Peach Grove Next To Abbatoir
Next to an abbatoir
grows a peach grove.
The former has screams.
The latter is silent.
The slaughterhouse
stinks of blood and urine
and solid waste.
The peach grove is fragrant.
The slaughterhouse yields
a maximum 1000 pounds an acre of
food.
The peach grove yields in
trilevel agriculture four hundred
fifty thousand pounds an acre.
The slaughterhouse is labor
intensive and causes many worker
injuries and deaths.
The peach tree requires nothing

Moo
I hear a sad cry of a cow from a slaughterhouse.
That echoes and accompanies in my sojourn.
Wherever I go I hear that sad melody.
In Seagull’s shriek and the ferocious waves of the sea,
A child’s cry in the cradle for milk when mother delays the feeding.
A man’s cry when in hungry and a bullet pierce in the battlefield.
The whole life is a shout expressing emotion,
That resembles the poor cow’s moo in the slaughterhouse.

Their Brains in the Bottom Drawer
With some people, the more power they receive,
and the bigger boots they get,
they file away their brains in the bottom drawer.
Their brains end up where there ass should be,
and their ass where their brains should be.
This leaves everyone to wonder,
did they get a degree in stupidity.
We meet them all the time,
and we all know the old saying,
a little power goes to their head.
How many times
have we heard that said?
Little people with big notions,
well beyond their station.
Some people are born to be leaders,
some others are the righter of wrongs.
Some think they know it all,
but most of them are dumb.
They abuse the power they have acquired
in a most idiotic way,
so in the bottom drawer their brains are bound to stay.

In one of our new straw aeroplanes,
