Nunn of none
Nunn of none
Smiles sweet
With a wink
A saint in all her glory
With greedy eyes
She knows the book very well
A holey pleasure; the game of glee
On and on it seems
What is right with her
And wrong with me,
A dueling twisted song
A smile, but only I can see
The cold glint that's shining in her teeth
The smile that I dread,
I am powerless, possessed
I'm the broken pawn in her big game of chess
But she could not dirty her dainty feet
All problems were all meant for me
But why should I listen,
To the projection
Of her daemons underneath
I will not let her define me,
But her faultless ways consuming me
That song of should-be's never could cease
So I did with amen

Reason to Smile
How can one smile such sweet smiles,
When one is so saddened by sorrows for miles,
How can I smile the same smiles,
When life brings me nothing but tears,
I wondered for so long,
What reason you had to smile that long,
To keep smiling though troubles come,
And still remain sweet and silently overcome,
It's such a mystery to me,
Your smiles from heaven with glee,
I adore and yet envy thee,
But I'd rather you smile those at me,
I feel happy when I see you smile,
Even if I'm sad and lonely,
Your smiles bring me somewhere,
I don't even know where,
But it was you,
You gave me the reason to smile,
To smile with no reason,
To smile for a smile,
I guess life is just like that,
We need not a reason to smile,
For a smile is the reason itself,
To rejoice and open-heartedly give thanks,
I learned to smile because of you,
Because your smiles bring me joy when blue,
It proves how well and powerful,
A simple sweet smile can become so beautiful,
Smile for the sake of a smile,
Smile for the sake of happiness,
Smile for the sake of life,
Smile because of hope left in life,
Smile my friends,
Smile for me my Love,
Smile those same sweet smiles,
Smile so the world can be a peaceful dove...

Listening To A Child Singing
another innocence
preaches
In a sweet song
From tight lips
A song of love
She barely knows
perhaps
Only has the feel of
A world new to her eyes
Such a song
such fantasy
Good for children
Shall cure a little of this
Big wound that
keeps rotting
In poisonous odors
Such pains
that keep pinning
Hearts that curse
almost
Learning all
blasting blasphemy
Such song for us
all living
Every breakfast time
We dread to remember
we
Who are dumped
in a damp
Loveless locomotion
I hear her sing
to a world
That I already
misunderstood
My tired eyes are wanting
of escape-dreams
My dirty feet shiver
for these rough
Foundations
Ah, sweet song yet
only a child-song
Who can stop such
a short swing to eternity?
And forget
everything
everything
everything
… We can do noting for her
and for her song
we can do nothing too
so we just listen
and go back to our
work
work
work
and
work again.

Sad Song
Staring at my picture book
She looks like mary, queen of scots
She seemed very regal to me
Just goes to show how wrong you can be
Im gonna stop wastin my time
Somebody else would have broken both of her arms
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song
My castle, kids and home
I thought she was mary, queen of scots
I tried so very hard
Shows just how wrong you can be
Im gonna stop wasting time
Somebody else would have broken both of her arms
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song
Sad song, sad song

A Sweet Song Of Love
Listen to this sweet song of love,
a different love song of our strife.
The victory of truth in life,
listen to this sweet song of love....
Walking together in our dreams where have we reached,
just look how blue is the sky here.
Our song is even sung by the birds here,
where ever our eyes can see is pure light spread.
Listen to this sweet song of love,
a different love song of our strife.
The victory of truth in life,
listen to this sweet song of love....
Cool cool breezes blow here always,
beyond the stars is our little cottage.
The rainbow colours are here to manage,
they where they commence their journeyof joys.
Listen to this sweet song of love,
a different love song of our strife.
The victory of truth in life,
listen to this sweet song of love....
Forbidden to meet each other in this world,
encircled within our customs were we both.
imprisoned and guarded were we both,
we died in breaking away from the customs of this world.
Listen to this sweet song of love,
a different love song of our strife.
The victory of truth in life,
listen to this sweet song of love....

Tis Not Of Love Or Love Of Song
'Tis not of love or love of song the male bird ever sing
Or any sense of happiness for to celebrate the Spring
His song born of aggression with borders to defend
In his war cry to his own kind he is not one to pretend
His song at early morning carrying in the freshening wind
Is meant to be his defensive shield against males of his own kind
His neighbour male sings back to him his message too is clear
All through the Spring in their gift of song they play their game of fear
The poets who write of songbirds and of their joy of song
Of songbirds lives and songbirds ways have surely got it wrong
Their songs may seem a thing of joy but not meant to be that way
'Tis not of joy that they do sing at the dawning of the day
He warns his neighbours in his song this is my territory
And if my borders you do cross you have to deal with me.

Smiles
Smiles, I was taught never to smile
I was told the stylish smiles of buffoonery
Chicanery and larceny abound
My mom said unless someone sticks you right in front of a camera
A smile is the last thing that you wanna do
Those smiles, those mirthless toothy smiles
Smiles, they all smile on tv
The quizmaster with his withered crones
The talkshow hosting movie stars, the politician licking feet
The mugger, the rapist, the arsonic lover
All smile out from the news, at one time or another
Those smiles, those garish sickly smiles
When I was young my mother said to me
Never, ever, let anyone see that youre happy
Smiles, never, ever let them see you smile
Theyll always put you down
With those smiles, never, ever let them see you smile
Theyll always put you down
With your smiles, never, ever let them see you smile
Dont you know theyll make you go
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
(doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo)
(doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo)

Smiles
Smile a little, smile a little,
As you go along,
Not alone when life is pleasant,
But when things go wrong.
Care delights to see you frowning,
Loves to hear you sigh;
Turn a smiling face upon her –
Quick the dame will fly.
Smile a little, smile a little,
All along the road;
Every life must have its burden,
Every heart its load.
Why sit down in gloom and darkness
With your grief to sup?
As you drink Fate’s bitter tonic,
Smile across the cup.
Smile upon the troubled pilgrims
Whom you pass and meet;
Frowns are thorns, and smiles are blossoms
Oft for weary feet.
Do not make the way seem harder
By a sullen face;
Smile a little, smile a little,
Brighten up the place.
Smile upon your undone labour;
Not for one who grieves
O’er his task waits wealth or glory;
He who smiles achieves.
Though you meet with loss and sorrow
In the passing years,
Smile a little, smile a little,
Even through your tears.

Its All Right With Me
Its the wrong time, and the wrong place
Though your face is charming, its the wrong face
Its not her face, but such a charming face
That its all right with me
Its the wrong song, in the wrong style
Though your smile is lovely, its the wrong smile
Its not her smile, but such a lovely smile
That its all right with me
You cant know how happy I am that we met
Im strangely attracted to you
Theres someone Im trying so hard to forget
Dont you want to forget someone, too?
Its the wrong game, with the wrong chips
Though your lips are tempting, theyre the wrong lips
Theyre not her lips, but theyre such tempting lips
That, if some night, you are free
Then its all right, yes, its all right with me

The Power of the Smile
You have a sword, don't you know?
You have a power, don't you believe?
You have a key, don't you sure?
Don't you know, by your smile:
You can be the fire ….
You can be the pen…
You can be the star…
Don't you know, you can be as you wish?
Don't you believe, you can be as you dream?
Don't you think, you can be the leader?
Don't you know:
Sweet smile can make date for two sweet soul…
Pure smile can play love song on some one's heart…
Honest smile can put the fire on your desire…
Optimistic smile can clear all the darkness…
True smile can paint the rainbow on your life…
Strong smile can put shining stars on your sky…

Sick Little Game
Sick Little Game
Broken wings and a crooked smile
I think that you've been gone awhile
Betrayed and hurt alive but dead
A broken heart and tearful eyes
Not enough truth in the lie
Not enough love in your life
Blood and tears and your gone again
Your born to lose so youll die to win
Maybe if you could have chose
But i guess thats just the way that this story goes
No one ever wins in this sick little game
But go on and try and maybe youll find
The secret of the game
This sick little game

Checkmate
I look the other way.
To all my friends listen tell me what you hear.
The wind telling your secrets.
Feeding the face of rumors.
Fiction or fact doesn't matter the body is still intact.
A chance to get angry.
A chance to over react.
A chance to truly think back.
What did you do wrong?
What is it what you said, that left the room complete dead?
I could hear the pin hit that hard ground before it ever came.
A prediction of more of the same.
In chess I play this game.
Where one piece is given up for the king.
Almighty and defending.
An opening is but in the making.
And their just waiting take her.
But the right moment decides the game.
And it is all mine with just a pawn.
You have been owned.

Song For Love
I lie awake with open eyes
My love just died
Im cold inside
Cant face the thought to be alone
All by myself on my own
Loves come and gone
I look around and see
The hearts that still are broken
I cant believe all of our hearts remain unopened
We cant go go on and on
Wit that same old song
So wipe off the frown
And turn around and face each other
Come on, come on
Lets sing a song
A song for you, a song for me, a song for love
All for one and one for all together
Singing a song for love
You and I are none without the other
Singing a song for love
You let the time pass by
Big boys dont cry
Believe that lie
A broken heart that never mends
Is this the end
Listen my friend
These walls of hate
That separate on from the other
Time to rebuild bridges of love
One to another
Come on, come on
Lets sing a song
A song for you, a song for me, a song for love
All for one and one for all together
Singing a song for love
You and I are none without the other
Singing a song for love

Caught In The Game
You swore youd never again, let yourself be tempted,
Too many times in the past when youve opened up your heart --
Youve had it broken in pieces, by too many lies,
Still its hard to acknowledge the past --
When she flashes those eyes,
Over and over the song skips,
Just as the final refrain fades away --
Like fools we are caught in the game
*caught in the game,
Caught in the game again --
Caught in the game,
Caught in the game*
I swore Id never again catch myself believin
Too many times Ive been hurt -- and it makes you hard inside
But when I saw you in the city tonight --
Was it just imagination --
Or did your eyes burn a little too bright,
For purely conversation --
Over and over the lights flash down at the corner arcade
Swept away --
Like fools we are caught in the game
( * repeat)
Over and over the song skips
Just as the final refrain fades away.
Like fools we are caught in the game
( * repeat)

The Best Smile
It was a portrait
Of six feet height
Full size Lady Grace,
Minus lips on her face.
With all his skill
The artist failed still,
To give her a smile,
Free from any style.
He scanned every mile,
For that unseen smile,
One lovely to admire,
Forever, the world over.
Smiles, smiles every where,
But not a smile there,
New, true and plain,
His lady should own.
His wife smiled.
His girl smiled.
His servant smiled.
His boss smiled.
The milkmaid smiled.
The cartman smiled.
The beggar smiled.
The neighbour smiled.
The dandy smiled.
The waiter smiled.
The grocer smiled.
The councilor smiled.
He saw an ambitious smile,
Not an aesthetic smile,
And a cunning smile,
Not a winning smile.
He saw a dubious smile,
Not a divine smile,
And a greedy smile,
Not a graceful smile.
He saw a mischievous smile,
Not a magnanimous smile,
And a voluptuous smile,
Not a virtuous smile.
Smiles, with strings, he found,
Wherever he went round,
But not the best one,
The Lady Grace won.
The smile, the best,
He found at last,
From his own child,
Rocking in the cradle.
Now the Lady Grace smiled.
Thanks to the child.
The portrait was acclaimed,
The best of its kind.

Because there is a mile between 'S' and 'S')

Let me sing
Let me sing
let me sing a song
to make you smile
Let me smear your soul
with my song
Let me sing a song
for elegance of your heart
I don't sing to persuade yo
but I want to see smile
on your lips
So you smile like the flowers
you scream like the gale
you smile like the moonlit night
Scrimpness in your smile
will make me squint
to realise your happiness
So, smile, smile and smile
See! the moonlit night
which is ever smiling
See! the blooming flower
smiling throughout life
See! the waves of ocean
screaming days and night
If you do not smile or scream
it will not adore
smile on your face
embellish you more than any ornament
then I will think
my song is made for you

A Song Of Love
A song of love
is the sweetest song,
any mortal will ever hear.
It is sung by a choir of angels,
with cherub faces,
and long golden flowing hair.
The song of love
is the silvery glint,
on a moonstone,
captured by one’s eye.
The bright twinkle,
which holds a heavenly sigh.
The song of love
is the stars that rush around your head.
The smile so serine,
that entraps the lonely heart.
The music that sweeps you off your feet,
and leaves you dancing in the air.
The song of love
is the sweetest song,
any mortal will ever hear.
It starts with the first kiss,
which leaves you wanting more,
and will never let you go.
