Years of Tears
Years of tears for no ears to hear, lonely for years am I
Years of tears for no ears to hear in silence they dropp and die
Years of tears, hidden deep, I cannot weep, nor cry.
Years of tears, for many fears of dying alone, I sigh.
Years of tears which no one hears as many years go by.
Years of tears in the lonely sky, my tears grow wings and fly.

Wasted Tears
At the height of my hysteria
While I was yet again choking on my tears
I realized just how many tears
I've shed for all of you
Over the years
Wasted is how I view them
Because wasted is what they are
And each tear plummeted down my face
It left behind a never fading scar
My precious tears none of you deserved
And the satisfaction of knowing I've shed then
Is what you've gained
But none of you care in the least
That shedding those tears
cruelly caused me so much pain
So I dry my eyes for the last time

No Conclusion Can Be Laid
A long time ago
in a land far away
lived a young boy
whom in his tomorrows
many tears he would cry.
In his heart, he wished to fly,
soar near the heavens
where the eagles gather.
His talent was criticized
and rebuked by his family
and even some of his friends joined in.
In the shadows of his world
each night where no one could see
he shed his tears in private
deep in the loneliness he felt.
Many years have passed
and his friends have become fewer.
Age stripped away his youth,
but his talent remained.
In that, there were no borders
or obstacles to cross.
He kept his talent to himself.
Why share it with an angry world
whose only contentment
was to put him down.
Then one day came a chance,
he took it reluctantly
fearing all the criticism he might receive
and the tears he might once again cry.
However it was a surprise to him
when someone, a stranger
recognised the talent he had.
Instead of criticism, he received praise.
Soon the tears of sadness
were replaced with tears of joy.
That boy, a man now
much older and much wiser
shares his wisdom with everyone
whom from its glass cares to drink.
There is no ending to this story
no conclusion can be laid.
Only in the future
and by a higher power
will that decision be made.

Tears
Eyes are adored by everyone
but tears have their own tale to tell
understands none, the anguish & pain
of tears that are confined to the cell.
Flow of tears lightens one
none, call it shock

Ive tried and Ive tried for so long to please you
Gave you every bit of my time

I turned my family and good friends against me

Tears
Tears...
Dry them!
Do it now!
You've spent enough time,
Giving grief your attention!
I shed them myself.
Not for hours, days or weeks!
But years!
That's all I could do!
That's all I felt my eyes were in my head,
To produce!
I realized my tears were not being felt,
By anyone else but myself.
I could not borrow empathy for my sorrows.
I dried those tears.
Took smiling lessons.
Believed I could fly...
Until I fell off the curb from a high,
I thought I enjoyed.
But 'weed' does not last too long!
I asked myself what was wrong?
It was me!
I could not believe it!
I had wanted to believe my tears came from something...
OR someone else.
But...
They were rolling down 'my' eyes.
And that agony was mine!
It wanted me more than I wanted it!
I got rid of it!
I became my friend!
My 'best' friend!
And like all good friends...
I learned to enjoy myself.
I learned that my happiness was deserving!
I began serving myself dosages of happiness...
On a daily basis!
Tears?
You can shed them if you want!
But I am willing to bet,
You'll be doing it by yourself!
And if you're happy doing it?
Be thankful.
Celebrate!
However...
If you find yourself delivering tears?
Find out 'who' is behind the production.
And 'why' you are left to pay the cost!
Such performances are usually not worthy,
Of the price paid!
