Last Night I Dreamt Your Perfume
Last night I dreamt your perfume
While I held you in my hand
Last night I dreamt your perfume
You will never understand
The way you make me feel
The promise that you give
Last night I dreamt your perfume
Lost in those dreams I live
Last night I dreamt your perfume
Arched fingers cupped your breast
Last night I dreamt your perfume
Felt your warm breath brush my chest
With gel coat slide I gripped you
Sensation through my veins
Last night I dreamt your perfume
She who bears no name
Last night I dreamt your perfume
Your body meshed with mine
Last night I dreamt your perfume
A guilty pleasure, sweet, sublime
Quiet by my pillow
Your touch I never feel
Last night I dreamt your perfume
This morning, wished you real

Last Night As I Was Sleeping
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that a spring was breaking
out in my heart.
I said: Along which secret aqueduct,
Oh water, are you coming to me,
water of a new life
that I have never drunk?
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that I had a beehive
here inside my heart.
And the golden bees
were making white combs
and sweet honey
from my old failures.
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that a fiery sun was giving
light inside my heart.
It was fiery because I felt
warmth as from a hearth,
and sun because it gave light
and brought tears to my eyes.
Last night as I slept,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that it was God I had
here inside my heart.

Last night I dreamt of you
Last night I dreamt of you
The sky was white and blue
Flapping your wings you flew
Towards me shining with love
that was honest and true
Dreams are born out of imagination
They also spring out of need
Sometimes they are fired by desire
Mine was probably triggered
by your presence in my moments
Last night I dreamt of you
You gazed at me and smiled
Flew past me by the sea sand
Stretching out your hand
Calling out my name
again, again and again
I wondered if it will rain
My imagination of you
Is completely brand new
My need for you
Is that we pair up as twos
My nightly dreamly desire
Is that you light up my fire
I can see you clearly
As you kiss me mildly
I can hear your heart pound
In rythm with the sea wave sounds
Ochestrating the right motions
Hence you get a promotion
to my private love ocean
Last night I dreamt of you
I wish dreams come true
It is funny
Everyone says that too

I Dreamt You
I dreamt you
last night
After years that I thought
that my dreams were dry
as I remember
all those days
before I lost my I
Your face clear in the crowd
your hallow curly hair
the innocence of childhood still
no stains beyond repair
I dreamt you
in a middle
of another dream.
Just standing
looking forward
with that look upon your face,
without a smile
without a tear
in golden shining innocence
Your face was like the moon
in full glow but of cold
as if the preview of your life
when your dreams will grow old
I dreamt you
in a riddle
of an unknown golden mean.
Teasing me
with your eyes wide
your gaze so true
in holy hue
a lie could not avail
no passenger in this old ride
but captain of the sail
I dreamt you
last night.
I awoke in comfort and at ease
a master of my life and
in my hands I hold the keys.
I woke refreshed and energised
with certainty I knew
that all is well and there is hope
for I am still just you.

Incompetence our best defence! !
I dreamt a dream wherein I dreamt,
I dreamt a dream of deep content.
But all the while I knew I dreamt.
I tried to wake but my attempt.
My mind just treated with contempt.
Am I the dreamer or the dream
I can’t be wholly confident.
That it is not some experiment.
Conducted without my consent.
To monitor the dreams I’ve dreamt
to analyse my dreams content.
By some arm of the government
Whose only purpose and intent
Is sadly all too evident.
Establishing a precedent.
By which they hope they can prevent
expression of our discontent.
They should not be too complacent.
Because they are incompetent
and grossly overconfident.
We’ll find a way to circumvent
their wish to be omnipotent.
We have to win this argument
and then provide due punishment.
For those found guilty of intent
to use this foul experiment.
Which demonstrates the full extent
of methods used by government.
The things they do clandestinely
Because they dare not openly.
admit to seeking thought control.
Because they know that heads would roll.
We have the right to privacy.
There is no way that they should be.
poking and prying in our mind
just to see if they can find.
another way they can repress
the freedoms that we should possess.
The dream I dreamt may yet come true
I can’t be sure no more can you.

Temptation
Yesternight I dreamt some false
Of you holding me
Preventing me from the fall
And I dreamt not just the lust
But the worry in your eyes
For me that you had
That you were unable to hide.
Yesternight I dreamt some strange
Of you clutching me tight
So desperate to be close
More desperate to escape that while
And I dreamt not just the touches
But the sensations it sent down my spine
Your each move on my skin
That my words can never define.
Yesternight I dreamt you
In an irresistable unusualness
That I always want you to be in
But too tough to explain
And I dreamt not just your hardness
But the softness in your breadth
The warmth it contained
Though chilling me in each sense.
Yesternight I dreamt our togetherness
Of that’s so unreal
Still feels too tempting to be true
Until I feel you everywhere
And I know I’m dreaming no more
I feel myself craving for you
To bless my needs with exact boons
I can’t wait for it to come soon……

When You Wish Upon A Star
dreams come true (dreams come true)
dreams come true (oh oh, oh yeah)
dreams come true (na, na na, na na)
they do (they do)
when you (when you)...
When you wish upon a star, (a star,) makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires will come to you (it will come to you)
If your heart is in your dreams, (your dreams) no request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do (ooh ooh).
(Oh, Fate is...is kind...)Fate is kind, she brings (she brings) to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of their secret longing
(oh oh oh. like...) Like a boat out of the blue, Fate steps in and sees you thru
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(and they don't stop) dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(make a wish and) dreams come, (your dreams...) dreams come, (your dreams come...) dreams come true

My Dream
This is my dream,
It is my own dream,
I dreamt it.
I dreamt that my hair was kempt.
Then I dreamt that my true love unkempt it.

What Do You Dream About?
Have you ever met anybody who does not dream?
All of us have dreamt of something good or bad before
Some dreams are believed to foretell the future
While few dreams remind us of things we have forgotten
Other dreams are just hallucination and nightmare
What do you dream about?
Some people dream every night
While the others dream once a while
Do you dream straight or opposite?
To dream straight is to see a vision
To dream straight is to have a revelation
Is your dream good, bad or frightening?
Has your dream ever come true?
Do you day-dream or dream while you sleep?
What do you really dream about?
Politicians dream of winning elections
Students dream of passing exams
Soldiers dream of winning battles
Everybody dreams of promotion on the job
Fishermen dream of catching lots of fishes
Some men see their future wives in a vision
Few women see their future husbands in a dream
Almost everybody dreams of winning the lottery
What do you actually dream about?
Many see their enemies in a dream
Few see their true friends in a vision
Others found solutions to their problems in a dream
Can we live on earth without dreaming?
Your answer is as good as mine
Whatever you may dream about
I hope your good dreams come true

When Dreams Don't Come True
One day I woke up
Everything was messed up
Somehow I wish I could fix it
But that's a dream that will never come true
When dreams don't come true
When you cry
In the night
You wish someone was there
But no one comes
When you're down
On the ground
You wish someone was there
To tell the truth and care for you
When dreams don't come true
Today was the worst day
That ever happened to me
Someone once asked me
How has your day been
Then I said
I think my life will end today
When you cry
In the night
You wish someone was there
But no one comes
When you're down
On the ground
You wish someone was there
To tell the truth and care for you
When dreams don't come true
When dreams don't come true
When dreams don't come true

Somewhere Out There
Somewhere out there,
Beneath the pale moon night,
Someones thinking of me,
And loving me tonight.
Somewhere out there,
Someones saying a prayer,
That well find one another,
In that big somewhere out there.
And even though I know how very far apart we are,
It helps to think we might be wishing
On the same bright star,
And when the night wind starts to sing
A lonesome lullaby,
It helps to think were sleeping underneath the
Same big sky.
Somewhere out there,
If love can see us through,
Then, well be together,
Somewhere out there, out where dreams, come true.
And even though I know how very far apart we are,
It helps to think we might be wishing
On the same bright star,
And when the night wind starts to sing
A lonesome lullaby,
It helps to think were sleeping underneath the
Same big sky.
Somewhere out there,
If love can see us through, (can see us through)
Then, well be together,
Somewhere out there, out where dreams, come true.

Fight For Right***********9/9/79
as sure as there is a rising sun
and a descending night.
some day little black children and
little white children will no longer fight.
the irish and the british will
someday see eye to eye
for it is irelands dream
and they must continue to try and try.
dreams are made by small men and women
with a perserverance that won't give up
and if their dreams were to shatter
someone else will pick up the slack.
a man once said 'he dreamt of a machine that
would one day fly'
well! that dream has come true
but he's not around to try.
so don't even give up on your dreams
for a lot of them become realities.
we may not get the things we want
and we may struggle all our lives
and even if we do fail
our children will contain the light.

Dead Of The Night
(ralphs/thomas)
Every night as I sit on my own, I still think I can hear you
I cant stand all this being alone, I just gotta be near you
I dont know if youre coming back, sometimes I could scream
But every night I know Ill see you, you still live in my dreams
Chorus:
In the dead of the night, when everybodys sleeping
Oh that is the time, when you come around
You left and my world fell apart, and I was desperate to find you
I want you back but where do I start, I need help to remind you
I dont know if youll ever remember, when love reigned supreme
The only time that I get to see you now, is here in my dreams
Chorus:
In the dead of the night, when everybodys sleeping
Oh that is the time, when you come around
(solo)
Oh babe when you come back, and put and end to this pain
Meantime if I close my eyes, Ill see you again
Chorus repeats out...
In the dead of the night, when everybodys sleeping
Oh that is the time, when you come around

Dreams Come True
Dreams are there to show you the way
(Better take a look inside)
Close your eyes find out what they're trying to say
(You gotta take a look inside)
Only for a minute
Just to make a start
I'magine what you wanna see
Wake him up the wizard
Sleeping in your heart
Just imagine what you wanna be
Don't you know that...
[Chorus]
Dreams come true they do
Dreams come true
From all of us to all of you they do
Don't you know that dreams come true
Love is just a second away
(Better take a look inside)
Make that magic rule

Dreamt of Heaven
I dreamt of heaven last night
and heaven was you.
Your smile was as angelic as an angel.
Your eyes sparkled like the stars.
Your touch was soft and gentle as a cloud.
And your kisses left me breathless as if I was so high in the sky there is no air left to breath.
This is how I imagine heaven to be and this is you.
That is why last night when I dreamt of you it was like
I dreamt of heaven.
On a dream about you
On a dream about you
~
I dreamt about you last night
Where you lay in my arms sleeping
I kissed your brow goodnight
And held you as close as I dare
I closed my eyes and fell asleep
We lay together so peaceful
Upon waking still within the dream
I brushed back your hair
Saw you smiling back at me
Tightly we held each other
While we said our good mornings
You placed your head upon my chest
As I wished this moment to last
That we may never leave nor change
I told you I loved you
That I would make you my wife
I held you close in my arms
Kissed your fair lips
And awoke alone to write
On a dream about you
I dreamt last night

To Dream a Dream
To dream a dream-
a deep day dream-
living through my day dreams:
I'm forever seeming, falling, sleeping,
spending hours lying, dreaming;
(dying slowly, not realizing)
sleeping deeper not realizing
as death arrives on his steed,
a black steed, uncompromising,
to perform a deed
(Not true nor false): but realization
sleeps with speed;
so slow the past, with realization,
becomes the dream.
As I'm forever drowning, dreaming, sleeping,
drowning in my day dreams;
such deep day dreams
can't dream to dream.

Family Sweet Dreams
The moon dressed in her nightly attire
Showing only a glimpse of her crescent shape,
Heralds the nightly rest of sleeping mortals
Windows yellow darkens with curtain drape,
Smoke thins from the chimney portals
As a lonely dog howls at the locked door.
Midnight strikes silently as dreams begin
The cat purrs stretched out on the floor,
Mother dreams of holiday isles
Punting Father dreams of another winner,
The boy’s toys dreamt, stretch for miles
Labrador whimpers for a never ending dinner,
No way will the mouse dream to please
He creeps past the snoozing fat cat,
To search and seize crumbs of cheese
The end of the chain knows where his dinner is at,
Crawling in with knife and fork in hand
The cockroach to the kitchen silent and fast,
As sleepers dream, .....Goes for dinner so grand,
As night ticks on the morning wakes to the alarm clock blast.
Dreams at end the family jump out of bed
Another day alive another night is dead.

Still Getting Over You
Since you went away
Cant face the day
Just cant face it on my own
Try to be strong, try to carry on
With a broken heart in an empty home
Lying awake half the night without sleeping
Hopelessly thinking of you
Here in my heart I have to admit its true
Im still getting over you
I begged you not to leave
I asked you not to run away
Oh but you wouldnt listen
I couldnt change your mind
So you left me here behind
Oh how I miss your touch
And your tender kissing
Lying awake half the night without sleeping
Hopelessly thinking of you
Deep down inside I hate to admit its true
But Im still getting over you
Lying awake half the night without sleeping
Hopelessly thinking of you
Here in my heart I have to admit its true
Theres nothing I can do
Im still getting over you

My Heavenly Dream
Oh! sleeping is an endless pleasure,
Which is an unlimited leisure,
I dream about the fairies,
Who fly above the valleys,
I dream about the cool breeze,
Which is surely a tension ease,
I dream about the candies and the toffees,
Which are shaped like cherries,
I dream of the ocean,
Which is like soft thread that is woven,
I dream about the chocolates,
Which are admired by the pirates,
I dream about the endless pleasures,
That have no effects of tortures,
I dream of shimmering, glass palaces,
That have existed there for ages,
I dream of lush gardens filled with gold and ruby,
They are surely very thorny,
I dream of cute little babies,
Who have very heafty bodies,
There are many dreams that I have dreamt,
But this is the best one that I have ever dreamt........
