Lonely is the Night without a Pillow

dear dream please forgive my eyes
if the night closely peep the
morning sunlight, for nothing leaves the crickets
awake of sweet melody until everybody will greet
the morning glory of the stars asleep

twig the ray of every tree for the wind, gallops to
lay, snore the thundering rugged stream down
to the river flow as it
sing, and looks the night as it wait the morning sky,
wondering how it goes in the tick tock of the clock

oh! ladder of every dream, a pillow comes closer my
dear pillow,
for I will make you stay in my bed with a kiss
in your head, do what the eyes and the lips say and
make my day happy as you'll be

sleep my wonderful buddy the night comes in like a
flake of snow cool as it touches your body.....

Dear Dream

Dear Dream
Dear dream it always start like you
A simple dream to start my day, dear dream
This morning I dream of greatness, dear dream
I remember waking up in the world of glory, dear dream
It was a wishful world full of rich color even though it always start out in black and white
Dear dream, I have experience the most wonderful thing this morning
Dear dream, I have witness my eyes change color this morning
Dear dream, I have seem a colorful road with turn
A road that lead to a shinning castle, a castle that show its color through a shooting fire
Dear dream, the castle stood as the only beautiful picture in front of me
My eyes are shatter with firework shooting in and out of the picture
Dear dream I was in peace
My mind is in a field of glory, wondering in the light of greatness
Dear dream, good morning and yah I am awake

The Wind Is My Pillow©

The wind is my pillow upon which I lay my head,
The clouds are the down upon which I make my bed,
Together we all float in an undisturbed slumber,
Where all of the worldly woes we can disencumber.

The wind is my pillow when the day is done,
When the warmth has finished and the night's begun,
And the down around me I can enfold,
Admitting me again to that reassurance untold.

The wind is my pillow gently pushing me wide and far,
The chill of the night is blanketed by the stars,
And on we drift through a sleep of silent peace,
And once again we the chaos can release.

The wind is my pillow never knowing where I'll be,
With my eyes closed I wait to see what I will see,
Continuing to coast in a docile state of desire,
Unscathed and untouched by that which would conspire.

The wind is my pillow upon which I lay my head,
On the clouds of down I make my bed,
Pushing me gently to here and there,
Reposing once more to that place dreams will share.

Song Of The Sandman

Music: Eithne N Bhraonin - Lyrics: Roma Ryan
Can you hear the night's deep song?
All the shadows say
Telling you when you're asleep,
Tears will fade away
Dream of morning's golden light
When you and I will leave the night ...
And when the moon is high and bright,
Stars will shine on you
Dream of morning's golden light
When you and I will leave the night ...
Make a wish and when you close your eyes
I will come to you
Dream of morning's golden light
When you and I will leave the night ...
Make a wish and when you close your eyes
I will come to you

Sonnet 2

The round old clock on the wall.
Silence is the dark of night.
How these shadows will crawl.
I hold closely my pillow tight.
There I thought I seen you,
But was it only a vision I seen.
How the darkness plays so true.
A face so pale and sadly mean.
Take this away from my very sight!
Tormented by these dreams I cry.
I can't wait for the morning light.
These nightmare's I ask myself why.
I awake to the morning sun's bliss.
For the night will change all of this.

Japan: The Insight

welcome the city of dream, the forever more
had not forgotten, for a life time journey of love
comes a tearful glamorous night of happiness,
thunder by shot down, as beautiful Japan, turn
up almost a pieces of blown pillow of nightmare
sleep of the day

yes! Mt Fuji brings me the smoothness white
of laughter painted in every heart of dream; a
cure that last a tears of immortal
picture of friendship, like a melted snow thundering
sleep that capture
my missy happy of droplets of tears

let the glorious lips, open the horizon of love
that touches the wisdom of time and shower where
it begun, the night has come to close the end that
started to peep on the history of dream

wake up; little Rising Sun you’re the valor of today
the courage that the world adore, and let the
Cherry Blossom feel the
tiding snow of your heart, propel the power of hope
in you and turn the morning sun to shine as
the magnificent of your strength has move our
Heart to surf every dream to go, while the
wind quest the window of the future

stand up morning sun, live Forever for the dawn
have rise from his deep slumber, dreaming to
come again without delay, venture hope and faith
lock up beyond no compare
and the greatness of mighty Japan will live again

Long live, DEAR AND MIGHTY JAPAN OH!
GREAT JAPAN

New-Year's Eve

Good old days--dear old days
When my heart beat high and bold--
When the things of earth seemed full of life,
And the future a haze of gold!
Oh, merry was I that winter night,
And gleeful our little one's din,
And tender the grace of my darling's face
As we watched the new year in.
But a voice--a spectre's, that mocked at love--
Came out of the yonder hall;
'Tick-tock, tick-tock!' 't was the solemn clock
That ruefully croaked to all.
Yet what knew we of the griefs to be
In the year we longed to greet?
Love--love was the theme of the sweet, sweet dream
I fancied might never fleet!

But the spectre stood in that yonder gloom,
And these were the words it spake,
'Tick-tock, tick-tock'--and they seemed to mock
A heart about to break.

'T is new-year's eve, and again I watch
In the old familiar place,
And I'm thinking again of that old time when
I looked on a dear one's face.
Never a little one hugs my knee
And I hear no gleeful shout--
I am sitting alone by the old hearthstone,
Watching the old year out.
But I welcome the voice in yonder gloom
That solemnly calls to me:
'Tick-tock, tick-tock!'--for so the clock
Tells of a life to be;
'Tick-tock, tick-tock!'-'tis so the clock
Tells of eternity.

the clock keeps ticking
as my mind struggles to keep up
too many ticks.
too many tocks.
the clock's too loud
it echos through the silent night
too many thoughts
all at once
i need them on paper
scribble
tick
scribble

that fucking clock
it never fucking stops
i cant fucking sleep.
a dog barks

a car screeches

a horse neighs...what?

Everything that Goes.....

looks the flower wait the butterfly to touch down the
sweet petals that it can offer, see the fish swim in the
water flows in the riding waves of forever stream of
the sea, as the birds zooming fly in the hovering of the
wind in the high sky

see the eyes have wizardly blinks the crystallized
ball of morning dew, the moist wet the smooth surface
of your wonder eyes; listen my dear heart the harmony
of whispering humid echo in a distance song of the
Crickets, as the lunar light window the coming night to
stay, till dawn of your midnight sleep and the sky has
offer to close its morning return

show my emptiness of the longing, you’re everything
that i always adores and captures my hope, as the lone
past hold me to sanctify the wishing heart to remember
that you’re the answer of what i am living for, many of
years i believe, finding the most in you the real you, i
do wait

you have thought me of what i felt, think the moment
of knowing me alone of what is the truth and real my
dear one, stand my hour and everything goes fine, for
the timeless moment of myself, love's you and always
stay with you my lasting wish of mystery

day is night before i sleep, thinking of loving you and
never i have change my will to love you, let then be
the stream of every streams of willing stay, and i still
love YOU....... i will

Send me the pillow that you dream on
Dont you know that I still care for you
Send me the pillow that you dream on
So darling I can dream on it too
Each night while Im sleeping oh so lonely
I pray that time will let our dreams come true
Send me the pillow that you dream on
So darling I can dream on it too
Send me the pillow, send me the pillow
Each night when I sleep I dream about you
And wish that I was dreamin next to you

Sleepless On My Pillow

I'm sleepless on my pillow
just thinking of you,
remembering just what it's like to sleep
the whole night through.

I'm not too bad in daytime
when you're not here.
But when the nights come
and you're not here

I think of you and wonder
how I'll fall asleep?
Don't want to turn the light out
for I know I'll just be

Sleepless on my pillow
just thinking of you,
remembering what it's like to sleep
the whole night through.

I wonder if you're awake
just like me?
Or are you peaceful,
sleeping silently?

When you come home again
I sleep through the night,
never waking up until
the morning light.

But when you have to leave me
for a little while,
it's then I hate those nights again
for I know that I'll be

Sleepless on my pillow
thinking just of you,
remembering what it's like to sleep
the whole night through.

Oh! God, in the middle of my Dream

Cricket’s sounds with a savvy laugh the night
journey of the dream; like a shooting star I
wait; seems crossing in the middle of night,
the glittering star of a million years

sweet always fined the tongue that taste, a
precious flesh of wondered colorless reality
of the night, watching thy threshold of
memories beyond time

oh! mid-shadow of the blooming night,
come as you may go, and capture myself, of
where nobody knows the future I’ve wait, will
come to live my heart forever and let not my
desired life lies in the bed I stay

whisper my dear dream for the night hold
me to flee the peeping eyes I want to say; that
the nightfall darkness always sees the splendid
sky, I am awake

open my dear little eyes and dream the
dreaming Journey to a dream of a passing

John Keats

Song. Hush, Hush! Tread Softly!

1.
Hush, hush! tread softly! hush, hush my dear!
All the house is asleep, but we know very well
That the jealous, the jealous old bald-pate may hear.
Tho' you've padded his night-cap -- O sweet Isabel!
Tho' your feet are more light than a Fairy's feet,
Who dances on bubbles where brooklets meet,--
Hush, hush! soft tiptoe! hush, hush my dear!
For less than a nothing the jealous can hear.

2.
No leaf doth tremble, no ripple is there
On the river, -- all's still, and the night's sleepy eye
Closes up, and forgets all its Lethean care,
Charm'd to death by the drone of the humming May-fly;
And the Moon, whether prudish or complaisant,
Hath fled to her bower, well knowing I want
No light in the dusk, no torch in the gloom,
But my Isabel's eyes, and her lips pulp'd with bloom.

3.
Lift the latch! ah gently! ah tenderly -- sweet!
We are dead if that latchet gives one little chink!
Well done -- now those lips, and a flowery seat --
The old man may sleep, and the planets may wink;
The shut rose shall dream of our loves, and awake
Full blown, and such warmth for the morning's take;
The stock-dove shall hatch her soft brace and shall coo,
While I kiss to the melody, aching all through!

Cuckoo Clock

We knew it must have been late
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
We had no time to wait
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I went to light the fireplace
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I planned it all this way, and
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I snuggled close to her
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
Her heart began to purr
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I held my breath inside, and then
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I put my arms around her
(tick-tock)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo
I put that birdie away
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
His cuckoo was gone to stay
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
We both apologized for why
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
Forgave that doggone cuckoo
I went back to her side
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I had to swallow my pride
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
The fire had almost died away
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
We just got situated
(tick-tock)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo
I took that clock apart
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
I broke the cuckoos heart
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
Hell never bother us again
(tick-tock, tick-tock)
We just forgot about him
(tick-tock)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo (go away silly bird)
Cuckoo, cuckoo

The Walking Dead

I don’t sleep too well anymore.
I’m usually awake in the morning by 4: 00
I look at the clock and say “Oh no! ”
Should I stay in bed and lie awake
or start my day early with a coffee break?

I’m ready for a nap in the morning by 10: 00.
But then I’d have to start my day all over again.
I’m not a good napper. I hear every sound.
I’m like a ball of string that’s tightly wound
but coming loose at the end.

Now REM sleep, what’s that about?
That’s something I think I’ve done without
for too darn long. It’s a female woe.
A man hits the pillow and off he’ll go.
He’s asleep before you can say goodnight.

It’s obvious it gets worse the older I get.
There’s a clock in my head that must be set
with an alarm that goes off at 4: 00 in the morn.
I wish I could sleep like when I was born.
But that’s not gonna happen soon.

So here I am deprived of sleep.
I’ve tried everything, even counting sheep
but the darn fleecy things keep on comin’
and in my head I hear a drummin’
sayin, ” get up, get up, and get out of bed.
Most times I feel like the walking dead.

Automation

Tick tock, tick tock,
computer's clock,
steal lady of the night.
She sits alone while birdies flock
to bid her a goodnight.

Tick tock, tick tock,
computer's clock,
the world's automated
and the lady in a metal cloak
will live alone, unaided.

Tick tock, tick tock,
computer's clock,
her hard drive stirs again
and while I type this poem,
so dies my mighty pen.

Tick tock, tick tock,
computer's clock,
so true, so true the fear
that life as we once knew it
has slowly disappeared.

Tick tock, tick tock,
computer's clock
we victims of our time.
The last bird flies above us
while all of nature dies.

Cribbing Dream

when the night always at the height of my
temper, the cool breeze of the shore
hammock my swollen tears

when my days shower its teardrops
falling to the ground, the refreshing smile
of the clouds gallops myself, bringing me
to the calmness of the night

when my lonely memories hold me to
walk beyond the horizon of the meadow, I
kept mesmerizing those funny moment
that I was once lived like a prince in the
crib

when I am at the helm of no where to go
and prostration behold my emotion to
conquer every smile in my heart, I just
smell the best perfume in my pillow,
believing that smooth sleep could ease my
aspiration for a better day to wake

now the sun is near to peep, in the
murmuring clouds of yesterday, there I
find my wife watching my head in her arm
that never fades, like cotton swinging in
the season of free, in the spring waiting to
be gray

raise my dear spirit, the sleep has come to
wake in a dream you seat like me, in your
loving arm only a dearest wife will come
and let you see

solemnly quest that dream dear …….

I Cant Sleep

(kathy louvin/mark collie)
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
When youre gone
Theres nothing I can do
But lie awake alone
And dream the whole night through
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
I close my weary eyes
And see your face
I hold my pillow tight
And dream of your embrace
I know that I could use the rest
But my lonely heart cries out for your caress
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
When youre gone
Theres nothing I can do
But lie awake alone
And dream the whole night through
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
They say that absence makes a love grow stronger
But I dont believe my empty arms can hold out any longer
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
When youre gone
Theres nothing I can do
But lie awake alone
And dream the whole night through
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you
I cant sleep
For dreaming about you

Dream A Little Dream Of Me

Stars shining bright above you.
Night breezes seem to whisper, 'I love you,'
Birds singing in the sycamore tree.
Dream a little dream of me.
Say nighty-night and kiss me.
Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me.
While I'm alone and blue as can be,
Dream a little dream of me.
Stars fading, but I linger on, dear,
Still craving your kiss.
I'm longing to linger 'till dawn, dear,
Just saying this:
Sweet dreams 'till sunbeams find you,
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you.
But in your dreams, whatever they be.
Dream a little dream of me.

While You Were Sleeping

Last Night while you were sleeping,
Did you know that I was wide awake,
On my side, at your side
Waiting for morning to break.
I watched as you slept,
As the dreams enter in your soul
Then through my eyes, I realized
That truly, I love you so.
Last night, while you were sleeping.

Last Night while you were asleep
Did you know too, that I was there
On your bed, also laid my head
Along with my soul and prayer.
Lying quietly at your side
As I have done the nights before
To be with you, my love so true
Could any man ask for any more.
Last Night while you were asleep.

Last night while you slept,
As waiting for morning to come,
While at your side, I laid that night
While dreading the coming of the sun.
As always with you I was there
Even when morning began to arise
But then again it came, as so did the pain
As I said goodbye to another night.
Last night while you slept.

Last night while you did sleep
You never knew that you weren't alone,
As when you awoke not one word did I spoke
As on the couch I slept from which I never roamed.
Upon my side there I solemnly laid
Being so still, and quite as a mouse
Not to make a sound that might give my secret away,
I wandered; did you too feel lonely in this house.
Last night while you had slept.
