Rejoice: In Morning's Glory
REJOICE!
O’ the early dawn spills through the blind
The window and all around
Too, your love rises with the sun
Spills bright everywhere around
Your eyes shine tender care in abound
I must give praise today for,
Gentle hands that caresses my cheek
Hands, the manicurists that make soft my feet
While I dream, they place water, pills, all
Near my head, then follows with
Coffee to wake my sleepy head
The splendor of your loving care
Gives me surety of pure love
My dear dare see what I see:
Gaze in your own heart, within
Sits love in sheer delight,
I dream of my being your feet in
Your empty shoes,
My legs in your empty chinos
My arms in your vacant shirt
Holding you tight with all my might
My step, your step, one footstep
My breath, your breath, onebreath
My dear, what an awesome feeling!
Both’ll carry this morn into eternity…

Two, three steps ahead before me
wonder i receive the dream that leads me to see the three steps
ahead before my first step landed in the sand, gaze i believe is
a footprint, slowly drifted to each feet passing wave along the
shore
the future never stop, moving forward where the direction of the
sun goes by, and the air that touches every high and low tide, the
heavens breathe moisturizing face of the clouds beneath the
cooling face of the sun
oh! let my foot gallops every feet i step, the endless distance take
me there, and my hands pointed me to reach; a place where my
feet has to take it rest, beautiful land that almost all have gone, so
friendly that every one want have to save, the hands that hold
every other hands to step, each footprint i take and lead me to a
little mark in the dunning sand, gently hold to my foot to the
dream land i want to step
open wide my inner pulse i remembered, the two feet i have, make
it three, sight comes so quickly, like lightning my eye have seen,
the two steps i touch, somebody carried me, and extra footprints
watches me, even angels touches my feet
the future is friendly; lovely to see, though it’s empty, but then full
of memory and easy, just leave it to God....the footprints you'll
see count it three.... two from God and one from the angel....and
sure you'll be carried away
be the first step in going to the Father's home; the very breath
you take, will takes you there and the paradise of today will soon
bring us to the future of no return

A Year and a Day
Slow days have passed that make a year,
Slow hours that make a day,
Since I could take my first dear love
And kiss him the old way;
Yet the green leaves touch me on the cheek,
Dear Christ, this month of May.
I lie among the tall green grass
That bends above my head
And covers up my wasted face
And folds me in its bed
Tenderly and lovingly
Like grass above the dead.
Dim phantoms of an unknown ill
Float through my tired brain;
The unformed visions of my life
Pass by in ghostly train;
Some pause to touch me on the cheek,
Some scatter tears like rain.
A shadow falls along the grass
And lingers at my feet;
A new face lies between my hands --
Dear Christ, if I could weep
Tears to shut out the summer leaves
When this new face I greet.
Still it is but the memory
Of something I have seen
In the dreamy summer weather
When the green leaves came between:
The shadow of my dear love’s face --
So far and strange it seems.
The river ever running down
Between its grassy bed,
The voices of a thousand birds
That clang above my head,
Shall bring to me a sadder dream
When this sad dream is dead.
A silence falls upon my heart
And hushes all its pain.
I stretch my hands in the long grass
And fall to sleep again,
There to lie empty of all love
Like beaten corn of grain.

Complete
You love me incredibly from my head to the soles of my feet
You know you make me complete, baby
And you love me outstandingly
Cant contain it, need a moment to breath
You are in love with me
With me
What a blessing
How you found me
How you conquered me
And you showed me
Showed me so much
Just how it should be
Sometimes I wake up when your sleeping
Just to watch you dream
I kiss your eyelids
And tell you thank you
For this reality
[Chorus]
You love me incredibly from my head to the soles of my feet
You know you make me complete, baby
And you love me outstandingly
Cant contain it, need a moment to breath
You are in love with me
With me
When your away from me
I wait anxiously
Sometimes I barely sleep
Cuz I?m just so used to you
Being wrapped up in you in between our sheets
So excited for the future
What we?re gonna be
I?ve got this glow
Everyone knows someone is loving me
Chorus
[Bridge]
You do something to me
When you look in my eyes
Your very touch brings me to life
It?s the ultimate crazy stuff
Just amazing love
Keep it coming to me
Chorus (repeat until end)

A Mother's Wish
Smile
My child
See through those twinkling eyes
Just feel what I already know
You are loved
Immeasurably so
Skip my child,
Go as far as you can
Let those little feet take the leap
Just skip my child and go along
Laugh my love
Laugh aloud
Close your eyes don't care about the crowd
Love my dear
Love all you can
It may sting, well so what
In time it will heal
So just open your heart and let it steer
Have faith and pray my little one
Sometimes this alone
Will let you carry on
So never rest without a thankful prayer
Give, my darling child
Even when you don't have enough
Just know, giving is never enough
Be kind my deepest breath
Take every step with utmost care
Remember, some day you may turn around
And you want that bridge still right there
So go out and sing your song
Paint the skies and dance along
Life is yours
But know
Living is an honor
And you live
Not alone But for all

One Candle Lighting My Whole World
You're the wings of my angel,
You're the breath I do not have,
Cause you took it from me,
You're the light to my dark empty hall,
You're the tears I could not ball,
You brought me to my feet,
When I could only crawl.
You laid your head against my chest,
You and me laid there at a rest,
I couldn't be any less than blest.
I want to hold you in my arms,
Running my hands up and down your body,
Feeling your warm breath against my skin,
The feeling of love that somehow got in,
That warm fuzzy feeling flowing through my veins,
No more worries, no more pains,
Goodbye my baby, 'will I ever see you again',
'Maybe',
Tomorrow will be another day,
But I promise, my feeling for you will never go
Away.

This heart of mine
at my age iam still in love with you, no matter what it comes
as my days are counted to the maximum, and my knees,
touches to the ground, still my unceasing lips wonder in
your warm welcome of promise
my heart beats in every corner of your eyes, i can felt the
tremendous feeling of sorry when, every time, you say
goodbye though i already knew, that lapses and short
coming always win every time things get rough
day after the yesteryears, becomes so heartbreaking to
accept that, what makes it real is not what we dream off,
the day when i meet you, and where the blooms of red
roses, turn to pink, was the joy that makes you so true
as my age drops like clouds in the sky, remembering likes
only as a dream, when the rainbow in the sky, so near
and easy to touch in the air, my arms, the hair, my feet,
my everything is lovely as what you see, all is made only
for thee
in all my life, i have given what i may be not, of where i should
be, such is the moment of what a dream of reality would be,
please forgive me dear, i've done things that make you so
empty, in a journey, where only you and me supposedly could
see
now my age have come to fly, in the land, where nobody wants
to come, so empty my heart once so full, today as i feel so
cool, you're still with me, in my bedside you give me, the life that
is too real......to love you, even my age comes to an end.... I
still in love with you

A choice
My feet are heavy
To an early church mass
And my hands caress them
When she is gone finally
My feet become lighter
And my hands stopped pretending
Then the real loving begins
Alone, this window opens
There my love
Lurks posing as a nude woman
Her arms opening to take me in
& through this window
Some yellow butterflies with black edges on its wings
A little larger than my thumb
Circle over my head.

A Crazy Dream
Is it crazy
as a fantasy
To have you leave your job
and family
and leave it all behind
and run to me
Is it crazy
to suddenly dream
without a thought as to why
to imagine happiness
holding hands with you
as we look upon the sky
Is it crazy
to imagine buying an old inn
no matter what shape its in
Somewhere in the mountains of New England
To fix it up as neat as a pin
As a bed and breakfast and let boaders in
Is it crazy
to imagine sitting with you
to lovingly care as I brush your soft hair
To feel blessed that we are together there
in an pastoral life, without worry or care
Just to love you and have you there so we could share
It may be crazy
I don't know why I had this little crazy dream
I never had before, though unusual it may seem
maybe I can wish it on tonights moonbeams
When I dare to think upon it, it somehow gistens and gleams
Such crazy wonderful things are sometimes dreams
Maybe when you look up at the sky tonight
if you feel lonely and feel some emptiness or fright
If you wonder if you have a place you might belong
I may be thinking of you, not aware of right or wrong
From far away, sometimes your gentle care is still felt strong
Imagine being the very words to a lonely heart's love song
I guess I'm been searching in my head
Thinking of all the love poems I've written or read
And along came this crazy dream
Everything was plush and green
and you were my affectionate and loving Queen
And like the stories I read....I carried you to bed
Sometimes its crazy what we dream and think
Even moreso when we put it to ink
I hope you think it not to crazy
and greet it with a knowing wink
Because many a good thing in life that's ever come, it seems
Started first somewhere in gentle dreams
I just can't say who I'm thinking of
I'm not given to forcefulness or push and shove
It's just this; you seem somehow to fit like a calfskin glove
and it seems what we have found could grow into love
If so, we'll know greater joy and grace by God above
Perhaps one day we'll awaken to sparkling dawn by morning dove
wrapped up in the lasting beauty of true love

Can I Be With You, O' Love?
dear love, o' love, love
can i be with you, o' love?
can i stay with you, o' dear love?
o' love, love, love
you are the perfect key to every heart
((o' love!))
you are the string to every heart
((dear love!))
you are the peace to my heart
((love, o' love!))
your mood is so emotional
but your love is so natural
you are the wood to my art
to carry me by the walls of my heart
can i be with you?
o' love,
wont you leave and gone?
dear love,
can i talk with you?
pure love,
can i walk with you?
soul love,
you are the need to my wish,
(that is love)
you are the feed to my dish,
(such is love)
you are the strength to the weak,
(o' love)
you are the length to the thick,
(endless love)
can i be with you?
o' love
wondering not but,
is my heart there?
or has it faded?
is it beating?
or has it deflated?
o' how i wish love you were
so close to mine and there
to stone me a love with care
yes, i stare
with eyes of love and share
love with her that dare
to share,
i ask with no one...
can i fall in love
with you, o' dear love?
wont you escape my heart?
wont you run away from love?
wont you fade away from love?
come stay with me, o' dear love
come lay with me, not tear love
some blame with you, but care love
come wave with me, share love
you are the perfect key to every heart
((o' love!))
you are the string to every heart
((dear love!))
you are the peace to my heart
((love, o' love!))
come be with me
((o' dear love))

The Touch Of Your Hand
I was fascinated by your hands yesterday
touching all those you met on your way.
Holding the hand of a child so tenderly.
Working hard to care for friends and family.
Those hands were the hands of the Lord.
They spoke more powerfully than any word.
And I saw sweet works of Jesus taking place
as you reached out to touch others by His grace.
But then to my pleasure and my great joy
you reached out taking the hand of your Roy.
Lifting my soul to such heavenly heights
and filling my heart with loving delights.
It was such a privilege to hold and be near
touching the hand of the one I love so dear.
I felt I was being held by the hand of the Lord
for such blessings can only come from God.
My dear — Grow old with me, my lovely wife.
We'll walk forward like this the rest of our life.
Hand in hand, step by step and day by day.
Together with the Lord, let's walk His way.
A Dream
I dreamed
A dream of you,
Not as you seemed
When you were late unkind
And blind
To my eyes' pleading for a debt long due,
But touched and true
And all inclined
To tenderest fancies on love's inmost theme.
How sweet you were to me and ah, how kind
In that dear dream!
I felt
Your lips on mine
Mingle and melt,
And your cheek touch my cheek.
I, weak
With vain desires and askings for a sign
Of love divine,
Found my grief break,
And wept and wept in an unending stream
Of sudden joy set free, yet could not speak,
Dumb in my dream.
I knew
You loved me then,
And I knew too
The bliss of souls in Heaven
New--shriven,
Who look with pity on still sinning men,
And turn again
To be forgiven
In the dear arms of their God holding them,
And spend themselves in praise from morn till even
Nor break their dream.
I woke
In my mid bliss,
At midnight's stroke,
And knew you lost and gone.
Forlorn
I called you back to my unfinished kiss,
But only this
One word of scorn
You answered me, ``'Twas better loved to seem
Than loved to be, since all love is forsworn,
Always a dream.''

I Have Now Fallen In Love With You By Meena Mustafa
Stars shine bright telling me all about you
For I'm now falling in love with you
You stole my heart, and it now beats for you
I promise my love, to always love you
You are the one who ignited my soul
You are the one I just want to hold
My Darling, I'll always be there for you
For I am now falling in love with you
I close my eyes…and just dream of you
Holding hands together, walking the fields through
The Sun Shine's bright, telling me all about you
For I am now falling in love with you
You are the one ….My heart skips a beat
You are the one who makes me complete
Darling, I hope you know this is true
For I am now falling in love with you
I want to wake up in your arms… and gently kiss you
Cuddled up together…just me and you
The morning breeze tells me all about you
For I have now fallen in love with you.

The Shirt
The buttonholes were empty.
The buttons had all let go.
The shirt was now a remnant,
one he did outgrow.
The sleeves were short so he rolled them.
The plaid material was faded.
Now it was getting much too tight
as he saw his name brocaded.
The name was what she called him,
'Sonny, sonny boy.'
Her voice came back when he wore it.
It was a sound of joy.
He would have to give up wearing it
and pray that she would know
that no other shirt he'd ever wear
were what her hands did sew.
Mom. dear mom you come alive
everytime I see that shirt.
It helps me when I'm missing you.
It takes away the hurt.
Every other shirt that I have worn
could never quite replace
the feeling I get when I see it
for I see your loving face.

Judith and You and A Morning Mist
The morning mist
that hung over
the pond (or your lake
as Judith called it)
had moved away
by the time she came
and stood next to you
wrapped up in her
Sunday best
waiting until the time
for the bus to take
you both to sing
in the church
her breath flowing out
on the air
like cigarette smoke
her eyes focused
on the skin
of the still water
I dreamt of you
last night
she said
you and I
were snuggled
together in my bed
having made love
you watched
a magpie take flight
over the water
nice
wish I could
have been there
in person
you said
more breath
left her lips
and rose upwards
maybe next time
you can
she said
turning her head
spreading her lips
into a smile
just be my luck
your mother
will invade the dream
and catch us
you said
yes
Judith said
that would
spoil the dream
some what
there was a mist
over the pond earlier
you said
it looked beautiful
she turned
and stared
over the water
I missed that
as you missed
making love to me
in my dream
she whispered
drawing closer
her hands
taking hold
of yours
what did you
dream about?
she asked
an empty bed
and cold sheets
and a space
where you should
have been
you said
she smiled
and said
I couldn't be
in both beds
at once could I?
once more
there was the rising
of her breath
you couldn't tell her
you'd seen
an image
of her death.

My Heavenly Dream
How could I
So Much without love
Come to speak secret things
From Heaven above?
Born of my need
Only love I desired
I flew angel speed
To Heaven up higher
I saw things so dear
My eyes were made new
A splendor so clear
Like the first morning dew
What there I did hear
Made my heart all anew
It was given to me
So to share it with you
The Love in that place
Is beyond all desire
They call it God's Grace
In heaven up higher
It was given to me
But not mine to keep
It's yours too you see
So to stars we can leap!
This Glorious Love
I knew in my sleep
From High up above
In my heart now so deep
Just dream of Love Pure
All the Love you desire
It's yours to be sure
From Heaven up higher
This Love in my dream
So unknown just before
To stars must I stream
To sense it once more?
This Love I know true
In my heart tho' broken
Is all here for you
In these tender words spoken:
'I Love you! We Love you! '
Three words o' so dear
From His heaven up Higher
To your hearts down here

Dare To Dream
(adrienne follese/jane bach)
You and me baby, can meet for the weekend
To solidify our plans
Well follow a jet stream to some place exotic
All in the name of romance...
cause
Were still young and in love
And we just believe
We can be strong and do anything
If we dare to dream
Well find a place on a cliff by the ocean
And pay a couple months rent
Ill sell my paintings down by the boardwalk
So well have enough money to spend...
Dare to dream, take it to the extreme
Let your heart and soul lead the way
Live, love, seize the day and
Dare to dream, dare to dream, dare to dream
Dont try to stop us, dont tell us were crazy
Youre only wasting your breath
Were bound and determined to make it all happen
Its just a matter of when
cause
Dare to dream, take it to the extreme
Let your heart and soul lead the way
Live, love, seize the day and
Dare to dream, dare to dream, dare to dream

Be My Beginning....a Mean To An End
in the deep chamber i know you
a penacle that my heart could'nt resist
such you that i dream of, like the ancient beauty
.....beneath my alluring breath, that move me to
.....reach what my soul rejoice, an endeless moment
.....to be with you.....dear
make me of what iam today, love me of who iam
.....in your midst, take of what it takes...but please...
.....believe that nothing is worth than me... you're
.....the one i adore.....dear
time is of just a passing moments, where everything
.....would only come to an end, the promise that i make
.....brings my dear that life is of looking back of which i can't
.....forget... for only in you, can make me whole again......
and..... you.....is a mean to end my beginning

Empty Hands
He rode in town on a white horse
With nothing in his hands
He came to gather his people
And take them to their promised land
When he came he knew there would be bloodshed
But still no violence made his plans
He came to fight in a battle
With no guns or money
But with his empty hands
With his empty hands
With his empty hands
With his empty hands
They said hey boy what you lookin'at
As they eyed his dreaded mane
He said my father has sent me
I've come back to reclaim
The children whose hearts
Were so whole and pure
Now it's you who'll die in pain
So they lynched the man
Who fooled the word
And all the children gathered
In his empty hands
In his empty hands
The children ..... empty hands
In his empty hands
With his empty hands
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

Forever Mine
The room is dark, all alone am I.
Sitting here thinking of times gone by.
Remembering the past, the way things were.
A different time, when so much was unsure.
During these times, you came to my life.
Bringing happiness and laughter and love into sight.
Never such a feeling had I felt before.
Every moment spent with you, just left me wanting more.
More glances and stares, from your eyes so bright.
Eyes that see deep in my soul, making everything alright.
Wanting more kisses, from your soft lips so sweet.
Lips that make my legs weak and my heart skip a beat.
Wanting more time spent in your loving embrace.
Arms so strong and gentle, such a safe, loving place.
Wanting your warm touch, as you caress all of me.
Such a sensual feeling, setting my body so free.
Here we are, so many years more.
Not much has changed, I just want you even more.
Not a day goes by that I don't give thanks for you.
Every morning I think that our love is like new.
A new beginning. A fresh new start.
A new day to tell you what's deep in my heart.
You've made me feel loved, wanted and adored.
No one could possibly ever love me more.
And now here we are, loving each other from a far.
Waiting for the day, to awake in your arms.
To look upon your face, and deep in your eyes.
Knowing we'll never have to say our good byes.
Until that day comes just know this is true,
Everything I have to give, I have given to you.
I give you my heart, soul, body and mind.
And dream of the day you'll forever be mine.

Making Love Inside A Dream
when i go to bed tonight
my arms will be empty
i will be sad like a broken beam
no one repairs me
no one comes to this room to bring
a torch to put the curtains on fire
there is no delight on coldness of
the floors as though there is death on every footstep
that i make
i cannot be defeated
my empty arms shall be filled with my own body
i shall kiss my hands
like they are ten lips in all
i shall perspire like a candle
burning my own light
and then i shall sleep and travel another journey
towards that wish to be with you again
you are there softly treading upon a grass
i shall be there touching your body with my hands
we shall make love
we have no names.
