Shadows
We peer into the shadows
where yesterday’s sunlight glows,
trying to capture and hold
yesterday’s sunlit gold.
We peer into tomorrow
to predict and plot
where that sun will likely go
(but where, perhaps, it will not) .
Today’s sunshine still blazes
its disc ever overhead.
Past and future are autumn hazes
that drift through the land of the Dead.

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow
Yesterday I done things that pleased others
Today I do things that pleased myself
Tomorrow is the day I change what I have done wrong
Yesterday I hate things that hurt me
Today I shall change things under my control
Tomorrow I shall do more that I can envisioned
Yesterday I had past my youth era
Today I am wiser than yesterday

Beautiful Yesterday.
Beautiful yesterday
Always comes
With that fairy
Of the sugar plums.
When we are alone
Wishing for things
That are gone.
Diamond rings
Those imposters
Where sunlight once shone,
Twinkle so cheap.
Yet
It is not then
It is now we must keep.
Forever begins at dawn.
Yesterday and tomorrow
Those unreachable twins
Still wait to be born.
Yesterday the fruit
Clung to the vine.
Tomorrow I will quaff
The Holiest wine.

It is nice to hear about yester years
It may please and give joy in ears
It was somebody yesterday
It may be your turn today
I think too much of to tomorrow
The mind remains occupied and did not allow
No concrete action can be thought over
Yesterday can’t provide any cover
You keep in sight of yesterday
Think precisely of today
The present should occupy real position
There has to be some permanent transition
We can’t think of better yesterday
It has gone and left nothing for the day
The future may trouble us for some action
We have nothing to offer as solution
We may not be able to talk of past
The days were counted to last

Live today not as yesterday, or as if there's no tomorow, but live today as today. Because yesterday was the past which you shall not dwell in, and tomorrow is the future which we have no control over. but live today as today, I say at this very moment. Everyday the population is growing and to find some peace of mind is something rare

Dont you know that the world is cold and filthy, aw yes it is, but if youre a special child
They know sometimes youll be misunderstood, (you can never look back)

I see a flickering light
