Life gets me to wonder, life gets me to think
Am I losing my mind, am I on the brink.
So many questions that enter my mind every day
I think hard about one, and the rest seem to fade away.

Once I find the answer then to the next level I will go
It’s amazing - how god lets us know.
Every question and every answer is a step
That we must climb - and we’ll continue to do this
Till the end of our time.

We will always have questions - that’s why
God gave us a mind.
Knowledge is power on that I don’t deny.

But there are more questions than any of us care to admit
And when we can’t answer them - we surely catch a fit.

Do You Know God’s Only Way?

Do you know, this very day, from the Scriptures, God’s Only Way?
The only way from God my friend, to have God’s Peace in the end.
If from this life, you should depart, will you have a peaceful heart?
Have you in this present life, received as your Savior Jesus Christ?

Many people today speak of Him, but continue on with a life of sin,
Knowing of the Lord Jesus Christ, but they never give Him their life.
But knowing Him, as your Savior, is what changes your life forever,
Changing here our heart and mind, and then our bodies for all time.

It is only in God’s Word of Truth, where you can read written proof,
Of a change in the life of holy men, who in Christ, were Born Again.
Men like Paul changing their ways, to the Lord God’s eternal praise,
Committing his life to God’s Son, sharing His Gospel with everyone.

The Gospel is still changing hearts, as His grace God freely imparts,
Changing men throughout the world, with the Gospel, that we herald.
Moving hearts today which are lost, to the power of Calvary’s cross,
Preparing men, like you and me, through that power for life eternally.

So this very day, are you assured, of Eternal Life in Christ our Lord?
By the only way ascribed by God, in a Savior who traveled this sod,
Coming to earth to be crucified, so eternally, we can be by His side.
So with a faith only in His sacrifice, will you be entering Eternal Life?

A Mother Doesn't Know...

Theirs times that you’re not around.
Theirs times it seems like you don’t care.
Theirs times I don’t see or speak to you.
Theirs times I question you.

Theirs times I even wish I didn’t know you.
But what would I be without you?
Would I be different or would I be the same?
Have you changed my life?

The Other Side

To those people who spend most of their life
surrounded with worldliness its cares and strife
this piece is dedicated it is my duty to convey
without any effort not to I'd be left in dismay.

One should always let know and be willing to confide
through terms of endearment how to get to the other side.
The world is full of confusion, contradictions and the like
it's only through the midst of this chaos homeward we hike.

Home is that place from where we started our journey, have become estranged
by allurements and attachment to the sense objects, our mind is deranged.
Forced into seduction and by ignorance we ride
the crestwave of illusion away from the other side;
while entertaining and playing host to all those desires,
trying to appease an insatiable horde we burn in its fires.

Seldom do we get an inkling of how far we have gone
away from that place in which the light shone;
our ineffable home too bright for the eyes do hide
bewildering, the mind can't comprehend, beyond, just on the other side.

The mind always reflects that with which it is absorbed in,
a double sided transparent mirror through which the soul goes peering.
The soul is infinite in innumerable ways and sets up its own barriers without limit or cost,
intent on finding, due to forgetfulness, that which it appears as to have lost.
Then proceeds experiencing a finite life in an infinite way
through its own misguided power does this creation hold sway.....

Only after gathering enough data does it ever decide
that it has forsaken its real nature back on the other side.
By ignoring the advice of the guiding voice from within,
coming from a higher source, in ignorance do we swim.

When each of us has reached an all time low
or when fate delivers us a gracious blow,
we start thinking about our current situation
and try to make amends with much expectation.

Alleviating the disgrace which upon our soul is a burden,
retracing our steps back towards harmony and freedom
and so live a life of good works pleasing the Eternal Witness
satisfying our highest conscience the inner voice of stillness.

With each progressive step forward in the right direction we take
an ever increasing joy and peace in our mind and heart we make.
Helping all those who come across our path to be
confident in themselves and just a little more free;
to achieve whatever they cherish or happen to bide
while we continue our journey toward the other side.
By observing a steady discipline daily we find
most things can be accomplished dear in mind.

We can't easily get to the other side with a heavy load
as there already are many unseen obstacles on that road.
We all have each somehow to travel different distances
depending where we start from in current circumstances.
So let's make haste and all acknowledge our aim
that whether we like it or not our goal is the same.

There are many of us here having to play a unique part
when considering others' welfare show a little more heart.
In matters of relationship we should never try and hide
that which to our advantage helps us get to the other side.

Yet when we give with all our heart its from the other side
without any selfish motives or thoughts of gain to hide
we gradually reveal our real nature and true guide
which is realized unmistakably as being the other side.

Did You Ever Question Why?

Do you have a purpose in life, amidst the struggles and the strife?
A purpose that will forever endure, in the work of Christ our Lord.
Do you have an ultimate end, which you are striving for my friend?
Things on earth will cease to be, with the ultimate end in Eternity.

Friend, did you ever question why; we are born to just simply die?
From your very initial breath, you live to one day anticipate death.
Is it not simply natural for us, to live and to die and return to dust?
But being created like The Son, when we die The Lord isn’t done.

Just where did all life originate, could it simply be one big mistake?
Life is such an awesome design, much too grand to evolve in time.
Just when did it all come to be, and is there a place called eternity?
A place without beginning friend, and one that simply has no end.

Why would anyone truly believe, in a place they can not conceive?
For no one can truly conceive, what God has for those who believe.
Is there something to this hope, that supplies men power to cope?
To cope with all the struggles in life, in the power of Jesus Christ.

Friend, did you ever want to know, when you die where do you go?
Heaven and Hell are truly real, eternally my friend, it’s a done deal.
Still ahead there is an eternity, a timeless place where all shall be.
All questions you have today, will be answered in a permanent way.

Question now your eternal state, it’s not chance or the finger of fate.
So would you on this day believe, and in your heart by faith receive,
As Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and He will grant you Eternal Life.
Then questions will cease to be, as you enter with Him into Eternity.

Kids Will

Corruption of the mind. Innocence burnt away in time. A childhood dream. Creating so many demons. Forever fighting. Never willing to start dieing. Always denying for the sake of surviving. Peace spits upon your face. Saying you never can have me. Keep reminding yourself it isn't a race. No matter the loss of so much dignity. Their is still plenty. Self respect for the reject. The consent burning pride. Brings you to the point of suicide. Thoughts of razor blade across and down the wrist. Remember kids its always down the road. Do it right unless its to feel pain. Some have a sensation-able appetite for just that. Its a horrible embrace. To know you cant do any better. Its like never finishing writing that letter cause you think it pointless.
