An Industrial Estate

I walk through the fields laden with life,
There are flowers, bushes and trees,
They show no signs of stress or of strife,
There's wonder in the birds and bees.

The deer roam free while the fox cubs play,
The voles and mice are at rest,
An eagle overhead blocks the sunshine's ray,
This is truly how beauty's expressed.

At one with nature is how we should live,
We all have a right to survive,
Being cruel to others is hard to forgive,
Why don't we let animals thrive?

I've come back home after a long time gone,
To see where I ventured and played,
The wildlife habitat has been withdrawn,
All those animals have now been betrayed.

We cannot complain when we're overrun,
By animals seeking shelter from above,
We've stolen their land when all's said and done,
Without mercy they've been given the shove.

Where can they go when we steal their land?
The fact is we don't really care,
The way we treat animals is so underhand,
They've no time or chance to prepare.

Like us they'll try their best to exist,
Though they're living in constant fear,
Their right to live is being dismissed,
Take action now or they'll all disappear.

Those beautiful fields that I once knew,
All the animals have been left to their fate,
From their old habitat the pollution will spew,
As it's now,

Animals

I know what I need I need you
I cant see nothin else all I can see is you
I dont care what they say about my state of mind
I know whats good for me and you are just my kind
We are animals we are animals we are animals we are animals
I know what I want I want you
Shed your cloths forget your codes
You know this is nothing new
I smell your scent I taste your sweat
I feel this passion too
Lets trust our senses not our minds
Lets break all the rules
We are animals we are animals
We are animals we are animals
We are animals
We are animals
Come with me run with me leave this world behind
Come to me come with me I know that we will find
We are animals we are animals
We are animals we are animals
We are animals

The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth

All animals have a brain,
Some strong some weak,
There's the vicious or meek,
Some truly unique,
Yet we treat them with total disdain.

As partners they're great,
Either Dog or Cat,
A nice Hamster or Rat,
They come thin or fat,
Positivity is what they create.

They give us love and affection,
Help us to thrive,
They fight to survive,
Keep us alive
Like us they're a diverse collection.

They do sustain the Human race,
Yet we treat them cruel,
Some we ridicule,
That's the act of a fool,
Our behaviour can be a disgrace.

Animals are just like you and I,
They suffer depression,
Yes show aggression,
They make an impression,
As they live they also die.

I think now is the time to ponder,
None of us are superior,
Animals are not inferior,
They've the same interior,
Their viability we mustn't squander.

Does Gods Heaven really exist?
Will animals gain entry?
Waltz past the sentry,
Be classed as life's gentry,
While us Humans are readily dismissed,

Of compassion for animals there is a dearth,
So we'd better beware,
Unless we take care,
We'll be facing despair,
For,

Once A Place Of Natural Beauty

Once a place of natural beauty for all to be enjoyed
Due to the financial greed of developers the park has been destroyed
Most of the trees shelter for the ringtail and brush tail possums have been cut away
It is an ugly sight that I do gaze upon today.

Huge mounds of earth and clay dug up by bulldozers an ugly sight to see
The destruction of natural habitat for development does seem all wrong to me
The birds and tree dwelling animals need every bush and tree
The financial greed of the wealthy few give rise to Nature's poverty.

The money hungry developers they do not understand
That you render most of the local wildlife homeless when you take from them their land
That in their fights for new territories many of them will die
These are known facts I speak of and facts do never lie.

Just mounds of earth and white clay where beauty did reside
Most of the birds and animals who lived here through dispossession would have died
The destruction of their natural habitat to extinction only lead
For many of Nature's birds and animals losing out to human greed.

Previously Intellingent Mammals

There are some animals
that they grow up very slow.
They believe that this world
is made and turns only around them.
That the joy and happiness
must be the only purpose of their life.
That if they want to survive
they must exterminate all the other animals.
That the life is very short
and unique to be somebody patient.
There are some animals that don't
accept death as a part of their life.
Some of them wish to be another animal
A stronger animal, more clever, better looking.
There are some animals
that they live very different
from all the other animals
Call them.....................man.

In Karma The Price We Must Pay

Birds and arboreal animals need every bush and tree
When their homes are destroyed by humans they must fight for a new territory
And if in securing new homes they are unsuccessful they become homeless and slowly die
I speak a fact of Nature and Nature does not lie.

The wildlife where trees are removed must search for homes elsewhere
Others they must try for to dispossess one reason wild creatures are becoming rare
Is that their habitat is being destroyed due to human financial greed
That the root cause of species extinction leads to human kind is so sad to say indeed.

Humans wage war on their own kind and war on Nature as well
How this will affect future generations of humans only time alone will tell
That what we do to Nature to our own selves we do is true
Since from her we will receive the Karma the Karma we are due.

Birds and arboreal animals need trees to live on and when their trees are cut away
They will have to fight for homes elsewhere since where they are they cannot stay
What goes around always comes around as some do like to say
And for our abuse of Nature in Karma the price we must pay.

Bad Animals

They walk into the lobby
The pack in black
Heads are turning
But they don't look back

They must be crazy
Not buying in
Why these outsiders
Get to shock and offend

They're bad animals - bad animals
Got to swim upstream got a rebel seed
Bad animals - bad animals
Got to push the grain or go insane

Out here on the frontline
Our territory is nighttime
We walk the jungle line
We stay alive

Bad

Everlasting Earth

Everlasting Earth
By Lori Triggs
Copyrighted August 31,2009

At one time earth land was plentiful and lush
now earth land is deforested even unplentiful where is the lush,
the animals with birds were plentiful while beautiful
now the animals with birds are unplentiful or are instinct.

At one time earth ocean was plentiful and beautiful
now earth ocean is being deharvested while the coral reefs disappear,
the mammals with fish even other sea life where plentiful besides beautiful
now the mammals with fish even other sea life are deheavested or are instinct.

At one time earth lakes with rivers plentiful and beautiful
now earth lakes with rivers is being defished even poisoned not to drink,
the fish with wildlife was plentiful while beautiful
now the fish with wild life are unplentiful or instinct.

Humans caused these things to the earth beside nature as well too
well earth cannot fix its self every time especially when we caused it,
earth is not everlasting, one day she will stop working too, same goes with the other planets.

Only 2% water we can drink the rest we cannot drink
it is ocean and pollution in the water think about that,
if no animals, even birds or fish I say no food if their no food means no people!

Man Gave Names To All The Animals

Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
He saw an animal that liked to growl,
Big furry paws and he liked to howl,
Great big furry back and furry hair.
Ah, think Ill call it a bear.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
He saw an animal up on a hill
Chewing up so much grass until she was filled.
He saw milk comin out but he didnt know how.
Ah, think Ill call it a cow.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
He saw an animal that liked to snort,
Horns on his head and they werent too short.
It looked like there wasnt nothin that he couldnt pull.
Ah, think Ill call it a bull.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
He saw an animal leavin a muddy trail,
Real dirty face and a curly tail.
He wasnt too small and he wasnt too big.
Ah, think Ill call it a pig.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
Next animal that he did meet
Had wool on his back and hooves on his feet,
Eating grass on a mountainside so steep.
Ah, think Ill call it a sheep.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, in the beginning.
Man gave names to all the animals
In the beginning, long time ago.
He saw an animal as smooth as glass
Slithering his way through the grass.
Saw him disappear by a tree near a lake . . .

Animals

Lie down and close your eyes
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
You may be in for a little suprise
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
(? ? ? over here something moving on the floor here)
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
Something wild with a mind of its own
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
Scamper about like little tiny beasts
Looking for a house
(or maybe just a hole
And complain to the mouse)
Baby baby dont cry
Scamper all around way up in a tree
So far from the ground
Where theyll never catch me
(? ? ? ) through my brain
Baby baby dont cry
Theyre part of the scheme
Nature always is
Physical it seems
We dont have a (basement)
Something isnt right
Baby baby dont cry
Scamper throught the night
Our little ears alert
(? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? )
It wouldnt even hurt if we
Had a little fun
Baby baby dont cry
Baby baby dont cry
Baby baby dont cry
Cause animals are under our skins
Those animals deep within
Those animals scampering about
Cause there aint nothing
To try to stop them baby
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
And they say
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey
Wake up, theyre coming alive
Were changing so fast
We dont want to be left behind
Cant stop
Baby baby dont cry
I jump around the sidewalk
(until it starts to whir)
We dont need clothes
Soon well have our own fur
Oh whats wrong
Baby baby dont cry
Dont feel bad
Im going away
Ill come back
Looking for you some day
Hang on baby
Baby baby dont cry
Cause animals are under my skin
Those animals deep within
Why dont they leave me alone
Theyre bringing me down
Its just a matter of time
Im on the line Im on the line
The whole things come undone
Were all on the line
Get back
Ill never come back
Those animals
The animals
Those animals are under my skin
Those animals are under my skin
Those animals are under my skin
Those animals are under my skin
And they say
Hey now, hey now, hey now, hey

Care for....

Do the animals not care for their new born?
Do we have to look towards them and turn?
Is it the domain reserved for only mankind?
So many questions hunted mind with no solution

Every moment the animals look around
Shift the place frequently as long as it is not found
Safety is the only concern and threatened from mankind
They kill wantonly and hunt after them as blind

Animals look pathetically for their young and inexperienced
At given time and occasion they are easily silenced
Either with gun shots or with false dug holes
Life is at risk and threatened for all

We wish human beings for well being in New Year
Let our existence be not threatened and cry fall on deaf ears
We are no threat to anybody but survive on good will
What will they get in return after we are being killed?

I have seen anxieties in those eyes
The wish before death and escape try
All attempts in to failure with loss of life
If caught hut then simple end with an edge of sharp knife

Lord has spared life for all
We all need to pray for lovely call
Let animals do have natural habitat
Secured place and safety with hideout

How do people react with loss of dear ones?
Animals are not thought over or spared by anyone
Let us consider their right to wonder on this beautiful land
They are our companion and very close associate or friend

God has given same feeling of compassion
They have attachment, feelings and obsession
Do we observe ever how much they care for their mats?
They never allow them to go away and consider inseparable part

We celebrate holy festivals once in year
Pray for safety and ask pardon with fear
We fear something unpleasant should never happen
Let us silently pray for it not to happen to any one even

To save is to destruct

Protect the animals-
Save the birds-
There is a cry all over.
We live on animals and plants.
Animals live too likewise.
If all are saved,
Where is space to grow
more and more plants
to the undying animal kingdom?

I Wonder Where My Lions Are?

I wonder where my lions are?
I wonder where my lions are?
I wonder where my lions are?
They are safe running in heaven in that beautiful park that God own in Heaven together with the other animals
Also in heaven they are protected by God
Because God doesn't allow any hunters in heaven
Like here on the earth
But there is no animal cruelty in heaven
But the place that have animal cruelty is on the earth
The people that lives in heaven are more educated than on the earth
The people in heaven respect the animals in heaven
The people on earth don't respect the animals on the earth
The people in heaven have a lot of love for the animals
The people on the earth don't seem to have any love for the animals
Even when I sleep I dream of heaven and I see the lions and other Animals
Living free in the park
And I must say that the park in heaven that God made is beautiful
But at the same time I thank God for giving the animals a beautiful Home

I Begged God for My Life

I cursed the birds
Their droppings soiled my clothes
I cursed the animals
Their droppings soiled my feet
While walking on the beach
I cursed the insects
For eating flowers in my garden
I took a gun
Killed the birds and the animals
Sprayed deadly poison
On the the insects
I was feeling happy
As if I had conquered the world
I heard god’s voice
What should I do with you my son?
You soiled my world
By killing my
Birds, insects and animals
For your greed and lust
I begged god for my life
Promised him to
Treat man, animals alike
Preserve his world
With all my might

Living Things

I live among the world’s animals,
Unlike them, I stare and gaze at the stars;
I love the animals inhabiting this planet
Like the stars that shine in the galaxy.

The crust is seething of dead animals,
Organisms grow from the deaths and lives,
They musically play, swallow their prey,
Live with each other like humans.

The Earth never complains of the treatment
Given to certain living things,
Flora or fauna,
Young or old.

John The Odd

With other children games he did not play
When they played football he would steal away
To take short walk or rest in shade of tree
He felt happy in his own company.

He did not have sporting hero as a god
And other children called him 'John the odd'
And other put down names like idiot and fool
But he ignored their taunts and kept his cool.

He loved Nature and Nature was his friend
And his leisure hours out with Nature he spend
And 'twas Nature first taught him to be a poet
And to her children his first rhymes he wrote.

He wrote of Nature's creatures living free
The birds of song who live on bush and tree
The animals that live on land and sea
He loved Nature and her huge family.

From their schooldays men recall John the odd
They say he went to join his Nature God
One morning he left home for far away
And none know of his whereabouts today.

With other boys he did not play football
And those who went to school with him recall
That with Nature he spent his leisure time
And 'twas Mother Nature who taught him how to rhyme.

Wild Life

The world wild applies to the words you and me.
While take a walk thru an african park one day,
I saw a sign say, the animals have the right of way.
Wild life, whatever happened to,
Wild life, the animals in the zoo?
Were breathing a lot,
A lot of political nonsense in the air.
Youre making it hard for the people who live in there.
Youre moving so fast, but, baby, you know not where.
Wild life, (wild life), whats gonna happen to
Wild life, (wild life), the animals in the zoo?
Youd better stop, theres animals evrywhere,
And man is the top, an animal too,
And, man, you just got to care.
Wild life, whats gonna happen to,
Wild life, the animals in the zoo?
Youre breathing a lot of polical nonsense in the air.
Wild life, (wild life), whats gonna happen to
(whats gonna happen to) (whats gonna happen to)
Wild life, (wild life), the animals in the zoo?
(whats gonna happen to) (whats gonna happen to)
Wild life, what ever happened to?
What ever happened to?

Good gesture or courtsey

It is not at all good gesture or courtesy
If something is retuned as shown pity
We are no one to show the act as mercy
Yet to part with something is not easy

To show some kind of acceptance is noble step
To forgo bitterness is even greater for others as slap
They will continue with same hatred and rivalry
To finish the bitter end has great impact on adversary

Not millions of cash is required to show as charity
It is inherent and built in human quality
Not all may be bestowed with let go tendency
Lot many people claim and escape with the fluency

As nature lover I was all for bird’s care
They have no place to go anywhere
The jungles are wiped out and habitats are open
Their final place is withdrawn and stands stolen

Some of the world’s are best known for their drive
Some of the rare birds luckily escape and survive
“No cruelty to animals and birds” is their slogan
Hurt animals and birds are taken care off and immediately flown

I have little piece of land in remote place
You can easily witness birds and trace
They will visit fearlessly and make nice sound
They are yet not threatened and in abundance found

Even though they were considered as villagers
The birds love was not new to them as strangers
They too wanted some steps and good place for nest
The paucity of funds was the only problem as rest

I was approached by group of people with village head
They wanted me to donate little and show some lead
Even though I was little unknown solder I readily agreed
They rest of the village folks were little apprehensive of my greed

The bird’s home was to take place in near vicinity
Some grains was to be offered daily as nobility
Enough of fund was created for their well being
Now so many birds gather here and beautifully sing

I look back and evaluate the scene
The village people were hostile and seen
They will kill the birds for their meals
Now the birds were free in real

I thought for a while about bondage
It is like concealing wounds in hidden bandage
We will not know the aggravation from inside
The repercussion and impact is very wide

The freedom and liberty is very much enjoyed by all
Birds and animals too want it for them as free call
They are inseparable part of nature and our future way
Let us not kill them or take their place away

Short term gains experimental form

A great grey/green expanse of mud.
Covered twice daily by the flood
when the high tide comes flowing in.
Where does land end and sea begin?

Adapted to their habitat
the denizens live happily.

They recognise no boundary.
For they are free to come and go
between the salt marsh and the sea.
They know all that they need to know.

Adapted to their habitat
the denizens live happily.

Here they can live quite easily
safe from most land based predators
protected by the friendly sea.
The wading birds parade in force.

Adapted to their habitat
the denizens live happily.

To men a bleak unfriendly place.
To wading birds a paradise
providing them with a safe base
which guarantees their food supplies.

Adapted to their habitat
the denizens live happily.

Until men choose to interfere
and build dykes to hold back the sea.
The mud flats slowly disappear
The denizens are forced to flee.

For men adapt their habitat
so they can live more comfortably.

Though nature wins eventually
she will regain that which men claim
as theirs by waiting patiently.
She knows that she will win the game.

Though men adapt their habitat
it’s only temporarily.

The works of man though built to last
are not immune to nature’s laws.
They’re undermined and overcast
by years that slowly pass of course.

Nature restores the habitat
back to the way it used to be.

The birds return to their domain
as if they’d never been away
What man once held the birds regain
as Mother Nature gets her way.

Adapted to their habitat
the denizens live happily.

All animals

We are all animals
And being animals
We are one and the same
We have same emotions
Same feeling same thinking
Same expression and behaviors.

We are all animals
You can not categorize
As rustic or pedantic
And we are elastic
And we are in our foot
And are in peace in happy.

We are animals but rational
We know lotus and crocodile
And we know both are in water
We know sandal wood and jungle
We know the snake and the scent
And we are happy like saint.
