A lesson in grief
I struggle to find
Inside my mind
Thoughts that will offer
Some crumb of comfort
Black calligraphy,
Brave, brush strokes
Across the blinding stab of pain
That comes with loss
Ah, but then there is darkness.
Impenetrable, like none you imagined
And you will put every effort
Into figuring the exit route.
Wasted effort.

Last night I was in heaven today Im still on a cloud in his arms I was in
Heaven and I didnt know what it was all about when he walked out the hurt
Walked in I guess I wasnt ready for love
Last night I thought I was gain today I feel so ashamed if he only knew I need

I Look at me as i sit here in pain.
