Ashes To Ashes
When you finally pass away,
Remember that's when not if,
Regardless of how you've got to say,
It'll be strange just lying there stiff.
Will you be able to hear what's going on?
As your relatives look down on you,
By what they're saying will you feel put upon,
Will there be many or perhaps just a few.
The comments you'll have heard before,
On many a sombre occasion,
To some just being there will be such a chore,
As inside they'll be filled with elation.
Some will be saying, ‘' Thank God he's dead ‘'
As they give your wife a wry smile,
‘' I always said he was off his head ‘'
Your reputation they'll try to defile.
Then there'll be those who genuinely care,
Mainly family members and friends,
They'll all be crying, this just isn't fair,
A broken heart never mends.
There will be the usual funeral crowd,
Just out for a meal and a bevy,
After a few drinks they'll start to get loud,
The conversation will then turn heavy.
It wouldn't be a funeral without a good fight,
After a session the battle begins,
It doesn't matter who's wrong or right,
It's the price you pay for your sins.
Did he leave me any money or perhaps his house?
Who is getting his big fancy car?
Though I always thought of him as a low down louse,
Taking his cash I would never debar.
In this cruel world there are hypocrites galore,
Funerals seem to bring out the best,
Seeing their crocodile tears is hurtful it's sore,
I'm not ready to be laid to rest.
Though I've never been near a Church in years,
For some reason that's where I'm interred,
The very thought of it has me in tears,
My demise I now wish they'd deferred.
I was promised I'd be buried and felt elated,
All my wishes would finally come true,
But the deadbeats are having me cremated,
If I could I'd knock them all black and blue.
They're saying I'm off to a better place,
How in Gods name would they know?
I'd be happier if my previous life they'd replace,
I'll be glad to let one of them go.
This dying is not what it's cracked up to be,
The wife's saying it's the quietest I've been,
What in the world does she expect of me,
I'm deceased that's why I look so serene.
I've accepted I'm dead now it's my time to go,
I won't stay in a place I'm not wanted,
For your treatment of me I must let you know,
I'll ensure forever more you'll be haunted.
I may end up Heaven or it could be Hell,
Though Gods rules I don't believe I've abused,
Depending on the judge, who can tell,
All these religions have got me confused.
Well it's finally time I'm now on my way,
All I can see are bright flashes,
Will I live to fight another day?
Or will it be Just,
‘' Ashes To Ashes ‘'

Time Mends A Broken Heart
(jeff lynn/ kiki dee)
Producer for bonnie: christopher neil
Im living in another time another place
I knew you then
It used to be a different world
And now I start to live again
A sight of heaven in a grain of sand
Leading me on taking me by the hand
Time mends a broken heart
Time mends a broken heart
Love tears it all apart
But time mends a broken heart
I see you in another life
Theres someone else that I didnt know
Theres someone else that I dont know
It used to hurt me deep inside
I had to learn to let you go
I thought that happiness was by your side
I didnt know that it was here in me
And still alive
Time mends a broken heart
Time mends a broken heart
Love tears it all apart
But time mends a broken heart
Time mends a broken heart
Time mends a broken heart
Love tears it all apart
But time mends a broken heart

When tommorow begins without me
When tomorrow begins the new day,
I will not be here for you to see.
Please dont let the sun rise
and see the tears you shed for me.
I don't want you to cry for me like you did today.
I wish so much you wouldn't cry.
The way you did today,
I know how much you loved me,
And I loved you all too.
And of corse I understand that you'll miss me.
I will miss you too but your all in my heart.
But now when tomorrow begins without me,
Please try to find it in your heart understand.
Gods angels called my name,
They reached out a hand to me and said it's time to go.
And So I took theire hand.
My place was ready in heaven above.
I cried tears as I lert you all behind.
But you'll be coming with me in my heart.
But as I turned to walk away a tear fell from my eye.
For all my lifeI wanted to the fight todie.
In the end I felt there wasn't much left for me.
And yet I wanted one more day.
I wanted to say my goodbyes but is the one thing I couldn't do.
But then I f realised this could never be.
For you would have stopped me even though my time had come.
And when I thought of you all left behind.
My heart was filled with guilt sorrow.
But as I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt peace and harmony.
When God looked at me and smiled at me,
He said Amy this is eternity.
Here you can start afresh.
I promise you no tomorrows only today.
Your life on earth is now your past.
Here you don't have to worry about your past.
God said to me Amy come take my hand.
And it was then I finally began to understand.
God had choosen my pain to end.
So when tomorrow begins without me,
Please know we are not apart,
We live on in each others hearts

At Last My Life Begins
As you matured and fell in love,
This was going to be for life,
You knew that when you met him,
One day you'd be his wife.
You both had really good times,
Three kids and a beautiful house,
Your life was really rosy,
You never realised he was a louse.
When you met and fell in love,
The charm he had mastered,
Little did you realise,
He was a dirty cheating dastard.
Now he's gone and left you,
You think to yourself, why me,
Banish those thoughts and look ahead,
Then very soon you'll see.
It's not just you it's his family,
All his friends as well,
He's showed he never gave a damn,
Now let him rot in Hell.
Throughout all this you're innocent,
Remember you stayed true,
This will give you comfort,
Whenever you feel blue.
Never ever blame yourself,
You always did your best,
When you learn to accept that,
You'll give your mind a rest.
Now that you're away from him,
You can start your life anew,
You'll soon gain your self- respect,
He'll be the one to stew.
We humans have a conscience,
It can give us serious strife,
His will make him suffer,
For the remainder of his life.
Never ever seek revenge,
That gives some sick pleasure,
Time will show and he'll soon know,
He's lost his greatest treasure.
Discard the hatred you feel inside,
Then you'll start to feel elation,
That's when you'll find your inner self,
It's a wonderful sensation.
Banish his memory from your mind,
Although it lasted long,
You can live with conscience clear,
You did nothing wrong,
One thing you must never forget,
He's a filthy lying cheat,
So get out there, enjoy yourself,
Show the world you can't be beat.
You must stay strong and resolute,
Stay true to what you've done,
When you see your life improve,
You'll know you've finally won.
When your kids have grown up,
You can shout out loud,
I kept my values through all this,
For that I'm really proud,
Life is short so make the most,
While you're still here,
Be proud of your achievements,
Your future is now clear.
Then as your life moves on apace,
A message you can send,
Is life goes on regardless,
Your broken heart will mend.
Soon you will be back in life,
You'll show him with a force,
That you'll be even stronger,
When you get that divorce,
You can walk with head held high,
You'll be the one who wins,
New love will come and you will shout,
'' At Last My Life Begins''
Lay Me Down
Lay Down
By MaKayla Straight
I lay my head down peacefully
Knowing that this is the last night I live
I close my eyes
And think about all the good things that has happened to me
I try to hide my tears
Though I do not know why I hide them
Nobody is around here to see
See that these are really happy tears
Happy because I know that I have lived my life the way I wanted too.
I was not in chains my whole life
I figured how to break the spell
I know I am not beautiful
I know I am not perfect
I know there is not much about me
I know
I know
I know
Lying in bed makes me realize it
Lying in bed makes me feel so truthful with myself
Lying in bed for the last night feels such a relief
Nobody would understand that this is by far the best night
Only because I know that my suffering is done.
I can finally smile and mean it
No more fake smiles
I lay down for the last time
I close my eyes and start counting backwards from one hundred
I get to fifty and my tears start to pour down my cheek.
I am so glad this is the last day
Last day forever
I continue to count.
I finally get to ten
I take a deep breath and close my eyes
Three
Two
One
I am finally at peace with myself and the world
I float on up to heaven
To be with all the ones I have lost in the past
I slowly go
With a smile upon my face
My mind and my soul are up in heaven
But my body is lying down on my bed
With a smile upon my face
Everybody will know that I have died Happy

I dream of...
I dream of a place up above called heaven
I dream of a place where I can rest forever
Where I can be with my family as a kid
Caring about nothing but mom's kiss
And dad's hug
Where I can be the tomboy, spending time with my adorable brothers
I dream of leaving this world peacefully
Forgiven by god and secondly by people
I dream of a reputation that would nourish life after I'm gone
I dream of millions of people coming to my funeral
I dream of an imaginary world emptied of hatred and estrangement
I dream of a windy weather, cold yet does not make me cough
I dream of a time when I can laugh non stop with the people I love the most without having a tragedy later that would make me regret
I dream of a time when I finally settle down somewhere comfortable 100% sure I will never leave
Please god, these are my dreams for once and for all
These all I wish for
If i had one reason to stay,
It would be to obey
And here I am asking for your forgiveness,
And asking you to take my soul whenever you think I'm ready

Smoke And Ashes
I'd heard rumors and I'd heard talk
About the trail you'd left of broken hearts
About the sea of tears too wide to cross
But a little bad press has never scared me off
So I burned a path to figure out
How to get me some of what you got
I've got a red hot heart
If the talk is true your's is the same
And we should be together
And let our passions fan love's flame
When I looked for you I almost passed you by
You were so cool and calm
I thought my friends had lied
But I thought so much reserve must make you wild inside
It was there and then that I knew
I had to get some of what you got
I've got a red hot heart
If the talk is true your's is the same
And we should be together
And let our passions fan love's flame
I thought I'd won your heart when I held you hand in mine
I thought it was true love the way we complemented each other
But my right is your wrong
And when you're right then I'm left with nothing
Your light and your heat have all been spent
Leaving only smoke and ashes
Only smoke and ashes baby
I've got a red hot heart
And your heart's as blue as the blood in your veins
I say there's fire down below
You say it's only smoke and ashes baby
I'm crying all the time
Salty stinging tears
And mourning for the past carbon-dated years
But knowing now for certain that you were always right
Because if a breeze could blow you out of my life
It's only smoke and ashes baby
Only smoke and ashes baby
I've got a red hot heart
And your heart's as blue as the blood in your veins
I say there's fire down below
You say it's only smoke and ashes baby
I was blinded by devotion
My unwavering love for you
So blinded that I thought all your lies were true
But now I know for certain since you've gone away
It was just a smoldering fire I mistook for a blaze
Only smoke and ashes baby
I've got a red hot heart
And your heart's as blue as the blood in your veins
I say there's fire down below
You say it's only smoke and ashes baby
Only smoke and ashes baby, baby ...

Every tear you shed for the dead you love
Reminds them of the earth people who love them
And the dead are now confused
To go or not to go
To finally leave and be full-fledged souls to the other world
Every tear confuses them
And you are so cruel, you shed so many tears
Enough for the dead to be restless and crazy,
Please stop crying, let the dead go, we just buried them.

The Truth Hurts
So the truth finally comes out
You finally see through all his games
And all his lies
You finally realize
That the only place he was every perfect
Was in your eyes
In that moment you realize
That every moment you shared meant nothing at all
And you've never felt like such an idiot
Or so incredibly small
And you realize
That you'd rather stay lying on the ground
Then get back up after taking that long, miserable fall
As your friends draw close to you
Even though you feel the pain start to set in
You fake a smile and say:
'I'm just glad I know the truth about him'
But when the lights go out
And your left alone
And down your cheeks slowly start to fall tears
The pain in your heart
Turns into a burning fire
That does nothing but sear
That's when you realize
That the hadest thing to do
Is accept what you know to be true
Because sometimes
Nothing hurts more
Than the truth

When I Die
When I die I want my ashes scattered in the sky.
I want the winds to take me to the four corners
Of the earth, letting people know of my life
Of my birth, and all that I done that had some worth.
I want to feel the winds beneath my feet
The gentle breeze upon my face
The sun radiating the heat and its glory
For my family and friends to tell my story
When I die I don’t want tears
I’m going to a better place which
I’ve known for years.
I’ve seen this place in my dreams
And in my mind, and I know that I’ll be fine.
Death is just another door in time
That will free our soul and mind
And we’ll live throughout all time.
So when I die, don’t mourn for me
For I am finally free.
If on occasion you happen to remember me
It’s because in my prayers you will be.

My Beautiful Amazing girl...
How beautiful are you my love,
Your face, so smooth, so perfect like a dove,
Your lips, like scarlet ribbon,
So inviting, to me they are given,
Your eyes, so blue,
So beautiful and true,
Your hair, flows carelessly in the breeze,
It is you I wish to be mine, to seize,
Your teeth, so bright,
So lovely and white,
Your body, so fine,
The smell of perfume and winters pine,
Creates a spark in me, I wish you to be mine,
Your smile so perfect and good,
Each dimple and freckle exactly the place it should,
Your cheeks are like fresh blooming roses,
That enhance the beauty of your nose,
Your neck empowered with a beautiful Smell,
Reminds me of riding a perfect wave with an awesome swell,
My left hand under your head,
My right embraces and makes your cheeks turn red,
I nibble your neck,
And give you a peck,
You lean in for more,
You don't want to feel anxious or needy anymore,
You don't want to keep me out,
Because I'm all you ever think about,
We embrace,
I can feel the beat of your heart start to race,
I pull you in,
And hug you tight,
You explode with happiness within,
You have no reason to fight,
This is all you ever wanted,
This is the thing that in your mind had haunted,
Haunted every thought,
And the things you were taught,
You hug twice as hard,
All your nervousness and pain you disregard,
You give up yourself,
and let go of oneself,
You freeze the moment,
And wish for atonement,
You wish it to stay like this,
Now and forever, just to stay bliss,
To stay with me,
To see what I see,
And feel my glee,
And to become one not two,
To help each other when they're blue,
This is the love you wish to get,
And then for the rest of your life, you'll be set,
You will have all that you desire,
No need to worry about attire,
Because I love you, it wouldn't matter what you looked like,
There isn't a thing about you I dislike,
I know that you are just the same,
So together let us be tame,
And put away our shame,
Both of us together, let's be free,
Both of us let see,
What true love is,
True love tis'
What we had, have, and are going to get,
So don't you even forget,
That you are my world,
No matter how much the rest of it is swirled,
I will see straight,
That you are pure and just,
That meeting you wasn't choice, it was a matter of fate...

The Dead Can Never Be Forgotten
The rose turns black, the eyes turn red. A ghost haunting my soul. Still you right next to me. Seven years seems so long, dead and gone. You are missed as is your succulent kiss. Lost in the night fog, the glass broke I held you in my arms, carried you safety but it was already too late, you complained of being cold. And it took all i had to hold the tears from falling. I died inside. I was weak and imbudent. It destroyed everything I loved and knew. Even now you are still in my thoughts, driving me with last words that were to me. I love you but you must let go. You already knew. For better or worse, i wanted to curse the world at that moment. You were gone pronounced dead on the spot. You were the best I ever had. To replace that hole in my heart hasn't happen yet. I live with many regrets but not that night. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I still pray for the day when I get to see you again. But I must keep going, keep looking on how to fill the void its still there, even after all the time. Most wouldn't understand, you were the one of a million. I've tried and tried. Its still not working, its still hurting, but it has become dull a faded. But must never forget what it meant the time we spent together. Every waking moment just another mistake on top of greatest love I ever had. But finally I have truly moved on this was the closest I ever felt to love I had for you. And now I fucked it up yet again. Its okay there will be another day when the sun shines bright again.

Dear Wife
Dear Wife I write you this poem
As I have been told it would do me well,
To let you know what you have done to me,
And ask why you put me through all this hell.
I brought you here all the way from your home
To be my wife and my love forever more,
I then gave you all, and I did without,
But then your went knocking at other mens door.
I then found out you were telling lies about me
And love letters and phone calls to other men you sent
But you I had trusted with my whole heart and soul
So your many affairs on me, I never had the hint.
Dear Wife this is your poem
I hope you read it over and over again
Your sister said your affair on me wasn't your first
As you did it also with your other husbands and men.
Did you tell anyone else what you did too me
About mentally and physically abusing me all the time
And how you always put yourself always first
And never what was yours was also was mine.
You left our house when your family had slept
So you could go out and be with with another man
As you didn't care who you used or had hurt
And you I don't think no one could ever understand.
Dear Wife here is more of your poem
I truly hope that you will read it all
Have you told anyone who you left me for
Or are you ashamed and want that to be my call.
He too is a liar and and user and also a thief
And in so many ways he is just like you
As he too has not a job but lives off others
So he now tells you what you can or cannot do.
He had cheated on his wife so she left him
And also I found out he is a Momma’s boy
He is a coward and he cant fight his own fight
And as you know all of that is a true story.
Dear Wife here is more of your poem
There is so much more that I need to write
Are you going to raise your daughters the way you live
And have them believing that you were always right.
Will they think its alright to jump from one man to another
And its better to always take than it is to give,
And to ignore GOD’S word and think only of themselves
Tell me is that how you want them to live.
Soon one day all of your family and friends will find out
Of all of your lying and the ways that you do act
And hopefully none of your family will turn out like you
And as you know those are not lies, but only fact.
Dear Wife this of course is your poem
And you know that none of it is a lie
I never expected what you had done to me
So deep inside my soul I surely did die.
I kept all the messages you sent in your letters
Even the one about your hickey given in our house
The one your bragged about that was given to you
And it wasn't given by me, your spouse.
I remember when you told your daughters and me
How every Sunday that you had to go to school,
Even on Valentines day and your Birthday you had to go
Then I found out it was lie, and once again I am the fool.
Dear Wife here is some more of your poem
I am beginning to feel a lot better now,
As I did nothing wrong and it was always you,
And truly I do feel so happy with my soul and I am proud.
You committed adultery and you robbed and you stole,
And I stayed truthful to my wife and love which was you,
When you were abandoned in Scotland for over a year
Remember it was I your husband who wanted you.
I still have the pictures and the mail you had sent
And everyone even your family knows of your past,
All your adultery and affairs and cheating you have done,
The evils you have done to others will always last.
Dear Wife again this is your poem
If not without you it would of never been born
Some talk about the fury inflicted by scorned women
But I tell you this, a man too does not like to be scorned.
You have gossiped and criticized everyone in your life
Told of secrets and promises that you swore to keep
You honor no one and loyalty is not your friend,
And for you soul, sad to say no one will ever weep.
You have talked about your sisters and your brother
You said of their problems that they have many
Then you talked about your ex-husbands and ex-lovers
And this and we say Wife; Problems you have many.
Dear Wife This is the end of my poem
I hope truly that you have read it well,
And I hope all that know you, have read it too,
As they will too know, the truth is all that I did tell.
You have no conscience or dignity about yourself,
Is that why you changed your looks once again,
You cant change your soul, like changing of your hair
Seems you cant stay away from adultery and sin.
When you sleep tell me how do you sleep
I bet you sleep well, that is if you have not a soul,
And are you waiting for another man to come in your life,
So you can again start another life not far down the road.
Dear wife, I wander will your daughters be like you
Later in years when women they will become
You already have taught them how to lie and steal
And how to use men for gain and also fun.
I remember when they told me about all your boyfriends
And all the men you had stay with you for the night
And sad to say I later became one of those men
I guess I became the man next in your expanding line.
I wander if your daughters are happy with you
And the life that you gave them to live
They don't know how to be true and virtuous woman
The greatest present a mother to her daughter she could give.
Dear Wife, that name I wont call you anymore
As my wife to me you can never be
As you did the sins no other wife would ever do
And everyone of that one fact would always agree.
So you can tell your lies to everyone that you meet
Do you believe any one but a sinner would believe your lies
As you don't and never did walk the steps of morality or virtue
Now when you feel the cold wind that is GODS sadden sigh.
So using me and abusing me will happen no more
As to my mind and soul on that one thought I do reflect
As i can do so much better but you will not ever
And now my Dear Wife, you will ever be known as my ex.

This Is What You Wanted
Death is hard to understand,
Cause you have to be,
Dead to understand it.
Just like my uncle,
I am dead.
I'm with him now.
I can finally breath,
I can finally run,
I am finally free.
You should be,
Happy too,
Cause you don't have me.
Just like you wished for,
I'm dead,
And gone forever.
You don't even cry,
Or come to my,
Funeral.
You don't look happy,
You look bad,
You look sad.
You've got another girl,
All the money in the wordl,
And too many cars.
You said you loved me,
But you always hurt me,
And never said sorry.
I'm happy,
You aren't,
But you should be happy,
ANd I should be sad.
Cause this is what,
You always wanted...

Live life to the fullest
Remember when you were little?
It seems so long ago.
There were a lot of big changes it seemed.
Like your first christmas, first birthday, first everything.
Then you learned to walk and talk
And finally went to school for the first time.
It seemed to take forever just to turn 13,
To finally become a teenager.
Just a few short years later,
Guess what, you turn 16.
Now you have more freedom,
and a brand new car.
A couple of years later,
You graduate high school and turn 18.
Finally it is time to say your goodbyes.
To leave your parents house and go to college.
Now you have graduated college,
And have a full time job.
Maybe you have even started a family.
So where did all those years go?
Just live your life and try not to grow up too fast.

Waiting for you to tire
Ive been doing this since I was 12 years old
I remember rapping, standing in the freezing cold
Its funny cause we always said we would blow
I still feel the buzz from the crowd, I remember that show
you don't need to remind me I know it was four years ago
I can't forget the feeling I would get when I read back a rhyme I wrote on a page
Ill never forget that party, it was the first time I performed on a stage
and I know you remember cause you know we blew it away
they had their phones out, theyre hands up, they loved it, what can I say?
There was a place in my dreams a place I was trying to find
used to battle in school but the real battle was between my heart and mind
and I couldn't see what I was saying when I freestyled because I was blind
I was always thinking about the future but now all I wanna do is rewind
I keep playing back old recordings so I can find the fire
its like they want me to fail they're just waiting for me to tire...
Because this road you walk isn't as clear as it first seemed
they're just waiting for you to tire...
so you can no longer see the place that you have dreamed
they're just waiting for you to tire...
waiting for you to tire, waiting for you to tire.
But I'm not tired, I'm putting on a brave face
I don't like you being close, can't you you see I need my space?
Because if I don't say hello there will be no need to say good bye
cause every day I watch friends of mine as they slowly die
this messed up life is the reason that I started to write
and I used to enjoy this life until everyone started to fight
it all became one repeated battle that was no longer raw
and honestly I didn't like what it was all represented for
cause I left it all behind but you wouldn't go with me
too many people confused the rythm, they didn't understand the poety
and I promised myself I would never rap with you again
I started hearing a grime flow, so many people were doing it the same
and your doing a so called wifey tune when she'll never be your wife
your talking about guns and you've never seen one in your life
and the news is blaming rap again cause a youth was taken by a kinfe?
they're just waiting for me to tire as I keep trying to write...
Because this road you walk isnt as clear as it first seemed
theyre just waiting for you to tire...
so you can no longer see the place that you have always dreamed
theyre just waiting for you to tire...
waiting for you to tire, waiting for you to tire.
your entire life
you fight only to survive
you continue to strive
only to keep the hope you have alive...
And the devils do run you round in circles
yet they manage to keep you in the line
but to the battle you have to return
it is your time to find the fire
are you really ready to finally tire?

I Became A Politician
My aim in life when growing up was to learn a trade,
A bricklayer or a plumber that would have me made,
I wanted all the trappings my earnings would then bring,
A lovely wife and children a home where I'd be king.
Now I've served my time I find it really strange,
As a tradesman I don't earn enough I think it's time for change,
That home I've always dreamed of is too far out of sight,
The wife has not materialised I've really had a fright.
I then went on a training course to become a civil engineer,
I thought my god I'll make it big then I'll look back and leer,
Little did I realise this was not enough,
With the cost of living rising my life got really tough.
I then trained once again to make designer pottery,
Ii have to say I've failed once more I'll have to win the lottery,
If I don't make some money soon my landlord who's a louse,
Has said to me get on your bike I don't want you in my house.
I then thought I've got it I'll become an electrician,
This was it I'd soon be rich I was on a mission,
Five years on I'm still alone in a tower block,
The money like the electrics has been a dreadful shock.
I need to get a job now that will pay me loads of money,
I want it to be easy going I want it to be funny,
I've slaved for over twenty years and now I've got the itch,
To try a life in politics for they're all filthy rich.
Then I seen the local news there was to be a bye election,
As I knew the chairman I'd ask him for selection,
He knew me really well for reasons he'd rather not,
But the info that I had on him left him rather fraught.
His attitude towards me really was abrupt,
He said you'll make a good M.P. you're dishonest and corrupt,
I won the right to fight the seat at last I'd been selected,
When the votes were counted at last I'd been elected.
When I entered politics and finally took my seat,
My earnings were enormous my life became so sweet,
Now I have my penthouse my wife and children too,
My mistress and my fancy jags I'm among the chosen few.
I pay my wife to work for me my children and my dog,
No need to keep receipts or any financial log,
You even give me money for the maintenance on my boat,
Then you go and pay for a duck house for my moat.
I thank you for the shaving cream and my fancy combs,
You even give me cash for flipping second homes,
That means the house you bought me you won't make money off it,
For I can sell it make a mint and keep the massive profit.
I can claim for anything as I travel from coast to coast,
Claiming back what I say I've spent including tea and toast,
Travelling all around the world languishing in the sun,
Champagne and caviar each day this life is so much fun.
Anything I want I put it on my expenses,
Regardless of what I buy the taxpayer recompenses,
One thing I don't agree with is travelling with the lower class,
So kindly dropp that notion on that one I will pass
When they caught me fiddling I heard the speaker say,
Although you'll be suspended we'll let you keep your pay,
Whenever I'm caught stealing I need not fear the sack,
I just keep my head down and within a week I'm back.
Telling you what we fiddle that we will not abide,
We'll tell you what is legal the rest of it we'll hide,
If I ever lose my seat that won't cause me tension,
I will then just walk away with my massive pension.
Now I'll in live in comfort all my problems now have ceased,
I'll live my life of grandeur with all the cash I've fleeced,
Just when I think I'm finished with all the crossing swords,
I'm suddenly promoted to the illustrious House of Lords.
I just show up here every day and the money that I reap,
Is paid for doing nothing as all I do is sleep,
The taxpayers must be off their heads as they don't seem to mind,
From the House of Lords to parliament we rob them bloody blind.
As I'm rolling in the money now it's time to write my book,
Telling how I sold my soul and the morals I forsook,
I don't care a damn about the fact the system stinks,
As I am now his lordship who cares what you lot thinks.
There is no hint of conscience for now I can be sure,
I'll never need to work again I never will be poor,
All the previous jobs I've had just gave me endless strife,
That is why I chose to be to be in politics for life.
The most I made from other work was as a civil engineer,
Even then I struggled to buy myself a beer,
I've been a bricklayer and a plumber a potter and electrician,
But I didn't hit the big time till,

Intro
Oh man
(hey)
Yeah
(hey)
(ha ha)
Lets turn this house
Into a happy home
(this for all the homeboys)
(that couldnt)
Lets turn this house
Into a happy home
(as long as one of us got it)
(some of us got it)
Lets turn this house
Into a happy home
(you know what that is)
(stay down for me)
(ha ha)
Verse 1:
Now we been kicking it, for quite some time
Remain beside me, through my trials
In this life of crime, we done fought
So many times, I forgot to count
I never hit you, now the coward
Rather leave your house, remember back in december
When we was tight, sippin alize and crystal
While in every night in my bedroom
Promise that I commit to you soon
Tongue kiss me everytime you see
We step inside a room, straight out the hood
We promise to be good to each other
Plus I love you so I know you goin make a good mother
Just try to understand if I change a time
Its only cause I never owned anything thats mine
So Im trying, you can stay with my momma but keep the drama
To a low, never call the police
I never call you bitch or hoe
We were all born hungry in this world alone
Finally moved out
My moms house
And got a happy home
Chorus : female singer (2pac)
Hap-py home (lets turn the house into a happy home)
Hap-py home (finally made it out of my momz house)
(got a happy home)
Hap-py home (lets turn the house into a happy home)
Happy home
(huh)
Verse 2 :
Born through hard times ghetto child of mine
I wonder if you have to suffer for your fathers crimes
To be honest its a hard road
Just keep your faith in god
Knowin you can be scarred though
Look at him walkin and talkin
A little child with my eyes and mouth
Father, watch over little seeds
Help me guide them out
Had to change my whole lifestyle
Married my babys momma
Made her my wife now
Im tryin hard yall
Maybe in time
Ill be a better man
Watching the older couples handle it like veterans
Show me the meaning of forever
And together we rise if it would
Help our child grow live together
We die
Why question my love
Its so easy to see without my family
All Im left with is a shadow of me
After all the arguements and the nights alone
Now its time to live the good life
Inside a happy home
Chorus :
Hap-py home (turn the house into a happy home)
Hap-py home (finally got to live a good live inside a happy home)
Hap-py home (turn the house into a happy home)
Hap-py home (a happy home)
Male singer (2pac) :
All these problems got me gone,we got a family of our own
I just want a happy home (turn this house into a happy home)
Long as we just stand up alone, Ill promise I wont do you wrong
I just want a happy home (finally made it out of my momz house)
(got a happy home)
Female singer (2pac)
Hap-py home (turn the house into a happy home)
Hap-py home (finally got to live a good live inside a happy home)
Hap-py home (finally made it out of my momz house)
(got a happy home)
(hey)
(haha)
(turn this house into a happy home)
As long one of us got, some of us got it
(turn this house into a happy home)

I had a thought on your funeral...
Eighty years of life
on this Earth
Was it worth?
I had a thought on your funeral.
Eighty years ago in heaven
when you were just the soul
and wanted to forever become
a part of this whole
You urged God to grant you a life
And promised
you would this time achieve your goal
But did you keep your promise at all?
I had a thought on your funeral.
The aim of your taking birth was
Service, contribution and asceticism
You instead chose
Hoarding, platitude and hedonism
God prescribed
Love, joy and compassion
On your life you inscribed
Jealousy, gloom and repression
I had a thought on your funeral.
Childhood’s dawn wiped out in dependence
Lust devoured on the morning of adolescence
Youth’s noon you squandered
due to fear and apprehension
Dusk of old age got totaled in
egotism, vanity and pretension
I had a thought on your funeral.
I asked myself
Was I any different from you?
Was I keeping my own promise to God?
The response from within came in negative
My heart did not give the nod
Seeing you sleeping in God’s lap
with a performance that was dismal
Your funeral appeared to me
as God’s signal
And I realized I had a chance to change
before I reached my own burial.
I had a thought on your funeral.
