Flipside Pillow I Owe...

nonsense like spell ball running down in the
window pain of snorted mother tears, my only
savors of pain I do live and begin to cry

lurk the side shore the eyes watch, flamboyantly
touch every doled out of every smell of yesterdays
memoirs, the white coated cloth of honesty in
days stay in the sonoma down of beguiling tales,
comes to live

leap alas! the waves breaking lazily on the pacific
shore of the eastward dream, a consummate
raconteur of spellbound of resting soul, hear and
listen the warmth Zamboangan choir, the adoring
sun of moonlight solstice, my wonderful return

fad sees the point of the resting hype, oh! mooring
wave, the bohemian soul, leave to go and rise to
elude, as I touch the mourning glow of my pleasant
Pillow, now go

left me out the very best bits of a longer fill in the
greatest gaps I smell...

Our last Swim (R.I.P. Anne Mary Simon)

Our last Swim
By Renee’
For my beloved Anne Mary Simon

An Image of you in a cloud rolls by
The sky opens up, somewhere in my mind
A vision of you in a pale blue dress
Tears falling down, you took my breath
Memories of you...

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

The time is near, the time is nigh
To answer the call, to answer the cry
My head still spins, my body aches
The wind stings my eyes, my face
I look around, no one’s there
Will anybody notice, will anyone care...

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

I sit on this beach, your beach
I see the waves roll in endlessly
I hold you tight against my bosom
Tears fill my eyes as I see you running into the ocean
You are laughing and so happy
Memories of you...

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

It’s time to take our final swim
My eyes fill with tears
I can’t move, but I must
You are waiting for me
My legs ache, my body is frozen
You are calling me, “come swim Renee’ “
Memories of you…

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

I feel the warm ocean lapping at my feet
I slowly walk deeper, and deeper
Still holding you so tight
“Please don’t leave me! ”
I desperately cry
Stay with me a while longer
Don’t leave me yet
I am holding you so tight

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

I feel you touch my face
I feel your loving embrace
I see your warm smile
“Please Anne, stay a while”
I see the last glitter of your eyes

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

Opening the urn, I see you leap and dive
I see you swimming around me
Why are you so pale and grey?
Then the reality strikes deep into my heart
This is our last swim together

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

Why are you smiling?
Why are so happy?
Why do you want to leave me so quickly?
Why? Why? Why?

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

Walking from the water
I turn to look for you
I catch a glimpse of you
You look so happy my love
Then my heart skips a beat
I see you wave then turn away
Swimming and having fun
Memories of you…

Rain will always hide these tears in my eyes
When the thunder laughs my soul will die
Will I hear your voice?
Will I touch your skin?
Will the ocean waves let me in?

Sitting on the beach
Watching the ocean
Knowing that you’ll always be happy now
I will visit you soon my beloved Anne
Soon we’ll swim together again

Rest in Peace my sweet love
Rest in Peace

Encounter drop

mixed feeling
crush the emotional
distressed
with a resting
pebble of diamond jewels
of style hoping
that every inch
of failure the day
is over

Dear like
a lasting rainbow
of the clouds, where
nothing left
but a hope that beautiful
dream will
render echo of
loving perfume smell
of happiness

lead me where
you begin and touch
the resting
soul of beauty and the oasis
of the droplets moist
haul the sweet memories
I leave

find and step forward
my Darling...

Let me keep watch

Let me keep watch
Over your body when
You are resting in peace.
Let me sacrifice
My meditation to you
When you are resting in peace
Let me protect your body
From rotting
When you are resting in peace.
Let me protect your memories
And dreamless dreams
When you are resting in peace.
Let me plant a fruit tree
Above you that I may still eat
When you are resting in peace.
Let me storm the gates of heaven
When you are resting in peace.
Let me give you oblation
Of our experience
When you are resting in peace.
Let me breathe for you
When you are resting in peace.
Let me douse the fires of hell
When you are resting in peace.
Let me glorify your name
When you are resting in peace.
Let me be your counterpoint
When you are resting in peace.
Let me overcome the light
When you are resting in peace.
Let me touch your organs
When you are resting in peace.
Let me drink your water
When you are resting in peace.
Let me describe your bones
When you are resting in peace.
Let me dream your dreams
When you are resting in peace.

Communion (Dance of the Lovers)

if you can hear me
before i speak, and
know what i'm saying
even before my heart knows...
if you can touch me
across the miles,
leaving no doubt
that it was you...
if you can smell me
in the wind... and your
lips quiver, your heart races...
if you can taste me
in the rain... and your body
burns with a holy fire...
if you can miss me
amid the lights and
the hustle and bustle
till your soul moans
with darkness....

i can hear you
before you speak...
i can touch you
across the miles...
i can smell you
in the wind...
i can taste you
in the rain...
i can miss you
amid the lights...

neither kings nor kingdoms,
beasts of the night,
nor fogs of illusion...
nor the death chimes
of time can keep
us apart....

i live in you,
you drink deeply in me...
we are one flame
that lights up the
entire night sky...

wave upon wave...
lapping at the shore!

A dialog with the sea

I wrote her a poem upon the surf sand
But came the scudding waves and washed it all away
Again I wrote my verse the next day on the strand
But came the proud tide and made my pain its prey.

Mighty sea that sway up and down and breath by ancient shore
Along which the lady of my love, perchance when she
Walks by your pebbled brink you may bring to her more
Of the lines you have stolen virulently from me

Colossus vast sea what if your deep sapphire stream should be
A mirror of my pain and pangs where she can read
The thousands of thoughts you have betrayed from me
As wild and tempestuous as your inner powerful streams treat

Ah now the mirror of my love forlorn heart
Your waves and currents are sweeping dark and strong
Such as my feelings are along every part
Constant and persistent as you are such are my passions long

Ah, proud ocean of the sea, do not mock me
Time may not tame them as well you may see
For as you overflow your banks shore
And then your floods subside, yet my feelings for ever soar

And if you refuse, reject and not relent my plea
My lines will live and gnaw your inner bosom sea
The only way left for you to regret and repent
Your betrayal deeds is to succumb to my demand

For now that you have stolen my verses out of love I spell
You will suffer and live under its venomous acidic spell
Vex and tormented for days in eternity
Unless you release the imp and capture her heart for me

As a messenger of my love you let your wave sweep beneath
Her as she stroll along your white sand shore and murmur at her feet
And her eyes will look at it as she shall breath
The gentle breeze fresh distilled and unharmed by summer day heat

She will examine my lines as I have written upon your bosom
Full of that thought and from that moment on never
your waves can I dream of, name, or see any joy or blossom
Without the inseparable sigh for her

My lines will be imagined in your waves of stream
She will meet the waves; they will roll on to her show
I cannot witness even in the wildest dream
the happy gallant wave re-passing her in its flow

Her bright eyes will shine as she reads the lines in your depth
They will meet the mighty foaming wave I gaze on now full length
The wave that bears my tears returns no more
As my love engulf and swallow every word of your glamor

My verse will live in your depth as the sea grasses live the the sea
Brought up by each wave as it passes, drawn down by each ebb that regresses
For I have expelled my soul of all the dreams that I gathered for her into thee
So that I beat with her heart as it beats; I follow her soul for all its blesses

Time writes no lines or wrinkles on your azure brow
Such as Creation's dawn beheld, you roll on now
As we wanton with your breakers for miles in duns acres with no rest
These lines mused by her will for eternity live in your vast endless chest

Inbetween, We Live!

the human heart feeds...
we are born hungry, born searching,
born needing, born wanting....
left alone on an island...
we lift our beaks to the sky,
gulping for flesh, gulping for air,
gulping for fire....
still smelling of ocean,
and something dark we cant name,
we run into the open,
running, not knowing where.

i cannot live
without the taste of darkness,
the smell of flesh,
and the touch of that
which is hidden...
i shout into the ocean,
and hear only the roar...
i leap from the ledge,
forgetting my wings!

i need a small fire,
and the secrets that curtains tell windows.
my lips need the grain
of soul on soul.
my body burns,
i listen for the prayer of ashes,
ashes that tremble
on the hearth alone.

i need body and eyes,
most of all eyes...
the curve of the breast,
coming and going with the tides.
i need legs and dampness,
conversation without words...
i need to remember
that i am alive.

the quiet walks in the rain,
with god as our partner.
barking with the dogs,
stopping to touch a blade of grass.
the feel of nearness,
the breath of companion....
we are born and die alone,
inbetween, we live!

Under The Moonlight

Under this moonlight I know I have no chance with you,
You look at me with such sadness,
Those eyes put me under a spell,
A spell I can not break,
Such sorrow,
Under the moonlight,
You glow with such beauty,
Your smile,
Your laughter,
Your touch,
How I miss those,
My eyes feel with tears,
Such sadness,
You can not bare to ignore,
Under this moonlight,
You say I look beautiful,
You look at me as if we were to kiss under this moonlight,
I can feel your hands all around me,
You speak to me with soften words,
You wisper in my ears,
Under the moonlight,
You shine like the sun,
You made me happy till the day you left me with a broken promise,
A broken heart,
Under this moonlight,
I cried for you,
A soften words you can not hear,
Something that I rather leave behind,
Something you and I don't belong,
Under the moonlight,
We say our goodbyes.

Reflections

All I Need Now Is Some Golden Wings That I May Fly
But It Drops Down On Me This Weight Of Time
And The Pain In Their Eyes
I Crawled Along My Cracked And Narrow Path
And Saw My Reflection In Some Broken Glass
It Was Blood Red Blood Red And It Said
That The Years They Stay And Then Move On
And Like Yesterday You Have Come And Gone
You Reached An End
But I Know That Eventhough There Is Summer
There Is Also A Fall
The Cold Will Stay The Warmth Will Leave (Whispers)
If To Live Is To Sin Then This Must Be Done
For Whatever You Do Is Evil To Someone
But It's Killing Me It's Killing Me
So I'm Headed Out To That Road That Winds Forever And Ever
But It Drops Down On Me The Weight Of Time
And The Pain In Their Eyes
Standing Here On My Freedoms Shore
There Is Nothing Left There Is Nothing More
Than To Rise So High And Then To Fall
Some Songs Are Prayers And This One Prays
"It Is Better To Live Free For A Moment Than A
Slave For A Day"
So Just Fade Away
Fade Away
Fade Away

Window of the World

oh! dear heart, listen to the whisper of the angels,
as they’re calling the infinite shadow of
creation; leading to the horizon of golden path
of a new beginning of peace

oh! beautiful morning of the dawning gladness
of awakening heart, blow the wonderful tiding of a
joyous moment of the universe; return the glory
of the past and hold on the beginning of the
blooming smell of the fragrance of the everlasting
Daffodils in bosom soul, the siege has come to
touch the glory of each lasting sweet tomorrow, the
calmness of soul that stay of what is today

oh! whisper my coldness, the coolant of each
dream of remembering chores of a lasting journey
and my dear heart rejoice in the paradise I hope
gladly flourish and grow, until flesh dust to the grave
relief; come and lead the sided belief of my pleasant
eyes, where a pleasant passion of great desire of
creator laid its precious hand, of seldom my faith has
command

oh! great being I always pray, thank you for the
world of thy wisdom had come to show your powerful
hand, as wondrous deeds draws a valuable return of
what the best man can offer in your kingdom to come

oh! master piece of our soul, settle in this wonderful
and passionate world you’ve made, touch every ways
and lead it free for thy heart will obey, till the willing
heart will come for Thee …..

Tears of the Candle

On my way to this world, I did first see your light
Light that guided the ways of the first pair of hands
that placed me on the bed, be at my mother's side
From the dark little world wherein, before, I was

I saw the tears you shed, knew not what they were for
Were they tears of pity - my life woeful would be
Or were they tears of joy - I would live happily

Again I saw your light, it was baptismal day
Candles in many hands, I heard pledges for me
Again I saw your tears, what for I did not know
Were they for the troubles in life I'll undergo

By your light I acquired knowledge while I grew up
You, watching over me as came and went the nights

And on my wedding day, again I saw your light
Felt the warmth of your glow, warm as the glow of love
Again you shed the tears, both for the two of us
For the joys we would share, or woes we should surpass

The last time you're alight, your light I have not seen
And the warmth of your glow, I now do never feel
As cries and sobs I hear, fall the drops of your tears
I am now on my way and leave this world I will
Never to see your light or feel your warmth again

I Smelled Him In My Pillow

He wore a cologne that made my heart stop
like rain on a sunny day in a coming spring.
His voice was soothing,
mystical: Billie Holiday,
getting ready to sing.
I smelled him in my pillow the next night.
Hours after he left with hugs
that seemed to offer future promises.
His taste, his touch,
his gaze,
too untrustworthy for me to ever wallow in.
Alone, I still contemplated what could never be.
Lifestyles far too different; too complex,
But still refused to listen
or to see.
I knew it would end,
but still hoped to be the girl somehow written for the script.
Accepting false precisions,
I had given up on all fortitude,
essentially lost my grip.
But I smelled him in my pillow
of drunken doings, made up feelings, and cinderella endings,
to escape everything I knew.
And in the mornings of the birds chirps,
I woke to another day that had to be taken responsible of
to be considered true.
Naked,
I laid ambivalent about whether or not I was truly ashamed.
The comfort in my sheets resting softly on my skin,
as if to tell me he was the one to blame.
As if to say they would rest softly on my skin night after night.
As long as I needed them,
to fill that empty constant.
When Billie Holiday would sing the blues,
and rid my pain in the day
of forthcoming nonsense.
Sweet,
Yet so terrifyingly cold,
It was the smell of him in my pillow;
An absent friend and foe.

I Am Real, You Can Touch Me.

i do not live upon
a dream
i cannot live so well
in one of those
magical rooms of that
castle in the
sky

i live here
upon the floors of what is real
white sands slipping
from the hands of my
five fingers
i sleep in this bed
of reality
my pillow this conscience
of every hour
of my days

i do not exchange the
roughness of the touch of your hands
to what is still ideal
coming from that future
that is yet
to come

what i have is minimal
imperfect
what you dream is colossal
and well thought of
as perfect

i do not envy you
mist upon a mountain
i am the dew upon a leaf
real
glowing to the lights
of packet sun

i am
what you can touch and smell and
see
what you can mold
with the skin from your tongue
i am massive
as a storm that can blow away
the walls of your house
do not be afraid
i am for change
and for the better
i do not exempt
destruction
it is one of the steps of the stairs
towards
the magnificence of that
heavenly dwelling.

Read 'em And Weep

Midnight, not a sound from the pavement
Has the moon lost her memory, she is smiling alone
In the lamplight, the withered leaves, collected my fee
And the wind begins to moan
Memory, all alone in the moonlight
I can smile at the old days, it was beautiful then
I remember the time I knew what happiness was
Let the memory live again
Daylight, I must wait for the sunrise
I must think of a new life, and I mustn't give in
When the dawn comes, tonight will be a memory, too
And a new day will begin
Burnt out ends of smoky days, the stale cold smell of morning
The street lamp dies, another night is over, another day is dawning
Touch me, it's so easy to leave me, all alone with the memory of my day in the sun
If you touch me, you'll understand what happiness is
Look a new day, has begun
Memory, all alone in the moonlight
I can smile at the old days, it was beautiful then
I remember the time I knew what happiness was
Let the memory live again

Everywhere in the garden flowers grow in bright colours

Everywhere in the garden flowers grow in bright colours
and in this small paradise the last winter wind blows,
when the air is filled with the smell of jasmine and gardenia
and with each other we are without talking somewhat familiar
when the other world of work and worries is reduced,
when we hear doves sing their songs of love,
when the sun like a red ball returns to its resting place,
when sparrows watch us from tree branches
and the evening star and the darkness comes suddenly
but still we are smitten with each other,
with something intimate in each moment
when the moon hangs red brown
and the I find in you a resting place for my heart,
some joy and happiness in a world full of pain and sorrow.

A Fancy bundle of Roses

laid in tears bundle with roses in the wrist line
with hands goggle for wither petals of lovely Roses

scramble feeling settle my knee of dense pain as
the heart, shout tremendously of anguish of nothing
left as I am today

role the pages of time and catch the running
stream for a drink, as the eyes watch the
thundering voice of delightful cry and dearly behold
that death will come to say and depart not to stay
in me, I am still have the pain

Roses are for free, nurturing thorn, bleeds
the trembling hand for that fancy, could be the last
request of my faithful heart, and leave me not my
heart, for only in you I stay and lay my true love

spread the tears of lasting perfume and sprinkle
the fancy Roses of droplets of heart, bundle with
genuine appeal, and turn the lasting friendship
into a window of splendid smell aroma of love,
the climax of my essence stay

propel the scented moist, lovingly gallops my Heart

Afterglow (Of Your Love)

Love
Love is all around me everywhere
Love has come to touch my soul
With someone who really cares
No one can denounce
People who once passed me by
Just turn their heads 'round
I'm happy just to be with you
And lovin' you the way I do
'Cause everything I need to know
Just resting in the afterglow of your love
You have always been
A feeling deep inside
A feeling that I could not see or touch or try to hide
My love is deep and drowns you
I bless the day that I found you
So listen baby
I'm happy just to be with you
And lovin' you the way I do
'Cause everything I need to know
Just resting in the afterglow of your love
Love is like a voice in my head
Keeps turning 'round the things that I'm saying
I'm happy just to be with you
And lovin' you the way I do
'Cause everything I need to know
Just resting in the afterglow of your love
I'm happy just to be with you
And lovin' you the way I do
'Cause everything I need to know
Just resting in the afterglow of your love
I'm happy just to be with you

The now in the noise in the ripple

It is this interest in the
now
in the
noise
In the ripple of the concrete splash
As the stone is dropped
in a running river

It is not the tomorrow or even the tonight
Of our wishes that is making me live,

In fact our wishes about another nice evening
In the garden’s candle lighted dinner
Is what makes me leave, that will be too much
Honesty for me, it is the life of my lies

That supplies blood to the veins of my existence
I do not have life since then, living has been so
Miserable, your touch is pain, your gaze is pain,

Your asking me how am I, is causing me pain,
I am not true to you, I am not yours anymore,
It is pain, it is this pain, that must decide,
To live like a coward or die once like a brave man

I am a shameless man, and you are too honest.

Silence Oceans

Oceans of life,
Oceans in one's life
are wonderful,
Heart is one ocean
Brain is another ocean,
mind is the third,
Trifles are fourth,
Intelligence and wit make fifth,
wisdom and knowledge sixth,
God and Love are seventh!
Soul is the land,
Raised above these oceans
And look as their shore,
Every instant a wave of thought hits the shore!

High tides of happiness,
low tides of sorrow,
High tides of success,
Low tides of failure hit the shore!

Ego is that wind blowing,
Desires and pride are changing gravity
cause wave and tide!
Sometimes disappointment,
Or hurt ego,
can create storm and tsunami!

Silence in solitude,
become grand solitude,
Takes one to that altitude,
everything is cool in love and gratitude,
Peace incarnate in multitude,
In that great solitude,

When wind stops,
and become still,
When there is no movement Of Sun and Moon,
When everything comes to still,

No waves, no tides,
ocean meets shore, all in love,
No raising or falling tides,
No roar of chasing waves,
That is that grand silence,
Silence of All oceans,
When no bird fly or sing,
When no events,
they are
Time's own parents,
And time give birth to
Three tenses,
Past and future
compress the present,
Now lose pressure,
Present expands to eternal!

All merge in present
One is present in present tense only,
Both presence and absence,
Merge in that grand existence,
That is the grand silence,
That is the solitude,
Where no one to disturb,
Nothing can disturb,
Soul is immersed in the universal soul,
Mind goes out of universe and sees the grand truth,
Truth is that truth,
no false can never reach,
No false can never touch,
Universe infinite is not even atomic,
Because mind itself has grown,
fantastic and gigantic,
No atlantic, no antarctic,
Only ocean remains,
peaceful pacific
No reason to love,
No reason to hate,
No one can touch,
No arms can harm,
Listen to that drummer,
Beats drum continuously,
AUM AUM AUM,
Now in that silence of absolute solitude,
No drum, no AUM,
No drummer,
No judge's hammer,
No eternal vibration,
As one become one's own master!

As the Eagle fly.....

raise my tears like a thousand million flowers,
blooming to spell the silent of the sting of the bee,
in the nectar of the sitting sun

whisper my thought of the wisdom i fought,
from the hide away haven of
an angelic voice, orchestrated my
deepest memoirs while i sleep my lavish poise

oh! come my transcending eyes,
the rising sky has
gone to high, never looks the same, as the moving
streams wish no pain

past the day, when you're still young and leave
each moment the puzzle to stand,
for the eagle eye sees
the wind and touch the goggling zoom to fly in the
sky

blink my dear heart, as the soul
strive to see the
wonder of the touching aroma of the sun.......i'll be
with you till the dark will come,
i remain
