Full Of The Joys Of Spring
Today, I saw a little Dachshund, out and about;
That he was full of beans, I had very little doubt.
He was more than ready to play life's great game;
He was as playful and lively, as a flickering flame.
The little Dachshund almost bounced along;
His soul was excited, and his will was strong.
Determined to live that moment to the very full,
At his lead, the little chap strained and pulled.
The great outdoors, he was so very eager to explore;
Round each corner, he wondered what was in store.
I had no doubt that he was full of the joys of spring;
He would have almost taken off, if he'd had wings!
His endless energy seemed to know no bounds;
His senses soaked up all of life's sights and sounds.
The Dachshund may have been only small in height,
But watching his sheer vitality, was such a real delight.
I walked along, watching him for a short while;
Upon my lips, there spread a rather amused smile.
His mistress turned, and spotted my smiling face,
And she commented on her dog's very keen pace.
He may have been small, and only had little limbs,
But with the spirit of life, he was full to the brim.
I was on my way to work, and so I had to go;
So, I left him behind, with his mistress in tow.

Of a snarling, butch, muscular looking dog, I am really scared,
But, the presence of a playful, Cocker Spaniel, I will happily bear.
They pass my house, each and every day, whatever the weather.
Over the coming years, they will share many great times together.

When You See My Pup Do Poopie
Your dog bit my dachshund,
When my pup took a poop at Ben's.
I was looking into the backyard,
From a window in Ben's kitchen.
You have a rottweiler...
And my daschsund for him,
Is no competition.
That 'thing' needs to be leashed.
Muzzled and restrained!
It's obvious there's no training going on...
And I have refrained myself,
From inflicting it with my brand of pain.
Your dog bit my dachshund,
When my pup took a poop at Ben's.
If this should happen again to my pup,
I'll dropp kick that 'thing'...
And we will end as friends!
When you see my pup do poop again,
Don't smile as if you're proud
As if that is allowed...
Bring that damn thing in!

A hidden self portrait
in a tar pit
I do not want to explore further.
Wind was making a big sound
the tarp blowing off,
I stand naked under the scortching sun.
A classless pain rises fiercely
I am careless about my height

My Diary
I looked in my diary, no spaces today,
A life so eventful, stacked with appointments too important to break,
Lunch at the bistro, tea at the savoy cafe,
No time to contemplate the isolation,
No second can be wasted, no space to think because,
My diary is full but my life is empty.
Oh yes, my diary is full but my life is empty.
Its all so contemporary, the sheer pretension of it,
Its all so temporary, but all so shallow really,
Let me look, I might be able to squeeze you in between,
No, my diary is so full I couldnt possibly meet you today,
This evening is blocked out with potential investors in my lonely one-man play,
Perhaps next week maybe when there are fewer functions to attend,
So for now Ill pencil you in,
Between the visit to my doctor, my appointment at the bank,
This time its really crucial, thats why its written in red,
My diary is my life and my life is standing on my head,

Violets
SENT IN A LITTLE BOX.
LET them lie, yes, let them lie,
They'll be dead to-morrow:
Lift the lid up quietly
As you'd lift the mystery
Of a shrouded sorrow.
Let them lie, the fragrant things,
Their sweet souls thus giving:
Let no breezes' ambient wings,
And no useless water-springs
Lure them into living.
They have lived--they live no more:
Nothing can requite them
For the gentle life they bore
And up-yielded in full store
While it did delight them.
Yet, poor flowers, not sad to die
In the hand that slew ye,

Every day we live, we always face death
We get closer to it, every time we take a breath
Life is special but death brings peace

I lift you up, just to dropp you
Condemnation is my praise
I lower your spirit down to the ground

It’s not the choices that I have made
For they are justified

Talked like besties..

A Little Something Refreshing
Yeah yay oh
I'm hungry yeah

I want some Pizza Coke and ice cream popcorn
cotton candy
Marshmallows milkshake and peanuts would be
so great

And donuts french fries and some chocolate

Whipped cream on some raw meat
