And not worrying before experience
But being calm and peaceful and not tense.
The efficient method is careful planning
And all your selfish interests banning
With a responsibility should be the execution
And the problems to challenge with confrontation.
A good step gives an advantage to rate
It was referred to even by Aristotle the great
A good beginning almost assures success
And to a great outcome you'll have access.
With clean thoughts, broad mind and will power
And with strength you should stand tall like a tower
With ambition you get motivating and get going

A place to find
I have no where to go
I have strong desire it to forgo
I did grave mistake to miss the chances
You can sight many instances
You can term it as misfortune
It has taken me out of tune
I am unable to synchronize with the new change
The time is running out with the age
I have decided to go away for the good
I was completely running out of food
It is tragic that I failed on all the fronts
I wish not indulge in bad things and confront
I shall return to the nest
My next attempt will be very best
It may not be all together different
But the change will be definitely apparent
I have written commitment towards you
The phase was bad and it was to be passed through
I have failed to carry it honestly
But had made as good attempt earnestly
I ill strong will power to last it long
I may be right or wrong
It is still burning desire
I shall come out of the fire
I shall come back to rule the scene
It may be great success previously not seen
I know it is difficult to come out of it
I have still will power and feel very fit

It is good for strength not to be merciful
To its own weakness, good for the deep urn to run
over, good to explore
The peaks and the deeps, who can endure it,
Good to be hurt, who can be healed afterward: but
you that have whetted consciousness
Too bitter an edge, too keenly daring,
So that the color of a leaf can make you tremble
and your own thoughts like harriers
Tear the live mind: were your bones mountains,
Your blood rivers to endure it? and all that labor
of discipline labors to death.
Delight is exquisite, pain is more present;

A Success Story
Each and every one has got success story
You will be excited with news and others may feel sorry
Some one has to take the credit for it and enjoy
There may other factors too leading for the joy
It is culmination of hard efforts that makes it possible
It would have remained in dream and nearly impossible
Had there been no initiative of any sort in this regard?
It would have never been materialized even if worked very hard
It involves application of mind with strong resolve
No room is left and made sure that everybody is involved
It has to be joint effort with sincerity and dedication
It is first step toward success and is apparent indication
Success lies beneath the popular support
if you maintain contacts with good rapport
it will be great encouragement and contributing to strength

what amounts to failure or leading to success?
When you gain entry to have full access
You go with relentless efforts coupled with zeal

I Try
My mind sometimes feels so confused

I try to calm my thoughts
