Death
Death,
When I am
All willing
To die…
You’ll
Never
Come to me.
But when I’m
Hankering to
Live more…
You’ll come
Chasing me
Like the
Fire in a
Tunnel –
Raging forward
To annihilate me.

Chasing an Empty Car (episode 1)
I was a cop chasing an empty car.
Not to know what I would find in the car.
I was a man chasing my life.
Not to know what I would discover in my life.
To make a choice to be a hero,
I could chase this empty car myself.
To make a choice to be safe,
I could call for backup.
Would I sacrifice myself for my career?
Would I risk my life for better feeling at work?
I didn’t know if I would come out from it alive.
I didn’t know if I would stay on the life track.
In short time a lot of thoughts came through my mind.
In long period of my life I didn’t know I’d have a choice.
Sacrifice for innocents or runaway for sinners.
Minimizing the risk for everybody, I called for backup and kept chasing.
Sinner is always winner.
No matter what he always wins.
Stay on the track.
I recalled the paragraphs from the poem book.
All of sudden I heard some shots,
And my car was on fire.
Trying to pull the break and run out of the car.
I remember big noise and explosion.
I didn’t know if I made it.
Now I am standing in dark tunnel.
At the end of tunnel I see a light.
I was a cop chasing an empty car.
I was a man chasing a simple life.

The Meaning Of It All
Are we born to die someday?
Or go about hankering after friends, fortune and fame everyday?
I know not what to do today,
I know what I am today is because of yesterday.
I know what I will be tomorrow is because of today.
Life is a like a fire which keeps on burning and burning
Life is full of desires and despair,
Raise your desire as high as the fire.
Never let yourself to be burnt in the fire of despair.
Death need not to be feared,
For when it nears, you are not there.
A Tendency to Start Fires
Strange zoo
strange blaze
douse my head in flames
coming through got to get some
happiness is a bad son
forceps
kitchen tools
deconstruct your every move
feels better when you're here
guillotine just got here
back bend
back break
please yourself to make it rate
live it all at your own cost
so many just got lost
leaning for fire
leaning to fire
leaning to fire
here's tomorrow man
best of my ability
chasing what i can
here's tomorrow man
instinct
bare boned
light it up
take it home
you will be all things
you'll get what you bring
leaning to fire
leaning to fire
leaning to fire
here's tomorrow man
best of my ability
chasing watercans
here's tomorrow man
best of my civility
with our own tongue
here's tomorrow man

Shadows On The Wall
When the fantasy we live in
Lies in pieces on the ground
And there is no false illusion
That can turn your heart around
Nothing can change the way I feel
Nothing can take your love from me
If only I didnt worry
If only I could see
If only I could see
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Now Im on my own
Chasing shadows on the wall
Shadows on the wall
On the sea of mediocrity
Drifting from a distant shore
No goodbyes no celebration
No-one there to close the door
Only the silence that I feel
Only the lonely road is real
If only I didnt loose you
If only we could be
If only we could be
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Now Im on my own
Chasing shadows on the wall
Shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they start to fall
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing shadows on the wall

Chasing Blue Sky
Shakin time, she needs
Taking rides...to somewhere
Lets lose our minds, no hurry
Im the wakeful night, with dreams...or something
Chasing blue sky,
Were chasing blue sky
Taking time from all this worry
Mesmerized by the waves of your smile
I wish that I could say something
But youre the rose colored glass I see through
Ill see you through
Chasing blue sky, were chasing blue sky
Chasing blue sky, were chasing blue sky
Chasing blue sky, were chasing blue sky
Chasing blue sky, were chasing blue sky

Money
Hankering for money
Not realising
Wrong path to earn.
Hankering for money
Judge delivering
Wrong judgement
Losing all fame
Name and corn.
Do not envy
And lookback
Or else no morn.

And the Waters Come Raging
And the waters come raging
like a month-long monsoon
spreading their fury in minutes
and seconds, making busy streets
of shops and houses into
deep sea of mud and graves.
And the waters come raging
like a giant thief in the night
unwanted, unexpected
stamping down on trees,
animals, cars and humans
flushing them out like
manure to a tunnel without light.
And the waters come raging
with the screams and cries
of the stranded on rooftops
the tears of those who cannot
save and find their loved ones,
the prayers of those who wait
until the fury of the waters
should calm down and subside.

The Tunnel
Toil's a tunnel, there's no way out
For fellows, the like o' me;
A beggar wi' only a crust an' a clout
At the worst o' the worst is free;
but I work to eat, an' I eat to work;
It's always the same old round,
And I dassent fail for the day I shirk
They'll shovel me underground.
I guess God meant it to be that way,
For a man must make his bread;
I was born to bondage, to earn my pay,
To slave to the day I'm dead;
To live in a tunnel, to die in a ditch -
That's just what us fellows do;
For the poor must be makin' the rich more rich,
An' the many must serve the few.
Aye, we live in a tunnel, most o' us,
A-fearin' to lose our job;
But who has the right to gripe an' cuss
So the goblet's hot on the hob.
An' I mustn't be havin' the wife complain,
An' I can't let the childer fast:
So I'll toil in my tunnel an' drag my chain,
Clank! Clank! Clank! to the last.

Real Life Living
Real life is walking back and dreaming
Real life is entering the picture and achieving
Real life is a fight
To fight with words for swords
And yes swords for words
Here are worlds of sores
This soaring world
Soaring low and high
Swirling to and fro
Mixing sky with dreams
Mixing eyes
Mixing creams with dyes and dies
Paints dripping and dried
Gripping pages grind
Gripping life as a vice death
And death is hate
And hates rest
We wrestle this world upon conception
'till death
And death and life are
Chasing tails
Life is real
While death is chasing tales
And death is really
A bugging issue
Real life realing death
Into sure casting fire
And dreams into life really
Killing death and real life living

What This Poetry Is Trying To Achieve
nothing and no one
saves us
from this life
death situation
now you must
realize the purpose of
poetry
it does not save us
from death or
hunger or
pain
though it can lessen
this misery
like a pillow in our
heads when
we really badly need
to sleep
& rest
poetry never promised you
redemption
they are just words to say the least
somehow
it changes the way we look at life
and death
i love the metamorphosis
metaphor
of that caterpillar, cocoon
butterfly thing
this is not a case of a sinking ship
where rats are
raging furiously out of the mess
to save themselves
this is not a house burning
where our only dream is an exit
or a prison cell where we always
speak of liberation
a cave, a tunnel, a pit
where light becomes a dream
this is but a realistic approach
to an existential nihilism
we are but spectators of this show
and participants as well
we all live and leave and then
be all silent because we have then
decoded the mysteries of our
innate truths
again i am into this Rubicon of words
trying to untangle and in the very process
caught so well in my own
imaginary cave, a prison, a darkness
which i very well know is just temporary.

It was like I was in a tunnel. Not only the tunnel under the hotel but the whole circuit was a tunnel. I was just going and going, more and more and more and more. I was way over the limit but still able to find even more.

Free The People
(keith)
Free the people from the fire
Pull the boat out of the raging sea
Tell the devil hes a liar
Come and save the likes of me
Saw your light from the street
As I passed by the other day
I was scared, my knees were weak
Forgot what I had come to say
Free the people from the fire
Pull the boat out of the raging sea
Tell the devil hes a liar
Come and save the likes of me
Saw a man walk on water
Everybody looking on
I didnt know I was his daughter
Till both of us had come and gone
Free the people from the fire
Pull the boat out of the raging sea
Tell the devil hes a liar
Come and save the likes of me
If you see me in the valley
Looking like I dont belong
You can put me in your greenest valley
Ill still be singing this same old song
Free the people from the fire
Pull the boat out of the raging sea
Tell the devil hes a liar
Come and save the likes of me

Sir Isaac Brock to his Soldiers
Ye men of Canada !
Subjects with me of that Imperial Power
Whose liberties are are marching round the earth :
I need not urge you now to follow me,
Though what befalls will try your stubborn faith
In the fierce fire and crucible of war.
I need not urge you, you have heard the voice
Of loyalty, and answered to its call.
Who has not read the insults of the foe —
The manifesto of his purposed crimes I
That foe, whose poison-paint, false liberty,
Runs o'er his body politic and kills
Whilst seeming to adorn it, fronts us now !
Threats our poor Province to annihilate,
And should we find the red men by our side —
Poor injured souls, who but defend their own —
Calls back Extermination from its hell,
To stalk abroad, and stench your land with slaughter.
These are our weighty arguments of war,
Wherein armed Justice will enclasp its sword,
And sheath it in its bitter adversary ;
Wherein we'll turn our bayonet-points to pens, .
And write in blood : — Here lies the poor invader ;
Or be ourselves struck down by hailing death :
Made stepping stones for foes to walk upon —
The lifeless gangways to our country's ruin.
For now we look not with the eye of fear ;
We reck not if this strange mechanic frame —
Stop in an instant in the shock of war.
Our death may build into our country's life,
And failing this, 'twere better still to die
Than live the breathing spoils of infamy.
Then forward for our cause and Canada !
Forward for Britain's Empire — peerless arch
Of Freedom's raising, whose majestic span
Is axis to the world ! On, on, my friends '
The task our country sets must we perform —
Wring peace from war, or perish in its storm!

Tunnel Of Love
Well if youre lookin for the best, then baby be my guest
Im right before your eyes and Im tellin you no lies
You wanted my disease, youll have to do as I please
Youll jump off the roof if I say, I wont let you get away
It must have been the devil in me, I dont know what else it could be
Chorus:
Tunnel of love, tunnel of love, let me visit your tunnel of love
Tunnel of love, tunnel of love, Ive got to visit your tunnel of love
Youre just a victimless crime, it happens all the time, yeah
Youll have an overstay, and your bill is my pay
You are the lock, I am the key, you know what you do to me
Chorus
You are the lock, I am the key, you know what you do to me
Chorus repeats out

I was born for your magazines
For your magazines
I am trapped in the society page
Of your magazines
Of your magazines
I don't know what it means
Do you see light at the end of the tunnel?
At the end of the tunnel?
Do you see light at the end of the tunnel?
At the end of the tunnel?
At the end of the tunnel?

Warm and Cozy in New Jersey
To my beloved friend, Raven Garcia
Raven is raging mad
At this cold weather, oh what a drag!
Shoveling this heavy snow
When he could be writing sonnets or even a haiku.
Raven is raging mad
Sleep eludes him, oh what a drag!
He tried to play his guitar but inspiration eludes him just once more
So he went outside to look up and wait for that fire in the sky.
Raven is raging mad
At the unfairness of it all
He has so much to give, but no worthy recipient it seems
Till he looks at Sophia's sleeping face
And realize everything is so worth it.
