So we should control anger
We should learn manners

Anger will let you lead to
someday you might regret and
will hurt you...
This is the feeling that you can
learn how to forgive...
you can feel this when somebody
had cause you too much
pain, discomfort and disrespect.
Anger is the root of taking revenge
to those people who made you angry..
However, it is also a way to know
your companions attitudes...
But you still need to realize each
others point to avoid anger to
each other.
Not all the times those who are
angry are those who are right.
Nevertheless, that feeling will
fade once you have forget your
anger and what they have done to you
and learn how to forgive those people
when the time comes.

Anger The Savage Beast
Their is a monster in us all.
What we do with it determines our rise or fall.
Anger the savage beast in all her glory.
She manifest in many forms from writing, to art, to beating your wife, to telling your boss off.
We must learn to focus such energies in a positive and constructive light.
Contain and maintain.
Self control.
We must not commit such horrible acts that their is no going back.
Regret is but a mistake that could have been avoided.
Turn away before you cause chaos and dismay.
Vent it in a different way.
Choices of the day.
Of the right.
Of the wrong.
Anger just be gone.

Plenty Of Anger
There is plenty of anger inside of me
It has to stop
Why is there so much anger inside of me?
My anger is part of my frustration
I have to control it now
My anger causes me plenty of trouble
There is plenty of anger inside of me
And what is anger do I know?
Anger is a strong feeling of displasure
It is a grief that I have inside of me
How can I control it?
What triggers my anger?
Can I recognize it?

Anger, Oh, No... Train Me Control
Sometimes when I'm angry, loud, I would like to shout!
Other times when I'm angry, I would rather pout.
Anger's an attribute I'd like to see jump out.
‘Cuz this anger, when it's in me, it makes my mind have doubt.
Anger! Oh, no!
Train me control! !
To always control my anger…
I hope to always do.
Good luck avoiding danger…
In everything you do!

Loosen Up And Relax
I feel myself going angry
Out of control again
I have to learn to relax
And be less angry
I have to learn to deal with my anger
It is out of control now
Now I am in trouble more than ever
Sometimes I don't know why I loose my head
And my anger comes
It comes in so fast
Out of the blue
I need sometime to loosen up and relax
My legs are kind of shaky right now
Loosen up and relax watching the television I will
I find it to be my best companion these days
The television can't talk back to me
A good thing it is not human like I am
So it doesn't have feelings
But I do
Sometimes my feelings get mixed up
Inside my head
So once again I have to learn to loosen up and relax
I feel so tight inside
Like I am going to explode any minute
That is what I am beginning to see and feel right now

Anger (rated 19 in group)
Anger, a spark, within all of us.
There, anger is lurking, waiting to
ignite the dynamite, that will
cause an explosion of words,
and actions, that can not be taken back.
Anger, is the roadblock, to anything
and everything, worthwhile in life.
Anger, seemingly an involuntary reaction,
to rejection of thought or action.
Anger, an interpretation, of unacceptable behavior.
Anger, almost always followed by regret.
Anger, an emotion. who's children are,
anxiety, fear, frustration, animosity, passion,
outrage and a thousands of other, emotionally
affecting articulations.
Anger, the replacement of reason.
What is the enemy of anger? The

Anger Is Evil
Anger is evil,
Anger is bad,
Anger is when I'm mad.
Anger makes me scream and shout.
Anger makes me lose control.
Anger turns people against me.
Anger Makes me suffer...
Again Anger is Evil!

Adding Fuel To The Flame
When we play into the hands of anothers anger
We are only adding fuel to their flame.
And if it continues to burn out of control
Then who but yourself is really to blame?
It's what true anger feeds off!
Another's piling on more dry wood!
To fuel anger's flames my friend
Brings nothing but burnt feelings, not good!
Walk away, or snuff it's fire out!
Before it rages way out of control!
It is the only way you'll win anger's rage!
That battle of the fiery sparks one throws!

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CXXXVIII: Anger
Why it makes you angry?
Because you care
Because it disturbs your peaceful life
Because it insults you
Because it is true
Because you are not prepared
Who could make you angry?
It is someone you hold dear in your heart
It is someone you could not bend to your will
It is someone who doesn't understand about you
It is someone who has a power in you
It is everyone in the world
How do you do in your anger?
Do you unleash harsh words without thinking clear?
Do you kick and slam everything near you?
Do you keep it hidden?
Do you manage to push harder?
Do you plan for something malicious to show them who you are?
What left in you after the anger?
Will you regret it?
Will you feel relieved?
Will it still scratch to be set free?
Will you be able to look from the other side?
Will it always be remembered?
And which affect you the most in anger?
The hurt when the trust is broken
The shame when you can't control the anger
The depression when you think you don't even have a right to be angry
The weakness when everything seems turn wrong
The loneliness when you don't actually know the reason

Black can be hidden by white
You have no regret that you are bulky
If you learn to walk with grace
As does an elephant with its thighs.
You have no regret that you are flat on chest
If you learn to dart like a rabbit,
Which charms by its move, chest unseen.
You have no regret that you are dark
If you chat in singing voice
Of a Koel, whose dark drops to us.
You have no regret that you are dull
If you are useful to your master
Like an ass, who toils are limitless..
If the portrait is good,
the frame from sight is shed.

Proverbs for the Enlightened Ones.
Life is a school room, not a vacation
Whatever happens, all are just temptation,
We all have to learn & learn until the last breath,
If we are smart our life will be smooth without any wrath.
What is on your mind will come to you,
Be careful what you think & dwell on and do.
If you keep beauty & harmony instead hostility and anger,
Your life will be light & you will go without any danger.
Always follow your feelings, let it be good or bad,
Trying to be goody-goody will confuse & cause you to be sick or mad,
We all are here to play out the Law
For each other, anyway and anyhow.
However, never do things why you'll be sorry later,
Once you do anything no use for apology or regret to your maker.
Regret brings cancer, apology brings mistrust,
Forgive, but never forget the past,
Be honest and your sleep will be peaceful and just.

Be Gentle With Words
Anger is directly proportional to the opponent
Yes it’s true we fight with the feeble
Today I saw this man shout and curse
I have known him for years, he is a rat
Only can speak behind peoples back
His gestures now is forever worse
Why can’t people control anger when put to test
Hurting words, that you can never reverse
Why can’t we be gentle with words than curse?
Control your anger for its nothing great
Hold back your anger for it’ll only break
Let the fragrance of our words, spread as rose

Manners are of such great consequence to the novelist that any kind will do. Bad manners are better than no manners at all, and because we are losing our customary manners, we are probably overly conscious of them; this seems to be a condition that produces writers.

Least said soonest mended.
Least said soonest mended.
In the anger of the moment.
We react instinctively
Harsh words spill out by accident
Which we regret immediately.
Anger looses inhibitions
We do not think before we speak.
The spoken word can’t be unsaid
However much we may regret.
Although our anger’s long since fled
Those we offend do not forget.
Anger loosens inhibitions.
We do not think before we speak.
Old friends become new enemies.
Misunderstandings on both sides
Exchanging apologies
may help but bitterness abides.
Anger loosens inhibitions
We do not think before we speak.
Reacting to a perceived slight.
Something we are prone to do.
We forget to be polite.
It’s unfortunate but it’s true.

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,
Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us
He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore
