made for
So I can do you like this, baby
So I can freak you like this, baby
know you ain't felt it like this, baby
Girl I forgot it
But we gon' still get down like this
Game rules, no cap no cut
But even Superman couldn't turn your love down, I
Slipped up, slipped in
Hey man what the hell you doin?
Raw dog is a never
I know I know better
Heard her whisper
Dont worry I'm safe
Didn't matter cuz it's already to late
I was lost in the sauce, dead wrong
And I ain't stoppin' now
Parleein' in the bush again
Didn't think about what I was puttin' in it
Go on and hit it
That's what it's made for
She said, "You got somethin on right?"
That's what it's made for
Boo are you trippin'
You know I got it
Thats what it's made for
So I can do you like this, baby
So I can freak you like this, baby
know you ain't felt it like this, baby
Girl I forgot it
But we gon' still get down like this
Best stay where you are
That's what it's made for
Playa playa put it down
That's what it's made for
Oh baby turn around
You know I got it
That's what it's made for
So I can do you like this, baby
So I can freak you like this, baby
know you ain't felt it like this, baby
Girl I forgot it
But we gon' still get down like this
[Usher and girl speaking]
[Usher:] I gotta go
[Girl:] Mm mm, you ain't gotta go nowhere
[Usher:] Look baby I, something's comin' up, I gotta--
[Girl:] Mm mm, just get it up one more time, let me touch it
[Usher:] Again?
[Girl:] Again and again and again
[Usher:] Baby look--
[Girl:] Come on, you know that's what it's made for
[Usher:] You want me to sweat it out?
[Girl:] I want you to sweat it all out
[Usher:] I'mma get it baby
[Girl:] Get it, take it
[Usher:] Ok
[Girl:] Take it
[Usher:] I'mma get up inside
That's what it's made for (that's what it's made for)
That's what it's made for
Don't trip, I got protection
You know I got it
That's what it's made for
I'm gon' do you like this, baby
Oh you gon' freak you like this
Felt it like this
We gon' still get down like this
That's what it's made for
Oh, playa playa put it down
That's what it's made for
Too late to turn back now
You know I got it
That's what it's made for
Do you like this
Freak you like this
Felt it like this
Girl I forgot it
But we gon' still get down like this
And thats only the beginning (God)
I might as well just go to sleep here (damn)

Style Kills
Big bills
Cheap thrills
Style kills
You say you set your standards way too high
So you convincingly effect a compromise
Some unsuspecting bodys gonna pay
When you discover that you cant always
Have your way
Big pain, big pills, style kills
If he wont you will style kills
You say your lovers got a lot of nerve
cause he wont keep you in the style that you deserve
You kid yourself youre only marking time
Till you fulfill the revenge in the back
Of your mind
Clear out, no frills, style kills
You never take the blame for your mistakes
Why should you give anyone an even break
If he wont - you will style kills

Head Games
Daylight, alright
I dont know, I dont know if its real
Been a long night and something aint right
You wont show, you wont show how you feel
No time ever seems right
To talk about the reasons why you and I fight
Its high time to draw the line
Put an end to this game before its too late
Head games, its you and me baby
Head games, and I cant take it anymore
Head games, I dont wanna play the...
Head games
I daydream for hours it seems
I keep thinkin of you, yeah, thinkin of you
These daydreams, what do they mean?
They keep haunting me, are they warning me?
Daylight turns into night
We try and find the answer but its nowhere in sight
Its always the same and you know whos to blame
You know what Im sayin, still we keep on playin
Head games, thats all I get from you
Head games, and I cant take it anymore
Head games, dont wanna play the...
Head games
So near, so far away
We pass each other by cause we dont know what to say
Its so clear, Im sorry to say
But if you wanna win you gotta learn how to play
Head games, always you and me, baby
Head games, till I cant take it anymore
Head games, instead of makin love
Head games, ooh
Head games, always you and me, baby
Head games, till I cant take it anymore, no more
Head games, instead of makin love, we play
Head games
Head games, in the first degree
Head games, yeah, always you and me
Head games, why do you do it baby?
