Walk Tall
Walk tall
For people
Who
Look down
Upon you.
Don't
Belittle
Them.
But don't
Make yourself
Look small.

Walk Tall
The simple minded
And the uninformed
Can be easily led astray
And those that cannot connect the dots
Hey look the other way
People believe what they want to believe
When it makes no sense at all
And i wish you along the sideline
had the strength to walk tall
Walk tall
Yeah walk on
Through this world
Walk tall
Somewhere out in the distance
Is the death of you and me
Even though we dont think of it much
Its still out there for us to see
If you treat life like a bar room fight
Youll die stinking of gin
No drunkards are allowed in heaven
No sinners will get in
Walk tall
Yeah, walk on
Walk tall
Through this world
Walk tall
So be careful in what you believe in
Theres plenty to get you confused
And in this land called paradise
You must walk in many mens shoes
Bigotry and hatred are enemies to us all
Grace, mercy and forgiveness
Will help a man walk tall
So walk tall
Yeah, walk on
Walk tall
Through this world
Through this world
Yeah, walk tall
Then walk on
Walk tall
Then walk on
Through this world
Through this world
Through this world
Through this world
Walk tall
Walk tall
Then walk on
Walk tall

Be Proud
Be proud of who you are,
your one of a kind.
There is no one else like you.
Always remember
walk tall where ever you go,
and remember you are one of a kind,
no one else is like you.
So be proud of who you are.
If people try to belittle you,
they will only be belittling themselves.
If people try to put you down,
look them straight in the eye,
smile and walk tall on your way.
Be proud of who you are
because no one can take that away from you.
Always remember
you are one of a kind
and no one is just quite like you,
so smile
and always walk tall on your way.

My dad went through a sea of deaths. The oldest of six, he buried his four younger brothers and four of his children. Yes, I was it. His philosophy after grieving was to laugh. To try to bring some joy to others, because life is just so hard sometimes. Because it ends. My father also had a huge amount of dignity. This Mark Twain quote sums up the way my father and mother felt about life: "Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great." … I am very proud of the life I have led so far. I have a lot of love in my life. And a lot of laughs. And I wish that for you all. I wish that even for the guy in the audience with his arms folded.

Walk Tall
Cant wait to see you say black is white
Cant wait to hear you
Tell me lies
Say it with flowers
But Id swallow too much pride
Stop counting the hours
till Im right there by your side
Walk tall
Ill never crawl to you
Walk tall
Not if you beg me to
Wishing and hoping
To see the light
Waiting and praying
It will be all right
Remember the days we spent
Just lying on your bed
Remember how crazy we went
Right out of our heads
Walk tall
Ill never crawl to you
Walk tall
Not if you beg me to
Walk tall
Ill never crawl to you
Walk tall
Not if you beg me to
Walk tall
Ill never crawl to you
Walk tall
Not if you beg me to

Time To Belittle
What is so funny?
'How small minds gather with other small minds,
To then associate with more smaller minds...
Who all find the time to belittle.'
In height?
Or in thought process?
Which one?
Why are you staring at me?
'Jokes are not suppose to be analyzed.
That's why they are called jokes.'
Oh!
I get it 'now'.
Not to 'belittle'.
But to be 'little'.
'Forget it.
Just forget it.'
Don't be made at me.
You could have kept that one to yourself.
I would have used 'disparaged' instead, anyway.
'Father...?
Why is it 'me'? '
Stop looking up in the sky.
That answer is not there.
Trust me.

Empire State Human
Since I was very young I realised
I never wanted to be human size
So I avoid the crowds and traffic jams
They just remind me of how small I am
Because of this longing in my heart
Im going to start the growing up
Im going to grow now and never stop
Think like a mountain, grow to the top
Tall, tall, tall, I want to be tall, tall, tall
As big as a wall, wall, wall, as big as a wall, wall, wall
And if Im not tall, tall, tall, then I will grow, grow, grow
Because Im not tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall
Tall, tall, tall, I want to be tall, tall, tall
As big as a wall, wall, wall, as big as a wall, wall, wall
And if Im not tall, tall, tall, then I will grow, grow, grow
Because Im not tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall, tall
With concentration
My size increased
And now Im fourteen stories high
At least!!
Empire state human
Just a bored kid
Ill go to egypt to be
A pyramid
Brick by brick
Stone by stone
Growing till hes fully grown
Brick by brick
Stone by stone
Growing till hes fully grown

We May Be Little
We may be little, not to tall,
but the love we share is above all.
To be little is just fine,
if I were tall I'd run, and hide.
Short people are here to stay,
so giants get out of our way.
Trampled in life by big people's laughs, because they think we are so small,
they think they are so smart, just because they are tall.
Ha! ! I say to these giants, for short is all right,
and if they don't like us because of our height,
We won't go down without a fight.
(I wrote this back when I was a teenager, and living in Chicago.

Beggars Of Love
i am the king
in my small kingdom
i keep dignity
intact in my
heart
at night i have become
a beggar of love
and so i kneel before you
asking for it
it is the dark that conceals me
my crown and scepter
beneath your feet
i am at your command
and i follow every word
so blindly
it is because of love
and love makes us all slaves
to the pleasures that
it gives
i swallow every pride there is
because i cannot unlearn
this love for you
but it will not be forever
there will be no slaves forever
i shall soon awaken from this sleep
and be myself again
to wear my crown and hold my scepter
and walk again with dignity as my own king
in my small kingdom
i shall keep my name
but how lonely can it be
less the joys and pleasures
less the honesty and ecstasy
less myself,
devoid of everything that shall
make
my kingdom in shambles
into the triumph of the
shameless and
the beasts....

Build Me A Woman
Give me a witness, darling.
I need a witness, babe.
Wow, hey!
I got the poontang blues, yeah.
I got the poontang blues. yeah.
Top of my head down
To the bottom of my cowboy shoes.
All right!
Build me a woman,
Make her ten feet tall.
You got to build me a woman,
Make her ten feet tall.
Dont make her worthless,
Dont make her, wow, small.
Right, oh, come on!
You got!
Build me a woman,
Make her ten feet tall.
Build me a woman,
Make her ten feet tall.
Dont make her worthless,
Dont make her small.
Build me someone I can ball
All night long.

Lament For Short People (Fun Poem 12)
Even a tall person to a short person,
their problems I can relate,
tall people bump into low hanging doors,
while short people cannot reach shelves too high.
In shops there are no normal shelves,
some are near the ceiling,
while others are inches from the floor.
Normally the good stuff is put on the top shelf,
where you need a pair of stilts to reach.
Therefore, the short person has to jump up and down,
just like a jack in the box,
for anything they want.
Some short people feel intimidated,
by the tall people that they meet.
They should not be,
because size is not the difference,
but its personalities.
Now if they worked together,
they could walk at the same height.
No man is different from another,
no matter what size he is.
So short and tall people of this word,
I have but one word for both of you - unite.

Dignity
Dignity is what we want,
As human beings on this earth;
Dignity is what we can’t,
Give up anyway since birth.
Dignity is innate right,
God has bestowed man, He made;
Dignity is cause to fight
When employees get under-paid.
Dignity, all need always
At home, at school and one’s work-place;
Dignity for human race,
Men must guarantee all days.
Dignity in livelihood,
Receive should all citizens;
Dignity in dying too,
World must assure everyone.
Dignity is what we need
In life on earth and when we die;
Dignity is good indeed
For creatures born under the sky.
Dignity for man and beast
Is a must for all, west / east;
Dignity for anyone
Shouldn’t be denied, any time!

Supersize My Life
hamburgers, fries, tacos
pizza, soda, nachos
supersize it all
make me as wide as i am tall
candy, popcorn, cake
homemade cookies bake
supersize it all
make me as wide as i am tall
supersize my life, my house, my car
make it easy, dont want to have to walk to far
supersize my food
i'll supersize your wallet
supersize, make it extra large
or whatever you want to call it
doctors, lawyers, corporations
together we can make a lot of people rich
diet companies, tv, gyms, restaurants
SUPERSIZE MY FOOD NOW, BITCH!

People Need People
People need people to
Put up shelves
To be themselves
And to laugh with
To unblock blocked toilets
To make their sandwhiches
And watch T.V with
People need people
To live with
To argue and forgive with
And to agree to disagree
To have something
To have someone from which to break free!
People need people to
Be quiet
To stage a riot
To eat fish with
Or afternoon tea
To have someone from somewhere to break free from
People need people
To rush with
To crush with
In the first train in
And the last train home
People need people
For someone to be with
To been seen with
And for having a reason for being alone
People need people to sing with
To cry with and die with
To sigh say goodbye with
People need people to get lost in
That early morning frost in the throng
To have someone to fight with
To kiss goodnight with
To simply have somewhere to belong!
And not to belong
After all people need people, big, fat thin, tall, and very small,
People need people that's a fact,
And that's that, and that's all!

Small brooks together make a big RIVER.
Small giggles together make a big LAUGHTER.
Small mickles together make a big MUCKLE.
Small chuckles together make a big CACKLE.
Small steps together make STAIRCASE.
Small bubbles together make EFFERVESCENCE.

A Asome Poem About PEOPLE
Some people
Care about you, some people
Don’t care,
Make fun of you and walk away,
Some people,
Run past, some people
Hand you presents,
Give you a pat on the back,
Some people
You love, some people
You don’t know
Some people, some people,
You do,
Some people
You notice, some people
Eat cauliflower, some people
Are teenagers,
Some people walk to restaurants,
Sit down at the counter,
Eat there food, through it at
People,
Some people never notice you,
Some people always look, some people
Want to take you away, some people
Will never exist
Some people are other people; some people are you, some people
Die ever second,
Some people are you

Soul Experience
Be yourself and live a little,
Dont bother painting your face;
Tomorrow it may rain and colors run,
Better it quench the flowers thirst.
Dont be afraid to live a little,
Dont be afraid of the people that belittle our love,
Oh our love.
Open up your thoughts and listen to others,
Your fellow man may surprise you;
He offers a unique item,
Soul experience, help yourselves to each other.
Dont be afraid to live a little,
Dont be afraid of the people that belittle our love,
Oh our love.
Just be yourself.
Just be yourself.
Oh our love, oh our love.

Standing tall
it is not how
many legs
you have
but how tall
you walk
i know why
all the prophets
carried a stick
it is to show followers
how to walk tall
i know why the
chinese write
from left to right
and upright
it's because
they aim to
walk tall
as confucius
steadfast as
his tenets
i know why
buddha sat
upright all
this while
it is to help
souls gain
nirvana
with one
straight
philosophy
a philosophy
that connects
heaven straight
with earth

I'm Really The Kind
I'm really the kind to dazzle and twirl
Have tantrums like silver slanting rain
Walk up to strangers
Parade with my pride
And stride like a lion up
A mad mountainside
So steep, so lovely
Don't think about the fall
Then suddenly, no warning
No nothing, I'm small
I'm small
Smaller than anyone, smaller than you
You see, I'm really the kind
To cower in the corner
And pray that some guy
Will have a kind word to say
Then be tiny in his arms
And be stroked to my heart
And coaxed and caressed
And combed and undressed
Then finally I'll trust him
Abandon it all
Then suddenly, no warning
No nothing, I'm too tall
I'm tall, taller than anyone
Taller than boys
I'm tall, taller than anyone
Taller than you
The pendulum swings both ways
And I lose my equilibrium
I swing so fast inside it's motion
That I become the hum
I become the hum
You see I'm really the kind
To walk the avenues
And criticize the mannequins
And ogle the jewels
Justify spending the cash
I don't have
Break resolutions
With a naughty little laugh
I'm nothing unless
I'm the belle of the ball
And then suddenly
No warning, no nothing
I've got it all, I see it all
I have it all, I have it all
It is, it is, it is, it is
It is, my soul, my soul
