Possessiveness
Every inch of yours
is mine.
Every breath of yours
is mine.
Every space of yours
is mine.
Every move of yours
is mine.
I'm possessiveness
personified!
I need you, own you,
have you, possess you.
Every moment of your life,
all your time...is all mine!
Possessiveness
possesses me...
They say: detachment
is the best policy.
So here I go...
Let me renounce the world
to remain attached to thee!
Possessiveness owns me.
They say: remain aloof
to get detached. Separate
and go your own ways.
What they don't know is
Attachment has nothing
to do with proximity....
Even if you are far across
the seven continents
and the seven seas...
You'll never be able to
disown me!
I'm attached to you.
So are you, to me...
We are partners in possessiveness!
Every smell of yours
I possess
as if like a fragrance
I emanate from thee...
Every sight of yours
I possess, as if
in your eyes, you only
see me...
Possessiveness
possesses us...
like partners in fantasy.
This divine attraction
is the culmination of
love's orgasmic ecstasy!

Possessiveness In Love
Sexual love is possessive to the core.
Man and woman entangle each other.
Man's possessiveness is for custody.
Woman's possessiveness is for a siege.
It's man's struggle to get a woman.
It's woman's struggle to cage him in.
He gives her money; she gives him honey.
She wants comfort and he wants loyalty.
Any intrusion will invite violence.
Suspicion is fatal to relation.
Woman is capable of handling it
By sheer show of virtue and prtence.

Many slips in between
My predilection for her was total.
A friend of mine came in as a rival.
As a shock came their wedding announcement.
Could it be possible that my averment
Of my background had pricked her on to this
Just as my possessiveness shown to her
May have pricked her on to her engagement.
Between grips and lips, there are many slips.

The Cause Of Possessiveness
Relationship with another is based
On dependence derived from the other.
Dependence grows to possessiveness made
Of fear, suspicion and friction.
Craving for satisfaction, comforts and
The secured feelings is the impetus
For seeking someone of the other sex
To have emotional relationships.
A feeling of completeness will go through
The relationship, the loss of which does
Disrupt the very rhythm of his life
So lurk fear, suspicion and friction.
The primary cause of friction is oneself.
It's one's obsession that is the culprit
And not the other in case it suffers.
Blame yourself for the possessiveness.
Relationship is a process in which
One would discover the hidden cause
Of sorrow, which one must swallow
When it erupts, for the joy experienced.

I Like That Too
You know I can't stop trying being more for you.
And wanting to be every part of the life,
You live too.
With you with me,
I feel this selfishness.
As if I want to protect you...
In a possessiveness,
You would wish I'd give...
As you do.
And I am not resisting it,
If it shows.
You know I can't stop trying being more for you.
And wanting to be every part of the life,
You live too.
With you with me,
I feel this selfishness.
As if I want to protect you...
In a possessiveness,
You would wish I'd give...
As you do.
And I am not resisting it,
If it shows.
Okay...
You want me to be the one to go first?
Since you are the more submissive!
Just let me know when you get tired of it.
I like it when you are dominate.
And this I know,
I will not come to miss.
When you are aggressive,
It gives me a boost.
A lift!
'I was just about to say I like that too.
About you!
When we do it.'

Mine Eyes Beg Sight Of Thee
Mine eyes beg sight of thee; mine mind begs, thought;
Mine heart begs consort with thee-for us to be what we ought;
Mine arms beg thine own body, in loving embrace-
Contrariwise, mine own body begs of same, face to face!
Mine own soul begs for thine, as its mate-
Our re-acquaintance made as was, through the powers of fate;
Mine whole life begs for thine own beauty's attestation:
As I bide still, I ruminate upon my futurity's celebration.
Until this time, when we shall meet my beloved, fair thee well:
May we both one day be the story that we lovingly tell.
All that I am begs for all that you are-
In a world with myriad resplendence, you are its brightest star!
Query not why it is that I covet thee as I do,
Ponder only: that in the morrow, more of same shall be gifted, to you!

The End of Love!
This is my confession
to justify my love for you
so then I can describe your pain
with my poor pen
writing black, which still leaves marks on paper
but with power. when dealing with you!
perhaps indiscreet or pride
but always limited by love
Is not me who owns the magic
it emanates from you!
and so cowardly am
I steal and I say they are my
the indelible marks of his passion!
I steal, I possess!
What is not my
but all that is yours!
And I say it's mine!
So I lie too!
and you are judged so harshly
with such guilt, which was given thee by
and then drawn by me!
Blessing of the Gods!
But I steal, lie and I possess!
all that is yours!
And I say, It's mine!
Sometimes I'm your liniment
Others
live steam for their wounds
and I cause such suffering.
Pleasure and pain
mixed cherished
i am so sorrowful,
Please, my Love
leave your bags in the hall
I do not lie. do not steal,
I own nothing

The Package
Clever got me this far
Then tricky got me in
Eye on what I'm after
I don't need another friend
Smile and drop the cliche
'Till you think I'm listening
I take just what I came for
Then I'm out the door again
Peripheral on the package
Don't care to settle in
Time to feed the monster
I don't need another friend
Comfort is a mystery
Crawling out of my own skin
Just give me what I came for, then I'm out the door again
Lie to get what I came for
Lie to get just what I need
Lie to get what I crave
Lie and smile to get what's mine
Eye on what I'm after
I don't need another friend
Nod and watch your lips move
If you need me to pretend
Because clever got me this far
Then tricky got me in
I'll take just what I came for
Then I'm out the door again
Lie to get what I came for
Lie to get what I need now
Lie to get what I'm craving
Lie and smile to get what's mine
Give this to me
Mine, mine, mine
Take what's mine
Mine, mine, mine
Take what's mine
Mine, mine, mine
Lie to get what I came for
Lie to get what I need now
Lie to get what I crave
Lie to smile and get what's mine
Give this to me
Take what's mine
Mine, mine, mine
Take what's mine
Give this to me
Take what's mine, take what's mine, mine...
Take what's mine, take what's mine, take what's mine,
This is mine, mine, mine, not mine

The Spanish Lady’s Love
[HERNANI, ACT I.]
To mount the hills or scaffold, we go to-morrow:
Hernani, blame me not for this my boldness.
Art thou mine evil genius or mine angel?
I know not, but I am thy slave. Now hear me:
Go where thou wilt, I follow thee. Remain,
And I remain. Why do I thus? I know not.
I feel that I must see thee--see thee still--
See thee for ever. When thy footstep dies,
It is as if my heart no more would beat;
When thou art gone, I am absent from myself;
But when the footstep which I love and long for
Strikes on mine ear again--then I remember
I live, and feel my soul return to me.

Mine to the core of the heart, my beauty!
Mine, all mine, and for love, not duty:
Love given willingly, full and free,
Love for love's sake, - as mine to thee.
Duty's a slave that keeps the keys,
But Love, the master, goes in and out
Of his goodly chambers with song and shout,
Just as he please, - just as he please.
Mine, from the dear head's crown, brown-golden,
To the silken foot that's scarce beholden;
Give to a few friends hand or smile,
Like a generous lady, now and awhile,
But the sanctuary heart, that none dare win,
Keep holiest of holiest evermore;
The crowd in the aisles may watch the door,
The high-priest only enters in.
Mine, my own, without doubts or terrors,
With all thy goodnesses, all thy errors,
Unto me and to me alone revealed,
'A spring shut up, a fountain sealed.'
Many may praise thee, - praise mine as thine,
Many may love thee, - I'll love them too;
But thy heart of hearts, pure, faithful, and true,
Must be mine, mine wholly, and only mine.
Mine! - God, I thank Thee that Thou hast given
Something all mine on this side heaven:
Something as much myself to be
As this my soul which I lift to Thee:
Flesh of my flesh, bone of my bone,
Life of my life, whom Thou dost make
Two to the world for the world's work's sake, -
But each unto each, as in Thy sight, one.

Thee
Thy sun is the hope of mine cold day,
Thy rain of tears the hope of mine arid desert
To thee I hope, to thee I pray
My soul's anguish for thee to comfort
Thy carmine rose leaf's the beauty of mine hurt
Thy delicious breathe, mine soul's fresh air
With thy power mine mind doth flirt
And thy life, mine life's only care.
Thy dew mine soul's most precious treasure
Thy bodies heat, mine bodies fire place
In thy freedom, mine soul's lonely leisure
Thy bodies shape, mine eye's holy grace
Mysterious art thou, none shall ever know it
But thou art and the muse of this poet

Love and rage
The intensity of the rage
A man shows when another man’s eyes
Fall on his wife or hers, on him
Does not reflect the depth of love
He’s got for his wife but reflects
His possessiveness of ownership.

Of All The Hearts
(byron hill/j. remington wilde)
Of all the hearts
In this big ol world
Please tell me
Why did you hav to break mine
For every tear Ive cried
There must be a million fools
That could have caught your eye
What were the odds
That you and I would meet
We were just strangers
On a crowded street
Of all the hearts
That you could have loved
And left oh
Why did you have to be mine
Whatever made you
Choose me above the rest
Is there some unlucky
Charm that I possess
Of all the hearts
In this big ol world
Please tell me
Why did you have to break mine
Oh why did it have to be mine

Sonnet: Excessive Love is Futile
To love something too much could turn out bad,
For time decides the loss of many things;
When separations make a person mad,
Both peace of mind and heart can take on wings!
Attachment in excess could boomerang;
A bereft state cannot be lived at all;
Possessiveness could work like poison-fang,
Triggering person's defeat and downfall!
Better not to develop attachment much;
All states of life are not so permanent;
Much closeness can offset the magic touch,
As many things in life can cause a dent!
Don't love a thing in ways it doesn't deserve;
Love God alone with heart and mind and serve!

I Me Mine
All thru' the day i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
All thru' the night i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
Now they're frightened of leaving it
Ev'ryone's weaving it,
Coming on strong all the time,
All thru' the day i me mine.
I-me-me mine, i-me-me mine,
I-me-me mine, i-me-me mine.
All i can hear i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
Even those tears i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
No-one's frightened of playing it
Ev'ryone's saying it,
Flowing more freely than wine,
All thru' the day i me mine.
I-me-me mine, i-me-me mine,
I-me-me mine, i-me-me mine.
All i can hear i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
Even those tears i me mine, i me mine, i me mine.
No-one's frightened of playing it
Ev'ryone's saying it,
Flowing more freely than wine,
All thru' your life i me mine.
