What Is Love
Is love like an autumn leave that floats upon the breeze?
Lands once or twice and stays for but a moment.
Are loves fleeting thoughts glimpses of what might be?
Many paths to choose but which is the one?
Do they all lead to the same beautiful end?
Darkness and light, the abyss dismal and dank.
Lift thyself up and reach for the heavens.
But if love does float and land and stays a while.
What then? Could it last a lifetime? Or perhaps two?
Does the soul love, feel and remember after each rebirth?
Perhaps loves flame burns for an eternity.
Or maybe the burning of the light creates a dark desire.
Do the twain remain eternal throughout existance?
Seeking out the other whatever the price.
Walk through the tunnel of light together.
And meet on the far side... A love that shall never die...

My Hungry Soul
Spilling heartfelt emotions upon the page quells my pain,
I wander lost and alone in a barren emotionless land,
Consumed by a desperate hunger for love and affection,
My hunger not purely to dine upon the pleasures of the flesh,
But the intoxicating serenity of my hungry soul's emotions,
I crave that spellbinding look between two star crossed lovers,
When two hearts touch and the light of love shines,
To feel that sublime euphoria washing over my soul again,

Love Of The Light
The love of God is glory and pride,
happiness and a crown of joyfulness,
the love of God gladdens the heart,
giving happiness, joy and eternal life
For those who love, love without end
She was created created with the faithful in their mother's womb
She has made a home in all creation, an age old foundation
and to their descendents will she faithfully cling,
The fullness of wisdom is to love God;
She intoxicates them with her fruits;
She fills their entire hearts with treasures
and their souls with her produce.
The crown of wisdom is to love God,
She makes peace and health flourish.
The lord has seen and assessed her,
he has showered down knowledge and intelligence,
he has exalted the renown of those who practice her.

Living Higher
I need to live my life much higher, much higher than my former life.
To walk with Jesus is my desire, to walk each day like Jesus Christ.
And when I walk through the fire, to remember He was my sacrifice.
As at the time it was His desire, to pay for all men the ultimate price.
However, I must remember friend, the former life from where I came.
Back where God did condescend; saving me from my sin and shame.
With a Love, one can’t comprehend, and now my life is not the same.
And it’s His love that I recommend, and with my life, Christ I proclaim.
I need to be a witness every day, for Jesus Christ, who died for me,
And I need to walk that narrow way, so it is only Jesus men will see.
This as I choose the words I say, so men they may think on eternity.
As soon He’ll come without delay, returning in Power and Authority.
I’m saved by Grace from the night, with a message of light to herald.
Friend, now I am called to be a light, within a dark and gloomy world.
To boldly speak a Truth that’s right, even as men’s insults are hurled.
For soon all will see God’s might, when Christ’s Kingdom is unfurled.
My friend, the only thing sure in life, is that one day this life will end.
What is more than sound advice, is where in eternity will you spend?
If you desire to have Eternal Life, you need to know Christ my friend.
But if you choose to reject Christ, you alone shall stand condemned.

The darkness of my existance is blinding,
In the distance fireflies dance amidst the dark,
A flickering light in the bleakness of the abyss,
Lighting up the nothing that I have become,
Yet they are not fireflies but the lanterns of others,

Love may be misleading at this moment in time
Do not fear as a love sublime
is on it's way to restore your faith
to believe once again in love and grace
