Vanity of Faith
faith hear the whisper of every souls, tangle by many
prayer, a dine of the god and the goddesses; venture
that the heart wonders till, the ends come in the over
of the day
the wall of many eyes, the bell with unspoken wish,
while the hymn request grant the unending dream and
prayed hope, fade by departed soul, waiting until the
last dew of the fog comes inn to the end
cares face my prayer, hug with tidily, the waited time
to subdue my dark and needed soul; the wealth that
unceasingly ask your merciful possession and here i
am wanting to be mine forever live in my arm
oppression tremendously lousy to take in your way
blinded to see the path, as the vulture eats my heart
of what my faith wish to be; now the lighted candle
is bless I owe, pose and blink the signal that i will
be blind not in your eyes for i am willing to die in
thee
lose in my way, bringing only the light of hope that
you'll be watching me back in my journey Home......

By Faith By: Cay Thorne
By faith we are loved –
By those who care for us.
By faith we have a heart –
To love everything and everyone.
By faith we can show virtue and enlightenment –
To those who need to be enlightened.
By faith we live within peace –
Especially during time of war.
By faith we have courage –
To do something brave and heroic.
By faith we face discrimination –
In every form there is under the sun with gusto and understanding.
By faith we can do wonders –
Beyond any means needed.
By faith we can do anything –
That we set our mind and heart on it.
By faith we have encouragement –
To try anything new that comes our way in life.
By faith we have hope –
To fight through any struggle that comes our way in life.
By faith we have hope –
To stop all wars and fights;
That begins with hatred.
BY FAITH ITSELF WE CAN DO A LOT OF GOOD IN THIS WORLD WITHOUT TURNING TO VIOLENCE.

In God's Horizon
it is in God's horizon that all are equal, regardless, of faith, sex, religion, race, even in our decision of where to end our lives our belief, has always been there to reminds the, thirsts of our soul, to a dream of dreams and a hope against hope, that this journey is worth to
live by
the immortal of soul is the only key we hold, to reach what is life everlasting, what we are today is not what we will bring us in life after death, it is our heart, our faith, our being one, our genuineness of belief, that would leads us to the beginning of life
the trust in our soul, woven with forgiveness, weaken God's wrath, that the harmony of a sinner and the giver of life, all things will be judged accordingly, in God's mercy, witness by our very own soul, when time has come to an end, death is certain and life final direction is on the horizon, be sure that in the moment of silence, whisper your soul that, in your heart
..... ' your happy in the company of angels singing hymn of praise with God of which you know Him '... in your soul and want to live through out Eternity.... in God's Horizon

The Conumdrum of War
I am on my knees
As I say a little prayer to thee
In my minds eyes I see death
In my heart I feel the pain
Why must we live to the music of war?
That condemns our souls to damnation
Why must lost souls forever be taken from this realm
Just because humanity has the need to say they are right in what they believe
We continue to waste the lives that we are given to lead
We continue to take the unexpected lives of the innocent soul
Why must this be forever a part of humanity?
Where is the harm in giving your heart and soul?
In the right of all that lives in faith and harmony
I have said it before and I will say it again
We must choose the path that will set our souls free
Give up the wars that condemn our societies
Give your heart to thine neighbors, friends, and family
Let the conundrum of war burn out the fire of hatred
Moreover, once more dare I dream?
Why not make this dream become real

A Light In The Window
Rain and wind and candlelight
And let us pray a prayer to-night:
For every soul, since life is brief,
Little of trouble and less of grief.
And set a light at the windowpane,
To guide Love home through the night and rain.
Rain and wind and candlelight
And what shall we pray again to-night?
For every life, whose way is dim,
The grace of God and trust in Him.
A word, a song, till the tears be dried,
And Faith and Hope sit down beside.
Rain and wind and candlelight
And one last prayer to pray to-night:
For every heart in the dark and rain
To know its prayer is not in vain:
A door flung wide, and a face aglow
Love come back from the Long-Ago.
Then let the rain and the wind without
Threaten their worst and rave and shout:
For who will care, though the night is black
Love to his own has wandered back.
Has wandered back through the rain and night,
Led home again by her candle's light.

My ardent prayer of the night.....
oh! journey of the night come and whisper my
dream that a prayer of mine be the vessel of hope
when the stream of death comes in my soul for
an immortal rest
let be the sole timeless sleep, i adore knock at my
peeping door, wish me the way to the shoulder of
the mother womb i stay
may the riding wind paddle my way to the kingdom,
where once, i knew that long before i come i was a
citizen that lures and passes in thy Eden haven's nest
be the guiding star that the angels may hear the silent
of my heart; a prayer that ask and be blessed for thy
voiceless whisper be the last day of my life
as i am gone, weight my command and judge
my entity the resurrected soul of mine be in your side,
for even at the last moment i take my breath, i call your
name
nestle my heart and settle my soul my dear Lord.......

Candle Of Hope
I light this candle of hope
For the people in Mindanao
Particularly in Maguindanao
A southern part in our country, the Philippines.
I light this candle of hope
For the weeping child, for the abused
For the weak women, tortured and some buried alive
I light this candle of hope
For the widows, widowers, orphans
for the mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers.
This Christmas, I know it will be very hard
To celebrate Christmas with joy in your heart
It is not easy to lose a loved one.
Your tears will be gone, in His time
Your broken heart will be whole
Just keep that faith inside in each one of you
And keep this candle of hope burning..burning
Note: Please light your Candle of Hope too for them.
In your own little way, you have helped them lighten their load.
Thank you and God bless

If We Hold On Together
Dont lose your way
With each passing day
Youve come so far
Dont throw it away
Live believing
Dreams are for weaving
Wonders are waiting to start
Live your story
Faith, hope & glory
Hold to the truth in your heart
If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by
For you and i
Souls in the wind
Must learn how to bend
Seek out a star
Hold on to the end
Valley, mountain
There is a fountain
Washes our tears all away
Words are swaying
Somebody is praying
Please let us come home to stay
If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by
For you and i
When we are out there in the dark
Well dream about the sun
In the dark well feel the light
Warm our hearts, everyone
If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
As high as souls can fly
The clouds roll by
For you and i

Shepherd Divine, Our Wants Relieve
Shepherd divine, our wants relieve,
In this our evil day;
To all Thy tempted followers give
The power to trust and pray.
Long as our fiery trials last,
Long as the cross we bear,
O let our souls on Thee be cast,
In never-ceasing prayer.
Thy Holy Spirit's praying grace
Give us in faith to claim;
To wrestle till we see Thy face,
And know Thy hidden name.
Till Thou the Father's love impart,
Till Thou Thyself bestow,
Be this the cry of every heart, -
I will not let Thee go.
I will not let Thee go, unless
Thou tell Thy name to me;
With all Thy great salvation bless,
And say, - I died for thee.
Then let me, on the mountain-top,
Behold Thine open face,
Till faith in sight is swallowed up,
And prayer in endless praise.

The Doubter's Prayer
Eternal Power, of earth and air!
Unseen, yet seen in all around,
Remote, but dwelling everywhere,
Though silent, heard in every sound.
If e'er thine ear in mercy bent,
When wretched mortals cried to Thee,
And if, indeed, Thy Son was sent,
To save lost sinners such as me:
Then hear me now, while, kneeling here,
I lift to thee my heart and eye,
And all my soul ascends in prayer,
Oh, give me - give me Faith! I cry.
Without some glimmering in my heart,
I could not raise this fervent prayer;
But, oh! a stronger light impart,
And in Thy mercy fix it there.
While Faith is with me, I am blest;
It turns my darkest night to day;
But while I clasp it to my breast,
I often feel it slide away.
Then, cold and dark, my spirit sinks,
To see my light of life depart;
And every fiend of Hell, methinks,
Enjoys the anguish of my heart.
What shall I do, if all my love,
My hopes, my toil, are cast away,
And if there be no God above,
To hear and bless me when I pray?
If this be vain delusion all,
If death be an eternal sleep,
And none can hear my secret call,
Or see the silent tears I weep!
Oh, help me, God! For thou alone
Canst my distracted soul relieve;
Forsake it not: it is thine own,
Though weak, yet longing to believe.
Oh, drive these cruel doubts away;
And make me know, that Thou art God!
A faith, that shines by night and day,
Will lighten every earthly load.
If I believe that Jesus died,
And, waking, rose to reign above;
Then surely Sorrow, Sin, and Pride,
Must yield to Peace, and Hope, and Love.
And all the blessed words He said
Will strength and holy joy impart:
A shield of safety o'er my head,
A spring of comfort in my heart.

I Do It For Your Love
Im not sentimental, no one calls me tender
I keep my emotions safe inside
But Ive never felt these feelings
And time just keeps revealing.
A part of me I can no longer hide
The moment that I kissed your lips
I found a whole new world exists
Look what youve done with my life.
If I write your name a thousand times
Inside a heart next to mine
Act like a fool whose faith is blind
Whatever I do, I do it for your love.
Im not one for flowers
Or talking on the phone for hours
Fancy words have never been my game
An answered prayer I never prayed
That came true anyway
Now I know Ill never be the same.
If I light a candle in the night
To see the reflexion in your eyes
You dont even need to ask me why
Whatever I do, I do it for your love.
I write your name a thousand times
Inside a heart next to mine
Act like a fool whose faith is blind
Whatever I do, I do it for your love...

Where Is Your Faith?
I feel you drifting
Away from your dream
Something is missing
In the glow your eyes seen
I find you staring
Somewhere out the scene
Though I’m right beside you
You don’t notice me
So where is your faith?
Does it fade?
Under the shadow, cold and dark
You lost the path
So where is your heart?
Do you still have?
Chasing by regret, guilt and pride
You run your feet
I see you struggling
The cruel world facing
Sacrifice anything
Common is lying
You say it’s nothing
Only weakness showing
What happens to your soul?
What have you been?
So where is your faith?
Does it fade?
Under the shadow, cold and dark
You lost the path
So where is your heart?
Do you still have?
Chasing by regret, guilt and pride
You run your feet
I hear you crying
Inside your heart’s pain
It seems the time has stopped
The night rain approached
Even it’s hard to think
Even loneliness stings
Just don’t give up, my love
You still have me
So where is your faith?
Does it fade?
Under the shadow, cold and dark
You lost the path
So where is your heart?
Do you still have?
Chasing by regret, guilt and pride
You run your feet

The Path
There is no turning back from this unending path of mine
Serpentine and black it stands before my eyes
To hell
and back it will lead me once more
It's all i have as i stumble in and out of grace
I walk through the gardens of dying
light
And cross all the rivers deep and dark as the night
Searching for a reason why time would've passed us by
With
every step i take the less i know myself
Every vow i break on my way towards your heart
Countless times i've prayed for
forgiveness
But gods just laugh at my face
And this path remains
Leading me into solitude's arms
I see through the
darkness my way back home
The journey seems endless but i'll carry on
The shadows will rise and they will fall
And our
night drowns in dawn
Amidst all tears there's a smile
That all angels greet with an envious song
One look into stranger's
eyes and i know where i belong
And the path goes on...

Tsunami of Layoff
the world is crushing down to pieces leaving no mercy
where every hunger of stuff bleeds to be eaten, like wild
fire in the darkness of hell
what makes things happen, as if nobody remembered?
in the middle century where everybody looks to heaven
and wait the angel of light to come out from the dark
clouds
all waited till the sun down whisper without a voice in
thy heart it sober as it echo in a distance horizon hoping
that day will become the night and as the night waited it
patiently comes the shadow of the dark that shatter all
dreams of hope
a nowhere to hear the calls of a hungry and pale man flesh
out wounds in the heart as the body corrupted by worms
what then the answer of the heavens above
the angel who knows every inch of our longing, cease the
picture of heaven, leaving the profane being waited out
a century of God of creation, suffering the cruel and
inhuman form of man living condition, pushing out to
create a life that is full whom the faithful calls the heaven
to fulfills that promise
as the Lord God listen to our cry, the tears that clam down
the angry God will now awaken from His deep slumber
now has come to seek justice to the arrogant, to the
evil doer, to the hypocrite and opportunist who leave no
mercy to my beloved people now, the time has come to
witness the wrath of God and the wave of depression, has
come to an end for I am who I am had answer your prayer
what is due to live, never lost and loose our faith to the
One who responded all our prayer an answer to our
deepening, be always strong to face what is passing in us
receive, kept always your faith and walk the path of
righteousness to the endless trust of God of LIFE

Our rusted key
a soul that leaves legacy, builds for eternity, such
savory of dreams come once in a life time, a place
in our hearts, that unite the human bane of every
soul
it well be forever, the thirst of the sweet bladed sword,
to learn the ancient path, where thousands of prayer
and sacrifice to reach and to end, each journey to the
kingdom of the most high
as it rust, it shine its golden armor of faith, that shield the
agony of souls, never it is wasted nor gain, for in every
faith of our spirit brings every pieces in God's altar of
forgiveness
what makes it pure, when each heart gives its pollen
drops of crystal tears in God's stain of mercy, that in
every breath brings the coated soul of openness, to
receive his passionate love forever in our soul
a revealing God that, even in the deepest flame of fire,
he still with us, it will be the moment that God will never
leaves his promise of perfection of our soul, a time that
witness, that our God is a God forever
be rusted in faith, for in every exposure of your lives, it
breath goodness to our precious soul, and be a legacy
of every brethren of brethrens, that the key to reach our
destiny is to be taken freely in the face of the earth
rush yourselves, in the air that mold you, rust ourselves
to the breath that guide us, let our heart kindling our eternity

Just a little Faith...
Just a little faith can light your path
When everything seems dark,
Just a faith can push you forward
To achieve a higher mark..
Just a little faith can move a mountain
From its place
Just a little faith can assure you that
Life's challenges you CAN face..
Just a little faith can give you the courage
To reach your dream
Just a little faith can restore you confidence
and self esteem
Just a little faith can allow you to soar
Above the sky
Just a little faith can make you never give up,
and try, try and try, ,
Just a little faith can pull you up,
From rock bottom, straight to the top
Just a little faith can make a dying person
Once more alive
In a world which treats us as though we're nothing,
Just a little faith can make us SURVIVE........

Stranger of my Shadow
the dream of yesterdays apart birth the
waiting hope to come in the castle of memory,
as today leaves the footprint of bedside of
tomorrow; lead me to the home of forever joy
and touch the glooming step of the future for
every bastion lives come to my dream
lips murmur of the sweetness passion of the
heart that breathes of lullaby of hymn in my
immortal soul, where the perfume comes away
in the lewd pain i gain, and let every road be
the wisdom of each way of serenity in your
hope
linger my soul, the waiting face shame to come
in the middle of your joy, damn me not in the
wilderness of astray, all like angels floats
looking somewhere beyond of what is yesterday
in the paradise eternal stay
oh! come and purify my whole some home,
where the moth not afraid to come near to the
fire of hell; show the very path that pleases
your destined heart; judgment never holds my
heart, yet! the zeal of free wills thane my soul to
be one in the table you share, my day
take me, show my inequities and cleanse my
lonely heart for the shadow i past lead me to
the eternal way that last forever.......

Pain, Hope
Every time I see the light
I'm pushed back by pain
The pain that haunts me
The pain that kills me
The pain I know
Forever a knife in my back
Hope is still in my heart
I charge forward brave
The hope that keeps me
The hope that heals me
The hope I need
Forever clinging to my soul
Lonliness won't lighten up
Forever drifting alone
The pain that numbs me
The pain that fills me
The pain I know
Forever a thorn in my side
Happiness is dampened
Can't ever fade away
The hope that feels me
The hope that fills me
The hope I need
Forever stands at my side
My chest is grieving, shakes unyield
My mind is reeling, clouded and dazed
My soul is choking, echoing within me
My heart is breaking, faintly inside
My eyes are glazing, gaze unfocused
My hands are falling, dead and lifeless
The pain I have
The hope I need
The pain that kills
The hope that heals
The pain I feel
The hope I want
The pain
The hope

The Ideal found
I've met thee, whom I dared not hope to meet,
Save in the enchanted land of my day-dreams:
Yes, in this common world, this waking state,
Thy living presence on my vision beams --
Life's dream embodied in reality,
And in thine eyes I read indifference to me!
Yes, in those star-like eyes I read my fate,
My horoscope is written in their gaze;
My "house of life," henceforth is desolate:
But the dark aspect my firm heart surveys,
Nor faints, nor falters even for thy sake:
'Tis calm, and nerved, and strong: no, no, it shall not break!
For I am of that mood that will defy --
That does not cower before the gathering storm;
That face to face will meet its destiny,
And undismayed confront its darkest form.
Wild energies awaken in this strife,
This conflict of the soul with the grim phantom Life.
But ah! if thou hadst loved me -- had I been
All to thy dreams that to mine own thou art --
Had those dark eyes beamed eloquent on mine,
Pressed for one moment to that noble heart,
In the full consciousness of faith unspoken,
Life could have given no more -- then had my proud heart broken!
The Alpine glacier from its height may mock
The clouds and lightnings of the winter sky,
And from the tempest and the thunder's shock,
Gather new strength to lift its summit high;
But kissed by sunbeams of the summer day,
It bows its icy crest and weeps itself away.
Thou know'st the fable of the Grecian mind,
Wooed by the veiled immortal from the skies, --
How, in his full perfection, once she prayed,
That he would stand before her longing eyes;
And how that brightness, too intense to bless,
Consumed her o'erwrought heart with its divine excess.
To me there is a meaning in the tale.
I have not prayed to meet thee: I can brook
That thou should'st wear to me that icy veil;
I can give back thy cold and careless look:
Yet, shrined within my heart, still thou shalt seem,
What there thou ever wert, a beautiful, bright dream!

Candles
Faith for reasons still unknown
Like bleak house fog seems everywhere
The truth has frozen into stone
And hope lies freezing in the midnight air
Though dark our days may seem
This is a different dream
Their freedom light dont shine at all
So I will light a candle for you
Keep it burning in the night
And pray that you are all right
I will light a candle for you
Little candle burning bright
When school yard heroes disappeared
The little girl, she stands alone
Oh I believe you if you say
A prayer can help to get her home
So I will light a candle for you
Keep it burning in the night
And pray that you are all right
I will light a candle for you
Little candle burning bright
