An Angel With Broken Wings
I came to earth to do my things
Like an angel with broken wings
I miss everlasting bliss so much
I long for paradise and God's touch
I talk of harmony and peace
But it seems war will never cease
I bluntly speak for the weak and poor
So I lose access to other's door
Hate and bloodshed across the globe
Stain my holy and spotless robe
I always speak the truth to please God
But there are many liar and fraud
They all become my enemies
Please God give me the key to peace

I Get Weak
When Im with you
I shake inside
My hearts all tangled up
My tongue is tied its crazy
Cant walk, cant talk, cant eat, cant sleep
Oh, Im in love, oh Im in deep cuz baby
With a kiss you can strip me defenseless
With a touch I completely lose control
til all thats left of my strength is a memory, wo...
I get weak when I look at you
Weak when we touch
I cant speak when I look in your eyes
I get weak when youre next to me
Weak from this love
I cant speak when I look in your eyes
I get weak
Convincing eyes, persuasive lips
The helpless heart just cant resist their power
You know youve got a hold over me
You know youve got me where I want to be cuz lover
Like a wave you keep pulling me under
How Ill ever get out of this I dont know
I just know theres just no way to fight it, wo...
I get weak when I look at you
Weak when we touch
I cant speak when I look in your eyes
I get weak when youre next to me
Weak from this love
Im in deep when I look in your eyes

Lie Versus Truth
I always
Speak the truth
But
How can I lie?
Since I speak truth
I admit
Sometimes
I also speak lies
Unable to decide
I am truthful
Or a liar
I expressed
My dilemma
To an old saint
Who replied?
A liar is a liar
Similar to a sinner
All said and done
A truth
Which can take a life?
Is worse than a lie
A lie
Which can save a life?
Is better than
Any truth

A Fact of Life
To say a thing and doing it is good;
To do a thing: keep telling it, is bad;
To mince one’s words and speak big lies is worst!
To talk one’s heart out does not suit this world.
Some think something and talk a different thing;
Some say something and do things opposite;
A few talk truth, no matter what it costs;
The liar gets accolades for long time!
Yet, human beings ought to be quite frank;
One lie will lead to bigger lies in life;
One has to be dependable most times;
Nothing can progress without talking truth.
’Tis tough to speak the truth always in life;
But talking lies is habit-forming soon;
Accountable is man to God some day!
’Tis better therefore to always speak truth.

Peaceful Prayers
Let there be peace in the world.
Let us all see peace and not war.
Let us all have peace in the world.
Let all our statesmen know no violence,
Let all love peace with warm vehemence,
Let all be clothed with passionate patience,
Let all respect peace with real reverence.
Let peace pervade every political terrain,
Let peace calm the spirits of every domain,
Let peace be at peace with every reign,
Let each achieve peace with poor pain.
Peace, to you we plead: come to us.
Peace, we entreat you: deign on us.
Peace, we want you: envelope us.
Let our homes be adorned with peace,
Let our streets be paved with peace,
Let our cities be set on a hilltop of peace.
Let peace taint our every thought.
Let there be peace, let peace never cease
Let there be peace, let war forever cease.

Silence and Talking
You talk when you cease to be at peace with your thoughts
You cannot stand the solitude of your heart, so you speak out
Indeed, you talk from fear of being alone,
Sound becomes a diversion and a pass-time
The silence of aloneness reveals your naked self, so you seek escape
You talk without knowledge revealing truth you do not understand
When you meet a friend let spirit guide your lips and direct speech
Let the voice within your voice speak to the ear of his ear;
His soul will know the truth from your heart
Like the taste of wine remembered,
When the color is forgotten and the vessel is no more

False Peace
The fear that is upon the Earth
Causes men to quake
The fear of an atomic war
Is more than man can take.
Of course they seek a saviour
A man to bring them peace
If he comes from God or Satan
The UN said, 'he shall increase'
For this world will give him power
In return for the peace he brings
They will worship and adore him
Sell their souls for many things.
But the peace that he will bring
Will be but a lie from hell
For Satan cannot give man peace
Though a truth in this I'll tell.
Now the prince of the air
Will be given his own place
By the Earth's United Nations
'cause they have refused God's peace through grace.
Now the prince of the air is Satan
And he seeks to rule the Earth
The New Age folk will give him this
For they have not second birth.
And in time atomic war may come
A destruction wrought with fire
Satan's peace confirms his name
As the eternal liar.
But true peace comes from God alone
And in Yeshua the Messiah is found
Not troubled by atomic war -
God's peace is Calvary's ground! !
'Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah'

Speak With Kindness (Or Do Not Speak At All)
speak with kindness,
or do not speak at all.
speak not of judgement,
you are not the judge.
speak not of salvation,
let your living be your scriptures.
speak not of scriptures,
let your actions be your holy book.
speak not as apostle or teacher,
speak as a human being.
speak not of god,
then god will speak through you!
speak not as a man,
for you are woman too.
speak not with hateful malice,
for love does not work that way.
speak not as a prophet or seer,
speak as compassion made flesh.
speak not of morality,
speak of connection.
speak not of authority,
the tree and the leaf have just as much.
speak not of holiness,
for all that lives be holy.
speak with kindness...
or do not speak at all!

Peace!
Everything comes from God above
Both Heaven and earth agree
That peace will only come through love
Once truth has set us free
When all mankind does Heaven’s will
And rights the things gone wrong
Then peace one day her heart will fill
Then joy will be her song
But still our wars on earth increase
It seems that no one cares
What is this thing the world calls peace?
What are the fruit it bears?
We now must learn to pray as one
Must cease each selfish fight
Until true peace through love is won
And hearts through Christ unite
Before this world can live as blessed
The truth she needs to see
Her differences must come to rest
Her wars must cease to be
We disagree through injured pride
We kill because of hate
Because of foolish things inside
To love, we close the gate
When in the world true love we sow
When love flows through our hearts
In individuals peace can grow
And true Salvation starts
For what is peace without true love?
How can the world survive?
How can a soul join God above?
And ever stay alive

Peace and Enemies
Peace, peace, peace!
We cry for peace
And we think that
by killing our enemies
peace can be achieved.
But peace can never
dwell in our midst
by killing our enemies.
For as many are killed
as many are the thousands
of the silent ones
who will rise up
to avenge these deaths!
There is never peace
in the cycle of revenge and hate.

Let There Be Peace
Let there be peace in the world.
Let us all see peace and not war.
For If there is no peace in the world,
Then the world will be no more.
But if we find peace in our hearts
And turn our backs to war,
Then the world will prosper and live forevermore.
For peace is stronger than hate
And hate is weaker than peace.
Let there be peace in the world, let peace never cease.
Let there be peace in the world, let war forever cease.
3 A.12 Can War A Prelude To Peace Be?
To win or loose a disaster but be,
War can never ever be nice surely,
It settles nothing enrages only,
Can war a prelude to peace be?
Wining a war a mirage but be,
As wining a volcano is stupidity,
War an evil - just man’s butchery,
Peace only from understanding be.
War - a cowardly escape from reality,
From problems of peace and harmony,
Teaching us not to love our enemy,
And ever hating our allies certainly.
War - its own end never can be,
Peace - the goal that’s wanted truly,
Politics - without bloodshed war be,
War - with bloodshed politics surely.

My Earthly Angel
No! not a piece of clay or a story book tellin u about the heavenly days, No! not a dream or a mythical scheme my angel is everything u wouldn't believe. His words speak volumes of wisdom for us al to hear and lowers the corruption so we hav nothing to fear, in times of trouble he's always rite there my angel my earthly angel. He does'nt have an halo, he does'nt hav wings, he does'nt shine like the sun or speak like the holy son but he is surely an angel sent from up above.his hands were like wings that raised u wen were down n lifted u so u can c al that u have done, like a sheild that never shifts, like a gentle hug in a cold blist.my angel my earthly angel. No! Its not a myth angels do exist. On the verge of breaking down he was the one I could call on, he held me up n let me stand, he was the one who always understands my angel my earthly angel

Fretless
(berry/buck/mills/stipe)
Hes got his work and she comes easy
They each come around when the other is gone
Me, I think I got stuck somewhere in between
I wouldnt confide in the prodigal son
The die has been cast, the battle is won
The bullets were blanks, a double aught gun
I couldnt admit to a minute of fun
(chorus 1)
They come and they come and they come and they come
I accepted with a gentle tongue
No words spoken, no need to speak
Take it, stomp twice, ring the bell
Tether that ring and phrase
Enough with the rifle and talk already
We all know what it means
Take this conversation to your great divide
I can only swallow what I ate
And I dont hate him
And I dont hate her
They come and they come and they come and they come
I accepted with a gentle tongue
No heart broken, no need to speak
(chorus 2)
(dont talk to me)
Dont talk to me about being alone
(dont talk to me)
Dont talk to me about being alone
(dont talk to me)
Dont talk to me about being alone
Reach for each other before you leave
Reach peace with a e-a-c
Dont threaten me with a gentle tease
Dont threaten me with angry
Please, please, please
Dont try to tell me what I am
(repeat chorus 1)
(repeat chorus 2)
(talk to me)
Dont talk to me
(talk to me)
Dont talk to me
(dont talk to me)
Dont talk to me
(dont talk to me)
Dont talk to me about being alone

All Live In Peace And Harmony
As the world goes spinning round
And enerything seems upside down
There isn't any organisation any more
Is nothing everlasting, must we live for just today
Can no-one find the answer, to help in any way
It's just a mixture of joy and sorrow
Of laughter, and of tears
Do we just dream about tomorrow
And about the future years
But the world would be a better place to live in
If everybody just made up their minds
Then we could all live in peace and harmony again
Yes we should all live in peace, and harmony again
Why can't we all live in peace, and harmony again
We should all live in peace, and harmony

A Message of Peace
THERE once was a pirate, greedy and bold,
Who ravaged for gain, and saved the spoils;
Till his coffers were bursting with bloodstained gold,
And millions of captives bore his toils.
Then fear took hold of him, and he cried:
'I have gathered enough; now, war should cease!'
And he sent out messengers far and wide
(To the strong ones only) to ask for peace.
'We are Christian brethren!' thus he spake;
'Let us seal a contract—never to fight!
Except against rebels who dare to break
The bonds we have made by the victor's right.'
And the strong ones listen; and some applaud
The kindly offer and righteous word;
With never a dream of deceit or fraud,
They would spike the cannon and break the sword.
But others, their elders, listen, and smile
At the sudden convert's unctuous style.
They watch for the peacemaker's change of way;
But his war-forges roar by night and by day.
Even now, while his godly messengers speak,
His guns are aflame on his enemies weak.
He has stolen the blade from the hand of his foe,
And he strikes the unarmed a merciless blow.
To the ends of the earth his oppression runs;
The rebels are blown from the mouths of his guns;
His war-tax devours his subject's food;
He taxes their evil and taxes their good;
He taxes their salt till he rots their blood.
He leaps on the friendless as on a prey,
And slinks, tail-down, from the strong one's way.
The pharisee' s can’t goes up for peace;
But the cries of his victims never cease;
The stifled voices of brave men rise
From a thousand cells; while his rascal spies
Are spending their blood-money fast and free.
And this is the Christian to oversee
A world of evil! a saint to preach!
A holy well-doer come to teach!
A prophet to tell us war should cease!
A pious example of Christian peace!

Let There Be Peace On The Lummi Rez
Let there be peace on the Lummi Rez
Let us all get along and not fight
Even with the blood and crips
Let them be kewl.
Let us all have love for one another
Let all the parents stop the yelling and beating on the children, and teenagers
Let all family and friends stop arguing and
Just get along for once,
Let all be clothed with passionate patience,
Let all respect one another.
Let peace on this Lummi Rez,
Let peace calm the spirits of every domain,
Let peace beat at the Lummi Nation School,
Let each achieve peace with poor pain.
Peace, to you we plead: come to us.
Peace, we entreat you: deign on us.
Peace, we want you: envelope us.
Let our homes be adorned with peace,
Let our streets be paved with peace,
Let our rez have peace for once
Let peace taint our every thought.
Let there be peace, let peace never cease
Let there be peace, let war forever cease.

Spinning
Was it loneliness that brought you here
Broken and weak
Was it tiredness that made you sleep
Have you lost your will to speak
Was the earth spinning round
Were you falling through the ground
As the world came tumbling down
You prayed to God what have we done
Free me from these chains I need to change my way
Heal these broken wings I need to fly far away, far away, far away
Was it emptiness that made you weep
No more secrets to keep
Was it bitterness that gave you time
To forgive your sins
Was the earth spinning round
Were you falling through the ground
As the world came tumbling down
You prayed to God what have we done
Free me from these chains I need to change my way
Heal these broken wings I need to fly far away
Free me from these thoughts long forgotten down below
Take these angel's words give them life to carry on, carry on, carry on
Free me from these chains?

Talking XX
And then a scholar said, "Speak of Talking."
And he answered, saying:
You talk when you cease to be at peace with your thoughts;
And when you can no longer dwell in the solitude of your heart you live in your lips, and sound is a diversion and a pastime.
And in much of your talking, thinking is half murdered.
For thought is a bird of space, that in a cage of words many indeed unfold its wings but cannot fly.
There are those among you who seek the talkative through fear of being alone.
The silence of aloneness reveals to their eyes their naked selves and they would escape.
And there are those who talk, and without knowledge or forethought reveal a truth which they themselves do not understand.
And there are those who have the truth within them, but they tell it not in words.
In the bosom of such as these the spirit dwells in rhythmic silence.
When you meet your friend on the roadside or in the market place, let the spirit in you move your lips and direct your tongue.
Let the voice within your voice speak to the ear of his ear;
For his soul will keep the truth of your heart as the taste of the wine is remembered
When the color is forgotten and the vessel is no more.
