A happy Boss makes a happy works
into the unending work line comes a new beginning
of tolerance of adverse attitude, surfing the taste of
temper and luring smile
timing comes as it waits the gain that deals beyond,
human aspiration, the lasting praise gains no one.
but the soul that leads to the ground of sayonara in
the most astounding halos of goodbye
filled up the nice smile and return the forever respect
of the one who seat in the throne; the table and the
pen recite no one and see's the gratitude and the
work done even the night is gone
understand the boss, and jam what ever floats
in the air; knowing the good in the decision it gives
on your job the best goes flattered in the hand, the
whole things bless with fun
feel good, and save for a day, the fresh comes in
a wonderful awesome morning for you to stay, take
always the boss legacy, and chant the melody that
brings your pleasant moment with whom the
blessing comes in a spectacular happy day
the work is not yet over, always thank that the day
with your Boss will be a great moment to stay and
as you whisper a prayer, let this be the connecting
line of another life to spend with wisdom to live
stop, pose and confirm....... as you say Amen

Boss Of Me
Yes, no, maybe
I don't know
Can you repeat the question?
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
Life is unfair, so I just stare at the stain on the wall where
The TV'd been, but ever since we've moved in it's been empty
Why I, why I'm in this room
There is no point explaining
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
Life is a test, but I confess
I like this mess I've made so far
Grade on a curve and you'll observe
I'm right below the horizon
Yes, no, maybe, I don't know
Can you repeat the question?
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now
You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big
Life is unfair

All Day
Well Im hiding my eyes from the morning sun
And I keep on working till the work is all done
But a voice in my head keeps ticking away
As the sweats hosed down from yet another day
Well he works hard
And he lives hard
And he breaks his back without nothing to gain
While the boss man sits around and drinks champagne
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one transition
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one decision
Well Im peeling the blisters off my working hand
Is that what it takes to make you understand?
That its something you read, not something you meant
To be slaving away without a shred of integrity
He worked hard
And he lived hard
And he broke his back without nothing to say
While the man in control was just laughing away
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one transition
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one decision
Was it something you read?
Was it something you meant?
Was it something you said?
Or was it heaven sent?
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one transition
All day (you work and you work and you work and)
In life, theres just one decision

Not All Things In Life
Not all things in life goes to plan
But you can only do the best you can
Lady luck has not been on your side
By her you are always denied
You work hard for your take home pay
And with your kids in the park play
You honour and you love your wife
And you lead a good and a moral life
Though your boss your work for him does praise
He knocked back your request for a raise
Yet you are not one to complain
And loyal to your boss you remain
You clock in on time every day
And you always work hard for your pay.

Old Enough To Know Better
(chick rains/wade hayes)
Neon lights draw me like a moth to a flame
Mama raised me right
That just leaves me to blame
When I get a little sideways on a honky-tonk tear
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care
Cowgirls with an attitude
Boots and tight blue jeans
Take my mind off doin right, and doin other things
When the weekends gone
I wont have a dime to spare
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care
Monday morning I wake up
With a hammer in my hand
The boss-man yelling something at me
That I dont understand
I dont know how I got to work
But I sure know Im there
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care
When the eagle flies on friday
Well he barely leaves the ground
Ive got just enough left to get dressed up
And head back to town
Boss says son, having all that fun
Wont get you anywhere
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care
Monday morning I wake up
With a hammer in my hand
The boss-man yelling something at me
That I dont understand
I dont know how I got to work
But I sure know Im there
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care
Im old enough to know better
But Im still too young to care

Wish you're Done.....
a second choice may put you in good hand
and brings your way; to a good tiding wish of
a beautiful morning, in a very voice of sweet
goodbye
let the limit of what my heart desire brings
me to the wisdom of my soul, and
hold my dear breath the divine
acceptance that life, would mean
nothing with out the beginning of your time
oh! beloved who created every splendid experiences
of what each moment to live and to give
that very special gift of love;
who always bring the surfing sky to fly
and keep each promise
of a lasting memory of Life, spirited in you
live my dear one, and begin of what was called,
in the calmness of the sea, rejoice!
for nothing is worth than
a vessel of an honest hand
all had just come and go, yet! not all has given
the wonder to lay a little hand to do …..

Zero days the Zero hope
cosmetic and surgery twin the survival of the earth
it is the pain of the bleed that waits for a day to live in
this wonderful and beautiful world we live and stay
an unforgettable memory joust the beginning of time,
the everything that once existed in a while and wild
have wondered the face of the universe, in a beginning
of pre-existed limbo
like a cosmic fall the doomsday has reach to the
cycle of eternity, the 13th Bactun of the Maya empire
whisper the wind to hide; seem every minute, moment
is vying to settle in the most horrified destiny
as the day becomes the end of each beginning of our
celebration of creation, the harmonic dictum of
life return to its fold of history, the anniversary of life
has come to dawn
welcome the future anniversary of creation, the
never ending day of return, the rays has vessel the soul
to the ocean of eternity; a happy moment of our stay
forever and ever, Amen

Lady Luck Tonight Could Smile On Me
We only live to see the better day
And good times may not be too far away
I may live on the verge of poverty
But lady luck tonight could smile on me.
Tonight my lotto numbers may come up
And I'll drink nectar from the golden cup
After tonight the future could be great
And i might have good cause to celebrate.
Some say that money happiness can't buy
But with plenty money life i could enjoy
And for a start I'd buy a brand new car
And i could travel, i could travel far.
There's much to do and there's so much to see
I'd visit countries far beyond the sea
No boss to please no orders to obey
And I'd not have to work another day.
I may live on the verge of poverty
But lady luck tonight could smile on me
And tomorrow i would ring the boss and say
I quit my job and thank you sir 'good day'.

Just Smile
Just smile for the world ….
The world is wide and beautiful if you look with satisfaction
Just smile for the people
The people are good for you and for others if you treated them with good and clear
Just smile for the work
Work will provide you with activity and movement and prevent you to ask the people.
Just smile for hope
Hope is everywhere, we live by, and its life to continue
Just smile for your self
You are a wonderful human being.. Active.. Clever.. Lover of good.. Loving people
If you smile the others will be happy
Just smile
You have the smile key, and with it you can enter the beautiful world, and see the light, bright and Zephyr
Stay beautiful view, beautiful presence

Sir Pacifico Berlan, the Man...... worth Emulating
the canticles of work, shadowed the voluminous
documentation of projects and titles found and
resemble in the office, made the real guy the
man; fitted to lift the moral esteem amongst the
workers of DAR, at this momentous of time
you have been there, who witness and guide
the best of what we have; the boss, that come and
allure our tiredness strength, patiently waiting
every tears and flesh sweat, to calm and settle our
mingled mind in the table await
the smile and the laugher that hold, of the
rain to come in morning mist; venture the glory of
every fly of wings in the cloudy sky, while the
oozing fatherly gesture and the whispering touches
echo in every heart for a Boss who lives and cared
a loving hand blew our fainted body of exhaustion
has come to rest
as the stream pour out the river, down to the blue
sea, the gain hurdle the target to reach, the idea of
what we wish to come, a beautiful DAR, that light
the horizon of hope to the farmer of this wonderful
country Philippines
the man whom i idolized of the given task, the
Boss, who shared his precious knowledge from his
experienced; a listening friend to our personal and
office inquiries, a fatherly man, that leads us to
harmony with other employees and a friend that
hold us to join in the pedestal of journey to reach the
passion of joy
my salute, and great respect to this humble man and
may the beginning of our search of a better tomorrow
be a successful worker of today.......

Four Letter 'Work' Song
Work me up, work me out, work me flip side down.
Work me here, work me there, work me with renown.
Work me hot, work me greedy,
work me through and through.
Work me to the very marrow,
work me just like I'd work you.
Work me proud, work me late,
work me do not hesitate.
Won't you let me work for you?
Work me til I'm black and blue.
Work me steady, work me needy, work me to a lather.
Work me til my backbone breaks, and the buzzards gather.
Work me in, work me under, work me til I bleed,
Work me over red hot coals, work me like a boss in need.
Work me nasty, work me silly, work me through the clover.
Up down, 'n' in between, into a slipknot sweet Jehovah.
Work me, work me, go ahead.
Work me, work me, til I'm dead.

What Is Work For Some
Many people pretend to work,
But very few actually work.
The rest of them hardly work,
Pushing files is doing work.
In front of the computer they sit,
busy working on the elusive target.
But in actual fact they surf the net,
Switching tabs from site to site.
Surfing tabs is so fast you see,
boss hardly realizes your strategy.
You close one tab opening another,
movement is so fast there is no bother.
You buy that Nintendo for your son,
and a few books from flipkart.com.
Played magic marbles and scrabble,
without your boss getting any wiser.
Then off to facebook you take a peep,
Harvesting on Farmville buying sheep.
They have English Farm and Cityville too,
games on Facebook, you play them too.
Boss sees that you are unduly busy,
he checks from the control suspiciously.
The next day you can’t access the net link,
you tube and games now are drawing blank.
They say a program had been devised,
Surfing of net aimlessly is now stopped.
All spare time is now spent gossiping.
all talk about their bosses shortcomings.
People now do not pretend to work,
they now actually have to do work.
The ones who had never done any work,
are writing on files and pushing work.

You Must Work To Make Ends Meet
Have you ever felt so tired as you struggle out of bed
And switch off the alarm clock with a throbbing in your head
At five thirty in the morning as dawn's lamp brighten the sky
And the fluting of the butcherbird to you is not a thing of joy.
And your wife she is still sleeping on the bed snoring she lay
You must make your own breakfast at five thirty a m of the new day
And as you leave for work at six thirty the children are asleep
But to work to keep your wife and family is a duty you must keep.
Your boss drives a new Mercedes which he need not share with his wife
He's just bought her a new B M W such are the ways of life
You work so hard for that man for what would seem as average pay
And you must drive in your old mid eighties Datsun to and from the work yard every day.
And when you ask your boss for a raise to you he always say
More young men come to me almost begging for a job start every day
You can forget a raise in wages and if you decide to quit that is okay
I won't even ask you for to stay on if working for me you don't wish to stay.
You do not like the man you work for he does not pay you nearly enough
Though you have just got to hang in there even though the going is tough
But you must work just to make ends meet you have got big bills to pay
And you drive your old eighties Datsun to and from the work yard every day.

Take care of me Lord, i'm yours.......
Leave my soul down to the very beginning, where
I sprouted, whim what all I receive and let no one will
dump in my breath; I’m in a halo of every mercy
of your angel, the Alpha of my life
Stream go while as you stay, receive all the flow
of every dream, lighted all that melt for in your shadow
will come to an end, reflected in the every glow,
you’re the never ending stay; I waited you for so long,
the humble life, where you belong, by weightless soul
soon to go in the clouds I placidly return
Wait endlessly the paint I barrow, the brush I usually
do, brings my sorrow to the joy I dream to make
you happy, just a little moment or an hour the wheel
of the day color my work as I always wake; the step I
walk as you’ll be with me in the motionless body I lay
Sleep my darling soul, in a Big hand you sleep for a
moment of memories; all is a clay in the dust blown out
to a land where everybody, don’t understand, sudden
your hope and dried up your tears, all brings you to
believe the truth of what is in your hand
Slowly, so quickly everyone had to taste the working
Big hand, beneath our lining of lines, the existence of
The One beyond this time……. I trust in you Lord
“As every line dot in every ink, my Heart lifted high to
Ms. Merciditas C. Dampayla “ I dedicate this poem

Boss Man
Boss man boss man what do ya say
I gotta get you alone in the mine some day
Boss man boss man turn it around
If you dont look away how can I sit down
Look at this load upon my back
Gotta get this wheel back on the track
I cant hold on but I cant let go
And I cant say yes I cant say no
Holes in my pockets and holes in my shoes
If youre ready for me Im ready for you
The company plan takes all my pay
Got a child in july and another last may
Boss man boss man what do ya say
Gonna get you alone in the mine some day
Push your face down in the coal
cause you got no heart you got no soul
Country lifes the life for me
In ten more years Ill a pensioner be
The younger lad knows when the girls are out
But you might say hes a rural sprout
Boss man boss man what do ya say
Gonna get you alone in the mine some day
Boss man boss man clear the track
Youre gonna tear the skin right offa my back
Boss man, boss man what do ya say
If you cant lend a hand then get outta my way
Itll be murder in the first degree
If you ever lay your hands on me
Boss man boss man pay my rent
A dollar Ive earned is a dollar Ive spent
The company plan takes all my check
For breakin my back and riskin my neck
Boss man boss man what do ya say
I gotta get you alone in the mine some day
I cant hold on but I cant let go
And I cant say yes I cant say no

Bang On The Drum All Day
I don't want to work
I want to bang on the drum all day
I don't want to play
I just want to bang on the drum all day
Ever since I was a tiny boy
I don't want no candy
I don't want no toy
I took a stick and an old coffee can
I bang on that thing 'til I got
Blisters on my hand
Because...
When I get older they think I'm a fool
The teacher told me I should stay after school
She caught me pounding on the desk with ny hands
But my licks were so hot
I made the teacher want to dance
And that's why...
Listen to this
Every day when I get home from work
I feel so frustrated
the boss is a jerk
And I get my sticks and go out to the shed
And i pound on that drum like it was the boss's head
Because..
I CAN BANG ON THAT DRUM
HEY, YOU WANT TO TO A BANG AT IT?
i CAN DO THIS ALL DAY

The Spiral of Life
If we believe in the reincarnation story,
The baby born to a family where he belongs according his old history.
Evolves, grows up, learns in each life a lot,
Goes thru emotions, relations and experiences on the spot.
Many go thru life with loving, hating, envying and anger,
Never realizing that all is an illusion to try their temper.
Everywhere we can see teachings of all kind
When trouble hits, stay calm, solve it,
Don't stay in its bind.
We have problems until we understand the well known law,
Whatever we think, do or give out returns to us manyfold,
We cannot stop, or withdraw.
If you boss others, someone comes along to boss you,
Or if you are dishonest, cheating, lying, so it returns too
Certainly kindness -not pity, goodness - but not goody-goody,
The truth, peace and faith will not make you muddy.
So, by the time we get aged, but not old,
We all should find our wisdom to face life and became bold.
Discipline, politeness from the heart and have faith in goodness,
Is a must to find true health and happiness.
Looking forward in calmness and in perfect confidence,
We can have a long, healthy and happy life ahead
Before our transference.
Only those people die who cannot cope with today,
We might have a chance to live for long, if not forever,
When we learn to respect life
Give up the destroying will power,
And don't want to run away.
